어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향: 가족건강성의 매개효과

본 연구는 경기 지역의 유치원 5세 유아를 둔 어머니 374명 대상으로 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 가족건강성의 매개효과에 대해서 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 정서표현성, 유아의 사회적 유능감, 가족건강성 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 정서표현성의 하위 요인인 긍정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계 기술, 사회적 규범이해와 정적상관관계가 나타났다. 부정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계기술, 사회적 규범이해과 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 사회적 유능감과 가족건강성과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 하위요인 간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 정서표현성과 가족건강성과의 관계에서는 긍정적 정서표현성과는 정적 상관관계, 부정적 정서표현성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현성, 부정적 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족건강성이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있었다. 가족건강성의 매개효과 검증 결과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the effect of the mother’s emotional expression on the young children’s social competence and the mediating effect of family strength in the relationship between 374 mothers with kindergarten 5-year-old infants in Gyeonggi Province. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the correlation between mother’s emotional expression, young children’s social competence, and family strength, positive emotional expression and social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding were found. There were negative emotional expression and negative correlation between social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding. As a result of examining the relationship between social competence and family health performance, there was a positive correlation between sub-factors. In the relationship between emotional expression and family health, there was a positive correlation with positive emotional expression performance and a negative correlation with negative emotional expression performance. Second, the mother’s positive emotional expression and negative emotional expression were found to be factors influencing the child's social competence. Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of family strength on the effect of mother’s emotional expression on infants’ social competence, it could be interpreted that family strength has a partial mediating effect. The results of verifying the mediating effect of family strength were also found to be statistically significant.

The Cambridge History of China. Volume 10: Late Ch'ing, 1800-1911, Part I. is the first book in the series and as the touchstone. This book’s writers were composed of people who have a school relationship with editor John King Fairbank. It is no exaggeration to say that this volume was also mainly based on Fairbank’s “impact-response” approach. The most striking part is on the Christianity in the last chapter 11. My opinion is that the description of Christianity in China as last chapter is quite intentional, and it can be said that it is very doubtful whether it is worth the Christianity as a chapter during late Qing Dynasty. As you can see from the regional distribution in the volume, Joseph Fletcher, who specialist on Central Eurasia, writes three chapters out of the 12 chapters, and was an unusually high proportion of Central Asia. The one of characters was description based on the perspective of Central Asia. In this volume, the perspective of Fletcher as part of the history of Central Eurasia and Fairbank as an emphasis on Western influence was completely heterogeneous and collision. It is believed that this volume could be defined as a pioneering work at the time and a work that reveals various conflicts of view.

THE EFFECTS OF DONGDAEMUN FASHION TOWN'S CO-PRODUCTION, CO-INNOVATION, AND VALUE CO-CREATION: FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EQUITY

Dongdaemun Fashion Town, a representative clothing wholesale and retail market in South Korea, is a traditional market that was formed in the 19th century in the late Chosun Dynasty. Since then, the market system has strengthened and, as of now, Dongdaemun Fashion Town can produce various products in batch production and is characterized by a quick market response (Jung, Choo, & Chung, 2007). Furthermore, all fashion-related functions are available, making Dongdaemun Fashion Town an industrial cluster where all related businesses and services are locally concentrated (Ko, Choo, Lee, Song, & Whang, 2013). These characteristics of Dongdaemun Fashion Town relieve market trade cost and build a unique production system. It is positioned as a central clothing wholesale and retail district with the function of a national wholesale market. This Dongdaemun Fashion Town system creates services that customers demand through cooperation, partnership, or outsourcing between various suppliers and various resources (Nam, Kim, Yim, Lee, & Jo, 2009). Thus, Dongdaemun Fashion Town is a system space composed of subordinate markets with unique taste functions; here, a systematic network between the suppliers is significant. It produces value co-creation through collaboration with suppliers. However, few previous studies have investigated co-value created through co-production or co-innovation from Dongdaemun Fashion Town. Also, the shift from product-centered thinking to the customer-centered thinking implies the need for an accompanying shift to the customer-based strategy. It also refers the necessity of strategy to improve customer equity (Rust, Lemon, & Zeithaml, 2004). Therefore, further study is needed on co-creation research to make cyclical growth of traditional market and customer equity. The structure of this study is as follows. First, the characteristics of the Dongdaemun Fashion Town’s co-production, co-innovation, and value co-creation are investigated and each of the subordinate aspects is investigated. Second, the influence of co-production, co-innovation, and value co-creation on customer equity driver is analyzed. Third, the moderating effects on the types of suppliers’ (wholesale/retail) influence relationship are analyzed. In total, 300 samples by wholesalers and retailers were collected for the final analysis. Data analysis was performed used SPSS 21.0 for exploratory factor analyses, reliability analysis, and descriptive statistics. Based on the results, AMOS 18.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and multiple group analysis. The results of this study provide an insight into the influence of Dongdaemun Fashion Town’s co-production, co-innovation, and value co-creation on customer equity by wholesalers and retailers. The study concludes with outlining future directions of research that can be used in the development of marketing strategies.

Keyword Analyses of a 19^th Century English Expedition Journal Corpus: Focusing on Vancouver and Broughton’s Expedition Journal

The purpose of the study is to investigate the lexical characteristics of Maritime English as used in the 18th and 19th centuries through two approaches to keyword analysis: corpus frequency-based keyword analysis and text dispersion-based keyword analysis. The target corpus used in this study is an English journal corpus consisting of Captain Vancouver and Lieutenant Broughton’s expedition journal written in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. We focus on comparing important maritime-related words and essential theme-specific words used in the target corpus with those used in the BE06 corpus, representing contemporary general British English, and those used in the Contemporary Maritime English Corpus (CMEC). Through a bilateral cross-comparison of the two keyword analyses, we conclude that dispersion-based keyword analysis shows better results than frequency-based keyword analysis in that the former is more effective than the latter regarding the two criteria proposed by Egbert and Biber (2019): the content-distinctiveness of maritime-related keywords and the content-generalisability of theme-specific keywords. We also discuss some exciting findings about maritime-related keywords under a multilateral comparison of those used in the target corpus and the BE06 corpus as well as in the target corpus and the CMEC.

Word Error Rate Comparison between Single and Double Radar Solutions for Silent Speech Recognition

Silent speech recognition (SSR) is a technology that translates human speech into text without voice information. Various sensors, such as vision, electromyography, electromagnetic articulatory, and radar sensors, can be used to build an SSR system. Because the signals of radar sensors are less intuitive, radar-based SSR research is less common and remains at a basic level compared with work on other sensors. As a basic step in this research area, in this study, we attempted to determine whether single radar or double radar shows better performance for an SSR system. To this end, we estimated the word error rate (WER) of each system. The results showed that a double-radar-based SSR system produced better WER output. This means that the number of radar sensors used in SSR can potentially affect its performance. Therefore, when we create a radar-based SSR hardware platform, how many radar sensors would be ideal for its best performance must be considered.
