Wei, Guoying,Jin, Yongdong,Ge, Hongliang,Luo, Jiuli Korean Chemical Society 2005 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.26 No.4
The Belousov-Zhabotinskii system measured by a Pt electrode is investigated under external electrode current constraint. A dynamical analysis of the electrode reaction phase has been made by means of a linearized stability criterion valid for three-variable system. It turns out that limit cycle oscillatory regime and dynamical behaviors of the electrode reaction phase have been degenerated under periodical electrode current.
Gender Comparision od Employment and Career Development in China
Wei Guoying 숙명여자대학교 아시아여성연구원 2011 Asian Women Vol.27 No.1
Leveraging data from Sina’s online survey of employment and career development carried in 2009, this article uses statistical description in case studies of the status quo of gender equality in employment and the diverse experiences and hopes of employees in China. This research shows some progress of gender equality in employment has been achieved, but there remain distinct differences between men and women in their professions, ranks, income levels, and promotions. Secondly, it shows that men and women have different experiences and hopes for the work environment due to their different ages, levels of education, and incomes. The marginalization of women in the workplace has a positive correlation with their hopes. The traditional stereotyped impressions still function as frames and templates in defining gender roles in the workplace. These factors have had an influence on gender equality in the workplace.

Study on Anomalous Codeposition Phenomenon of CoNi Magnetic Films
Yundan Yu,Guoying Wei,Hongliang Ge,Li Jiang,Lixia Sun 한국자기학회 2017 Journal of Magnetics Vol.22 No.2
CoNi alloy films prepared from electrolytes with various concentrations of cobalt ions were studied in the paper. Influences of different cobalt ions concentrations on electrochemistry processes, components, microstructures, surface morphologies and magnetic properties of CoNi films were investigated. It was found that CoNi film plating was a kind of anomalous codeposition process. The percentage of cobalt content in CoNi films was higher than that of in the electrolyte. Moreover, with the rise of cobalt ions concentrations, the percentage of cobalt content in the samples increased gradually. CoNi films possessed crystal structures with four stronger diffraction peaks. However, CoNi films prepared from bath with higher cobalt ions possessed hcp structures which contributed to dendrite structures resulting in the increase of coercivity.
Effects of Bath Temperature on Electrodeposited Permanent Magnetic Co-Pt-W(P) Films
Hongliang Ge*,Qiong Wu,Guoying Wei,Xinyan Wang,Qiaoying Zhou 대한화학회 2007 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.28 No.12
The effects of bath temperature on electrochemical behavior, alloy composition, crystallographic structure, morphology and the magnetic properties of electrodeposited Co-Pt-W(P) films were investigated. Electro- chemical studies show that alloy electrodeposition has been shifted to more positive potentials and the critical time for nucleation decreased as electrolyte temperature increased. As the temperature increased from 40 oC to 80 oC, tungsten content in the deposit increased, while phosphorus content decreased. The films deposited at T = 40 oC exhibited soft magnetic properties. However, electrodeposited at T = 70 oC, the films exhibited hard magnetic properties. It is also demonstrated that higher temperature more than 70 oC could weaken hard magnetic properties. XRD results indicated that the deposits obtained at 50 oC-70 oC showed enhancement of [00.1] P.O. (preferred orientation) with the bath temperature, which resulted in the stronger perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.

This study was designed to evaluate the gastroprotective activity of cirsilineol in hydrochloric acid (HCl)/ethanol-induced gastric ulcer model. Cirsilineol was administered at the doses of 20 and 40 mg/kg in HCl/ethanol-induced rats. The gastroprotective ability was verified by determining the ulcer score, total acidity, hemoglobin, inflammatory cytokines, lipid peroxides, and enzymatic antioxidants superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in gastric tissue and serum biochemical analysis. The results showed a favorable increase in the hemoglobin level, antioxidant enzymes (SOD and CAT), restored electrochemical balance (carbon dioxide & anion gap) while a noticeable decrease in ulcer index, total acidity, lipid peroxides, inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1 beta [IL-1β], IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor alpha) in rats treated with the cirsilineol. The serum biochemical analysis on liver markers (alkaline phosphatases, alanine aminotransferase, and aspartate aminotransferase), kidney markers (urea, creatinine, albumin, globulin, total protein), and lipid profile (triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol) were attenuated by cirsilineol treatment in rats. Histopathology showed enhanced gastric protection and preserved the integrity of gastric mucosa upon cirsilineol administration. These results ultimately suggest that cirsilineol has gastroprotective effects that prevent the development of gastric ulcer.
