      • 뇌파진동 수련을 활용한 고등학생의 음악감상 활동이 뇌파 활성도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 인문계 여자 고등학생 30명을 대상으로 실험군 15명과 비교군 15명으로 구분하여 뇌파진동 수련을 활용한 음악감상 활동이 뇌파활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 실험군은 25주간 주 2회 회당 20분씩 뇌파진동 수련 후음악감상을 실시하였으며, 비교군은 음악감상만을 실시하였다. 뇌파측정은 Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, T3, T4, P3, P4의 8채널 부위에 측정 전극을 부착하였으며, 배경뇌파와 캐논 변주곡을 이용한 3가지 유형의 음악 자극에 대해 각각 140초를 측정하고 상대파워 분석을 실시하였다. 자극1은 오르골로 연주된 단선율 기악곡으로 가락이 강조된 Andante 빠르기의 진정음악 형태이며, 자극2는 아카펠라 남녀 혼성2부합창곡 형태로 화성이 강조된 Andante 빠르기의 진정음악이며, 자극3은 대위적기법의 테크노풍 다성부 기악곡으로 리듬이 강조된 Allegro 빠르기의 자극성 음악으로 구성되었다. 실험 전과 후에 대한 반복측정분산분석 결과, 뇌파의 주파수 대역중 알파파에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 자극1에서는 우측 두정부인 P4 1개 부위, 자극 2에서는 전두엽 Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4와 좌측 측두부인 T3의 5개 부위, 자극3에서는 전두엽 Fp2, F3, F4 3개 부위에서 실험군은 비교군에 비해 유의한 알파파 활성상태를 유지하였다. 서로 다른 음악자극에 대해 전두엽을 중심으로 안정과 주의력 형성의 전 단계를 반영하는 알파파의 집단간 차이는 뇌파진동 수련이 심신의 조화와 이완된 집중을 유도함으로써 음악성 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 시사하였다. This study divided 30 girls`` high school students into 15 experimental group and 15 comparative group in order to examine their listening to music on EEG activity using brain wave vibration training. Experimental group listened to music for 20 min. twice a week through 25 weeks after brain wave vibration training and comparative group listened to music only. For measuring brain wave, electrode was attached to 8 channels including Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, T3, T4, P3, and P4, stimulations by three kinds of music using background EEG and canon variation were measured for 140 sec. respectively and relative power was analyzed. Stimulation 1 was made by consolation music of Andante in the form of monody played by Orgel, Stimulation 2 also used consolation music of Andante in the form of acappella duet chorus and Stimulation 3 was composed of exciting music of Allegro in the form of techno-style polyphony of counterpoint. As a result of ANOVA with repeated measures before and after the experiment, it was found that there was a significant difference only in alpha wave of EEG. Experimental group showed a significant alpha wave activity in one part, P4 of right of the parietal region in Stimulation 1, five parts of prefrontal region including Fp1, Fp2, F3, and F4 in Stimulation 2 and in three parts of prefrontal region including Fp2, F3, and F4 3 in Stimulation 3 compared to comparative group. The difference between groups of alpha waves reflecting the previous stage of stability and attention form for different musical stimulation with prefrontal region as the central figure implied brain wave vibration training contributed to improvement of their musicality by inducing mental and physical balance and relaxed concentration.

        홍콩 노인 아카데미 사례를 통한 활동적 고령화(Active Ageing)의 평생교육 활성화 방안

        목적: 홍콩의 평생교육 시스템인 Elder Academy의 현황과 특징을 살펴봄으로 우리나라의 노인교육과의 차이점을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 고령화 교육 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 국내 노인교육, 평생교육과 홍콩 Elder Academy에 관한 문헌 조사를 통하여 홍콩의 고령자 교육을 살펴보았다. 연구결과: 국내 노인교육은 노인복지관과 평생교육 기관에서 개설하는 흥미, 취미 위주의 교육과정이 주를 이루고 고령자들은 정부의 노인 정책 결정에 직접 참여를 하지 않고 있으나 홍콩은 각 지역에 구축된 노인 위원회가 모든 노인 정책에 직접 참여한다. 홍콩의 노인 아카데미 네트워크는 홍콩의 특성에 따라 학교, 기관, 조직과 네트워크를 형성하고 전통적, 혁신적, 공식적, 비공식적 과정을 다양하게 개발하며 정부와 이해관계자 간의 공동 투자 및 참여를 요구하고 있다. 사회적 네트워크가 효과적으로 작동하기 위해 고등교육과의 협력을 통하여 젊은 층과도 소통, 상호 작용을 하고 있다. 결론: 미래의 노인교육은 시민사회에서 노인들이 사회 구성원으로 정책 개발에 참여해야 하며 활동적 고령화 교육 환경을 구축하여 노인들이 긍정적인 마인드로 활기찬 생활을 할 수 있는 프로그램을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한, 이러한 교육과정은 정부나 비영리 기관에서만 담당할 것이 아니라 실버산업분야에서도 우수한 활동적 고령화 교육과정을 제공하여 평생교육의 활성화를 제안한다. Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the current situation and characteristics of the Hong Kong life-long education system through the Elder Academy to consider the differences and build on the findings to further enhance the Korean life-long education system through Active Ageing. Methods: Examination of the Korean national elderly education system as well as literary research from Hong Kong Elder Academy. Results: Hong Kong has senior committees in each district and are directly involved in all senior policies. It can be examined that the Hong Kong senior committee and citizens have formed a strong network with schools, institutions and organizations based on needs and characteristics. Notable findings show that a variety of traditional, innovative, formal as well as informal courses are developed, requiring joint investment and participation between the government and the stake holders. The effectiveness of the system is shown through the intricate social network developed in conjunction with the cooperation from the youth in the community and higher education institutes. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is necessary to establish an active Elderly Education environment and develop a professional and meticulous program to prepare policies for senior citizens to live a vibrant life with a positive mind set. The proposal is to not only involve the government or non-profit organizations but the ‘Silver Industry’ to promote and provide the Elderly Education system for Active Ageing.

      • 입원환자의 TPN 투여전 영양상태 평가

        The purpose of this study was to assessment of hospitalized patients. Nutritional assessment was performed on 353 hospitalized patients before TPN support by ideal body weight. albumin, total lymphocyte count, cholesterol. The data analysis were performed on frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The major findings as follows: 1. Everage NPO duration was $6.77\pm5.39$day and $\geq5$days 48.9%, >5days 51.1%. NPO duration of 1M, NL, GS, Others prolonged. 2. %IBW was everge $94.86\pm17.21%$ 43.1% normal. 37.8% low weight. There were low weight IM 44.8%. TS 47.8%, Others 44.0%. 3. Albumin was everage $2.93\pm0.51$g/dl. moderate malnutrition 45.4%, mild malnutrition 30.9%. All session were malnutrition status. 4. Total lymphocyte count was ever age $960.41\pm721.32cell/mm^2$. severe malnutrition 43.9%. moderate malnutrition 29.0%, mild malnutrition 24.4%, normal 2.7%. All session were malnutrition status. 5. Cholesterol was everage $123.02\pm45.67$mg/dl 58.4% low level. 41.2% normal. 0.4% high level. 1M, GS and TS were low level. NL, NS, DR, Others were normal. It was very poor nutritional status before TPN support of patients. The malnutrition decrease immunity, slowly cure injury, cause abnormality organs, increase the complication and obstruct the recovery. Therefore, Evaluating and correcting are very important.

        1,2,3-트리아졸 폴리머의 상호계수 χ의 결정

        폴리머의 가교밀도는 팽윤 실험 데이터를 이용한 Flory-Rehner 식에 의하여 정량적으로 계산할 수 있는데, Flory-Rehner 식에서 상호계수 (χ) 항에 있는 lattice constant β1 값은 주의해서 선정되어야 한다. 이 β1 값은 경험에 의한 실험값으로 연구자에 따라 조금씩 다른 값이 선택되어 사용되고 있다. 일반적으로 Mooney-Rivlin 식에서 가교점 사이의 평균 분자량 Mc 값은 Flory-Rehner 식에서의 Mc 값과 동일한 의미를 가지며 Mooney-Rivlin 식으로부터 Mc 값을 구하면 Flory-Rehner 식에서 β1 값을 구할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 Flory-Rehner식의 상호계수 (χ) 항의 β1 (=0.34) 과 1,2,3-트리아졸 폴리머의 팽윤 실험 데이터를 적용하여 Mc 값을 계산하고, 두 번째로 인장 실험 데이터를 이용한 Mooney-Rivlin 식을 이용하여 Mc 값을 계산 후 비교하였다. 결과적으로 두 개의 Mc 값이 거의 유사하여 Flory-Rehner 식의 상호계수 (χ) 를 위해 선정한 β1 (=0.34) 값이 적절함을 증명하였다. The crosslinking density of polymer can be quantitatively calculated by the Flory-Rehner equation using the swelling experimental data and the lattice constant β1 of interaction parameter (χ) in this equation should be chosen have used cautiously. This β1 is the experimental data by rule of thumb, and researchers have used little different values respectively. Generally, the average molecular weight between crosslink points Mc in the Flory-Rehner equation and the Mooney-Rivlin equation have the same value, and β1 can be calculated when the Mc in the Flory-Rehner equation is given. Therefore, in this research, firstly we calculated the Mc using the selected β1 (=0.34) and the swelling experimental data of 1,2,3-triazole polymer from the Flory-Rehner equation, secondly the Mc from the Mooney-Rivlin equation is calculated by the tensile experimental data, and finally two Mc were compared. As a result, two Mc values were almost the same, and it was proved that the β1 (=0.34) was selected properly.

        녹차-목재섬유복합보드의 동적탄성률에 미치는 녹차배합비율의 영향 및 휨 진동법에 의한 정적 휨 강도성능 예측

        이 연구에서는 녹차와 목재섬유를 복합한 친환경 복합보드를 건축내장재로 활용하기 위하여, 목재섬유에 대한 녹차의 배합비율을 달리한 녹차-목재섬유 복합보드를 제작하였고, 복합보드의 동적탄성률에 미치는 녹차의 배합비율 및 바인더로 사용한 접착제의 영향을 조사하였다. 녹차-목재섬유복합보드의 동적탄성률은 녹차를 넣지 않은 대조보도(control boards)의 그것보다 적었고, 녹차배합비율이 증가할수록 커지는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 보드제조에 사용된 바인더의 종류에 따라 동적탄성률의 차이가 나타났는데, E1급의 요소수지가 E0급의 요소수지보다 1.06~1.54배의 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 녹차의 배합비율이 커질수록 양자의 차이는 커지는 것이확인되었다. 한편, 녹차-목재섬유복합보드의 동적탄성률과 휨 강도성능과는 비교적 높은 상관관계가 확인되어 일부 편차가 큰 조건을 제외하고 동적탄성률로부터 정적 휨 강도성능의 예측이 가능할 것으로 확인되었다. In this study, eco-friendly hybrid composite boards were manufactured from green tea and wood fibers for application as interior materials with various functionalities of green tea and streng strength properties of wood fibers. In this relation, the effect of green tea content on dyramic MOEs (modulus of elasticity) of these green tea and wood fibers composite boards were investigated. The dynamic MOEs of hybrid composite boards were lower than those of control boards without green tea, and the values decreased with the increase of green tea content. Also, the dynamic MOEs appeared to be somewhat different by resin type used for board manufacture. The hybrid composite boards manufactured from E1 grade urea resin, which has higher molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea than that of E0 grade one, were 1.06~1.54 times higher than that manufactured from E0 grade. And, the differences between hybrid composite boards manufactured from both adhesive increased with the increase of green tea content. On the other hand, high correlations were found between dynamic MOE and static bending strength performances, it was concluded that static bending strength performances could be estimated from the dynamic MOE, except for a few hybrid board types with large variations.

        흡연 운동선수의 점증적 최대운동시 호흡순환 기능의 반응

        The purpose of this study is to analyze smoking athletes' cardiorespiratory functions during maximal exercise. Subjects were selected which include 24 persons from C university: half of them from an athlete group and the rest a non-athlete group. Each group 6 contains smokers and nonsmokers respectively. The maximal exercise was set up, using the treadmill according to KSSI protocol. The responses of smokers' and nonsmokers' cardiorespiratory functions are measured and analyzed in the period of rest, exercise and recovery respectively. The results are as follows. 1. In case of the athlete group the respiration frequency of smokers showed significantly higher(p<.05) than those of nonsmokers only exercise, but not recovery. 2. The expired ventilation of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed significantly lower(p<.5) at the period of 12 minutes than those of smokers. But nonsmokers in the non-athlete group showed significantly higher(p<.05) at the period of 2 minutes than those of smokers. 3. The smokers' heart rate and oxygen consumption showed higher change than those of nonsmokers when resting. And the oxygen consumption of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed lower change than those of smokers during exercise, but it was not significant. 4. The respiratory exchange ratio of nonsmokers in the athlete group showed higher change than those of smokers when resting and during exercise, but it was not significant.

        초등 사회과 가치판단능력 평가프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study lies in scheming out and applying the performance assessment tools which is intended for improving the value-judgement skill, and finding out a way to make it more universal. An additional purpose is to develop an evaluation program based on performance tasks applicable to actual classroom activities through the principles and processes of developing instruments for performance assessment in elementary social studies. This study aims to develop the evaluation tool as a curriculum which includes teaching strategies, breaking from the conventional evaluation method which was carried out independently of classroom activities. Though still at a beginning level, it has brought a chance to establish a value-judgement evaluation program which makes possible classroom activities and evaluation at the same time through value-analysis strategies, and for the students to receive guidance as well as get experience on a series of processes and methods leading to reasonable value-judgement through practice and training. The performance assessment program schemed out and presented in this study will be able to be applied to instruction and studies of evaluation methods in which various teaching models are applied, involving the value-judgement that is a main intention of social studies.
