      • An Engine for Automatic Code Generation of Security Protocols in Multiple Languages

        Security protocols are a critical component to secure systems with appropriate cryptographic methods. Nevertheless, the protocol implementation lacks efficient system practices, as well as practical methods to guarantee conformance between the design and its realization. Motivated by this problem, we set out to generate security protocol code automatically, with an implementation guaranteed to conform to its design. To this end, we implemented a code generation engine that we named EACG. This engine leverages eXtensible Markup Language to describe designed security protocols in an unambiguous manner. Taking the description as input, the designed compiler can automatically convert a protocol to its code implementations in multiple languages with the aid of an underlying support module. Our analysis indicates that EACG automatically generates valid, conformable implementation code for a security protocol. Also, it shows salient advantages compared to current code generation schemes with multi-language support, universality, and ease of use.

      • AE Sound Source Localization Using Nearfield MUSIC Algorithm Based on Fourth-Order Cumulants

        Acoustic Emission (AE) source localization is a useful implement to diagnose the incipient faults in rotating machine. This paper proposes an improved Near-field Multiple Signal Classification method using four-order cumulants (NFC-MUSIC) to accurately locate the faults position. In order to overcome dispersion effect and revised velocity, the feature sub narrow band is extracted by Wavelet Packet reconstitution (WPR) and Modal Plate Wave Theory (MPWT). For multi-source decorrelation and increasing localized resolution, the four-order cumulants of observed signal can be selected for localization. The experiment results indicate that the improved method can accurately locate multi-rubbing faults. It is an efficient way to assist incipient rubbing faults diagnosis.

        Coronary CT Angiography with Knowledge-Based Iterative Model Reconstruction for Assessing Coronary Arteries and Non-Calcified Predominant Plaques

        Objective: To assess the effects of iterative model reconstruction (IMR) on image quality for demonstrating non-calcific highrisk plaque characteristics of coronary arteries. Materials and Methods: This study included 66 patients (53 men and 13 women; aged 39–76 years; mean age, 55 ± 13 years) having single-vessel disease with predominantly non-calcified plaques evaluated using prospective electrocardiogramgated 256-slice CT angiography. Paired image sets were created using two types of reconstruction: hybrid iterative reconstruction (HIR) and IMR. Plaque characteristics were compared using the two algorithms. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrastto-noise ratio (CNR) of the images and the CNR between the plaque and adjacent adipose tissue were also compared between the two reformatted methods. Results: Seventy-seven predominantly non-calcified plaques were detected. Forty plaques showed napkin-ring sign with the IMR reformatted method, while nineteen plaques demonstrated napkin-ring sign with HIR. There was no statistically significant difference in the presentation of positive remodeling, low attenuation plaque, and spotty calcification between the HIR and IMR reconstructed methods (all p > 0.5); however, there was a statistically significant difference in the ability to discern the napkin-ring sign between the two algorithms (χ2 = 12.12, p < 0.001). The image noise of IMR was lower than that of HIR (10 ± 2 HU versus 12 ± 2 HU; p < 0.01), and the SNR and CNR of the images and the CNR between plaques and surrounding adipose tissues on IMR were better than those on HIR (p < 0.01). Conclusion: IMR can significantly improve image quality compared with HIR for the demonstration of coronary artery and atherosclerotic plaques using a 256-slice CT.

        Research on Deep-Sea Pipeline Tube Bundle Heating System

        In order to ensure the safety of deep-sea submarine pipelines, this paper focuses on the analysis of the axial temperature distribution model of the submarine pipeline and the distribution parameter circuit model of the tube bundle heating system. Combined with these two models, theoretical analysis shows that the heating eff ect of the tube bundle heating system depends on the distributed circuit parameters and power frequency of the system. In order to improve the heat tracing effi ciency, the power frequency needs to be adjusted according to the change of the load temperature, so the power supply frequency of the tube bundle heating system based on the Hammerstein model is optimized. Using a neuro-fuzzy algorithm, not only the theoretical values of heating power and power frequency are obtained, but also the drawbacks of determining the above parameters based on engineering experiments are avoided. Moreover, the pipeline heating is effi cient and stable, the dynamic response is fast, and the working condition is also well adapted.

        Research and Implementation of U-Learning System Based on Experience API

        Experience API provides a learner-centered model for learning data collection and learning process recording. In particular, it can record learning data from multiple data sources. Therefore, Experience API provides verygood support for ubiquitous learning. In this paper, we put forward the architecture of ubiquitous learningsystem and the method of reading the learning record from the ubiquitous learning system. We analyze students’learning behavior from two aspects: horizontal and vertical, and give the analysis results. The system canprovide personalized suggestions for learners according to the results of learning analysis. According to thefeedback from learners, we can see that this u-learning system can greatly improve learning interest and qualityof learners.

        Improved AQPSO Algorithm for Solving the Model of the Skin Effect Electric Heating System

        In view of the importance of the skin-eff ect electric heat tracing system of the submarine oil pipeline in heating and condensation reduction, it is necessary to start from the skin electric heating mechanism and construct its complete mathematical model to realize the effi cient operation of the system. Aiming at the problem of unknown parameters in the model of the skin-eff ect electric heat tracing system, an improved adaptive quantum behaviour particle swarm optimization algorithm (AQPSO) based on the quantum behaviour particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, in order to eff ectively identify the model parameters. In the algorithm design, in view of the high dependence of the basic QPSO algorithm on the shrinkage and expansion coeffi cients, the particle aggregation factor is introduced, and the shrinkage and expansion coeffi cients are redesigned. In view of the diff erent proportions of the fi tness value of the individual optimal position, the weight coeffi cient is introduced to construct the best position of the average weight to realize the improvement of the basic QPSO algorithm. The simulation results show that the AQPSO algorithm has better performance than QPSO in terms of convergence accuracy and robustness. This algorithm not only overcomes the inherent premature defects of particle swarms, but also improves the accuracy of the algorithm and obtains accurate model parameters. It can be seen that the improved adaptive quantum behaviour particle swarm algorithm has certain feasibility and eff ectiveness in the parameter identifi cation of Hammerstein model.

        Key Technology for Food-Safety Traceability Based on a Combined Two-Dimensional Code

        Current food-traceability platforms suffer from problems such as inconsistent traceability standards, a lack ofpublic credibility, and slow access to data. In this work, a combined code and identification method wasdesigned that can achieve more secure product traceability using the dual anti-counterfeiting technology of aQR code and a hidden code. When the QR code is blurry, the hidden code can still be used to effectively identifyfood information. Based on this combined code, a food-safety traceability platform was developed. Theplatform follows unified encoding standards and provides standardized interfaces. Based on this innovation,the platform not only can serve individual food-traceability systems development, but also connect existingtraceability systems. These will help to solve the problems such as non-standard traceability content,inconsistent processes, and incompatible system software. The experimental results show that the combinedcode has higher accuracy. The food-safety traceability platform based on the combined code improves thesafety of the traceability process and the integrity of the traceability information. The innovation of this paperis invoking the combined code united the QR code‘s rapidity and the hidden code‘s reliability, developing aplatform that uses a unified coding standard and provides a standardized interface to resolve the differencesbetween multi-food-traceability systems. Among similar systems, it is the only one that has been connected tothe national QR code identification platform. The project has made profits and has significant economic andsocial benefits.

        Plasma extracellular vesicle delivery of miR-210-3p by targeting ATG7 to promote sepsis-induced acute lung injury by regulating autophagy and activating inflammation

        Extracellular vesicles (EVs) can be used for intercellular communication by facilitating the transfer of miRNAs from one cell to a recipient cell. MicroRNA (miR)-210-3p is released into the blood during sepsis, inducing cytokine production and promoting leukocyte migration. Thus, the current study aimed to elucidate the role of plasma EVs in delivering miR-210-3p in sepsis-inducedacute lung injury (ALI). Plasma EVs were isolated from septic patients, after which the expression of various inflammatory factors was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Cell viability and apoptosis were measured via cell counting kit-8 and flow cytometry. Transendothelial resistance and fluorescein isothiocyanate fluorescence were used to measure endothelial cellpermeability. Matrigel was used to examine the tubulogenesis of endothelial cells. The targeting relationship between miR-210-3p and ATG7 was assessed by dual-luciferase reporter assays. The expression of ATG7 and autophagy-related genes was determined to examine autophagic activation. A sepsis mouse model was established by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced surgery. The level of miR-210-3p was highly enriched in septic EVs. MiR-210-3p enhanced THP-1 macrophage inflammation, BEAS-2B cell apoptosis, and HLMVEC permeability while inhibiting angiogenesis and cellular activity. MiR-210-3p overexpression reduced ATG7 and LC3II/LC3I expression and increased P62 expression. Improvements in vascular density and autophagosome formation, increased ATG7 expression, and changes in the ratio of LC3II/LC3I were detected, as well as reduced P62 expression, in adenovirusanti-miR-210-3p treated mice after CLP injury. Taken together, the key findings of the current study demonstrate that plasma EVs carrying miR-210-3p target ATG7 to regulate autophagy and inflammatory activation in a sepsis-induced ALI model.

        한국어 듣기 교재 제시대화문에서 출현한 형용사에 대한 계량언어학적 연구 -중국에서 출판된 한국어 듣기 교재를 중심으로-

        Verbs and adjectives are the core of the sentence as a predicate in Korean sentences. This thesis selects adjectives to conduct research. Researcher conducted a study in three aspects by using interval estimation, Hypothesis verification method to look at whether the dialogues are facing certain problems in the use of adjectives in Korean listening textbooks published in domestic publishing company. At first, in morphological aspect, researchers divided adjectives into simple type, ‘하다’type, ‘스럽다’ type, ‘롭다’ type, ‘되다’ type, and compared the quasi-spoken Korean and dialogues presented in listening materials. Then, in etymological aspect, adjectives were divided into native words system, ‘Chinese words + native words’ system, ‘foreign words + native words’ system and researcher conducted a comparative study. Thirdly, researcher conducted a comparative study on the structural aspects of adjective phrases. At last, based on the compared study results, researcher offered a few suggestions about dialogue in Korean listening materials.

      • Studies on control mechanism and performance of a novel pneumatic-driven active dynamic vibration absorber

        To efficiently attenuate seismic responses of a structure, a novel pneumatic-driven active dynamic vibration absorber (PD-ADVA) is proposed in this study. PD-ADVA aims to realize closed-loop control using a simple and intuitive control algorithm, which takes the structure velocity response as the input signal and then outputs an inverse control force to primary structure. The corresponding active control theory and phase control mechanism of the system are studied by numerical and theoretical methods, the system’s control performance and amplitude-frequency characteristics under seismic excitations are explored. The capability of the proposed active control system to cope with frequency-varying random excitation is evaluated by comparing with the optimum tuning TMD. The analysis results show that the control algorithm of PD-ADVA ensures the control force always output to the structure in the opposite direction of the velocity response, indicating that the presented system does not produce a negative effect. The phase difference between the response of uncontrolled and controlled structures is zero, while the phase difference between the control force and the harmonic excitation is π, the theoretical and numerical results demonstrate that PD-ADVA always generates beneficial control effects. The PD-ADVA can effectively mitigate the structural seismic responses, and its control performance is insensitive to amplitude. Compared with the optimum tuning TMD, PD-ADVA has better control performance and higher system stability, and will not have negative effects under seismic wave excitations.
