A novel deep eutectic solvent (DES) and ionic liquid (IL)-modified graphene (G) and graphene oxide (GO) were synthesized and used as effective adsorbents for the preconcentration of three chlorophenols (CPs), 4-chlorophenol (4-CP), 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP), and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP), in environmental water samples prior to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The new materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (S-4200) and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry. The prepared functionalized GO@silica shows remarkable adsorption capacity toward CPs. When used as solid-phase extraction (SPE) sorbents, a superior recovery (88.49–89.70%) could be obtained compared to commercial sorbents, such as silica and aminosilica. Based on this, a method for the analysis of CPs in water samples was established by coupling SPE with HPLC. These results highlight the potential new role of DES and IL-modified GO in the preparation of analytical samples.

The present study developed an oral hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) gene therapy strategy for gastric ulcers treatment. An attenuated Salmonella typhimurium that stably expressed high HGF (named as TPH) was constructed, and the antiulcerogenic effect of TPH was evaluated in a rat model of gastric ulcers that created by acetic acid subserosal injection. From day 5 after injection, TPH (1 × 109 cfu), vehicle (TP, 1 × 109 cfu), or sodium bicarbonate (model control) was administered orally every alternate day for three times. Then ulcer size was measured at day 21 after ulcer induction. The ulcer area in TPH-treated group was 10.56 ± 3.30 mm2, which was smaller when compared with those in the TP-treated and model control groups (43.47 ± 4.18 and 56.25 ± 6.38 mm2, respectively). A higher level of reepithelialization was found in TPH-treated group and the crawling length of gastric epithelial cells was significantly longer than in the other two groups (P < 0.05). The microvessel density in the ulcer granulation tissues of the TPH-treated rats was 39.9 vessels/mm2, which was greater than in the TP-treated and model control rats, with a significant statistical difference. Purpose Lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) is an invasive neoplasm of precursor T-cell or B-cell lineage. A broadly accepted standard treatment for adult LBL has not yet been defined. Materials and Methods To address this issue, we compared two chemotherapy regimens: a modified non-Hodgkin lymphoma Berlin–Frankfurt–Mu!nster-95 (NHL-BFM-95) regimen and HyperCVAD/MA. This retrospective study consecutively enrolled 207 adult LBL patients at two hospitals from 2000 to 2018. Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to assess prognostic factors. Results In the present study, most clinical characteristics were similar between the two treatment groups except for age and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level. Patients treated with modified NHL-BFM-95 regimen tended to be younger and with elevated LDH level. The modified NHLBFM- 95 regimen produced better treatment outcomes than those with HyperCVAD/MA in patients with T-LBL or patients < 40 years. Treatment with HyperCVAD/MA, high Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group scores, and bone marrow involvement were independent risk factors in T-LBL. No patients interrupted treatment for severe adverse events. Conclusion The results suggested that the modified regimen is well-tolerated and can produce the promising outcomes in patients with T-LBL or patients < 40 years.
Analysis of Social Media Utilization based on Big Data-Focusing on the Chinese Government Weibo

The rapid popularity of government social media has generated huge amounts of text data, and the analysis of these data has gradually become the focus of digital government research. This study uses Python language to analyze the big data of the Chinese provincial government Weibo. First, this study uses a web crawler approach to collect and statistically describe over 360,000 data from 31 provincial government microblogs in China, covering the period from January 2018 to April 2022. Second, a word separation engine is constructed and these text data are analyzed using word cloud word frequencies as well as semantic relationships. Finally, the text data were analyzed for sentiment using natural language processing methods, and the text topics were studied using LDA algorithm. The results of this study show that, first, the number and scale of posts on the Chinese government Weibo have grown rapidly. Second, government Weibo has certain social attributes, and the epidemics, people's livelihood, and services have become the focus of government Weibo. Third, the contents of government Weibo account for more than 30% of negative sentiments. The classified topics show that the epidemics and epidemic prevention and control overshadowed the other topics, which inhibits the diversification of government Weibo.
Extraction of Quercetin from Ginkgo biloba by DESs-based Monolithic Cartridge with RP-HPLC

Deep eutectic solvents (DES) were synthesized with choline chloride (ChCl), template molecular monolithic (TMM) and non-DES monolithic (N-DES-M) without template, were prepared in an identical procedure. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) were used to characterize the obtained polymers. Rebinding experiment and solid-phase extraction (SPE) were used to prove the high selectivity adsorption properties of the polymers. The optimum extraction condition was found to be: ultrasonic time optimized (30 min), the volume fraction of ethanol and ratio of liquid to material (20 mL g-1). Under these conditions, the extraction yield of quercetin was 290.8 mg g-1. Purification of Ginkgo biloba extract was achieved by SPE process. The results showed DES-sbased monolithic cartridge had potential for promising functional adsorption material for the purification of bioactive compounds.

In this paper, we obtain the maximal inequalities for linear process, ϕ-mixing sequence and linearly negative quadrant dependent (LNQD) sequence when the rth moments of random variables are finite for r > 2. Applying these maximal inequalities above, we get the Hájek–Rényi-type inequality, strong law of large numbers, strong growth rate and integrability of supremum for these three sequences.
Long-range Spin Transport using Magnon Phonon Coupling

In spintronics, this has revived interest for insulating materials and in particular garnets, which are the magnetic materials benefiting from the lowest magnetic damping. The sound wave attenuation coefficient in garnets is also exceptional, i.e. up to an order of magnitude lower than that in single crystalline quartz. In addition to the low damping of magnetic and sound waves, a strong coupling can be established between spin-waves (magnons) and lattice vibrations (phonons) through the magnetic anisotropy and strain dependence of the magneto crystalline energy in magnetic garnets. The magnetoelasticity leads to new hybrid quasiparticles (“magnon polarons”) when spin wave and acoustic wave dispersions cross [1]. This coupling has been exploited in the past to produce microwave acoustic transducers [2]. The adiabatic conversion between magnons and phonons in magnetic field gradients proves their strong coupling in yttrium iron garnet (YIG) [3]. I will first demonstrate that the spin waves can be strongly coupled to coherent transverse sound waves that have very long characteristic decay length and propagate ballistically over millimetric distances [4]. The experiment was performed at room temperature with a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the film. Our sample consists of two 200 nm thick YIG layers deposited on both sides of a 0.5 mm thick gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) substrate. The circularly polarized standing sound waves couple to the magnetization oscillations in both layers. An interference pattern is observed and it is explained as the strong coupling of the magnetization dynamics of the two YIG layers either in phase or out of phase by the standing transverse sound waves. This long range coherent transport of spin by phononic angular momentum can add new functionalities to insulator spintronic circuits and devices. If time allows, I will also discuss my previous work on the nonequilibrium between magnons and phonons [5]. Here the local nonequilibrium is created optically within a focused laser spot and probed directly via micro-Brillouin light scattering. Through analyzing the deviation in the magnon number density from the local equilibrium value, we obtain the diffusion length of thermal magnons. By explicitly establishing and observing local nonequilibrium between magnons and phonons, this study represent an important step toward a quantitative understanding of various spin-heat coupling phenomena.
