Topic Extraction and Classification Method Based on Comment Sets

In recent years, emotional text classification is one of the essential research contents in the field of naturallanguage processing. It has been widely used in the sentiment analysis of commodities like hotels, and othercommentary corpus. This paper proposes an improved WLDA (weighted latent Dirichlet allocation) topicmodel to improve the shortcomings of traditional LDA topic models. In the process of the topic of wordsampling and its word distribution expectation calculation of the Gibbs of the WLDA topic model. An averageweighted value is adopted to avoid topicrelated words from being submerged by highfrequency words, toimprove the distinction of the topic. It further integrates the highest classification of the algorithm of supportvector machine based on the extracted highquality documenttopic distribution and topicword vectors. Finally, an efficient integration method is constructed for the analysis and extraction of emotional words, topicdistribution calculations, and sentiment classification. Through tests on real teaching evaluation data and testset of public comment set, the results show that the method proposed in the paper has distinct advantagescompared with other two typical algorithms in terms of subject differentiation, classification precision, and F1measure.
Excellent Strengthening of Low-Carbon Steel by Severe Free-End Torsion

In this work, the effects of free-end torsion on microstructure and tensile property of low-carbon steel were investigated indetail. Low-carbon steels exhibited exceptionally high yield strength through severe torsion deformation. Such high hardeningeffect was mainly attributed to the severe lattice distortion, high density of dislocations and the change in grain shape. Moreover, a gradient deformation structure can be introduced by torsion deformation. The gradient-structure can generate ahigh hetero-deformation induced strengthening, which can increase the strain hardening capacity and remain high plasticity/toughness. Therefore, with increasing torsion angle from 700 to 2800 deg., the uniform elongation and the peak strength werelargely enhanced. After twisting 2800 deg., yield strength and peak strength can achieve 524 MPa and 675 MPa, respectively,and good tensile elongations (εf = 9.6%, εu = 7.4%) are remained.

<P>Melatonin and melatonin isomers exist and/or coexist in living organisms including yeasts, bacteria and plants. The levels of melatonin isomers are significantly higher than that of melatonin in some plants and in several fermented products such as in wine and bread. Currently, there are no reports documenting the presence of melatonin isomers in vertebrates. From an evolutionary point of view, it is unlikely that melatonin isomers do not exist in vertebrates. On the other hand, large quantities of the microbial flora exist in the gut of the vertebrates. These microorganisms frequently exchange materials with the host. Melatonin isomers, which are produced by these organisms inevitably enter the host’s system. The origins of melatonin and its isomers can be traced back to photosynthetic bacteria and other primitive unicellular organisms. Since some of these bacteria are believed to be the precursors of mitochondria and chloroplasts these cellular organelles may be the primary sites of melatonin production in animals or in plants, respectively. Phylogenic analysis based on its rate-limiting synthetic enzyme, serotonin <I>N</I>-acetyltransferase (SNAT), indicates its multiple origins during evolution. Therefore, it is likely that melatonin and its isomer are also present in the domain of archaea, which perhaps require these molecules to protect them against hostile environments including extremely high or low temperature. Evidence indicates that the initial and primary function of melatonin and its isomers was to serve as the first-line of defence against oxidative stress and all other functions were acquired during evolution either by the process of adoption or by the extension of its antioxidative capacity.</P>
Measurement of undesirable neutron spectrum in a 120 MeV linac

Photoneutron background spectroscopy observations at linac are essential for directing accelerator shielding and subtracting background signals. Therefore, we constructed a Bonner Sphere Spectrometer (BSS) system based on an array of BF3 gas proportional counter tubes. Initially, the response of the BSS system was simulated using the MCNP5 code. Next, the response of the system was calibrated by using neutrons with energies of 2.86 MeV and 14.84 MeV. Then, the system was employed to measure the spectrum of the 241AmeBe neutron source, and the results were unfolded by using the Gravel and EM algorithms. Using the validated system, the undesirable neutron spectrum of the 120 MeV electron linac was finally measured and acquired. In addition, it is demonstrated that the equivalent undesirable neutron dose at a distance of 3.2 m from the linac is 19.7 mSv/h. The results measured by the above methods could provide guidance for linac-related research.
Preparation of corn straw based spongy aerogel for spillage oil capture

This work mainly focused on the preparation of a low-cost, ultralight absorbent from renewable corn straw and filter paper via a facile and environmental-friendly approach containing high-shear blending and freeze-drying operation. The physicochemical properties of aerogel were thoroughly examined by several characterization techniques. The satisfactory hydrophobicity of the spongy aerogel was attributed to the formation of polysiloxane on the surface of methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) by the silanization reaction. Owing to its superior features, such as ultralow density, high porosity, desirable hydrophobicity, the corn straw based spongy aerogel exhibited a remarkable absorption capacity for both crude oil (36 g/g) and common organic solvents including carbon tetrachloride (CCl4, 45 g/g), dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO, 24 g/g), N, N-dumethylformamide (DMF, 45 g/g). This might shed light on the design of efficient adsorbent for oil spills and organic pollutants to meet with the sustainable development.
Germplasm evaluation of Grifola frondosa strains using ITS-RFLP and SRAP markers

Genomic DNA prepared from fruitbdies of 25 Grifola frondosa strains were amplified with the ITS primers and the PCR reaction products were enzymed. The ITS bands have same electrophoresis patterns but part of them have different restriction enzyme cutting site. These strains were divided into three broad categories. SRAP amplification employing 47 SRAP primer pairs were carried on and 138 polymorphic bands were detected. The phylogram tree showed that: ten strains were differentiated from the others effectively and fifteen strains have no obvious differences between each other. The results implied that the ITS-RFLP and SRAP markers were effective methods for strains identifica tion and germplasm evaluation but other markers were also needed to be used in conjunction.
Hainan Rainforest National Park Area Rural Revitalization Measures

In October 2021, China officially established Hainan rainforest, Sanjiangyuan, giant panda, Northeast tiger, Wuyishan and other national parks. This thesis is based on combining the real experiences of the construction and rural revitalization of Hainan Rainforest National Park with the characteristics of a specific area of Hainan. From the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the rural development around Hainan Rainforest National Park. Hainan Rainforest National Park is one of the first 5 national parks established in China, and it is also a rich area of Hainan Li-Miao culture. The development and construction of national parks receives a lot of attention. This researcher intends to conduct systematic research on the construction of Hainan Rainforest National Park, the development of the surrounding rural areas, rural revitalization, and the discovery and utilization of the Li-Miao culture, and to make research and policy recommendations. The construction of Hainan Rainforest National Park firmly establishes and fully embodies the concept that clear water and lush mountains are valuable assets. The construction of this park signifies adherence to the concept of ecosystem protection first, adherence to the management of mountains, waters, forests and the entire coral reef system, maintenance of the authenticity and integrity of natural ecosystems, protection of biodiversity, and protection of ecological safety barriers. This is of great significance as it is to provide a high-quality ecological space to modern people and to leave a valuable natural heritage for future generations to realize national ownership, public sharing, and transmission of generations. The relationship between protection and development must be properly handled. It is necessary to strengthen ecosystem protection, dig deep into the value of tropical rainforests, and build high-quality national park. In addition, forming a rural revitalization team, efficiently producing organic products, developing distinctive rural tourism, and inheriting cultural heritage are effective ways to realize “clear water and lush mountains are valuable assets.”
