        This study was predicted of ventilation effects from natural ventilation using windows at high temperature passage. Predict method was numerical model simulation by using RNG (Renormalization Group) k-ε turbulence model, because well describe in heat turbulent phenomenon. Result of this study, if exclude heat flux and open a all windows, predicted not over 40℃ in passage temperature at outdoor air temperature 34℃ in summer season.

      • 수정봉(충청남도)의 식물상

        The investigated area is located 36° 44′ 50″∼36° 46′ 40″ N in latitude at 126° 36′ 20″∼126° 37′ 40″ E in longitude. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 126 taxa: 3 forms, 21 varieties, 102 species, 90 genera, 46 families, 25 orders, 4 classes. 6 special plants designated by Ministry of Environment were investigated: 4th grade for 2 taxa, 3rd grade for 2 taxa, 2nd grade for 2 taxa. There is two taxa korean endemic plant that is Lespedeza thunbergii var. intermedia (Nak.) T. Lee, Saussurea eriophylla Nakai. As for the useful plants, there were 72 taxa of edible ones(57.1%), 59 taxa of medicinal ones(46.8%), 20 taxa of ornamental ones(15.9%), 50 taxa of industrial ones(39.7%), and 2 taxa of poisonous ones(1.6%). Naturalized plants were distributed 4 taxa.

      • 중부고속도로(하일 I.C - 호법 I.C) 주변의 녹지자연도

        본 조사지역은 mesh가 총 245개 이었으며, 그 가운데 2등급이 92개로 37.6%를 차지하였고, 6등급이 72개로 29.4%를 차지하여, 본 조사지역의 67 %에 이르는 상당 부분이 농경지와 조림지로 되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 우리나라의 극상림이 소나무림과 신갈나무림으로 제시되고 있는 것에 따르면, 소나무군락과 신갈나무 군락이 상당부분을 점유하고 있는 본조사지역의 생태계 복원은 매우 희망적이다. 절토 또는 성토된 지역에 적합한 수종으로는 단풍나무, 은행나무, 가중나무, 잣나무 등의 대기오염에 강한 교목이 적합한 것으로 생각한다. The investigated area had 245 meshes totally in this study. Among them, 2nd DGN of 92 meshes occupied 37.6% of the total area, 6th DGN of 72 meshes did 29.4% of it, and then it si known that 67% of this area composed of cultivated or afforested area. And 3rd DGN of 35 meshes(14.3%), 7th DGN of 32 meshes (13.1%), 1st DGN of 10 meshes (4.1%), 4th DGN of 2 meshes (0.8%) were shown in this area, but 9th DGN and 10th DGN of natural forest cannot be found in this study. According to the theory of Pinus and Quercus populations of climactic forest in Korea, because Pinus densiflora and Quercus mongolica populations occupied a lot of this area, ecosystem reconstruction of this area has a bright prospect. Some trees having resistance to air pollution such as Acer palmatum, Gingko biloba, and Ailanthus altissima are fit in cut and filled area.

      • 나부산 (경북, 예천)의 식물상

        환경부 제2차 자연환경 전국기초조사의 일환으로 1998년 5월 중순부터 10월 중순까지 경북 안동시, 예천군(소권역 2-05)의 특정식물종을 포함하는 식물상을 조사하였다. 경북 안동시의 나부산에는 모두 4강, 21목, 43과, 96속, 137종, 1아종, 17변종, 1품종 등 모두 156분류군의 관속식물이 생육하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 조사지역은 식물지리학적으로 중일식물구계(Sino-Japanese Region)의 한국구, 중부아구에 속하며, 북방계식물로 북부에만 분포하는 것으로 알려진 식물은 1종류가 분포하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 조사에서 나타난 특정식물종은 5등급 1분류군, 4등급 1분류군, 2등급 1분류군, 1등급 1분류군 등 모두 4분류인 것으로 나타났고, 3등급 분류군은 발견되지 않았으며, 총 평가점수는 24점이다. 본 조사에서 확인된 5등급과 일부 4등급을 포함하는 정밀생태조사 대상종으로 솔체꽃,죽대 등으로 전체 2분류군이 조사되었다. 경북 예천군의 나부산의 정상부근에서는 북방계식물로 알려진 솔체꽃이 발견되었으며 이 지역이 남방한계선일 것으로 생각된다. 또한 산불로 인하여 생태계가 심하게 파괴된 나부산의 생태계 복원을 위하여 나부산 및 인근지역의 정밀생태조사가 절실히 요구된다.

      • 음식물쓰레기 처리에 관한 시민의식 조사 : 용인시를 중심으로 Focusing on the Case Study of Yongin City

        A questionary survey was conducted to investigate citizen's attitude to the treatment of food wastes in Yongin city. In this study, collection efficienty was 95.2%, as 476 individuals among 500 individuals. It was found that 41.81% of the respondents eliminate the amount of food waste less than 1L in houses or dining rooms(restaurants). It seems that the expanded use of specially designed containers in those areas should be come into effect immediately. Although citizens generally satisfied with the service hour and the interval of collection, 48.32% the respondents wanted specially designed containers to be washed more frequently. It is surmisabled from the respondents of 69.54% who careless dry of food waste that the citizens can't recognize the seriousness of food waste. During the process in food waste, although 64.08% of the respondents think of a trash burner as advisable, they prefer recycling equipment and worry about the occurrence of a bad smell most in both equipments. 69.96% of the respondents showed favorable rating about using specially designed containers and 75.21% of the respondents answered the disposal fee is reasonable. For the policy of the reduction in food waste, the respondents prefer the promotion through mass media and the autonomous policy making for spontaneous mood. Each local autonomous entity should make an effort to reduce the amount of food waste and expand facilities though the improvement of interest with citizens, as well as citizens are asked to make an effort to reduce the amount of food waste.

      • MDMA의 신경세포 분화 저해기전 연구

        3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, ecstasy), a widely used recreational drug with psychoactive properties, induces structural abnormalities in brain. However, little is known about its intracellular effects. In this study, we showed that MDMA induced apoptosis of neuronal cell. To understand the molecular change, we treated MDMA and profiled differentially expressed genes in MDMA treated SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell line. Among the genes that showed differential expression, egr1 expression was increased. We constructed egr1 expressing mammalian expression vector (pCDNA3-egr1) and transiently transfected it to SH-SY5Y. The transfected cells showed markedly inhibited differentiation. And egr1 siRNA restored the differentiation by retinoic acid. These findings show that MDMA inhibits neuronal cell differentiation by overexpressing egr1.

      • 아미산(충청남도)의 식물상

        The investigated area is located 36° 50′ 20″∼36° 51′ 30″ N in latitude at 126° 39′ 20″∼126° 40′ 30″ E in longitude. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 140 taxa: 3 forms, 16 varieties, 2 subspecies, 121 species, 99 genera, 55 families, 32 orders, 5 classes. 8 special plants designated by Ministry of Environment were investigated: 4th grade for 1 taxa, 3rd grade for 1 taxa, 2nd grade for 1 taxa, and 1st grade for 5 taxa. There is two taxa korean endemic plant that is Celtis choseniana Nakai and Saussurea eriophylla Nakai. As for the useful plants, there were 88 taxa of edible ones(62.9%), 65 taxa of medicinal ones(46.4%), 16 taxa of ornamental ones(11.4%), 59 taxa of industrial ones(42.1%), and 3 taxa of poisonous ones(2.1%). Naturalized plants were distributed 4 taxa.

        The aim of this study was to research water quality of firefly habitant in Yong-In city from June to September, BOD, NH_3-N and No_3-N concentration were 0.12-1.57ppm, 0.04-0.17ppm and 0.35-2.16ppm respectively, Water quality of firefly habitant was good and lower than II grade water quality standard value except DaeDae-Ri area. To conserve ecosystem of firefly habitant, We must manage to have a diverse aspect of ecology and water quality.

      • 여계산(경기도)의 식물상

        Abstract - Mt. Yeogye is located 37°10' 10″~37°10' 40″ N in latitude at 127°01' 30″~127° 03' 00″ E in longitude in Gyeonggi-do. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 120 taxa: 1 forms, 16 varieties, 103 species, 87 genera, 37 families, 21 orders, 4 classes. Six special plants designated by Environment Ministry were investigated: 4th grade for 2 taxa, 3rd grade for 1 taxa and 1st grade for 3 taxa. As for the useful plants, there were 55 taxa of edible ones(45.8%), 24 taxa of medicinal ones(20.0%), 11 taxa of ornamental ones(9.2%), 21 taxa of industrial ones(17.5%), and 2 taxa of poisonous ones(1.7%) respectively.

      • 성남시 분당구 석운동(경기도)일대의 녹지자연도

        본 조사지역의 관속식물은 모두 48과 83속 89종류로 관찰되었고, 대부분의 조사지역은 1등급인 주거지(47.5%)와 2등급인 농경지(41.0%)로 이루어져 있으며, 7등급인 2차림으로는 유일하게 신갈나무군락(11.5%)이 조사되었다. 조사지역 내의 식물현존량은 39,729㎏일 것으로 순생산량은 13,470㎏/yr인 것으로 추정된다. 공용의청사 건설사업에 따라 많은 식물들의 훼손이 있을 것으로 보이나, 이들은 대부분이 인간의 간섭에 따라 생긴 식물들이므로 자연환경의 훼손은 적을 것으로 보인다. The investigated area had 61 meshes totally in this study. Among them, 1st DGN of 25 meshes occupied 47.5% of the total area, 2nd DGN of 25 meshes did 41.0% of it, and then it is known that 88.5% of this area composed of housing or cultivated area. And 7th DGN of 7 meshes (11.5%) were shown in this area, but the others cannot be found in this study. Standing crops are reputated to be 39,720㎏ and net productivity is reputated to be 13,470㎏/yr in this area. Many artificial plants not but natural plants are maybe destroyed in this construction project.
