      • Load Spectrum and Fatigue Life Computer Analysis of Prestressed Concrete Bridges

        With respect to fatigue damage of heavy traffic on the bridge structure, this paper studied on load spectrum and fatigue simulation. The author used manual recording, live cameras, vehicle dynamic weighing system (WIM) to conduct traffic investigation in a continuous 24-hour period. Basing on these data in Hebei province, we established typical vehicle load spectrum using probabilistic and statistical methods, and deduced a standard fatigue vehicle model on this basis. Then we prepared random load spectrum by MATLAB and realized loading it on a finite element model (FEM). Next, the paper assessed the fatigue life of in-service highway bridges that in Hebei by comparing typical vehicle load and random vehicle load. Results showed that vehicle speed has significant influence on fatigue damage under typical vehicle load. Equivalent stress amplitude is small in two operational states under random vehicle load, the general operation state and intensive operation state. Fatigue damage to bridge under general operation is obvious. After verified the applicability of the standard fatigue vehicle model, we can believe that this model developed in this article can be further used as a reference to check highway fatigue damage in the entire Hebei province. Moreover, all the results showed that the bridges wouldn’t get fatigue failure under a normal operation state when there is no impact of environmental factors.

        Production of syngas from dry reforming of bio-oil model compound in granulated blast furnace slag

        The characterization of dry (CO2) reforming of bio-oil model compound (BMC) in granulated BF (blast furnace) slag for syngas production is presented in this study. The effects of temperature, CO2/C (the molar ratio of CO2 to C in the BMC), liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) and granulated BF slag on the coke yield, combustible gas yield, syngas composition and lower heating value of the dry reforming process were investigated by fixed-bed experiments. The results indicated that using granulated BF slag as the heat carrier, temperature reaching 750 oC, CO2/C of 0.75 and LHSV of 0.45 h1 could be the optimal condition for the dry reforming process, where the combustible gas yield and lower heating value were up to 1.85L/g and 23.00 kJ/g, respectively. Granulated BF slag showed positive effects on the dry reforming process, promoting the combustible gas yield and lower heating value and increasing the compositions of H2 and CO. Granulated BF slag could be used as a superior heat carrier for the dry reforming of BMC.

        “X化”结构的语义与句法分析

        The “X化” structure is a highly productive system with complex grammatical and semantic features and is frequently used in modern Chinese. The research on the structure of “X化” has always been a topic of concern to scholars. From the grammatical features, semantic properties to the source of the internal structure of “X化”, the results are very rich. At the same time, there are some differences on the semantic research of “X化”. Therefore, this paper chooses the “X化” structure as the research object, starting from the basic meaning of “X化”, discusses the semanticcharacteristics of “X化” structure and examines the influence of syntax on the semantic of “X化” structure from the perspective of generative grammar. In the study of “X化” semantics, the semantics of the real word “化” and the quasi-affix “hua” are analyzed. According to the records in Shuo Wen Jie Zi, the original meaning of “化” is “enlightenment”. With the passage of time, it has replaced the “匕” representing “change” and expanded its meaning to “change and enlightenment”. In modern Chinese, the basic meaning of the real word “化” follows the original meaning of “化” in ancient Chinese, which is “change, make a change”. In the semantic analysis of quasi-affix “化”, this article starts from the basic meaning of “化”,According to the interpretation of the “Modern Chinese Dictionary”, the quasi-affix “化” has the meaning of “change” and “realization”. When “化” means “development”, “X化” means “developing in the direction of X”. “X” is mostly qualitative adjective or non-predicate adjective. When the affix “化” is the meaning of “realization”, “X化” means “presenting the form or nature of X”. “X” is mostly an abstract noun or an open and developmental verb. Under the theoretical framework of generative grammar, this paper analyzes the influence of syntactic structure on the semantic meaning of “X化” and holds that the causative meaning of “X化” is produced under the action of light verbs, rather than the semantic meaning of “X化”. “X化”结构是一个能产性较强, 语法语义特点复杂, 在现代汉语中的使用频率很高的系统。对 “X化”结构的研究一直以来也是学者们关心的话题, 从 “X化”内部结构的语法特点、语义性质到来源, 成果十分丰富, 同时对于“X化”的语义研究方面也存在着一些分歧。因此, 本文选定 “X化”结构为研究对象, 从 “化”的基本义出发, 探讨 “X化”结构的语义特点, 并从生成语法的观点考察句法对 “X化”结构语义的影响。 在对 “X化”语义的研究中, 分析了实词 “化”和类词缀 “化”的语义。根据 ≪说文解字≫的记载, “化”的本义为 “教化”, 随着时间的推移, 取代了表示 “变化”的 “匕”, 语义扩大为 “变化, 教”。现代汉语中, 实词“化”的基本义沿用了古代汉语 “化”的本义, 为 “变化, 使变化”。在类词缀“化”的语义分析中, 本文从 “化”的基本义出发, 参照 ≪现代汉语词典≫的释义, 认为类词缀 “化”具有 “变化”义和 “实现义”, “化”为 “发展”义时, “X化”为 “向X的方向发展”, “X”大多为性质形容词或者非谓形容词;类词缀 “化”为 “实现”义时, “X化”表示 “呈现X的形态或性质”, “X”多为抽象名词或具有开放性和发展性的动词。最后在生成语法的理论框架下, 本文分析了句法结构对 “X化”语义的影响, 认为 “X化”的致使义是在轻动词的作用下而产生的, 而非 “X化”本身的语义。

        Polyaniline-modified graphitic carbon nitride as electrode materials for high-performance supercapacitors

        Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) has attracted extensive attention in energy storage due to its suitable and tunable bandgap, high chemical/thermal stability, earth abundance and environmental friendliness. However, its conductivity should be improved to work as the electrode materials in supercapacitors. In this report, we have prepared a two-dimensional composite (CN-PANI) based on g-C3N4 and polyaniline (PANI) by in-situ polymerization, which can be efficiently applied as electrode material for supercapacitors. The introduction of PANI can increase the conductivity of the electrode, and the porous structure of g-C3N4 can provide enough channels for the transport of electrolyte ions and improve the electrode stability. As a result, the obtained CN-PANI demonstrates excellent specific capacitance (234.0 F g−1 at 5 mV/s), good rate performance and high cycling stability (86.2% after 10,000 cycles at 50 mV/s), showing great potential for high-rate supercapacitors.

        从“X精”看“精”的类词缀化现象

        随着“戏精”、“杠精”、“猪精”等词汇的流行, 网络上逐渐形成了“X精”族词汇。其中“精”的语义呈现了虚化的趋势, 位置基本固定, 并且“X精”词族呈名词性性质, 可以看出“精”开始表现出类词缀的特点。 本文选定“精”为研究对象, 运用文字学和词汇学的知识, 对其类词缀化的现象进行研究。首先探究了“精”的语源语义, 通过辞书对“精”的释义, 梳理了“X精”中“精”的语义变化路径, 然后结合类词缀的判定标准从意义规则、结构规则和功能规则三个方面对“精”做出类词缀化倾向的分析。发现“精”的语义从原来的“完美、最好”虚化为“具有某种特质并且程度极深的人”;在构词时, “精”位于后置的位置且固定, 具有一定的黏着性, 即与词根分开时, 则失去虚化意义;在功能规则方面, “精”具有很强的构词能力, 并具有标注词性的能力。本文在网络中共收集到了70个“X精”族词汇, 对收集的“X精”族词汇从语音特征和语法特征两个方面进行整理和分析, 其中除了两个非汉语成分以外, 单音节的有14个, 约占总数的20%, 双音节的有54个, 约占总数的77.1%。从“X”的语法成分上看, “X”为名词性成分的有37个, 约占总数的52.9%, 为动词性成分的有20个, 约占总数的28.6%, 为形容词性成分的有11个, 约占总数的15.7%。在本文的最后探寻了“X精”词族产生的语言内部原因及语言外部原因, 从而完成对“X精”中“精”的类词缀化的分析。 With the popularity of such vocabulary as “master of drama”, “master of devil's advocate” and “fatty master of drama”, the “X-master” family vocabulary has gradually formed on the Internet. Among them, the semantics of “master” tends to be in vain and its position is basically regular. In addition, the “X-master” words family tends to be nominal. It can be seen that “master” begins to show the tendency of quasi-affix. In this paper, the “master” is chosen as the research object and the knowledge of philology and lexicology is used to study its quasi-affix phenomenon. Firstly, the etymological semantics of “master” is explored. Through the definition of “master” in dictionaries, the semantic change path of “master” in “X-master” is sorted out. Then, the affix-like tendency of “master” is analyzed from three aspects, meaning rule, structure rule and function rule. It is found that the semantics of “master” has changed from “perfect, best” people to be “people with certain characteristics and deep-learning”. In word-formation, “master” is located in the posterior position and fixed and has certain cohesion, that is, when separated from the root, it loses its grammaticalization meaning. In terms of functional rules, “master” has a strong ability of word-formation and tagging. In this paper, a total of 70 “X-master” vocabulary are collected in the network and the “X-master” vocabulary being collected is sorted out and analyzed from two aspects, phonetic and grammatical features. In addition to two non-Chinese components, there are 14 monosyllables, accounting for about 20% of the total and there are 54 disyllables, accounting for 77.1% of the total. From the grammatical component of “X”, there are 37 nominal components, accounting for about 52.9% of the total and there are 20 verbal components, accounting for about 28.6% of the total and 11 adjective components, accounting for about 15.7% of the total. At the end of this paper, the internal and external causes of the emergence of the “X-master” family vocabulary are explored, thus the analysis of the affix-like tendency of “master” in “X-master” is accomplished.

      • A Focused Crawler Based on Correlation Analysis

        With the rapid development of network and information technology, there is a wealth of huge amounts of data on the internet. But it’s a major problem faced by the majority of researchers how to effectively filter out a particular subject or field of information from these data. In this paper, we try to builder a focused crawler based on vector space model and TF-IDF text correlation analysis. We take the seed URL as a collection entrance and fetch web pages from internet. Then analysis page information though technological like web content extraction, page link analysis technology and get the main content of one page. By the correlation analysis method based on VSM and TF-IDF text, we calculation the correlation between pages and the topics what have been defined, so we can achieve the purpose of the focus areas of the web.

        Glucosamine induces cell death via proteasome inhibition in human ALVA41 prostate cancer cell

        Glucosamine, a naturally occurring amino monosaccharide,has been reported to play a role in the regulation of apoptosis more than half century. However the effect of glucosamine on tumor cells and the involved molecular mechanisms have not been thoroughly investigated. Glucosamine enters the hexosamine biosynthetic pathway (HBP) downstream of the rate-limiting step catalyzed by the GFAT (glutamine:fluctose-6-phosphate amidotransferase), providing UDPGlcNAc substrates for O-linked β-N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) protein modification. Considering that O-GlcNAc modification of proteasome subunits inhibits its activity, we examined whether glucosamine induces growth inhibition via affecting proteasomal activity. In the present study, we found glucosamine inhibited proteasomal activity and the proliferation of ALVA41 prostate cancer cells. The inhibition of proteasomal activity results in the accumulation of ubiquitinated proteins, followed by induction of apoptosis. In addition, we demonstrated that glucosamine downregulated proteasome activator PA28γ and overexpression of PA28γ rescued the proteasomal activity and growth inhibition mediated by glucosamine. We further demonstrated that inhibition of O-GlcNAc abrogated PA28γ suppression induced by glucosamine. These findings suggest that glucosamine may inhibit growth of ALVA41 cancer cells through downregulation of PA28γ and inhibition of proteasomal activity via O-GlcNAc modification.

        중국 상장기업의 자본구조 결정요인

        상해증권거래소는 2011년 3월 말 기준 상장 회사 905개, 상장증권 1,537개, 상장주식 949개, 상장주식 총수 2조 2,000억 주, 시가총액 19조 3,000억 위안 규모로 신흥시장의 최대 증권거래소로 자리매김을 하였으며, 앞으로 더욱 많은 발전을 할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 다른 국가의 증권거래소와는 달리 중국의 증권거래소는 상장기업 중 국유기업의 비중이 높은 특징을 지니고 있기 때문에 증권거래소에 상장된 기업들의 자본구조가 어떠한지, 더 나아가 자본구조를 결정하는 요인들이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것은 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 증권거래소 중 신흥시장의 최대 증권거래소로 부상한 중국의 대표적인 증권거래소인 상해증권거래소에 상장된 기업들 중 60%를 차지하고 있는 제조업에 속한 기업들을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 자본구조를 결정하는 요인들이 무엇인지를 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업규모는 부채비율에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수익성은 부채비율에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성장성은 부채비율에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 현금흐름, 최대주주 지분율, 유통주 비율은 부채비율에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과는 투자자에 대한 정보제공 및 재무구조 개선의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Shanghai Stock Exchange is the largest stock exchange of emerging markets that there were listed firms 905, listed securities 1,537, listed stocks 949, total number of listed stocks 2 trillion 2000 billion shares. There is more development that is expected to occur in the future . The purpose of this study is to find determinants of capital structure to listed manufacturing firms in Shanghai Stock Exchange using multiple regression. Conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. First, firm size is positively related to debt ratio significantly at 1% significance level.. Second, the profitability is negatively related to debt ratio significantly at 1% significance level. Third, the growth ability is positively related to debt ratio significantly at 1% significance level. fourth, cash flow, the largest shares ownership, negotiable shares ratio are negatively related to debt ratio but they are not significant statistically. The result of this study provides information for investors and can be utilized to improvement of financial structure.

      • <i>Roseivivax</i> <i>roseus</i> sp. nov., an alphaproteobacterium isolated from a solar saltern soil sample

        <P>A pink, Gram-stain-negative, motile, halotolerant bacterium with subpolar flagellum, designated strain BH87090<SUP>T</SUP>, was isolated from a saline soil sample collected from the south-west coastal area of South Korea (125° 58′ 58.08″ E 34° 45′ 37.32″ N). The isolate formed opaque pink to red colonies on marine agar plates at 30 °C. The polar lipid profile consisted of diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine and one unidentified phospholipid. The sole respiratory quinone was ubiquinone-10 (Q-10). The major cellular fatty acids were C<SUB>18 : 1</SUB>ω7<I>c</I>, C<SUB>19 : 0</SUB> cyclo ω8<I>c</I>, C<SUB>16 : 0</SUB> and 11-methyl C<SUB>18 : 1</SUB>ω7<I>c</I>. The genomic DNA G+C content was 61.8 mol%. These chemotaxonomic characteristics were all consistent with specific properties of the genus <I>Roseivivax</I>. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that the isolate affiliated to the cluster with members of the genus <I>Roseivivax</I> in the <I>Roseobacter</I> clade, which suggested that the strain belonged to the genus <I>Roseivivax</I>. However, the low 16S rRNA gene similarities (93.5–95.3 %) of strain BH87090<SUP>T</SUP> with all the members of the genus <I>Roseivivax</I> indicated that it represented a novel species of the genus <I>Roseivivax</I>. On the basis of phenotypic and genotypic data, strain BH87090<SUP>T</SUP> should be classified as a novel species of the genus <I>Roseivivax</I>. The name <I>Roseivivax roseus</I> sp. nov. is proposed, with strain BH87090<SUP>T</SUP> ( = DSM 23042<SUP>T</SUP> = KCTC 22650<SUP>T</SUP>) as the type strain.</P>
