The tandem network composed of the existing circuits network and packets network will integrate into a single network after this. that is, the circuit-based services of PSTN/ NISDN will integrate into the packet-based tandem network by using the devices of Media Gateway etc. moreover, because it is possible to multiplex the connections assigned to each subscriber by using AAL2 switching function of ATM network, we can heighten the utilization efficiency of network. In this paper, we described the VoDSL using an ATM tandem network and the call admission/ departure control algorithm, and appeared the performance estimation for the numerical results of multiplexer with bit dropping.

A fast peak detector for three-phase sinusoidal signals is proposed. This new detector fully used the three phase characteristic to achieve instantaneous response and frequency independence characteristics. Also, the proposed detector possesses excellent linearity. Theoretical basis, hard-ware implementation, and experimental results are all detailed in this paper.
비젼 제어시스템에 사용된 카메라의 최적개수에 대한 실험적 연구

The vision system model used for this study involves the six parameters that permits a land of adaptability in th relationship between the camera space location of manipulable visual cues and the vector of robot joint coordinates is estimated in real he. Also this vision control method quires the number of cameras to transform 2-D camera plane from 3-D physical space, and be used irrespective of location of cameras, if visual cues are displayed in the same camera plane. Thus, this study is to investigate the optimal number of cameras used for the developed vision control system according to the change of the number of cameras. This study is processed in the two ways : a) effectiveness of vision system model b) optimal number of cameras. These results show the evidence of the adaptability of the developed vision control method using the optimal number of cameras.
강유전체 Pb(Zr_0.5₂ Ti_0.₄8)O₃박막의 성장 및 물리적 성질

Ferroelectric Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT) thin films coated on Si(100), SiO2/Si(100), Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) and ITO/glass substrates were perpared by sol-gel processing of metal alkoxide solutions and solvents. The XRD investigation shows that the tetragonal phase of polycrystalline PZT was formed by more than four times coating of the concentrated solution and by the heat treatment over 600℃. It was found by SEM that the thin film had an average thickness of about 900Å/coating and surfaces were crack-free and uniform. Capacitance and dielectric loss (tan δ) of PZT thin film were amounted to 0~30nF and 0.05∼20 in the region of 1 kHz ∼ 10 MHz respectively. From the hysteresis loops of PZT/Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) and PZT/ITO/glass thin films, a remnant polarization of 0.2573 μC/cm2, 0.1873 μC/cm2 and a coercive field of 27.78 kV/cm, 24.44 kV/cm were obtained respectively. The band gap energy, refractive index, and extinction coefficient at λ =6235Å of the PZT thin films were 3.74 eV, 1.81 and 0.048 respectively.

We have developed a simple and rapid method for the synthesis of a precursor solution used in the production of ?? thin films of the layered-perovskite phase ??. Precursor solution preparation takes less than 30 min and involves the generation of two solutions : (a) Bi(O₂CMe)₃dissolved in pyridine and (b) ?? added to Sr(O₂CMe)₂and than solutbilized by HO₂CMe. After stirring separately for 10 min, these solutions are combined, stirred for an additional 10 min, and used without any further modifications. Films of the layered-perovskite phase were formed at temperatures as low as 700℃. Ferroelectric testing of SBN films, films, fired at 800℃ reveals standard hysteresis loop with no fatigue for up to 4×10 cycles.

In order to investigate the castability of titanium, Kennedy Class 1, division 2 removable partial denture frameworks were designed. According to the manufacturer's instruction, 10 casting bodies each were obtained with pure titanium and cobalt-chrome alloy. The results were as follows ; 1. Castability of titanium was comparable with that or cobalt-chrome alloy in terms of fitness and surface detail reproducibility. 2. There was no radiographically detectable porosity in each casting body of titanium and cobalt-chrome alloy. 3. The number of internal porosities and narrow, long defect were almost same between titanium and cobalt-chrome alloy. 4. Vickers hardness number of cobalt chrome alloy was 439.4±16.1 and that of titanium was 200.1±23.3. 5. Biocompatibility and low density of castable titanium would provide denture rearers with multiple benefits.

Vehicle stability is an important subject in vehicle design and control, because vehicle stability is closely dependent upon its dynamic performance. The modeling and its analysis are performed by using ADAMS in the present paper. The camber angle and the toe angle are analyzed due to the hard point movement in the static simulation. The side slip angle and the yaw rate are analyzed due to the hard point movement in the driving simulation such as the steady state cornering and the double lane change.

Numerical simulation is performed by the commercial code FLUENT for individual air condition system to calculate the velocity and temperature profiles around worker in climate room. The main calculation region is the space of ㄱ shape between wall and worker in the individual air condition system. The fresh air is emitted from 3 inlet attached on the right, left and center wall. Because the comfort of worker is closely related with the velocity and temperature of wind, these data are key role for design of the individual air condition system. This work is previous study for evaluation of thermal comfort of workers in room without much experiments according to metabolism and heat emission of human body. Numerical simulation results are as followings, 1. There is an possibility of the thermal comfort of worker is gotten worse due to the presence of dramatic change of wind velocity around worker. 2. Temperature gap exists in worker's body between top and bottom according to fresh air inlet velocity and position which is right, left and center of wall. 3. Calculation results of the skin temperature of worker are key data for evaluation of thermal comfort with experimental data in climate room. 4. Optimum condition of temperature, direction and velocity of fresh air will be obtain by numerical simulation for energy effective individual air condition system.

본 논문에서는 레이저 빔 투과를 이용한 본딩 웨이퍼 검사 방법을 제안하고 검사 장치를 설계 구현하였다. 1064nm파장에서의 정상웨이퍼를 일정한 비율로 투과하였다. 본딩 불량으로 인한 웨이퍼의 기공은 두께에 따라 투과율이 현저하게 변화하여 기공 부분을 검출하였다. 이러한 기공은 두께의 변화가 있으며 광량의 변화하는 부분이 에어갭으로 인식 카메라로 쉽게 구분이 가능하였다.
