      • CH_4 플라즈마 중의 전자군 파라미터와 전자에너지분포함수 해석

        본 논문에서는 약전리 플라즈마의 상태를 해석하였다. 플라즈마 상태의 물질을 공학으로 여러 분야에 응용, 이해하기 위해서는 플라즈마가 가질 수 있는 조건아래서 어떤 거동에 대한 보이는가를 명확하게 파악해 두어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 CH_4 플라즈마중의 전자수송특성을 E/N : 0.1~300(Td), 300(˚K)의 조건에서 2항 근사 볼츠만 방정식과 MCS법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 전자의 거동에 대한 전자군파라미터 즉, 전자이동속도, 확산계수, 전리계수, 특성에너지 평균에너지 등을 계산하였다. 분포함수의 해석은 E/N=10, 100(Td)에서 전자평균에너지의 평균영역에서 해석하였다. 각각의 시뮬레이션의 데이터를 Y Ohmori, Walker, Tagashira등의 실험데이타와 비교하였고 볼츠만방정식과 MCS법의 데이터 결과도 비교 검토 하였다. This paper describes the information on quantitative simulation of weakly ionized plasma. We must grasp the meaning of the plasma state in order to actualize engineering application and to understand materials of plasma state. In this paper, the electron transport characteristic in CH_4 has been analyzed over the E/N range of 0.1~300(Td), at the 300(˚K) by a two term approximation Boltzmann equation method and by a Monte Carlo Simulation. The behavior of electron has been calculated to give swarm parameter for the electron drift velocity(W), diffusion coefficients(D_L), the ratio of diffusion and mobility(D_L/μ), mean energy(ε). The electron energy distribution function has been analyzed in CH_4 at E/N=10, 100 for a case of the equilibrium region in the mean energy. The results of Boltzmann equation method and Monte Carlo Simulation have been compared with experimental data by Y Ohmori, Walker and Tagashira.

      • CF_4가스의 MCS-BE법에 의한 전자군파라미터 해석

        본 연구에 의해 산출된 전자군파라미터는 시뮬레이션에 의하여 약전리 플라즈마의 많은 정보 뿐만아니라 특히 원자들과 분자들에 의한 저 에너지 전자산란이론의 중요한 데이타로서 공헌이 기대되어진다. 본 논문에서는 CF_4가스의 전자수송특성을 볼쯔만방정식과 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션에 의해 E/N : 1~ 300(Td)범위에서 해석하였다. 전자의 운동은 전자이동속도, 확산계수, 특성에너지, 평균에너지 등의 전자군 파라미터와 전자에너지 분포함수에 의해 계산되었다. CF_4가스에서 전자에너지 분포함수는 E/N=50, 100, 200(Td)에서 평균전자에너지의 평형영역에서 해석하였다. 볼쯔만방정식과 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션의 결과는 Y.Nakamura와 M. Hayashi의 실험 데이타와 비교 검토하였다. The swarm parameter from the swarm study are expected to serve as a critical test of current theories of low energy electron scattering by atoms and molecules, in particular, as well as crucial information for quantitative simulations of weakly ionized plasmas.         Hatomarubigin의 다제내성극복 활성

        Hatomarubigin은 다제내재성세포를 포함하는 각종 암세포에 대하여 증시억제활성을 나타내었다. 그리고 Hatomarubigin은 사람 상피암 다제내성세포 KB-C2에 대해서 colchicine과 vinblastine의 항암활성을 증강시켰고, adriamycin에는 증강활성을 나타내지 못하였다. 한편 치주인 감수성 KB 세포에 대해서는 항암활성 증강효과를 나타내지 못하였다는 사실에서 hatomarubigin은 다제내성을 부분적으로 극복하는 활성이 있는 것으로 생각되어진다. 이들 활성은 hatomarubigin A에서 현저히 나타났다. 그리고, 이 화합물들은 다른 다제내성세포인 V79/ADM에 대해서도 colchincine의 항암활성을 증강시켰지만 adriamycin에 대해서는 증강활성을 나타내지 못하였다. Hatomarubigins inhibited the growth of various cancer cell lines including multidrug-resistance cells. Hatomarubigins were found to potentiate the colchicine- and vinblastine-induced cytotoxicity against KB-C2 cell, but not the adriamycin-induced cytotoxicity against KB-C2 cells. Hatomarubigins didn't affect the sensitive KB cells. These results suggest that hatomarubigins are specific potentiators of colchicine. Among four hatomarubigins, hatomarubigin A showed the highest synergestic effect on colchine-induced cytotoxicity. Similar effect of hatomarubigin A was found against V79/ADM cells.

        자폐장애 아동의 염색체 분석

        The authors studied chromosomal abnormalities in 30 autistic children meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-III-R in order to evaluate association between autistic disorder and fragile X syndrome. All samples were analyzed 100 metaphase cells on short-term lmyphocyte cultures in Medium 199 that contained FUdR. Numbers of chromosome were 46XX or 46XY in all samples. One autistic boy was found having one fragile X chromosome among 100 cells, but this finding is negative since positivity of fragile X syndrome was defined as 3% (3 out of 100) of cells being positive for fragile Xq27-28. Other chromosomal abnormalities, such as gap and breakage, were found in 3 boys. These results does not support the hypothesis that fragile X syndrome is an etiological factor in autistic disorder. Therefore, a further research of fragile X syndrome in larger populations of autistic disorder, mental retardation and normal control groups is needed to confirm whether fragile X syndrome plays any part in the development of autistic disorder.

      • 천마의 GABA-benzodiazepine 수용체 복합체에 대한 조절작용

        Methanol extract of G. elata inhibited the binding of [³H]Ro15-1788, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist, to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. Saturation experiments followed by Scatchard analysis of the results showed that the inhibition of [³H]Ro15-1788 binding by G. elata. appeared to be competitive. These competitive inhibiton of the butanol fraction was observed to be higher than the methanol extract. Methanol extract of G. elata inhibited a [³H]flunitrazepam, a selective benzodiazepine receptor agonist, binding to benzodiazepine receptor. GABA significantly enhanced the inhibition of [³H]flunitrazepam binding by G. elata, and these "positive GABA shift" supported the strong possibility of agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor. Butanol fraction was observed to be higher than crude extract by methanol in an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor, furthermore enhanced the binding of [³H]SR95531 to GABA_(A) receptor. Butanol fraction of G. elata significantly diminished the pentylenetetrazole-induced lethality of mice. From these results, it can be concluded that substance or substances with neurochemical properties characteristic of a benzodiazepine receptor agonist may be important components, and contribute to the anticonvulsant property of G. elata.

      • Boltzmann 方程式에 의한 헬륨氣體의 電子에너지 分布函數에 관한 硏究

        In this paper, the distribution function of electron energy in helium gas are calculated from the boltzmann equation including the transport coefficients of electron swarm, momentum transfer cross section, elastic-inelastic colision, excitation, ionization terms. At this calculated results we determined that the momentum transfer cross section and excitation cross section of electron swarm of range from 0.02(eV) to 100(eV) were agreed almost to the values of measured by R.W. Crompton. Also the results obtained from this paper could be applied to the theoretical research int he developments of gas Laser medium and the research of gas discharge phenomena in the region of low electric field.

      • 오미자로부터 항균성물질의 분리와 동정

        In order to isolate and purify of antimicrobial substances extracted from the dried fruits of Schizandra chinensis, the antimicrobial substances from the methanol extract which exhibited a strong antimicrobial activity was purified by solvent fractionation, prep. TLC, silica gel column chromatography, prep. HPLC. The results are summarized as follows among the fractions fractionated by 4 kinds from the methanol extract, the antimicrobial activity of ethyl acetate fraction had the strongest antimicrobial activity against bacteria. And their chemical structures were determined by TLC, Mass, UV and NMR spectra analysis. The results are summarized as follows. 1. One compound having antimicrobial activity was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction from total methanol extract. 2. Heating test on ethyl acetate fraction from Schizandra chinensis is stabilized. 3. Ethyl acetate fraction from Schizandra chinensis is antimicrobial activity on acidity. 4. The isolated compound showed antimicrobial activity having MIC range 30-500/㎍/disk against Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus luteus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 5. The chemical structure of compound was identified as trimethylcitrate.

        실내사무환경의 환경성담배연기(ETS)의 지표물질에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to evaluate indoor office environment using the concentrations of nicotine, 3-enthenyl-pyridine(3-EP), and respirable suspended particulate(RSP), which are indicators for environmental tobacco smoke(ETS) and the correlations between indicators and environmental conditions(smoking density, smoking index). The mean air charge per hour (ACH) in smoking rooms was 10.4 and most of the smoking rooms showed non-compliance withe ASHRAE standard value except only one smoking rooms. The concentrations of RSP, 3-EP, nicotine showed log=normal distributions, and became different statistically depending on smoking condition(p〈0.01). The geometric mean concentration of RSP in smoking room was 441.7 ug/㎡ that is far exceeded environmental standard(150 ug/㎡). This implies that fine particulate in smoking room should be carefully controlled considering smoking density and ventilation fate. The mean concentrations of nicotine and 3-EP were 93.4 ug/㎥, respectively. The correlation coefficients between RSP and SI, 3-EP and SI, and Nicotine and SI were 0.67, 0.84 and 0.74, respectively. The correlation coefficient between nicotine and 3-EP, nicotine and RSP, and RSP and 3-EP were 0.76,0.78 and 0.57 respectively.

        우리 나라 보건관리대행서비스 평가 연구

        Group occupational health service programme started in 1990 is one of the measures to cope with limited human and financial resources in occupational health. The programme has expanded rapidly to include 52 institutions, private as well as public, all over the country. In spite of its potential impact on health of employees and practice of occupational health in small and medium sized industries, comprehensive evaluation in terms of quality has not been tried. This study has aims to develop the criteria to assess the quality of newly developed group occupational health service programme, and to investigate the quality of institutions, and finally to develop policies for the quality improvement. 1) Criteria development : By defining occupational health services, in particular for small and medium sized industries, as one of the primary health care, followings are included as core elements of qualitative occupational health programme; accessibility, continuity, comprehensiveness, technical quality, intersectoral collaboration, emphasis on preventive services, community participation, and adequacy. Again each element is divided into five major components of national health system infrastructure developed by the World Health Organization; development of health resources, organized arrangement of resources, delivery of health care, economic support, and management. In turn, each component is categorized into three aspects of quality assessment, structure, process and outcome. Expert panel selected several criteria for each category to evaluate the programme. Criteria were modified according to each group of interviewees, to produce two sets of questionnaire, one for chief operating officer and another for nurses in the institutions, and the chief operating officer and workers in the workplace. 2) Subject : Of all 52 institutions, 25 voluntarily participated in the survey. At individual institution, chief operating officer and practicing nurses were interviewed in depth. After intensive education for interviewees, every interviewees, every interview was performed with standardized guideline and questionnaire. The quality of the 'Group occupational health service programme' was found to be lower than expected. Especially in continuity, comprehensiveness, technical quality, community participation and adequacy, lower quality in structural aspect was commonly identified throughout all the institutions,. Quality in terms of accessibility and continuity highly varied among institutions., To improve quality of the programme, more comprehensive and systematic programme such as accreditation has to be introduced. In addition, human resources, governmental fund and information systems for individual workers are to be developed. As a long range plan, integration of occupational health services into the national health systems and pooling of financial resources and planned allocation should be considered.
