        When it appraises analytically picture work, it needs to create basis of appraisal defintiion depending upon many versatile angular measures. But then how does it gain product contained much viewpoints with minimum service? To solve shch matter it adopted analysis method of factor. Previously, by the fixed hypothesis, it creates appraisal definition measure of optional number (for example-26 each), and obtains all correlation coefficient of appraisal points' reciprocity appraised conclusively by every measure. It is only question how many independant variables will substantially be prescribed from all those correlation coefficientts most nearly. If it determines wih 10 ea independant variable, it produces measure of appraisal definition appraising purely those 10 ea measures value obtained from that, it is available to compute most exactly appraisal point of all other appraisal definition measures by computation of total points. Practioally, valuation touching in 26 (twenty-six) times is enable to reduce with 10 (ten) times. Furthermore, we can catch objectively matter facing to any formation of interior psychology for pictures.

        Ⅰ. The Introduction 1. The motivation and the object of a study (1) This study aims at utilizing the melting furnace of enamelling from the educational loan of IDA. (2) It is the periodic request that we shold bring enamelling from a side job to export. 2. The meaning of the word "cnamelling" The word "enamelling" has been used in two ways in Korea. (1) Enamelling in Buddhist literature mentions seven valuable jewels. (2) Enamelling in modern technical art mentions the art of putting glaze on metal materials, calcining them and making the metal surface colorful. This study is concerned with cnamelling in moderm technical art. Ⅱ. The Literature Study of Enamelling 1. The history and the present state of enamelling were studied in two ways of the East and the west. (1) The West enamelling started from the era of Egypt and left its own traditional finerelics in the middle ages and in the modern ages. Present enamelling produces new creative works. (2) The East enamelling seemed to have started from the West and to move to china. Korea and Japan through Silk Road from the 6th century to the 9th century. 2. Enamelling needs materials and instruments which are various from the metal meterials, enamel and the melting furnace to the other assisting materials and instruments. These materials and instruments are closely studied. 3. How to enamel and to calcine in the basic technique of enamelling are 'studied, and both the selection and the finish of groundwork in the general manufacture process of enamelling is closely studied. 4. The author selected seven kinds of the traditional technique study of enamelling transmitted from the old times and studied the characteristic of each technique. Ⅲ. In the Study on the creative Technique of Enamelling 1. In the experiment of using the special enamel, the use of the massive enamel, the linear enamel, the cylinder shape enamel, the plate shape enamel and the pattern enamel was effective. 2. The use of the plate glass and the earthware in experiment of new materials was very creative. 3. The author studied new creative technique such experiments as the use of gold leaf, silver leaf and silver wire in the field of experiment out of mixed enamel and the other materials. 4. The study of of calcining technique according to the fluctuations of temperature and the length of time of calcining was very creative. 5. Of the study of the special technique, Scratio technique, Marbiling technique, Mosaic technique, Stained Glass technique, Etching technique and the other development of new technique are very effective. Ⅳ. This study is summarized in conculsion. The auther presents the plan of the succeeding study which he unfinished in this study, including an opinion of measures for the promotion of enamelling.

        Clinically the arthritis occupies much part of musculoskeletal diseases. The arthritis is subordinate to Bi-jeung in the oriental medicine. No matter what is cause of the diseases, the lesions of the arthritis are mostly cartilages and bursa. But in process of the depravation bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood are influenced and become new the lesions of the arthritis, it is important that the treatments of the oriental medicine must be objectified and we must absorb a good of the western medical treatments and understand the excellent study of the arthritis in the western medicine. This study was done to comply a reference of 56 master's theses on the cartilage of the western medicine. And these theses were classified by the college, time, treatments and topics. The following resutls were obtained in this study: 1. Whereas In the theses on the cartilages of the western medicine, Jung-ang and Catholic university have the more theses than any other universities. 2. Analysing the theses on the cartilages of the western medicine, we can classify them by the topics with the influence on the regeneration and culture of the cartilages, observation of the historical structure and the influence on the cartilages by the operation. 3. The theses of the influence on the regeneration and culture of the cartilages were the most, 48%, and the second was the influence on the cartilages by the operation.(22%) However the theses on the observation of the historical structure occupied 16%.

      • 전형적인 DISIDA scan 소견의 Rotor 증후군 1예

        만성의 비용혈성 직접형 고빌리루빈혈증은 Rotor 증후군과 Dubin-Johnson 증후군의 특징적인 소견으로, Rotor 증후군은 드문 양성 유전성 질환이며, Dubin-Johnson 증후군과 감별을 필요로 한다. 본 저자들은 황달을 주소로 내원한 26세 남자 환자에서 고빌리루빈혈증에 대한 검사를 시행하여 담도폐쇄 소견없이 간담도 스캔상 전형적인 Rotor 증후군의 소견 즉, 강한 심장 배후방사능이 지속되면서, 간담도계의 조영은 지연 촬영에서도 관찰되지 않으며 신장으로의 배설이 계속 관찰되는 특징적인 소견과 정상 간조직 검사 결과로 Rotor 증후군으로 진단한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Chronic nonhemolytic conjugated hyperbilirubinemia characterizes both Rotor and Dubin-Johnson syndromes. Rotor syndrome is a rare, benign familial disorder and needs to be differentiated from Dubin-Johnson syndrome. Cholescintigraphy is a simple and informative procedure for the diagnosis, which can differentiate Rotor syndrome from Dubin-Johnson syndrome. A 26-year-old man was admitted due to asymptomatic persistent jaundice. Physical examination revealed icteric sclera without hepatosplenomegaly. Laboratory findings showed increased serum bilirubin with direct bilirubinemia. Markedly decreased hepatic uptake and poor visualization of the gallbladder and biliary tract were shown in ^(99m)Tc-DISIDA scan. Histology of the liver showed no diagnostic abnormality without pigmentation. But, we report a case of Rotor syndrome that showed characteristic cholescintigraphic findings with normal urinary total coproporphyrin excretion.

      • 후박 및 은행엽 추출물을 함유한 치약의 임상 및 미생물학적 효과에 관한 연구

        Previous studies have shown that Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts were showed on the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action, in vitro. The purpose of this study was to evaluate on the effect of antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity of Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice in gingivitis. 70 subjects with gingivitis were divided into an experimental group which performed normal oral hygiene procedure with Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice and a control group which also performed normal oral hygiene procedure with the same dentifrice without the natural extracts and completed a double-blind, cross-over study. At baseline and 3 weeks, subjects were assayed for clinical study by plaque index, gingival index, pocket depth, GCF rate, and microbiological study by subgingival dental plaque bacterial morphotypes by phase contrast microscopy, total anaerobes, total aerobes, Black pigmented bacteroides, A-actionomycetemcomitans, A.viscosus, C.rectus, S.sanguis, P.gingivalis, P.intermedia by bacterial culture and immunofluorescence microscopy. After 3 weeks using their respective dentifrices, reductions in the clinical indices of subjects were similar between the experimental dentifrice group and a control dentifrice group except for statistically significant much reductions in PI, GI, and GCF rate in the experimental dentifrice group as compared to control dentifrice group. Also statistically significant reductions in the motile rods and Spirochetes were found in both experimental group to compare with control group, however statistically much reduction in total anaerobes, Black pigmented bacteroides, and P.gingivalis, P.intermedia were found in the experimental dentifrice group as compared to control dentifrice group. This results indicates that Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice might be useful for elimination of gingival inflammation.

        제주 지역의 B형 간염 바이러스 유전자형

        목적: HBV 감염이 무증상의 자연 회복부터 간경변 혹은 간세포성 간암까지 다양하게 나타나는 요인들로 숙주의 요인과 바이러스의 요인으로 구분되어 제시되는데, 바이러스 요인으로는 감염된 바이러스이 유형이나 염기 변이들이 논의된다. HBV 유형을 구분하는 데는 혈청형과 유전자형이 이용되는데 근자에는 주로 유전자형이 이용된다. 이러한 HBV의 분포는 지역적으로 다르나 지역에 따라서 다른 유형들이 혼재되어 있다. 동남아시아는 B형이지만 극동아시아는 C형으로 알려져 있으며, 대만과 오키나와에서는 B와 C형이 혼재되어 나타난다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 보아 우리 나라의 남부지역에서는 B과 C형이 혼재되어 있을 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 제주 지역에서 HBV의 유전자형을 조사하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 원적지가 제주도이면사, HBsAg가 양성이었던 107명(평균 연령: 46.5세)을 대상으로 하였다. 이들의 혈청으로부터 HBsAg/antiHBe를 분석하고, DNA를 추출하여 7개의 유전자형에 따라 특이성을 갖는 시발체(genotype specific primer)들을 이용하여 PCR로 증폭한 후 이를 분석하였다. 주된 유전자형의 일부와 다른 유형에서 증폭에 이용되었던 시발체를 다르게 이용하여 hemi nested PCR로 증폭한 후 염기를 분석하여 계통발생학적 분석법을 이용하였다. 결과: 1. PCR에 의한 HBV DNA 양성은 107명 중 59명(55.1%)이 양성이었다. HBeAg/anti HBe의 발현 양태에 따라 음성/음성에서 2명(66.7%), 음성/양성에서 30명(41.1%), 양성/음성에서 24명(85.7%), 양성/양성에서는 3명(100%)에서 증폭되었다. 2. Multiplex PCR에서는 58명의 유전자형이 C형, 1명에서는 B형과 C형이 동반 출현하였다. 3. Genotype specific primer를 이용하여 각각 따로 PCR을 시행한 경우에 A형에 의하여 증폭된 예가 1예, B형에 의하여 증폭된 예가 1예, C형에 의하여 증폭된 예가 59예로 A형과 B형 모두가 C형에서 증폭된 예였다. 4. 한 쌍의 시발체에 의하여 증폭되었던 A형과 B형 및 C형의 일부에서 염기를 분석한 결과 모두 C 유전자형이었다. 결론: HBsAg이 양성인 제주 지역 주민의 HBV의 유전자형은 C형일 것으로 생각된다. Background/Aims: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) was classified into 8 genotypes by a sequence divergence in the entire genome designated from A o H. HBV genotypes have distinct geographic distributions. Recently, HBV genotypes have been partially found as influencing the clinical manifestation of chronic liver disease in hosts. In Korea, the distribution of HBV genotypes remains unclear. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of the HBV genotype on Jeju Island. Methods: Hepatitis B virus genotypes were evaluated among 107 hepatitis B carriers residing on Jeju Island. We used single PCR and multiplex-PCR assay with genotype-specific primer pairs for HBV genotypes A-F for the genotyping. Results: 1. Fifty nine samples (55%) were positive for HBV DNA. The positivity was different according to the pattern of HBeAg/anti-HBe expression, as -/-; 2/3 (66.7%), -/+; 30/73 (30%), +/-; 24/28 (85.7%) and +/+; 3/3 (100%). 2. In the single primer set of genotype-specific PCR, 59 samples (100%) were detected as genotype C and 2 (3%) were also detected as genotype A and B. 3. In multiplex-PCR, 58 samples (98%) were detected as genotype C and only one (2%) as a mixed pattern of genotype B and C. 4. When the PCR products were amplified with universal sense and genotype specific anti-sense from one genotype A, one B, and 2 C, all were included in genotype C. Conclusions: These results suggest that on Juju Island, almost all HBV genotypes are C.(Korean J Hepatol 2004;10:42-50)

        Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Characterization of Impurity Fe3+ Ion in a PbWO4 Single Crystal

        The electron paramagnetic resonance of the Fe3+ ion in a PbWO4 single crystal has been investigated with an X-band spectrometer at 4 K. The spectroscopic splitting tensor g and the zero-eld splitting parameters Bq k were determined using the eective spin Hamiltonian. The rotation patterns in the crystallographic planes, together with the spin-Hamiltonian parameters, of the Fe3+ ion show that the local site symmetry around the Fe3+ ion in a PbWO4 crystal is orthorhombic even though the crystal structure of the PbWO4 unit cell is tetragonal. The energy levels of the ground state for an Fe3+ ion embedded in a PbWO4 crystal are calculated. It turns out that the Fe3+ ion substitutes for the W6+ ion in the oxygen tetrahedron without nearby charge compensation.

        Study of Frequency Response Characteristics in Microphone Used by Optical Sensor

        In this paper, in order to analyze property of frequency response in microphone using optical sensor, acousto-optic sensor system has been implemented. The capacitance microphone and fiber-optic transmission path type fiber-optic microphone (FOM) have weaknesses in directivity, size, weight, and price. However suggested optical microphone can be constituted by cheap devices, so it has many benefits like small size, light weight, high directivity, etc. Head part of optical microphone which is suggested in this paper is movable back and forth by sound pressure with the attached reflection plate. Operating point has also been determined by measuring the response characteristics. The choosing the point, which has maximum linearity and sensitivity has changing the distance between optical head and vibrating plate. We measured the output of the O/E transformed signal of the optical microphone while frequency of sound signal is changed using sound measurement /analysis program, "Smaart Live" and "USBPre", which are based on PC, and compared the result from an existing capacitance microphone. The measured optical microphone showed almost similar output characteristics as those of the compared condenser microphone, and its bandwidth performance was about 4 kHz at up to 3 dB.

        <sup>207</sup>Pb nuclear magnetic resonance study in PbWO<sub>4</sub>:Mn<sup>2+</sup> and PbWO<sub>4</sub>:Dy<sup>3+</sup> single crystals

        In this exploration, the nuclear magnetic resonance of the $^{207}Pb$ nucleus in $PbWO_4:Mn^{2+}$ and $PbWO_4:Dy^{3+}$ Single Crystals using FT-NMR spectrometer is investigated. The line width of the resonance line for the $^{207}Pb$ nucleus decreases as temperature increases due to motional narrowing. The chemical shift of $^{207}Pb$ NMR spectra also increases as temperature decreases for both crystals. The spinlattice relaxation times $T_1$ of $^{39}K$ nucleus were calculated as a function of temperature (180 K~400 K). The $T_1$ of $^{207}Pb$ nucleus decreases as temperature increases. The dominant relaxation mechanism at the studied temperature range can be deduced as the Raman process, which is the coupling between lattice vibrations and the nuclear spins. This deduction is substantiated by the fact that the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate $1/T_1$ of the $^{207}Pb$ nucleus in $PbWO_4:Mn^{2+}$ and $PbWO_4:Dy^{3+}$ single crystal is proportional to $T^2$, or temperature squared. The activation energies for the $^{207}Pb$ nucleus in $PbWO_4:Mn^{2+}$ and $PbWO_4:Dy^{3+}$ single crystals are $E_a=49{\pm}1meV$ and $E_a=47{\pm}2meV$, respectively.
