No. 7 신호 방식은 국제적인 표준화 작업을 거쳐 CCITT에서 1980년에 최초로 권고된 전자 교환기간 신호 방식으로 국내 통신망에의 적용은 미래의 종합 정보 통신망 구축을 위해서는 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 4계위로 권고된 No. 7 신호 방식의 레벨 2에 해당하는 신호 링크 기능을 실험용 하드웨어와 68000 Assembly 언어로 구현하고 이의 시험 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며 이들 신호 링크 기능 소프트웨어와 시험 소프트웨어의 구조, 시험 항목 및 신호 링크 기능 수행을 위한 프로세스 스케듈러에 대하여 기술한다.
Effect of Humidity on Tribological Behavior of Si-DLC/DLC Multi-layer

To investigate the humidity effect on tribological behaviors of Si-DLC/DLC multi-layers, the samples were prepared using a hybrid system consisted of an ion-gun for deposition DLC films and a balanced magnetron sputter for introducing silicon atoms to Si-DLC films. The Si-DLC/DLC multi-layers were composed of pure DLC films and Si-incorporated DLC films alternatively and had different bilayer numbers. Hardness and residual stress were drastically decreased through the formation of Si-DLC/DLC multi-layers compared to those of the pure and Si-incorporated DLC films. Wear results obtained under the various humidity conditions (〈10 %, 40~50 %, and〉85 %) showed that the pure DLC film was largely depended on the humidity while the Si-DLC and the Si-DLC/DLC multi-layers were little affected by the environmental humidity. Although friction coefficients of all samples were increased with the relative humidity, the multi-layer films showed relatively lower friction coefficients than those of the single films.
Progress in gyrokinetic validation study in KSTAR

We will present the progress in the gyrokinetic model validation study using KSTAR plasmas. To design a future fusion device, it is essential to predict its performance based on the validated transport model. The Gyrokinetic model has been used widely to describe turbulent transport in fusion plasmas, commonly accepted as a main transport mechanism in fusion plasmas. We have started gyrokinetic validation study using CGYRO[1] for KSTAR plasmas. We will discuss initial results of gyrokinetic analysis, including turbulence characteristics and the comparison of heat transport with experiment.

This paper presents a simplified tractor model which is developed based on a resonance analysis of a real tractor. Since two most interesting behaviors in relation to resonance are vertical vibration and pitch motion, this paper focuses on the analysis of resonance characteristics with respect to these two behaviors. In order to analyze the two resonance characteristics easily, half tractor model and quarter tractor model are introduced. These models consist of three parts: seat, cabin, tractor body. The results from the analysis are validated by comparing simulation results with experiment data.

A rotor bar in an induction motor for electric railway is studied from a design viewpoint. The design<br/> process is divided into two stages; conceptual design and detailed design. In conceptual design, overall<br/> configuration is determined. A computer program is developed for the conceptual design. Various formulae<br/> are developed for analysis. They are derived from elementary and advanced elasticity. Design equations are<br/> made from the formulae and they are programmed with Graphic User Interface (GUI) for user convenience.<br/> Structural optimization is adopted for the detailed design. Finite element method is used for analysis. A design<br/> problem is defined to minimize mass or maximum stress while constraints are satisfied.
