言語普遍性問題의 哲學史的 考察

근대에 있어서 새로운 언어보편성 연구에 관한 미국 언어학자들의 전망은 대체적으로 학술지 Word에 게제된 Burt W. & Ethel G. Aginsky의 비교적 짧은 「The importance of language universals」란 논문에서 출발한다고 볼 수 있다. Aginsky의 이 논문은 학술용어사적(terminologiegeschictlich)측면에서 볼 때 하나의 이정표라 할 수 있을 것이다.

비만을 동반한 위암 환자에서 두 병을 같이 수술 치료한 경험(증례)

Obesity is growing problem in Korea. We had a case of bariatric surgery during gastric cancer operation. Patient was 29 year old Korean lady with early gastric cancer located in the lesser curvature side of the middle 1/3 of the stomach. Her body weight was 89 kg, height 163 cm, and thus body mass index was 33.5 kg/m2. Preoperative blood pressure was 130/90 mmHg, hemoglobin 12.9 g/dL, total lymphocyte count 3,280/mL, serum albumin 4.3 g/dL, CEA 1.1 ng/mL, CA 19-9 9.1 ng/mL, and alpha fetoprotein 2 ng/mL. Another associated disease was right thyroid follicular neoplasm. The chest X-ray was normal. After IM injection of 2,500 units of heparin 30 minutes before the induction of general anesthesia, she received curative subtotal gastrectomy and Roux en Y gastrojejunostomy when a malabsorption loop of 120 cm jejunum was incorporated between the Treitz ligament and the end to side jejuno-jejunostmy site at May 29th 2006. Her postoperative course was uneventful except a minor wound seroma and the elevations of serum amylase(up to 4 folds) and lipase(up to 2 folds). She lost her body weight 9 kg in 5th, 21 kg in 7th, and 27 kg in 10th postoperative months to became 61.5 kg. On follow up exams in July 2008, she gained 4 kg to overcome her weakness and fatigue. From the above result, the incorporation of a malabsorption loop during reconstruction phase of gastric cancer operation was a good option for obese gastric cancer patients especially in cases of early gastric cancer.

원통가공시 가공형상 모델링의 특성연구

In this paper, we have discussed on the characteristics and modeling of machined geometry which was established for the case of round shape machining, also the effects of externally machined profile are analyzed and its modeling realia-biliy was verified by the experiments of roundness testing, especially in lathe operation. In this study, we established a harmonic geometric model with the parameter harmonic function. In general, we can calculate the theoretical roundness profile with an arbitrary multilobe parameter. But in real experiments, only 2-5 lobe profile was frequently measured. the most frequently measured ones are 3 and 5 lobe profile in experiments. With these results, we can predict that these results may be applied to round shape machining such as turning, drilling, boring, ball screw and cylindrical grinding operation in bearing and shaft making operation with the same method. In this study, simulation and experimental work were performed to show the profile behaviors. we can apply these new modeling methods in real process for the predic-tion of part profile behaviors machined such as in round shape machining operation.

새로운 독일어 정서법의 특징

Am 1, Juli 1996 haben im Wien die politischen Vertreter Deutschlands, der Schweiz und Osterreichs sowie eine Reiche weiterer Staaten eine Gemeinsame Erkarung zur Neuregelung der deutschen Rechtschreibung unterzeichnet. Die neue Regelung tritt am 1. August 1998 in Kraft - mit einer Ubergangsfrist bis 2005. Sie ist fur Schulen und Behorden verbindlich. Bereits jetzt wird in den meisten Bundeslandern die neue Orthographie gelehrt und jeder kann sich dafur entscheiden, die neue Schreibung zu verwenden. Die neuen Schreibungen stellen keinen grundsatzlichen Eingriff in das historisch gewachsene Schriftbild der deutschen Sprache dar. Fruhere VorschIage sind oft eben daran gescheitert. Die neue Regelung konzentriert sich darauf, Verstoße gegen das Stammprinzip zu beseitigen. Sie verfolgt also das Ziel, die gleiche Schreibung eines Wortstammes in allen Wortern einer Wortfamilie sicherzustellen. Entscheidend dabei ist, ob ein Wort heute einer Wortfamilie zugeordnet wird oder nicht. Zur Sicherstellung der gleichen Schreibung der Wortstamme wird auch der Wechsel von ss zu ß nach kurzem Vokal aufgehoben und somit kosequent ss geschrieben, also mussen / er muss. Die Konjunktion daß wird - entsprechend der allgemeinen Regel, dass nach kurzem Vokal ss steht - dass geschrieben. Fremdworter bereiten wegen ihrer fremden Laut-Buchstaben-Zuordnungen oft besondere orthographische Schwierigkeiten. Im Widerstreit stehen der Respekt vor der fremden Sprache einerseits und die Loyalitat gegenuber der Muttersprache andererseits. Da sich fur die vom Internationalen Arbeitskreis fur Orthographie ursprunglich vorgeschlagene Kleinschreibung der Substantive keine mehrheitliche Zustimmung finden ließ, wurde im November 1994 in Wien uber den Vorschlag einer modifizierten Großschreibung entschieden. Demzufolge wird die Großschreibung der Substantive beibehalten, besonders schwierige Bereiche der Groß-und Kleinschreibung werden jedoch im Sinne einer besseren Handhabung neu geregelt.

Skeletal cryptococcosis is an uncommon infection. Cryptococcus is a common cause of meningitis and infects 7∼10% of patients with AIDS. As well as AIDS, the infection may be seen in association with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis and diabetes, also in patients on steroid medication. But there is no case report of skeletal cryptococcosis following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A 40-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of low back pain. She had chronic myelogenous leukemia for 2 years and underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 8 months ago. She have been treated with steroid and cyclosporine orally because of chronic graft versus host disease. On examination she was afebrile and had posterior lower lumbar tenderness. But, she had no reduced strength of low extremities. Open biopsy was underwent. Histology demonstrated budding, round-to-oval, refractile yeast-like organisms within debris. The results of a lumbar puncture were unremarkable and cerebrospinal fluid culture failed to grow bacteria and yeast. The patient was treated with amphotericin B (1 gram) and AmBisome□ (2.8 gram) over 6 weeks. Three months after cessation of therapy, the patient was doing well.(Korean J Infect Dis 33:298∼301, 2001)

입원 환자 영양검색 전산 프로그램 개발

Background : About 30% of patients in the hospital are under nourishment. A large portion of people are undernourished when they are admitted to the hospital and in the majority of these, undernutrition develops further while in hospital. Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA), a method of nutritional assessment based on clinical judgment, has been widely used to assess the nutritional status of adults for both clinical and research purposes. Modified PG-SGA can be used as a nutrition screening tool, and a comprehensive nutrition assessment is desirable for those who are malnourished. The purpose of this study is to develop a simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP). Methods : We applied the nutrition screening program(NSP) to adult inpatients who are at risk of malnutrition using the Modified Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA) and objective assessment(electrical medical record data). Results : Therefore simple and beneficial NSP is developed for patients with severe malnutrition. Using NSP. nutritional information of the severe malnutrition patient should be shared with the physicians and they should be taken care of by clinical dietitians to improve their nutritional status. Conclusion : The Modified PG-SGA and nutrition screening tool are simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP).
