기존의 보이스피싱 범죄는 감소하고 있지만, 최근 메신저 피싱으로 전환되어 그 피해가 매년 급증하고 있다. 메신저 피싱의 81%는 카카오톡을 통해 발생했지만 아직까지 사용자의 주의만 당부할 뿐 실효성 있는 대책은 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사전 학습된 AI 기반 피싱 예측 모델을 통해 메신저 피싱 여부를 예측하여 피해를 예방하는 서비스를 제안한다. 한국어 자연어 처리를 위해 딥러닝 모델 학습에 RNN을 개선한 LSTM을 사용하여 피싱 예측에서 높은 정확도를 보였고 사용자 안드로이드 화면에 실시간으로 경고 팝업을 나타내었다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 유형의 피싱에 빠르게 대응할 수 있기를 기대한다. Conventional voice phishing crimes are on the decline, but recently it has been coverted to messenger phishing and the damage is increasing rapidly every year. 81% of messenger phishing committed through KakaoTalk, but it still only asks users to be careful, but lacks effective measures. Therefore, in this paper we propose a service that prevents damage by predicting messenger phishing through a pre-learned AI-based phishing prediction model. The deep learning model using LSTM that improved RNN showed high accuracy in phishing predictions and displayed warning pop-ups on user’s Android screen in real time. Based on this, we expect to be able to respond quickly to new types of phishing.
Area-efficient Early Termination in Belief Propagation Decoders of Polar Codes

Early termination has been widely adopted to decrease decoding latency and power consumption in a belief propagation (BP) decoder of polar codes. Although previous early termination schemes succeeded in improving the decoding iteration time, they suffer from the high hardware complexity required to detect the early termination condition. In this paper, area-efficient early termination methods are proposed by simplifying the previous termination conditions. We optimize two previous methods and propose simplified early termination algorithms, which are the simplified-G-matrix (SGM) and simplified minimum log-likelihood ratio (SML). While the previous early termination algorithms take both information and frozen bits into account, the proposed early termination algorithms use the condition associated with only the information. For (1024, 512) polar codes, the proposed SGM and SML achieve 25% and 50% area reductions, respectively, compared to their counterparts. The proposed early termination algorithms can be applicable for any BP decoders without sacrificing decoding performance.

Purpose: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is a commonly performed procedure for the management of acute cholecystitis. The presence of an inexperienced scopist or a shortage of manpower could be problematic in emergency surgical cases. To overcome these potential problems while ensuring a stable surgical view during LC, we performed solo surgery.Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the results of 22 patients who underwent solo three-incision LC (S-TILC) and 31 patients who underwent the conventional three-incision LC (C-TILC) from March 1, 2015, to August 31, 2015. We compared the two groups with respect to the patients’ clinical characteristics, and intraoperative and postoperative results; and severity grade as defined by the updated Tokyo guidelines 2013 (TG13) criteria.Results: No significant differences in baseline characteristics were found between the two groups. The intraoperative perforation rates were higher in the C-TILC group than in the S-TILC group (p=0.016). Two cases were converted to human-assisted LC in the S-TILC group because of severe adhesions and the scope holder breaking down. No significant differences were found between the groups with respect to length of hospital stay; postoperative diet habit; or rates of post-cholecystectomy diarrhea, abdominal pain, wound complication, or complication according to the Clavien-Dindo grade.Conclusion: S-TILC and C-TILC were comparable in terms of results, and this solo surgery in LC could be performed for cases of acute cholecystitis during shortage of skilled manpower.
