The creativity of thesis is that the significance of cyber security challenges in blockchain. The variety of enterprises, including those in the medical market, are the targets of cyberattacks. Hospitals and clinics are only two examples of medical facilities that are easy targets for cybercriminals, along with IoT-based medical devices like pacemakers. Cyberattacks in the medical field not only put patients' lives in danger but also have the potential to expose private and sensitive information. Reviewing and looking at the present and historical flaws and vulnerabilities in the blockchain-based IoT and medical institutions' equipment is crucial as they are sensitive, relevant, and of a medical character. This study aims to investigate recent and current weaknesses in medical equipment, of blockchain-based IoT, and institutions. Medical security systems are becoming increasingly crucial in blockchain-based IoT medical devices and digital adoption more broadly. It is gaining importance as a standalone medical device. Currently the use of software in medical market is growing exponentially and many countries have already set guidelines for quality control. The achievements of the thesis are medical equipment of blockchain-based IoT no longer exist in a vacuum, thanks to technical improvements and the emergence of electronic health records (EHRs). Increased EHR use among providers, as well as the demand for integration and connection technologies to improve clinical workflow, patient care solutions, and overall hospital operations, will fuel significant growth in the blockchain-based IoT market for linked medical devices. The need for blockchain technology and IoT-based medical device to enhance their health IT infrastructure and design and development techniques will only get louder in the future. Blockchain technology will be essential in the future of cybersecurity, because blockchain technology can be significantly improved with the cybersecurity adoption of IoT devices, i.e., via remote monitoring, reducing waiting time for emergency rooms, track assets, etc. This paper sheds the light on the benefits of the blockchain-based IoT market.

Employees’ commitment to their organization is a research topic attracts great attention despite studied a lot. The aim of this study is to reveal the relation of the tourism sector employees’ commitment to the organization with their commitment to their superiors and coworkers. 240 employees participated in the study. According to the results of the research, it was found that there was a positive directional high level relation between organizational commitment and the continuance, emotional and normative commitments being sub-components of organizational commitment.

<P>Multiple Bragg reflections (MBRs), which can be realized in a bent perfect crystal (BPC) slab and are mutually in dispersive diffraction geometry, provide a monochromatic beam of excellent resolution. After identifying many MBR effects in a BPC Si crystal by using the method of θ–2θD scanning, we have turned our attention to the study of selected effects using the method of azimuthal rotation of the crystal lattice around the scattering vector of the primary reflection for a fixed chosen wavelength. In this paper, several azimuthal scans with the intention of possible practical exploitation for very high resolution diffractometry are presented.</P>

<P>The neutron diffraction properties of a double-crystal (+<I>n</I>,−<I>m</I>) setting, which contains a bent perfect Si(311) crystal in the fully asymmetric diffraction (FAD) geometry with output beam expansion and a bent perfect Si(220) crystal in the symmetric diffraction geometry, are presented. Generally, there are two possibilities for the FAD geometry: either with output beam compression or with output beam expansion. In this case, attention has been focused on the latter. The properties of the (+<I>n</I>,−<I>m</I>) double-bent-crystal arrangement of a bent perfect crystal FAD Si(311) geometry, in combination with a bent Si(220) crystal slab in the symmetric diffraction geometry, were studied. It was found that, after beam expansion, this FAD geometry can provide a monochromatic beam of rather large cross section but very small divergence.</P>
Double Bent Crystal Monochromator for High Resolution Neutron Powder Diffraction
Mikula, P.,Vrá,na, M.,Š,aroun, J.,Seong, B.S.,Woo, W. Cambridge University Press 2013 POWDER DIFFRACTION Vol.28 No.2
<P>Recent results of focusing and reflectivity properties of the dispersive double-bent-crystal monochromator have shown that it could be succesfully used in high resolution neutron diffraction experiment. By using a standard polycrystalline sample of α-Fe, the resolution of the diffraction performance in the vicinity of the scattering angle 2<I>θ</I>S = 90o for the neutron wavelength <I>λ</I>= 0.162 nm was tested in detail. It has been found that for thin (1.3 mm) bent second crystal the angular resolution represented by <I>FWHM</I> of diffraction profiles was 1x10−3 rad for 211 and 200 reflections and about 3x10−3 rad for 220 reflection.</P>
COVID-19: Weighing the Endeavors of Nations, with Time to Event Analysis
Stephen Shine,Issac Alwin,Jacob Jaison,Vijay VR,Radhakrishnan Rakesh Vadakkethil,Krishnan Nadiya 질병관리본부 2020 Osong Public Health and Research Persptectives Vol.11 No.4
The cataclysmic COVID-19 pandemic erupted silently causing colossal impact worldwide, the repercussions of which indicated a lackadaisical vigilance in preparation for such a pandemic. This review assessed the measures taken by nations to contain this pandemic. A literature review was conducted using Medline, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, and WHO website. There were 8 nations (selected from the GHS index list) appraised for containment strategies. This was achieved by using mortality rate (per million) as the primary endpoint. The nations which were proactive, initiated scientific strategies earlier with rigor, appeared to have succeeded in containing the pandemic, although it is still too early to arbitrate a verdict. The so called “pandemic war” mandates international, interdisciplinary, and interdepartmental collaboration. Furthermore, building trust and confidence between the government and the public, having transparent communication, information sharing, use of advanced research-technology, and plentiful resources are required in the fight against COVID-19.
