A prototype 120 Hz 110-inch ultra-high-definition a-Si liquid crystal display (LCD) panel was successfully developed using the BOE exclusive advanced superdimensional switching technology. This LCD has a panel consisting of 3840 × 2160 pixels, four times the number of pixels in the conventional full-high-definition LCD. For the brightness and contrast ratio, 1000 nits and 1200:1 have been achieved, respectively. Additionally, the liquid crystal charging time has been extended through quad area driving and 2G2D line structures. Furthermore, the local dimming and mirror-scanning techniques are applied to realize excellent image display. Finally, the system utilizes 3D shutter glasses, allowing the viewer to achieve the highest sense of realness and immersion.
Genome-wide association study for intramuscular fat content in Chinese Lulai black pigs

Objective: Intramuscular fat (IMF) content plays an important role in meat quality. Identification of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and genes related to pig IMF, especially using pig populations with high IMF content variation, can help to establish novel molecular breeding tools for optimizing IMF in pork and unveil the mechanisms that underlie fat metabolism. Methods: We collected muscle samples of 453 Chinese Lulai black pigs, measured IMF content by Soxhlet petroleum-ether extraction method, and genotyped genome-wide SNPs using GeneSeek Genomic Profiler Porcine HD BeadChip. Then a genome-wide association study was performed using a linear mixed model implemented in the GEMMA software. Results: A total of 43 SNPs were identified to be significantly associated with IMF content by the cutoff p<0.001. Among these significant SNPs, the greatest number of SNPs (n = 19) were detected on Chr.9, and two linkage disequilibrium blocks were formed among them. Additionally, 17 significant SNPs are mapped to previously reported quantitative trait loci (QTLs) of IMF and confirmed previous QTLs studies. Forty-two annotated genes centering these significant SNPs were obtained from Ensembl database. Overrepresentation test of pathways and gene ontology (GO) terms revealed some enriched reactome pathways and GO terms, which mainly involved regulation of basic material transport, energy metabolic process and signaling pathway. Conclusion: These findings improve our understanding of the genetic architecture of IMF content in pork and facilitate the follow-up study of fine-mapping genes that influence fat deposition in muscle.

In the service composition life cycle, the target between service requester and service provider is quite different, which will cause the Web service SLA negotiation problem. The implementation of Web service relies on the interaction between the service provider and the service requester. In this article, the game model of Web Service negotiation process is proposed and solutions of the multi-participant and dynamic game model are gave. Then, we obtained the effective method of SLA generation. Experiments show that our method will ensure the common interests both service requesters and service providers.

<P>In this study, a kind of unique Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Pt hybrid consisting of uniform platinum nanoparticles deposited on a nanoflake-shaped Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> support was prepared by using a solvothermal reaction followed by a heat-induced reduction process. The prepared Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> sample displays well-defined nanoflake-like morphology; remarkably, there are many specific cavities on its surface. In addition, uniform Pt nanoparticles with narrow size distribution were deposited onto the surface of the preformed flake-like Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> support to form the Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Pt hybrid via a facile heat-induced reduction reaction. Thus, the prepared Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Pt hybrid can serve as heterogeneous catalyst over the hydrogenation reaction. Results demonstrated that the specific Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Pt heterogeneous catalyst exhibits good catalytic performances, including high conversion, specific selectivity, and excellent recycling durability, over hydrogenation reactions for different substrates. Furthermore, the prepared Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Pt heterogeneous catalyst could be easily separated from the product mixture by using a magnet and could be recycled for 10 cycles without catalytic activity loss. Event-Triggered Robust Optimized Scheme with Impulse Control for DFIG Based Wind Turbine

This paper proposes an event-triggered impulse optimized control strategy for a model-free doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind turbine. Ignite from the Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman (HJB) optimal control conditions, the stable and robust controls of DFIG under various uncertain conditions, covering generator parameters altering or grid perturbations, are realized. Bypassing the knotty model, a model-free local rotor current loop control model is proposed. Time-varying perturbations in the current (state) and voltage (control signal) of both single-cage and double-cage generators (SCIG and DCIG) are employed in simulating unstructured uncertainties to improve control performance. Unlike the traditional event-triggered optimization control, besides the general robust control conditions of the model-free DFIG, the accurate impulse compensation is synchronously derived with the adaptive neural network of the HJB optimization. Therefore, computation and transmission costs are minimized without affecting the system's stability, and adaptive impulse control is implemented for real-time tuning. Finally, the performance of the proposed controller is verified with a 1.5-MW DFIG model. Superior to proportional-integral resonant control and sliding mode control, better dynamic performance and anti-interference ability, and improved robustness under divergent uncertain conditions such as generator parameter changes or grid disturbances are comprehensively demonstrated.
Partial Shade Optimizes Photosynthesis and Growth in Bayberry (Myrica rubra) Trees

This study investigates the effects of radiation heat-load reduction under different shading conditions on thegrowth of three-year-old bayberry (Myrica rubra) trees from 1 July through 31 October 2007 in the Zhejiang Province,a warm subtropical region of China. The trees were grown under direct sunlight (control) and under 25%, 50%, and75% shading conditions using black plastic nets. Stomatal conductance and photosynthesis were greatest under 50%shading, as were plant height and leaf and root dry weights. Twenty-five percent shading did not significantly influenceplant height or root and leaf dry weights, whereas 75% shading resulted in a decrease in root and leaf dry weightswhen compared with the controls. The photochemical efficiency and electron transport of PSII increased under shadedconditions due to an increase in D1 protein. The concentrations of chlorophyll a and b and the total chlorophyllcontent in leaves were increased in plants grown under 25% and 50% shading, but reduced in those grown under75% shading. Under 50% shading, growth and biomass increased due to increased photosynthesis, which resulted fromdecreased photodamage and increased chlorophyll concentration. These data show that 50% shading promotes optimalgrowth in bayberry plants.

Investigating gene expression of immune cells of whole blood or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) under polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid (poly I:C) stimulation is valuable for understanding the immune response of organism to RNA viruses. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) is a standard method for quantification of gene expression studies. However, the reliability of qRT-PCR data critically depends on proper selection of reference genes. In the study, using two different analysis programs, geNorm and NormFinder, we systematically evaluated the gene expression stability of six candidate reference genes (GAPDH, ACTB, B2M, RPL4, TBP, and PPIA) in samples of whole blood and PBMC with or without poly I:C stimulation. Generally, the six candidate genes performed a similar trend of expression stability in the samples of whole blood and PBMC, but more stably expressed in whole blood than in PBMC. geNorm ranked B2M and PPIA as the best combination for gene expression normalization, while according to NormFinder, TBP was ranked as the most stable reference gene, followed by B2M and PPIA. Comprehensively considering the results from the two programs, we recommended using the geometric mean of the three genes, TBP, PPIA and B2M, to normalize the gene expression of whole blood and PBMC with poly I:C stimulation. Our study is the first detailed survey of the gene expression stability in whole blood and PBMC with or without poly I:C stimulation and should be helpful for investigating the molecular mechanism involved in porcine whole blood and PBMC in response to poly I:C stimulation.
