      • Research on Electromagnetic and Dynamic Properties of LPMBLDCM for Electromagnetic Launch

        In order to improve the thrust characteristics of moving-magnet type linear permanent magnet brushless DC motor (LPMBLDCM), the structural characteristics and magnetic field are analyzed. The influence of electrical parameters and structural parameters on the electromagnetic properties and thrust performance are researched by finite element analysis (FEA). The cogging force, back electromotive force (back-EMF), air-gap magnetic field distribution, mover velocity as well as thrust output are studied by taking some practical parameters into account, including pole/arc coefficient, air-gap width, voltage and current. The LPMBLDCM system is established, and some relevant tests are taken to verify the simulation results. Simulation and experimental results show that the thrust and mover velocity are mainly affected by some key parameters. The results will surely provide the reference and guidance for the optimization of electromagnetic and thrust characteristics of LPMBLDCM.

      • Research on SOC Test Bus Allocation Algorithm under the Constraint of Temperature

        The main concern is over rising temperature during the testing of complex system-on-chip (SOC), this paper studies SOC wrapper and test access mechanism (TAM), and proposes an improved algorithm of TAM assignment under the constraints of temperature. The algorithm uses temperature superposition method and adds compression process. This algorithm can find the test structure that uses shorter test time.

        随着全球化的发展,出口贸易必须考虑国家和地区之间的贸易关系。青岛市作为我国重要的经济中心城市和沿海开放城市之一,其自身的滨海优势带动了对外贸易的发展。本文以青岛市为例,阐析了沿海开放城市对外贸易目前发展现状,利用SWOT分析法剖析了当前青岛市出口产品情况,并对青岛市出口贸易存在的问题,提出进一步解决关键问题的建议,如加快市场多元化战略延伸产业链条、提高产品附加值和自主研发能力以及实现高质量发展等,将进一步促进经济的可持续发展,提升企业的出口竞争力。 With the development of globalization, export trade must consider the trade relations between countries and regions. As an important economic center city and one of the coastal open cities in China, Qingdao’s own coastal advantages have driven the development of foreign trade. This article takes Qingdao as an example to analyze the current development status of foreign trade in coastal open cities. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the current situation of Qingdao’s export products, and suggestions are proposed to further solve key problems in Qingdao’s export trade, such as accelerating the diversification strategy of the market, extending the industrial chain, improving product added value and independent research and development capabilities, and achieving high-quality development, It will further promote sustainable economic development and enhance the export competitiveness of enterprises.

      • Energy Efficiency of Very Large Multiuser MIMO Systems with Transmit Antenna Selection

        In this paper, transmit antenna selection is performed to improve the energy efficiency of multiuser large scale MIMO systems, which is necessary for the energy efficiency maximization of large scale MIMO, because the RF chains which are connected with antennas are very expensive and consume a lot of power. However, the consumed power of the large scale MIMO systems should include not only transmit power but also the fundamental power for operating the circuit at the transmitter, because the effect of circuit power consumption is more serious when the transmitter is equipped with massive number of antennas. We evaluate the performance of the energy efficiency in the multiuser case where zero-forcing precoding is used to reduce the inter-user interference. The theoretical analysis indicates that there exists an optimal number of selected antennas to maximize the energy efficiency, and we derive optimal antenna number for different number of users. All the analytical results are verified through both mathematical analysis and numerical simulations.

        Engineering a Highly Thermostable and Stress Tolerant Superoxide Dismutase by N-terminal Modification and Metal Incorporation

        Thermophilic or hyperthermophilic SODs (superoxide dismutase) usually offer substantial biotechnological advantages over mesophilic SODs. Previously a 244-amino acid N-terminal domain (NTD) from a heatresistant SOD of Geobacillus thermodenitrificans NG80-2 was discovered and demonstrated to be able to confer thermostability to homologous mesophilic SODs, which revealed a new type of heat resistance mechanism. To further improve the heat resistance and stress tolerance of thermophilic cambialistic superoxide dismutase (Fe/Mn- SODAp) from Aeropyrum pernix K1 through metal incorporation and fusion with the newly found peptide NTD for broadening its industrial application, the wildtype SODAp and NTD-fused ntdSODAp were expressed in E. coli BL21 and incorporated with metal cofactors by two ways. Recombinant fusion SOD obtained by in vitro reconstitution (Mn-rec ntdSODAp) exhibited improved optimum temperature at 70oC and dramatically enhanced thermostability especially at 110oC with enhanced pH stability from 4 to 10 and higher tolerance for denaturants and organic media than Mn-rec SODAp. To the best of our knowledge, Mn-rec ntdSODAp could be the most heat resistant SOD. In addition, metal incorporation of SODAp and ntdSODAp via in vivo modification have been developed and proved to be more practical for industrial use. These results indicate that fusion with NTD along with metal incorporation can generate superimposed effect and be applied to enhance the stability of cambialistic thermophilic SODs, thus providing a universal and convenient bioengineering method for generating extremely stable SODs.

        MicroRNA-1 in Cardiac Diseases and Cancers

        MicroRNAs (miRs) are endogenous ${\approx}22$-nt non-coding RNAs that participate in the regulation of gene expression at post-transcriptional level. MiR-1 is one of the muscle-specific miRs, aberrant expression of miR-1 plays important roles in many physiological and pathological processes. In this review, we focus on the recent studies about miR-1 in cardiac diseases and cancers. The findings indicate that miR-1 may be a novel, important biomarker, and a potential therapeutic target in cardiac diseases and cancers.

        Identification of DNA methylation and genetic alteration simultaneously from a single blood biopsy

        Background High-throughput sequencing of blood cell-free DNA (cfDNA) techniques offer an opportunity to characterize and monitor cancer rapidly in a non-invasive and real-time manner. Nonetheless, there lacks a tool within therapeutic arsenal to identify multi-omics alterations simultaneously from a single biopsy. In current times, bisulfite-based sequencing detects 5mC and 5hmC at single-base resolution is the golden standard of DNA methylation, while the degradation of DNA and biased sequencing data are the problems of this method. Objective To identify the consistency analysis of methylation and genetic variation with single library, we presented a platform detecting multi-omics data simultaneously from a single blood biopsy using bisulfite-free method of genomic methylation sequencing (GM-seq) mediated by TET enzyme. Methods We detected methylomic and genetic changes simultaneously from a single blood biopsy in NA12878 and randomly chose ten blood biopsies from colorectal cancer or lung cancer patients to validate the ability of GM-seq. Results Similar cytosine methylation level between whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) and GM-seq were identified in NA12878. Moreover, longer insert size, CpGs coverage and GC distribution were outperformed than WGBS. In addition, the comparison of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), insertion-deletion (Indel) and copy number variation (CNV) in NA12878 or ctDNA from liver cancer between GM-seq and whole genome sequencing (WGS) show a good consistency, indicating that this method is feasible for detecting genetic variation in blood. Conclusion In conclusion, our work demonstrated a method for identification of the methylated modification and genetic variations simultaneously from a single blood biopsy.

        Tensor-Based Channel Estimation Approach for One-Way Multi-Hop Relaying Communications

        Multi-hop relaying communications have great potentials in improving transmission performance by deploying relay nodes. The benefit is critically dependent on the accuracy of the channel state information (CSI) of all the transmitting links. However, the CSI has to be estimated. In this paper, we investigate the channel estimation problem in one-way multi-hop MIMO amplify-and-forward (AF) relay system, where both the two-hop and three-hop communication link exist. Traditional point-to-point MIMO channel estimation methods will result in error propagation in estimating relay links, and separately tackling the channel estimation issue of each link will lose the gain as part of channel matrices involved in multiple communication links. In order to exploit all the available gains, we develop a novel channel estimation model by structuring different communication links using the PARAFAC and PARATUCK2 tensor analysis. Furthermore, a two-stage fitting algorithm is derived to estimate all the channel matrices involved in the communication process. In particular, essential uniqueness is further discussed. Simulation results demonstrate the advantage and effectiveness of the proposed channel estimator.

        High-fat-diet impaired mitochondrial function of cumulus cells but improved the efficiency of parthenogenetic embryonic quality in mice

        Global human health has been compromised by high-fat diets. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between a high-fat diet and parthenogenetic embryo quality. Mice fed a high-fat or a normal diet was used as treated or control groups, respectively. Estradiol (E2), total cholesterol (TC) and total triglyceride (TG) were detected by Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA). Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were collected from the mice in the treated and control groups. The ultrastructure of COCs, the expression level of genes involved in mitochondrial and nuclear functions in cumulus cells and oocytes quality were evaluated with transmission electron microscopy, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and artificial parthenogenesis, respectively. The results showed that the efficiency of parthenogenetic embryonic development in vitro was significantly higher in the treated group than in the control group (p < .05). The expression level of genes involved in mitochondrial function was lower in cumulus cells from the treated group than that from the control group (p < .05). The estradiol and cholesterol level in the serum and the expression level of P450 arom were higher in the treated group than the control group (p < .05). The reactive oxygen species (ROS) level was higher in culumus cells from the treated group than the control group, while the mitochondrial membrane potential was lower in cumulus cells from the treated group (p < .05). Accumulation of lipid droplets was only in cumulus but in oocyte, the results demonstrated that mitochondrial functions were impaired by a high-fat diet, but parthenogenetic embryonic development in vitro was improved, in controllable range of damage for the body.
