        The flora of Mt. Baekhaksan(615m) was surveyed in this study from the middle of May till the middle of October, 1999. The vascular plants collected from this mountain are as following: Totally 178 taxa those are 4 forms, 28 varieties, 146 species, 106 genera, 60 families, 28 orders, and 4 phyla.. There are 1 taxa in this mountain known distributed only in northern parts, and no taxa known distributed only in southern parts. And there are 7 taxa of special protected plants which was designated from Ministry Environment of Korea, those are 2 taxa of 4th grade, 1 taxon of 3rd grade, 4 taxa of 1st grade. There are 2 taxa needed more ecological study with detail that are Larix gmelini var. prinsipisruprechtii Pilger and Sorbus amurensis Koehne.

        The plasma parameters such as temperature and plasma potential was found by the use of a Langmuir probe. It is well known that the properties of the laser-produced plasma plume have an effection those of thin films. Thus, to understand the deposition processes of thin films and to deposit thin films having specific properties it is to necessary to probe the plasma, so we used Langmuir probe. The second harmonic of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser have 6ns pulse-width and the peak intensity of focused laser beam on the high purity(99.7%) graphite target was nearly ??.

      • 중ㆍ장거리 선수의 최대산소섭취량, 무산소성 역치 및 혈액성분에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper was evaluate the specificity of maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold which is indicator of cardio- respiratory function during incremental load exercise using treadmill, also. Twenty of elite middle and long distance runners participated as subjects of this research. By measurement the specificity of cardio-fulmonary function and blood component in middle and long distance runners, the conclusion and results which is obtained is as follows: 1.Maximal oxygen uptake of absolute and relative value during maximal exercise load in middle and long distance runners was display 4.23±0.421/min & 71.2/㎖/kg/min, respectively, also, maximal ventilation and maximal heart rate was expressed 146± 18.861/min & 192.25 ± 7.61beats/min, respectively. 2.Oxygen uptake and relative percentage of maximal oxygen uptake in the anaerobic threshold levels of middle and long distance runners was shown 3.55± 0.491/min(46.54㎖/kg/min) 72.81±8.86%, respectively and ventilation, heart rate and relative percentage of maximal heart rate was expressed 95.09 ± 16.951/min, 176.54 ± 9.79beats/min and 91.62 ±3.90%, respectively. 3.Concentration of plasma lactate(t-value:-3.65, p<0.003), glucose (t-value:-4.52, p<0.02) In blood component of middle and long distance runners was display the significantly difference between pre and post value after maximal incremental exercise load.

      • 대기압 배리어 방전을 이용한 포토레지스트의 에싱

        다량의 산소를 함유한 가스의 대기압 배리어방전을 이용하여 포토레지스트를 효과적으 로 제거할 수 있다. 6kV, 30kHz의 교류전원을 이용하여 균일한 필라멘트형태의 배리어방전을 형성하여 포토레지스를 제거하였다. Ar/0₂ 및 He/0₂ 혼합가스를 이용한 경우 포토레지스트의 제거속도는 산소가 20% 인 경우 최대가 되었다. 혼합가스 중 산소가스의 농도가 동일한 조건에서 방전가스를 Ar/He/0₂ 혼합가스를 이용한 경우 포토레지스트의 제거속도가 Ar/0₂ 및 He/0₂ 혼합가스를 이용한 경우에 비하여 빠르다. 산소를 40% 함유한 Ar/He/0₂혼합가스에 과산화수소(H₂O₂)를 첨가한 배리어방전의 경우 제거속도 0.33μm/min 의 가장 빠른 포토레지스트 제거속도를 얻었다. 주사전자현미경 관찰로부터 포토레지스트는 필라멘트형 배리어방전에 의해 균일하게 제거되기보다는 선택적으로 제거되는 양상을 보인다. Photoresist was etched by uniform filamentary type dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) generated at atmospheric pressure and high concentration of oxygen in total gas. The filamentary type DBD was driven by an AC voltage of 6kV at a frequency 30kHz. The optimum concentration of oxygen to get maximum ashing rate was 20 percent in Ar/0₂ and He/0₂ gas mixture. The photoresist was removed faster using Ar/He/0₂ mixture than using Ar/0₂ and He/0₂ mixture at the same concentration of oxygen. The fastest ashing rate is 0.33μm/min at 40 percent of oxygen in Ar/He/0₂ mixture added with H₂O₂. From SEM image taken after ashing using filamentary type DBD for a few minutes we found that photoresist was removed not uniformly but selectively.

        사업장 소음 폭로에 의한 일과성 역치 상승과 회복

        To determine the recovery time from noise-induced temporary threshold shift(TTS), a prospective field study was conducted at three worksites where workers are known to be exposed high level of noise. Subjects were selected according to answers on a questionnaire which inquired about otological history and previous noise exposure, including avocational, military and occupational exposures. After excluding employee with past otologic problems, recent exposure to high level noise, and under medications, total 92 employees participated in the study. Among 92 participants, complete consecutive audiometric examinations were carried out at 0∼2 hours, 5∼7 hours, 14∼16 hours after worktime noise exposure on 26 participants wearing hearing protectors and 22 participants wearing no protective devices. The difference between the hearing level 0∼2 hours after noise exposure and 5∼7 hours is statistically significant by paired t-test(p<0.01). The median recovery times calculated from the data of 22 participants wearing no protective hearing devices are 15.6 hours at 4000Hz, and 7.7 hours, 10.3 hours, 8.4 hours at 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 8000Hz respectively. These data suggest that when measuring the pure tone audiometry for noise exposed workers, at least 16 hours noise-free interval is required.

        The investigated area is located 36° 44′ 50″∼36° 46′ 40″ N in latitude at 126° 36′ 20″∼126° 37′ 40″ E in longitude. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 126 taxa: 3 forms, 21 varieties, 102 species, 90 genera, 46 families, 25 orders, 4 classes. 6 special plants designated by Ministry of Environment were investigated: 4th grade for 2 taxa, 3rd grade for 2 taxa, 2nd grade for 2 taxa. There is two taxa korean endemic plant that is Lespedeza thunbergii var. intermedia (Nak.) T. Lee, Saussurea eriophylla Nakai. As for the useful plants, there were 72 taxa of edible ones(57.1%), 59 taxa of medicinal ones(46.8%), 20 taxa of ornamental ones(15.9%), 50 taxa of industrial ones(39.7%), and 2 taxa of poisonous ones(1.6%). Naturalized plants were distributed 4 taxa.

        Nd-Yag pulsed laser(210mJ, 6ns) was focused on polymer to make craters in an atmosphere. The size of the crater has a trend to follow the ideal estimation. Laser-firing near the focal point in air could be an energy dissipation of laser and a possible cause of the crater size reduction. Multiple plasma image and normal eruption of the plasma was also studied with photographs.

        The thoracic spine is rigidly stabilized by the ribs, anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments, and a sagittal orientation of the facet joints that resists axial rotation and horizontal translation. Thus, a significant force is required to cause a fracture and dislocation in the thoracic spine. A 32-year-old man was involved in a motor-vehicle accident and presented with complete paraplegia and spondyloptosis on the 8th thoracic vertebral segment. He also suffered with hypoxia and hypovolemic shock. Posterior reduction and fixation with pedicle screw was achieved with the anatomic alignment and rigid stability. This posterior technique for thoracic spondyloptosis is believed to be sufficient to make good alignment and solid fixation.

        The exact preoperative diagnosis in the cerebellar midline tumor is crucial to design the operative plan such as the extent of tumor resection, preservation of critical structures, and need to be shunt. We experienced a cystic tumor on the middle cerebellum, which were suspected as usual radiologic diagnoses but were revealed as rare entities in the pathology. A 40 year-old woman suffered from lasting headache and ataxia. In the radiologic finding, it was a huge cystic mass with a mural nodule. We took into consideration cerebellar tumor such as dermoid cyst, hemangioblatoma, or cystic astrocytoma. The pathologic diagnosis was the mature teratoma. We report a case of mature teratoma occured in the midline cerebellum and review it with pertinent literatures.

        본 연구는 전시디스플레이 디자인 분야에 미학을 기반으로 예술적, 사회적, 디자인적 측면으로 다각적으로 접근하여 전시 디자인 분야의 색다른 코딩 프로세스를 체계화하고, 동시에 기존의 전시와는 차별화되는 새로운 전시 공간 프로세스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2016년 9월-12월까지 15주간 숙명여자대학교 미술대학 환경디자인학과<전시디스플레이 디자인>교과목에서 진행된 프로젝트 중 일부이다. 본 연구의 과정은 총 3과정으로 이루어져 있으며, 미학적 개념과 사회적 문제, 전시관련 학문에 대한 이론적 고찰을 한 뒤 이를 전시디자인에 코딩하는 작업을 선행하였다. 두 번째로는 코딩한 작업을 바탕으로 전략적 모티브를 빛으로 선정하고, 전시디자인 전략게획을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 자료를 바탕으로 만든 스토리텔링을 기반으로 전시전개구성을 하고 이를 통해 스토리가 있는 차별화된 공간구성을 하였다. 로고디자인, 포스터디자인, 리플렛디자인, 영상 디자인 등 전시디자인 E.I작업을 통해 전시를 표현하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 '미학 + 사회문제 + 전시디자인의 코딩'이라는새로운 창의적 전시 디자인 프로세스를 제안하였고, 이는 미학과 사회문제의 이론적 고찰을 반영한 전시디스플레이 프로세스 개발에 있어 향후 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
