        심포지엄 논문(論文) : 「듣기」프로피션시(proficiency)를 위해서 -학습자에 의한 일본인 인터뷰로부터-

        문자나 어휘·문법과 같은 언어지식의 습득을 중심으로 해 온 일본어 교육은 현재 커뮤니케이션 능력을 중시하는 커뮤니케이션 교육으로 확실히 변모하고 있다. 본고는, 일본어 학습자에 의한 「일본인 관광객에의 인터뷰」의 대화내용 중 관찰할 수 있었던 「대면 청해」에서의 문제를 사례로 들면서, 프로피션시(proficiency)를 중시한 효과적인 청해 교육에 대해서 고찰한다. 프로피션시(proficiency)를「태스크(task) 수행능력」, 즉, 「운용할 수 있는 능력」이라고 했을 때, 형식과 의미의 맵핑(mapping) , 곧,「의미 이해」가 중요하게 된다. 그러기 위해서는 a「장면과 형식」b「내용과 예측·추측」c「듣고 답하기」의 스트라테지(strategy)를 중시한 교재나 교수법을 개발하여 선택할 필요가 있다. 또한, 프로피션시(proficiency)의 사고 방식은, 학습자가 자신의 언어력이 어디에 위치해 있는가 하는것을 「알아차리는 것」을 중시하여, 자기 진단을 포함한 「알아차리게 하는」교육이 큰 의미를 가지고 있다. 학습자의 주체적인 메타 인지능력을 육성하는 것이 학습자 자신의 「듣기」프로피션시(proficiency), 또한, 일본어 능력의 향상과 연결된다고 생각한다. 文字や語彙·文法といった言語知識の習得を中心としてきた日本語敎育は、現在、コミュニケ―ション能力を重視したコミュニケ―ションの敎育へ確實に移行している。本稿は、日本語學習者による「日本人觀光客へのインタビュ―」の對話の中で見られた「對面聽解」での問題の事例をあげながら、プロフィシェンシ―を重視した效果的な聽解敎育について考えていく。プロフィシェンシ―を「タスク遂行能力」、つまり、「運用できる能力」であると捉える場合、形式と意味のマッピング、すなわち「意味理解」が重要になる。そのためには、a「場面と形式」、b「內容の予測·推測」、c「聞き返し」のストラテジ―を重視した敎材や敎授法を開發し、選擇する必要がある。さらに、プロフィシェンシ―の考え方は、學習者が自分の言語の力がどこに位置しているかの「氣づき」を重視し、自己診斷を含めた「氣づかせ」の敎育が大きな意味を持っている。學習者の主體的なメタ認知能力を育成することが、學習者自身の「聞く」プロフィシェンシ―、ひいては、日本語能力の向上につながると考える。

        日本語學習の學びを深める文化の學習-セマティック,ユニット「ゆるキャラ」の授業實踐-

        外國語敎育の重要な目標の一つに學習言語が使用されている文化をより廣く理解することがある。現在まで日本語敎育に日本文化をどう組み入れていくかについては「日本事情」という科目を通して多くの議論が重ねられている。また、外國語敎育における文化の學習の考え方の1つにアメリカの「ナショナル·スタンダ一ズ」がある。その2つを槪觀した上で、本論文では國際文化フォ一ラム(TJF)が作成した『外國語學習のめやす2012』で提言されている文化の學習と授業デザインの考え方をもとに、韓國の大學の授業「時事日本語」において導入したセマティック·ユニット「ゆるキャラ」の授業實踐報告を行う。先に授業內容について具體的な報告を行う。次に學習者のふりかえりシ一トの分析を加え、その成果を以下のように考察した。1)「ゆるキャラ」から見える日本社會や文化に關するキ一ワ一ドの抽出によって、韓國と日本の相違と共通性の認識が得られた。2)抱川市の「ゆるキャラ」の企畵制作を通して、韓國と日本との共有價値を創造することができた。3)「ゆるキャラ」を演じることによる日本語の自己紹介文の作成と口頭による實演を通して、日本語の學習方法が開發できた。今回セマティック·ユニットを導入し、「ゆるキャラ」文化を學習した日本語の授業は、結果として日本語學習者の學びを深めた。文化の學習と連繫する日本語敎育は評價の問題や適切なフィ一ドバック、敎師力などの課題を抱えながらも效果的な學習方法の1つとして考えられる。 As one of the important targets of foreign language learning, it is conceivable that we more widely understand the culture and society of areas in which the target language of learning is spoken. Nowadays, there is much discussion about the school subject of "Japan Culture and Society Studies" that explores how to incorporate the Japanese culture into the Japanese language education. Furthermore, one of the concepts of learning culture in foreign language teaching is "National Standards Collaborative Project 1996". Considering the above, this paper is partly based on the curriculum design for learning culture proposed by TJF in "Foreign Language Curriculum Guidelines 2012". I make a report about the thematic unit, "Yuru-Chara". I introduced it so as toteach itto my students in the class of "CURRENT JAPANESE" at theUniversity of South Korea. First of all, I make a specific report about the content of the class. Then, based on an analysis of thereflection sheets of the learners, I consider the three results to beas follows: 1. Through the extraction of keywords related to Japanese society and culture ascan be seen from "Yuru-Chara", we recognized differences and commonalities between South Korea and Japan. 2. Through the planning and production of "Yuru-Chara" in Pocheon-city, we created a shared value between South Korea and Japan. 3. Through the making ofself-introduction sentences of Japanese and playing Yuru-Chara`s role, we reinvented how to learn theJapanese language. My students learned "Yuru-Chara", introduced as the thematic unit in the Japanese language class, and as a result they were able to understandthe Japanese language more deeply. We have some problems to improve upon, such as the methods of assessment, the appropriate feedback, and the leadership of theteachers. Nevertheless, learning culture is one of the mosteffective methods in Japanese language education.

        TP53 variants in p53 signatures and the clonality of STICs in RRSO samples

        Objective: Precursor lesions may be identified in fallopian tube tissue after risk-reducing salpingo-oophorectomy (RRSO) in patients with pathogenic variants of . Serous tubal intraepithelial carcinoma (STIC) is considered a precursor of high-grade serous carcinoma, whereas the significance of the p53 signature remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the relationship between the p53 signature and the risk of ovarian cancer. Methods: We analyzed the clinicopathological findings and conducted DNA sequencing for variants of p53 signatures and STIC lesions isolated using laser capture microdissectionin 13 patients with pathogenic variants of who underwent RRSO and 17 control patients with the benign gynecologic disease. Results: pathogenic variants were detected significantly higher in RRSO group than control (p<0.001). No difference in the frequency of p53 signatures were observed between groups (53.8% vs 29.4%; p=0.17). sequencing and next-generation sequencing analysis in a patient with STIC and occult cancer revealed 2 mutations causing different p53 staining for STICs and another mutation shared between STIC and occult cancer. Conclusion: The sequence analysis for revealed 2 types of p53 signatures, one with a risk of progression to STIC and ovarian cancer with pathological variants in and the other with a low risk of progression without pathological variants in as seen in control.

      • Application of Skills Learned from Off-JT by Novice Nurses and Supervisory Approaches for Them in OJT

        Aim(s): To clarify novice nurses (novices)’ and nursing supervisors (supervisors)’ views on the application of skills learned from off-the-job training (Off-JT), situations where supervisors provide support for novices as part of supervision in on-the-job training (OJT), and the details of such support as a basis for effective support for novices to apply the skills they have learned from Off-JT in actual settings. Method(s): The participants were 4 supervisors of a single facility and 3 novices who had been supervised by these supervisors in the same facility. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. During the interviews, the participants were asked about the skills learned from Off-JT and applied/not applied in actual settings, as well as the supervisory approaches provided in OJT. Data analysis was performed, adopting a qualitative, descriptive method. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Mie University Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine. Result(s): The category [understanding of manual techniques and procedures] represents the skills learned from Off-JT considered by both the supervisors and novices as applicable in actual settings. In contrast, the category [management of patients according to their responses] represents those considered by both parties as difficult to apply in such settings. In OJT, 3 situations were identified: 〈observation〉, 〈monitoring〉, and 〈reflection〉. Supervisory approaches for 〈observation〉 were summarized into [manual techniques and procedures] etc. Those for 〈monitoring〉 were represented by [pointing out mistakes and giving instructions to novices] and [following up patients]. 〈Reflection〉 was recounted by [reflecting together] etc. Conclusion(s): The identified skills learned from Off-JT and applied/not applied in actual settings suggest that both supervisors and novices define ‘performing the manual techniques and procedures one has learned as they are in actual settings’ as the application of learned skills. On the other hand, they considered that changing and using one’s acquired knowledge according to patients’ responses are also involved.

        The Role of Plasmacytoid and Myeloid Dendritic Cells in Induction of Asthma in a Mouse Model and the Effect of a TLR9 Agonist on Dendritic Cells

        Purpose: To determine the role of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) and myeloid dendritic cells (mDC) in priming effector T cells to induce allergy, and to evaluate the effect of immunostimulatory sequences (ISS, TLR9 agonist) on dendritic cells. Methods: Cultured mDC and pDC with/without ISS were injected intratracheally into sensitized Balb/C mice. Mice were sacrificed, and then pulmonary function tests, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), cell counts, and cytokine levels were evaluated. Migration of dendritic cells was also evaluated after ISS administration. Results: In mice injected with mDC, airway hyperresponsiveness, eosinophil counts, and Th2 cytokine levels in BAL increased with increasing numbers of mDC injected. However,in mice injected with pDC, none of these changed, suggesting poor priming of T cells by pDC. In addition, mDC pulsed with ISS inhibited asthmatic reactions, and ISS administration inhibited migration of DC to the lung. Conclusions: We suggest that pDC played a limited role in priming T cells in this asthma model and that mDC played a major role in inducing asthma. In addition, ISS inhibited migration of DC to the lung.
