        사지 체벽 복합기형 1례

        Limb body wall complex(LBWC) has been included in the spectrum of defects seen in early amnion rupture sequence. LBWC is a complicated fetal malformation with essential features of exencephaly or encephaloceles associated with facial clefts, lateral body wall defects with evisceration of organs, and limb defects. Our case is characterized by the absence of craniofacial anomalies and normal development of urogenital system comparing with other repoerted cases. We present a case of LBWC with a brief review of the literatures.

      • 鮟鱇網 漁具 漁法의 改良에 관한 硏究(Ⅱ) : 展開帆을 이용한 改良漁具 試驗(豫報)

        Ordinarily stow net fisheries was used by floater beam and sinker beam for the purpose of spreading the mouth of net. But it was not only iuconvenient and dangerous but much defective. In this thesis, we have studied fundermental experiment of the improved stow net fishing gear using head rope, ground rope and otter sail instead of floater beam and sinker beam. From the result of this experiment, it has been succeeded for fishing work to achieve basically without any difficulty. The results obtained in this study were as follows. 1) The resistance of fishing gear was estimated R≒7V2 as possible as it is taken greatly. (R: Resistance V: the rate of current) 2) The interval of otter sail was spreaded smoothly. Being in normal condition, it was maintamed the width 37-38m. It was heared comparison with net mouth of ordinary gear, and the shearing force was enough. 3) The height of mouth was lower than we have anticipated to and seemed to have the supplement of buoyancy. But according to increasing the rate of current, the lowness of mouth height was little affected. 4) The height of otter sail was decreased at the rate of 30% by the rate of current, on the contrary, the height of wing was not decreased owing to sufficient buoyancy, 5) The adjustment of extention length of hanging wire(connected with fishing boat) and raising wire(with otter sail) was great important problem and it must be dealed with the most moderatly because of a corelation between the spreading of fishing gear and catching ability. 6) On the depth of 30m, it was taken 25 minuits to cast anchor and lines, 20 min cast net, 24 min haul net, 45 min haul lines and heave anchor, respectively. 7) The improved stow net with otter sail was cleared up the defects and difficult problems in ordinary gear using floater beam and sinker beam, and it have more advantages of fishing work than ordinary one. But there were involved in lots of problems in details to solve in the future.

      • 임상 가검물에서 분리된 균(대장균과 황색 포도균)의 약제 내성

        1981년 1월에서 12월말까지 임상 제료에서 분리한 Escherichia coli (E. coli)와 Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) 중에서 무작위로 각 50주 씩 선택하여 원판 확산법과 평판 희섭법으로 그 내성주를 조사하여 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 전체적으로 볼 때에 Teteracyclin (TET), Chloramphenicol (CM) 및 Ampicillin (AMP)에 대한 내성주가 가장 많았고, Amikacin (AMK)에 대한 내성주는 가장 적어다. 이것을 균종별로 보면 E. coli에 있어서는 TET, AMP 및 CM는 원판 확산법으로서 74∼76%, 평판 희석법으로서는 78∼94%가 내성주임을 나타내었고, 또 Cephalothin(CEP)은 원판 확산법에서는 8%가 내성주로 나타났으나, 평판 의석법에서는 52%가 내성주로 나타났다. S. aureus에 있어서는 TET는 원판 확산법으로 82%, 평판 희석법으로서는 78%가 내성주로 나왔고 Penicillin (P)은 원판 확산법에서는 56% 평판 희석법으로는 22%의 내성주가 나왔으며, GM과 CM은 원판확산법에서는 18∼44%, 평판 희석법에서는 56∼58%가 내성주로 나왔다. Each 50 strains of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were selected at random out of the stock cultures which were isolated from the clinical materials in the bacteriological laboratory of the department of clinical pathology. Kyungpook National University Hospital from the first of January to the end of December in 1982, and their resistance against eight antibiotics were as follows; Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus had the most resistant pattern against tetracyclin, chloramphenicol, and ampicillin, while they had the most sensitive pattern against amikacin in general. Escherichia coli revealed resistant pattern to tetracyclin, ampicillin, and chloramphenicol 74-76% by the disk diffusion method and 78-94% by the plate dilution method, and revealed resistant pattern to cephalothin 8% by the disk diffusion and 52% by the plate dilution. Staphylococcs aureus disclosed resistant pattern to tetracyclin 82% by the disk diffusion and 78% by the plate dilution, and disclosed resistant pattern to penicillin 56% by the disk diffusion and 22% by the plate dilution, and to gentamicin and-chloramphenicol 18-44% by the disk diffusion and 56-58% by the plate dilution.

      • Effects of Biological Control Agents on Nuisance Cyanobacterial and Diatom Blooms in Freshwater Systems

        <P>Biological control agents such as bacteria and ciliates were tested alone and in combination for their abilities to decrease densities of the warm-weather cyanobacterium, <I>Microcystis aeruginosa</I>, and the cold-weather centric diatom, <I>Stephanodiscus hantzschii</I>. The growth of <I>Microcystis aeruginosa</I> was effectively suppressed by the algicidal bacterium, <I>Streptomyces neyagawensis</I>, and the predator heterotrich ciliate, <I>Stentor roeselii</I>. However, co-treatment increased the algal density rather than decreasing it, suggesting that <I>Streptomyces neyagawensis</I> and <I>Stentor roeselii</I> have an antagonistic relationship. Additional experiments revealed that the density of <I>Stephanodiscus hantzschii</I> was effectively reduced by the bacterium, <I>Pseudomonas putida</I>, and by the abovementioned strain of <I>Stentor roeselii</I>. Co-treatment had a greater antialgal effect than treatment with either bio-agent alone, indicating that the two act synergistically. These results suggest the potential antialgal efficacy of treatments with multiple biological control agents, providing new insight that may be useful for the bioremediation of nuisance algal blooms in freshwater.</P>

      • 3D Si/C particulate nanocomposites internally wired with graphene networks for high energy and stable batteries

        <▼1><P>Novel 3D particulate Si/C-IWGNs (Si/C composites internally wired with graphene networks), in which graphene networks not only provide electrical networks but generate void spaces, showed stable cycling behavior at high capacity with a small increase in electrode thickness.</P></▼1><▼2><P>It is challenging to design silicon anodes exhibiting stable cycling behavior, high volumetric and specific capacity, and low volume expansion for Li-based batteries. Herein, we designed Si/C-IWGN composites (Si/C composites internally wired with graphene networks). For this purpose, we used simple aqueous sol–gel systems consisting of varying amounts of silicon nanoparticles, resorcinol–formaldehyde, and graphene oxide. We found that a small amount of graphene (1–10 wt%) in Si/C-IWGNs efficiently stabilized their cycling behavior. The enhanced cycling stability of Si/C-IWGNs could be ascribed to the following facts: (1) ideally dispersed graphene networks were formed in the composites, (2) these graphene networks also created enough void spaces for silicon to expand and contract with the electrode thickness increase comparable to that of graphite. Furthermore, properly designed Si/C-IWGNs exhibited a high volumetric capacity of ∼141% greater than that of commercial graphite. Finally, a hybrid sample, Si–Gr, consisting of a high capacity Si/C-IWGN and graphite was prepared to demonstrate a hybrid strategy for a reliable and cost-effective anode with a capacity level required for high-energy Li-ion cells. The Si–Gr hybrid exhibited not only high capacity (800–900 mA h g<SUP>−1</SUP> at 100 mA g<SUP>−1</SUP>) but also a high electrode volumetric capacity of 161% greater than that of graphite.</P></▼2>

        기업문화, 기업전략 및 기업 커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구: 삼성전자 사례

        기업문화에 대한 관심은 지난 20세기말부터 시작하여 최근에 이르기까지 지난 30년 이상 학제적 연구의 주요대상이 되어왔다. 특히 경영학자들을 중심으로 연구가 시작되어 심리학자들과 커뮤니케이션 학자들까지 많은 전문연구자들이 이 주제를 중심으로 연구하여 왔다. 특히 PR학 분야에서는 제임스 그루닉 교수와 그의 동료들이 중심이 되어 초우량기업의 기업문화 연구를 시작하였다. 우리나라는 기업문화에 대한 연구가 1990년대 초반부터 시작하여 지금까지 그 연구의 열기는 식을 줄을 모를 정도로 계속되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 기업문화와 관련된 기업전략, 기업커뮤니케이션 등 주요 변수들을 살펴보고, 삼성전자의 기업문화와 기업전략, 기업커뮤니케이션을 중심으로 사례 분석에 적용하여 기업문화와 기업전략의 적합성과 기업 커뮤니케이션의 변화에 따른 성공요인을 찾아 살펴봄으로써 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 삼성전자를 연구대상으로 선택하게 된 배경은 2021년 10월 25일이 이건희 회장 타계 1주기이기 때문에, 거기에 맞춰서 삼성전자의 성공 사례를 분석해보고자 하였다. 지금까지 앞에서 여러 학자들이 제시한 연구결과들을 검토해본 결과, 기존의 기업문화 연구는 주로 기업성과와 관련된 연구가 많았고, 기업문화와 기업전략 간의 연계를 함께 연구한 경험적 연구는 많지 않았다. 또한 기업문화와 기업 커뮤니케이션의 연관관계를 살펴본 연구결과도 많지 않았고, 더욱이 기업문화와 기업전략, 기업커뮤니케이션의 관계를 기업성과와 연계시켜 연구한 종합적인 연구모델을 제시하고 연구한 결과가 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 3가지 변수들을 포함하는 종합적인 모델을 제시하고 일종의 탐색적인 연구를 실행하고자 하였다. This study focus on the variables such as corporate culture, corporate strategy and corporate communication. And to study Samsung’s corporate culture, corporate strategy and corporate communication, author has adapted case study method as a methodology. This study is designed to review Samsung’s performance after New Management Announcement in 1993 at Frankfurt in Germany, because October 25th day of this year was the one year memorial day after Samsung’s owner and Chairman Lee Kun Hee died. This study is the one of trial studies to explore what variables makes to success at Samsung for the future plans. If matching K-culture and K-strategy has successfully fitted, we could expect to make K-management theory for the future.
