        The purpose of this study was to clarify relating leisure and job satisfaction of Badminton participators participating in Badminton continuously to marital satisfaction. Participators of this study were 291 living in Busan of city. The method of analysis were t-test. F-test, and Duncan test executed For an official approval. In order to analyze relationship among job satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and marital satisfaction, Pearson's Correlation coefficient was conducted. To analyze the effect based on the types of sports, Stepwise Multiple Liner Regression was conducted. The conclusions obtained from this study were as follows; First, participation levels were higher for women than men, higher for 2-year college graduates than university, higher for the income group of 3 million won or less than that of more than 3 million won. Second, we found no correlation between marital satisfaction and participation in Badminton. Participation in Badminton was found to be related to leisure satisfaction based on participation gender, frequency, intensity and cause, and job satisfaction based on participation frequency and cause.

      • 남자 중학생의 혈액형별 체격과 체력의 상관 관계 연구 : 부산 H중학교 3학년을 대상으로

        Following are the results of the study of the correlation between one's physique and physical strength, For the study, 242 boys in the and grade of H Middle School in Pusan were randomly elected, 1, In terms of the correlation between a blood type a physique, the students with blood type A had the best physique, The second best was Hood type O, the third was blood type AB, the last was blood type A. 2. With regard to correlation between a blood type a physique, blood type A student was good at the 1,600m race, the event of staying power. Blood type AB at push-up, the event of muscular strength, Blood type B at 50m race and the standing broad jump, Blood type O at flexibility area trunk flexion. 3. Correlation between a physique an physical strength with regard to blood type is 1) the correlation between height and physical strength showed that positive correlation(.001) of blood type B was the lowest at the area of trunk flexion betiding, Blood type B showed the highest correlation at the area of 50m race as negative correlation(-.485). 2) The correlation between weight and physical strength showed that blood type O had the lowest correlation at 50m race at negative correlation(-.010). Blood type AB recorded the highest correlation at the event of 50m race as negative correlation(-.418). 3) The correlation between obesity and physical strength showed that blood type 0 had the lowest correlation at 50m race as negative correlation(-.003). Blood type AB recorded the highest correlation at the event of push-up as negative correlation(-.650). 4) The correlation between a chest size and physical strength showed that blood type O had the lowest correlation at 50m race as negative correlation(-.003). Blood type AB recorded the highest correlation at the event of push-up as negative correlation(-.348).

      • 초보선수 경기력 향상을 위한 심리적 준비의 응용 스포츠 심리학에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this paper is to help coaches and instructors to improve their beginning players' athletic abilities and skills by applying mental preparation method of the sports psychology. The applied sports psychology utilizes psychological knowledge to develop, implement, and satisfy the persons concerned to the sports. The applied sports psychology includes effective improvement of sports skills, motivation to practise and endure hard drills, dealing smoothly with private matters, efforts to become a better coach, and sports psyching. The sports psyching has a variety of strategies: centering to minimize problem thought that can distract players' attention right before the game and the self-statement coping-skills, centering to decrease excessive excitement or anxiety and the self-statement coping-skills plus gradual relaxation, centering to minimize partner's psyching-out and self-statement coping-skills, recalling the best performance' to escape from the slump, setting an actual short-term goal to minimize failure or disappointment, and the coach's using check-list that helps to detect their players' sports psyching skills used. The sports psyching is a mental technology to be mastered by each individuals hard training, The beginning players can access their maximum potential through the technology acquired by sports psyching practice.

      • 운동후 심박수 및 최고혈압 회복 시간 변화에 관한 연구 : 태권도 선수군과 비선수군을 대상으로

        I'm trying to determine whether stretching exercises assist in the development of a stronger, more efficient circulatory system, 12, Middle School boys were chosen as a target group. Their ages were between 14 and 16. Group A consisted of 6 boys who had participated in Tae-Kwon do (Korean martial Arts) for a period of years. Group B were chosen randomly from those who did not participate in the Tae Kwondo stretching. The study set out to detemine the validity of improving circulatory efficiency through by recording the heartrates (bpm) and blolldpressure changes after performing the stretching exercises. Results : 1. During the period of rest, group A recorded a heartrate of 72.92±2.84 bpm. Group B recorded a heartrate of 75.92±22.52 bps. This illustrates a difference of two points which shows that Group A's circulatory system is functioning at a different level. 2. At the period of rest (after stretching), group A showed a rapid decrease in heartrate after 3 minutes of exercise. Group B had a decreased heartrate after 30 minutes. 3. The highest blood pressure (bp) for the rest period was recorded at for group A. Group B, during the same time, recorded a bloodpressure (bp) of 119.69 ±8.87mmHg. The difference was 14.06mmHg. 4. In the rest period, both groups showed rapid decrease in the highest bloodpressure (bp) in a time of 1-3minutes, while group B became normal after 30 minutes. From the data collected, group A (athleles) showed a smaller rise in heartrate and blood pressure. As well, group A demonstrated a faster recovery rate in heartrate (bpm) and blood pressure (bp). These results can be due to the effects of stretching exercises performed by group A. This activity improved circulatory function. It can be concluded that group A circulatory system would function more efficiently than group B.

      • 양궁선수의 다리근력ㆍ지구력 조사분석

        This study aims at investigating comparison of the effect upon muscular function for left and right in limbs such as peak torque, leg muscular endurance, ratio of muscular endurance, ratio of muscular strength, ratio of muscular deficit caused by extension and flexion at 60℃/sec, 180℃/sec and 240˚ /sec Cybex 340 exercise velocity, 7male Score players were selected out of the university team. The resulats were as fallows : 1.In maximal power efficiency the mean torques of leg flexion at 60℃/sec, 180℃/sec and 240℃/sec the mean were 132.29Nm, 104.57Nm, 93.85Nm in left leg and 130.71Nm, 109.57Nm, 95.14Nm in right leg.The mean torque of leg extension were 202.71Nm, 141.43Nm, 112.71Nm in left leg and 189.71Nm, 139.14Nm, 113.71Nm in right leg.There was no signification between left and right leg. 2.The mean torque of total work in muscular endurance were 2154.57J, and 2544.43J at flexion and extension respectively in the left leg and 2224.57J and 2544.57J at flexion and extension respectively in the right leg. There was no signification between left and right. 3.The ratio of muscular endurance in left leg were 56.14% at flexion and 51.00% at extension and right leg were 51.71% at flexion and 49.00% at extension.There was signification between flexion and extension in left leg. 4.The ratio of leg power at 60℃/sec, 180℃/sec and 240℃/sec, the mean were 64.71%, 73.43% and 82.57% in the left leg and 68.14%, 78.43%, 83.57% in the right leg.These values were normal in view of common standard.but the value were abnormal in view of elite player standard. 5.In deficit ratio of leg muscle at 60℃/sec, 180℃/sec and 240℃/sec, the mean deficit ratio of results were 1.00%, -2.14% and 1.00%in left leg and -6.43%, 5.57% and -1.29% in right leg.These values were normal in view of common standard. 6.in order to guide and manage the leg power of Score player scientifically, the analysis and evaluation of muscular endurance, power and its deficit using Cybex dynamometer are thought to be necessary.Especially the leader and trainer must utilize the profile based on this evalutation into training and practice.By this, the efforts to reduce exercise injuries and achievement of excellence results.
