      • 광 교환 기술을 이용한 ATM 백본 네트워크

        The B-ISDN(Broadband-Integrated Service Digital Network) transports various multimedia information effectively. So optical switching networks which consist of optical transmission links and photonic switching systems are noticeable as a way of a large capacity communication. In this paper. we propose optical packet switching networks which will be used as the backbone network of national high speed communication networks which are operated a way of ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode). The B-ISDN transport networks are composed of two-layered networks such as regional networks and a backbone network. The regional network is a n average ATM transport network. The optical backbone network gathers fixed length of several AThI cells which come from regional networks. attaches an optical header. and completes an optical packet, And then the network switches and transports with high speed. That is. the backbone network is a transparent optical packet network. The passing speed of signal in the photonic switch is rapid, but the switching speed is limited and the processing speed of the switching controller which consists of electronic circuit is limited. So the optical packet which consists of multi-ATM cells is able to overcome it in the optical backbone network. The performance evaluation by the computer simulation shows us the efficiency of the proposed way of optical packet switching.

        Starter 및 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치양념 및 겉절이 김치의 품질에 미치는 영향

        양념에 Leu. mesenteroides, Lac plantarum의 젖산균과 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치 양념의 대장균군 제어, 속성촉진여부 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Leu. mesenteroides과 젓갈을 첨가한 경우 초기 숙성이 촉진되나 후기 산패는 완만하였으며 Lac. plantarum의 첨가시에는 초기 숙성에는 큰 차이가 없고 후기 산패가 현저하게 진행되었다. 대장균군은 산도 0.80% 이상에서 사멸되었는데 leu. mesenteroides의 경우가 숙성이 촉진되어 보다 신속히 사멸시켰다. 총균수와 젖산균수는 초기에 starter 첨가구는 10^6CFU/mL 정도인데 반해서 starter를 첨가하지 않은 않은 처리구에서 총균수는 10^6CFU/mL , 젖산균수가 10^4CFU/mL 이었고 숙성 후에는 첨가균이 높은 수준을 유지하였다. 하지만 대체적으로 스타터의 첨가가 숙성 및 대장균에 크게 영향을 주지 못하는 경향으로 동일하게 나왔다. 관능적 특성에서는 Leu. mesenteroides 첨가구가 Lac. plantarum의 경우보다 우수하였다. 한편, 시판 겉절이 김치는 산도가 0.09~0.18%, ph 5.46~5.89, 총균수 2.2×10^6~3.1×10^7CFU/mL, 젖산균수는 2.1×10^4~6.6×10^5CFU/mL, 대장균수는 1.8×10^4~7.1×10^5CFU/mL, 염분 1.89%~2.51%으로 스타터 첨가 겉절이에 비해 ph와 염도를 제외한 품질 특성에서 전반적으로 낮은 값을 나타냈다. This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus plantarum and salt fermented anchovy extracts on Kimchi sauce. The sauce was fermented more rapidly by addition of Leu. mesenteroids or salt fermented anchovy extracts on the early fermentation stage than the control, but it was fermented slowly on the late fermentation stage. When L. plantarum was added to the Kimchi on the early fermentation stage, the acidity of Kimchi didn't show a significant difference from the control, but acidity was remarkably increased on the late stage. Coliform group was disappeared when acidity of sauce was higher than 0.8% during fermentation. It was controlled by Leu. mesenteroides but not by L. plantarum. Total count and lactic acid bacterial count of the sauces with starter were 6.30×10^6~1.0×10^7 CFU/mL and 1.04~2.04×10^6 CFU/mL, respectively, but those of the control sauce were 10^6 CFU/mL and 10^4 CFU/mL, respectively. Those count of the sauce with starter were higher than those of the control sauce on the later stage of fermentation. Organoleptic quality of the sauce with Leu. mesenteroides was superior to that with L. plantarum.

      • 소음·진동에 따른 참전복(Haliotis dissus hannai)의 행동·생태학적 변화

        These days, the underwater excavation and the piling work have been commonly used to reclaim land and to build a breakwater. As the piling work generates high underwater sound pressure in all direction, various kinds of marine organisms are largely affected even if they live a long distance from the piling work. Therefore, this paper describes the relationship between the behavior of abalone(Haliotis discus hannai) of 50cm long and the environmental noise level with vibration due to the piling work. We have separated the research into two parts. The one is continuance impact, the other is intermittent impact. The following are the results obtained from the present investigation: Comparing 0.5cm/sec vibration with 50dB noise and 0.9cm/sec vibration with 60dB, the previous one show a faster reaction speed than the later one. Futhermore the later one showed that pulling up on their shell, in order to avoid the epidemic, moving around, small organisms are included to hide under big organisms, alerting posture. However we couldn't find a consistent standard in our research.

        The effect of different temperature, salinity and pH on survival rate of Urechis unicinctus's swimming embryo was examined to develop the method for the efficient seed production. In addition to, this study was designed to investigate the possibility of pollutant marker diagnosis of marine pollutions by the change in different temperature, salinity and pH. Treatment was carried out whit different temperature (5˚C, 10˚C, 17˚C, 20˚C, 25˚C,), salinity(0‰, 10‰, 20‰, 30‰, 34‰, 40‰) and pH(4, 6, 7.2, 8.2, 9.2, 10). All the swimming embryo of the temperature experiment was survived within all experiment section, but the others experiment were not. At the temperature-shock and tolerance experiment ranging from 5˚C to 25˚C the survival rate was occurred: 75%, 95%, 100%, 100%, 50%, at the ph-Shock experiment ranging from 4 to 10, the survival rate was occurred: 0%, 50%, 85%, 100%, 60%, 0%, at the pH-tolerance experiment ranging 4 to 10 the survival rate was occurred : 0%, 75% 90%, 100%, 80%, 0%, and at the salinity-shock experiment ranging from 0% to 40% the survival rate was occurred : 0% 10% 90% 95% 100% 0% , at the salinity-tolerance experiment ranging from 0% to 40% , the survival rate was occurred : 0% 0% 90% 100% 100% 0%. These results suggest, that the survival rate of larvae of Urechis unicinctus was the highest at 17˚C, 34%. pH8.2 and this Urechis unicinctus could be live at the zone of euryceious and zone of euryhalines

        Percutaneous vertebroplasty has recently been introduced as a therapeutic alternative for the treatment of pain associated with osteoporotic compression fractures and performed popularly at a few centers by neurosurgeons. This technique allows marked pain relief through stabilization of microfractures and strengthening of weakened vertebral body. Authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical outcome of 100 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures for investigating the therapeutic effectiveness of percutaneous vertebroplasty. They were treated with vertebroplasty from April to August 1999. Plain X-ray of all patients showed osteoporotic compression fractures at more than one level.

      • 운동 부하 후 혈액 성분의 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of the constituents in the blood after the exercise by blood analysis. Subjects consist of 5 athletes and 5 non-athlets, who are the students of Kyung-buk national university. The blood of each subject was collected three times -at rest ; shortly after the 7-minutes - bicycle ergometer ride with gradual loading ; 10minutes after the end of the exercise. The results of the experiments are as follows 1.Red Blood Cell of the athlete group increased from 4.69×106개/mm3 at rest to 5.20×106개/ mm3 shortly after the exercise and to 5.04×106개/mm3 10 minutes after the end of the exercise. Red Blood Cell of the non-athlete group increased from 6.50×103개/mm3 at rest to 10.40×103개/mm3 shortly after the exercise and to 9.70×103개/mm3 10 minutes after the end of the exercise. White Blood Cell of the non-athlete group increased from 7.38×106개/mm3 at rest to 11.40×106개/mm3 shortly after the exercise and to 10 minutes after the end of the exercise.There was not significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group. 3.Hemoglobin of the athlete group increased from 15.68 g/dl at rest to 17.14g/dl shortly after the exercise and to 16.22 g/dl 10-minutes after the end of the exercise. Hemoglobin of the non-athlete group also increased form 15.18 g/dl이 at rest to 16.28 g/dl shortly after the exercise and to 15.18 g/dl 10minutes after the end of the exercise. There was not significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group. 4.Hematocrit of the athlete group increased from 45.42% at test to 48.60% shortly after the exercise and to 45.62% 10minutes after the end of the exercise. Hematocrit of the non-athlete group also increased from 42.52% at rest to 46.64% shortly after the exercise and to 44.44% 10minutes after the end of the exercise. there was not significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group. 5.Blood Sugar of the athlete group increased from 77.18 mg at rest to 78.46mg shortly after the exercise and to 79.52 mg 10minutes after the end of the exercise. Blood Sugar of the non-athlete group also increased from 84.40 mg at rest to 89.16 mg shortly after the exercise and to 89.32 mg 10minutes after the end of the exercise. There was not significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group.

      • 침출용 에탄올 농도별 매실주 제조

        In order to determine optimum condition of the manufacture and the storage for Japanese apricot wine, this experiment was carried. The Japanese apricot wine was manufactured by different ethanol concentration variety{20% (a), 25% (b), 30% (c), 35% (d), 40% (e) and 50% (f)}and added 20% (B) or 30% (C) per Japanese apricot weight. We examined the physicochemical properties and sensual evaluation of the Japanese apricot wine at the different stored days (30 day, 50 day, 60 day, 70 day, 90 day, 120 day, 180 day and 360 day). 1. The physicochemical properties and sensual evaluation of the Japanese apricot wine was manufactured by ethanol concentration from 30% to 40% and added 20% sugar per Japanese apricot weight for extraction is good. Also the Japanese apricot wine was stored 90∼120 days at room temperature is good. 2. The optimum condition of the manufacture and the storage for Japanese apricot wine are ethanol concentration for extraction, 30∼40% and ethanol volume, twice of Japanese apricot weight.

      • 豆乳의 遊離糖 및 Amino Acids 含量分析

        두유의 유리당 및 amino acids의 함량을 HPLC 및 AAA를 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시중 유통 두유에서는 단당류중 fructose와 glucose, 이당류중 sucrose, maltose 및 lactose를 분석하였고, sucrose는 0.78∼9.2 mg/mL의 범위로서 모든 시료에서 측정되었다. 17종의 amino acids를 확인하였으며, 그 조성은 모든 시료에서 비슷하였다. Glutamic acid를 비롯한 산성 amino acids가 전체 amino acids의 40.94%로서 가장 많은 함량이었고, threonine을 포함한 필수 amino acids는 31.78%로 측정되었다. Free sugars and amino acids that contained in soybean milk were analyzed with HPLC and AAA(amino acid analyzer), the results were as follows. Fructose and glucose of monosaccharides, and sucrose, maltose and lactose of disaccharides were detected in soybean milk that collected in market. Sucrose was ranged as 0.78∼9.21 mg/mL and showed in all soybean milk. Amino acids were detected 17 varieties, and the compositions were alike in all soybean milk Contents of acidic amino acids including glutamic acid were 40.94% of total amino acids, and the next order was neutral amino acids as 24.62%. Basic amino acids and aromatic amino acids were 10.83% and 9.20%, respectively. Seven varieties of essential amino acids excluding tryptophan analyzed into 31.78% of total amino acds.
