        교수실제, 가정의 심리적 환경과 학교행복감 간의 관계에서 중학생의 학업정서와 자기주도학습의 매개효과

        Purpose: This study was to explore the structural relationships among instructional practices, family process, academic emotions, self-directed learning, and school happiness perceived by middle school students. Moreover, it examined gender differences in these variables and the mediating effects of academic emotions and self-directed learning on the relationship between instructional practices, family process, and school happiness. Method: This study utilized the data from the 6th year of the Busan Education Longitudinal Study (BELS), and 2,941 middle school 3rd-grade students were selected as the final analysis subjects. Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficients were analyzed to examine the interrelationships among the variables, and independent sample t-tests were conducted to compare gender differences. Structural relationships between variables were analyzed using AMOS 26.0. Results: Firstly, significant positive correlations among instructional practices, family process, academic emotions, self-directed learning, and school happiness were observed. Secondly, there were significant gender differences in the sub-factors of instructional practices, such as teachers' enthusiasm and perceptions of teaching ability, as well as in the sub-factor of academic emotions such as subject interest, self-directed learning, and school happiness. Finally, academic emotions and self-directed learning were found to mediate the relationship between instructional practices, family process, and school happiness. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that both family process and instructional practices had a direct impact on enhancing students' school happiness, and also contributed to improving academic attitudes and promoting self-directed learning, ultimately enhancing overall school happiness. These findings can be utilized as valuable empirical data for exploring ways to enhance middle school students' school happiness.

        Enhanced recovery after surgery strategy for cirrhosis patients undergoing hepatectomy: experience in a single research center

        Purpose: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) programme after curative liver resection in cirrhotic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Methods: One hundred sixty-two patients were enrolled in the study; 80 patients whose data were collected prospectively were assigned to the ERAS group, and 82 patients whose data were collected retrospectively were assigned to the control group. Preoperative clinicopathologic factors, surgical factors, and postoperative outcomes of the 2 groups were compared. Logistic regression was applied to explore potential predictors of hospital stay and morbidity. Results: The postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complication rate, and recovery of liver function on postoperative day 5 seemed to be better in the ERAS group. The composition of complications was different in the 2 groups; pleural effusion and postoperative ascites were more common in the control group, and indocyanine green retention at 15 minutes, operation time, preoperative alanine aminotransferase, and number of liver segmentectomies were associated with postoperative complications rather than ERAS intervention. Conclusion: The ERAS programme is safe and effective for HCC patients with chronic liver disease undergoing hepatectomy, but it seems that surgical factors, such as operation type, have a greater impact on morbidity than other factors. Operative characteristics such as the method of blood loss control and the volume of liver resection should be augmented into ERAS protocol of hepatectomy.

        코로나19 시기 고등학생의 학업지연행동: 부모양육태도, 학업탄력성 및 학업열의 간의 구조적 관계

        Purpose: This study was to examine the relationships among perceived parenting styles, academic resilience, academic engagement, and academic procrastination. Method: The participants were 385 high school students in Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficients, independent t-tests and structural equation modeling (SEM) were conducted using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26.0 respectively. Results: The results were as follows. Firstly, perceived parenting styles, academic resilience, academic engagement, and academic procrastination were statistically associated with each other. Secondly, there were significant differences observed on academic resilience, academic engagement, and academic procrastination according to parenting styles (i.e., positive parenting style vs. negative parenting style). Finally, high school students’ perceived parenting styles and academic resilience had direct negative influences on academic procrastination. Furthermore, academic resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between parenting styles and academic procrastination. Academic resilience also played a mediating role in the relationship between parenting styles and academic engagement. Conclusion: These findings imply that parenting styles and academic resilience play important roles in academic procrastination. 연구목적: 본 연구는 코로나19 시기의 고등학생들이 지각한 부모양육태도, 학업탄력성, 학업열의 및 학업지연행동 간의 구조적 관계를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 2개 고등학교 재학생들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 385명을 최종분석대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 변인들 간의 상호관련성 분석을 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 분석하였으며, 부모양육태도에 따른 두 집단 간 차이 분석을 위해 독립표본 t검증을 수행하였다. 아울러, 부모양육태도, 학업탄력성, 학업열의 및 학업지연행동 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위해 AMOS 26.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 고등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도, 학업탄력성, 학업열의 및 학업지연행동 간의 유의한 상호관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적 양육태도 집단의 학생들은 부정적 양육태도 집단의 학생들에 비해서 학업탄력성과 학업열의 수준이 더욱 높고 학업지연행동 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모양육태도, 학업탄력성이 학업지연행동에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 부모양육태도와 학업지연행동 간의 관계에서 학업탄력성이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모양육태도와 학업열의 간의 관계에서 학업탄력성이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구결과를 토대로 볼 때, 긍정적인 부모양육태도가 자녀의 학업탄력성과 학업열의를 함양하게 하며, 자녀의 학업지연행동을 완화시키며, 학업탄력성을 증진시킴으로써 이를 통해 학업지연행동을 완화시키는데 기여하는 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과는 고등학생의 학업지연행동 예방을 위한 방안을 강구하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        고지능·고창의성 초등학생들의 성실성, 자아탄력성, 학업스트레스 및 학교적응 간의 구조적 관계

        본 연구에서는 고지능·고창의성 초등학생들의 성실성, 자아탄력성, 학업스트레스 및 학교적응 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널(Panel Study on Korean Children: PSKC) 9차(2016), 10차(2017)와 12차(2019) 데이터를 활용하여 고지능·고창의성 초등학생 총 69명(상위 3.2%)을 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성실성은 자아탄력성과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 자아탄력성은 학업스트레스와 유의한 부적 상관을 보인 반면, 학교적응과는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 성실성은 학교적응의 일부 하위요인들과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 학업스트레스는 학교적응의 하위요인인 ‘학습활동’, ‘규칙준수’ 및 ‘교우관계’와 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성실성은 자아탄력성과 학교적응에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 자아탄력성은 학업스트레스에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치는데 반해, 학교적응에는 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학업스트레스는 학교적응에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성실성은 자아탄력성을 매개로 학교적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 성실성은 자아탄력성과 학업스트레스를 순차적으로 거쳐 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과는 고지능·고창의성 초등학생들의 학교적응에 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 성실성, 자아탄력성 및 학업스트레스가 중요한 요인임을 밝혀냈다는 데에 의의가 있다. The study examined the structural relationships among conscientiousness, ego-resilience, academic stress, and school adjustment in elementary students with high intelligence and creativity. A total of 69 students from the 9th (2016), 10th (2017), and 12th (2019) waves of the Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) identified for their high intelligence and creativity, were selected as subjects for the final analysis. The results are as follows. Firstly, conscientiousness exhibited a significant positive correlation with ego-resilience, which in turn demonstrated a significant negative correlation with academic stress and a positive correlation with school adjustment. Furthermore, conscientiousness showed significant positive correlations with specific sub-factors of school adjustment. Academic stress exhibited significant negative correlations with sub-factors of school adjustment, such as learning activities, compliance with rules, and peer relationships. Secondly, conscientiousness directly and positively influenced both ego-resilience and school adjustment. Ego-resilience had a direct negative effect on academic stress but a positive effect on school adjustment, whereas academic stress directly negatively affected school adjustment. Thirdly, conscientiousness positively influenced school adjustment mediated by ego-resilience. Finally, conscientiousness affected school adjustment through a sequential mediation involving ego-resilience and academic stress. These findings highlighted the crucial roles of conscientiousness, ego-resilience, and academic stress in promoting the school adjustment of elementary students with high intelligence and creativity.

        Expression Profile of Neuro-Endocrine-Immune Network in Rats with Vascular Endothelial Dysfunction

        This study was to determine the correlation between endothelial function and neuro-endocrineimmune(NEI) network through observing the changes of NEI network under the different endothelialdysfunction models. Three endothelial dysfunction models were established in male Wistar rats afterexposure to homocysteine (Hcy), high fat diet (HFD) and Hcy+HFD. The results showed that therewas endothelial dysfunction in all three models with varying degrees. However, the expression of NEInetwork was totally different. Interestingly, treatment with simvastatin was able to improve vascularendothelial function and restored the imbalance of the NEI network, observed in the Hcy+HFD group. The results indicated that NEI network may have a strong association with endothelial function, andthis relationship can be used to distinguish different risk factors and evaluate drug effects.

      • A Fusion Model for Securities Analysts' Stock Rating Information Based on the Evidential Reasoning Algorithm under Two-dimensional Progressive Recognition Framework

        Securities analysts' forecast information can effectively reduce the uncertainty of information in securities markets, and can also promote effective allocation in capital market. The personality difference of securities analysts will lead to different analysis results. In order to improve the utilization of analysts' forecast information, evidential reasoning algorithm under two-dimensional progressive framework and grouping method for combining evidence were used in this paper to fuse securities analysts' stock rating information. Based on the forecast earnings information and stock rating information of analysts, we constructed a two-dimensional progressive framework, and then fused stock rating information of multiple analysts into one piece of evidence information. Finally, we empirically verified the model in this paper by using Chinese analysts' forecast information. The analysis on the fusion results have shown that: compared to traditional statistic model, the accuracy, certainty and the discrimination of the fusion results in our model have been improved.

        Biocontrol activity of volatile organic compounds from Streptomyces alboflavus TD-1 against Aspergillus flavus growth and aflatoxin production

        Aspergillus flavus is a saprophytic fungus that contaminates crops with carcinogenic aflatoxin. In the present work, the antifungal effects of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Streptomyces alboflavus TD-1 against A. flavus were investigated. VOCs from 8-day-old wheat bran culture of S. alboflavus TD-1 displayed strong inhibitory effects against mycelial growth, sporulation, and conidial germination of A. flavus. Severely misshapen conidia and hyphae of A. flavus were observed by scanning electron microscopy after exposure to VOCs for 6 and 12 h, respectively. Rhodamine 123 staining of mitochondria indicated that mitochondria may be a legitimate antifungal target of the VOCs from S. alboflavus TD-1. Furthermore, the VOCs effectively inhibited aflatoxin B1 production by downregulating genes involved in aflatoxin biosynthesis. Dimethyl trisulfide and benzenamine may play important roles in the suppression of A. flavus growth and production of aflatoxin. The results indicate that VOCs from S. alboflavus TD-1 have tremendous potential to be developed as a useful bio-pesticide for controlling A. flavus.
