        Inclusions Nucleating Intragranular Polygonal Ferrite and Acicular Ferrite in Low Alloyed Carbon Manganese Steel Welds

        The inclusion-assisted formation of two types of intragranular ferrite in low alloyed C-Mn steel welds, intragranular polygonal ferrite (IPF) and acicular ferrite (IAF), was investigated in relation to the inclusion characteristics (mainly size and chemistry) and the welding heat input. For this analysis, inclusions engulfed by one ferrite grain and those shared by two ferrite grains were considered as the IPF nucleants, and the rest of them (in contact with more than three ferrite grains) were considered as the IAF nucleants. All inclusions were multi-component oxides having Ti oxides as the nucleoid. The inclusion size exhibited a log-normal distribution and the average size increased as the heat input increased. Inclusions larger than ~0.4 μm were found to be effective on IAF nucleation, and the effectiveness increased as the inclusion size increased. Accordingly,the overall IAF nucleant fraction increased as the heat input increased due to the corresponding inclusion size increase. However, the probability of the IAF nucleant in the same inclusion size range was insensitive to the heat input. There was no difference in the elemental distribution between the IAF and IPF nucleants except for Si. The Si distribution was uniform in the IPF nucleants while its content was relatively high at the inclusion periphery in the case of the IAF nucleants regardless of the heat input and the inclusion size.

      • 경관 Simulation을 통한 수영강 연접지역의 건축물 고도규제 방안

        This study analyzes the future landscape assesment of Suyoung-River and adjacent areas. Computer Simulation method is used for these purposes. It is expected that the high buildings and high density in Suyoung Information Site might cover the Jang-Mountain view. Therefore this study analyzes the expectations by the experiment of the change of the heights of buildings and the view-point so that Suyoung Information Site can secure the feelings of openness and can be harmonious with natural landscape and skyline. If the high dense buildings are going to be constructed, the optimum condition of development should be between 1.5 and 2.0 of evaluation indicator. The minimum indicator 1.5 would be appropriate as the standard of regulation. The results show that the buildings along the riverside road in the west need to be regulated under the height of 30m(about 10 stories) and the buildings along the Chungryul-Street in the east under the height of 90m(about 30 stories). 하천은 산과 구릉지 등과 함께 도시의 아름다운 경관을 형성하는 중요한 경관요소이다. 도시내 하천변에 나타나는 경관문제는 대부분 대규모 건축물에 의한 경관 훼손에서 비롯된다. 부산의 대부분 하천은 시가지를 통하여 바다로 유입되고 있으나 대부분 복개되었거나 주변지역의 고층건물 입지로 인해 하천 자체가 시민에게 주는 정 (正)의 경관적 요소는 점점 감소하고 있다. 본 연구의 대상지인 수영강은 현재 시가지내를 흐르고 있어 시민에게 주요한 openspace로 기능하고 있다. 주변지역은 지금까지 수영 비행장이라는 기능으로 연해 개발이 유보되어 오다 최근 수영정보단지의 개발계획 등으로 인해 개발압력을 강하게 받고 있다. 향후개발이 진행된다면 수영강변에서 조망할 수있는 주변 자연경관과 시가지 경관은 차폐될 뿐만 아니라, 그 자체의 규모가 크고 형태도 단조로와 위압적이고 획일적인 경관이 형성되게 될 것이다. 현재에도 수영강변의 구릉지에는 아파트 가 입지하여 조망을 차폐하고 있을 뿐 아니라 녹지를 잠식하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 향후 개발압력에 빌려 수영강변의 어느 지역 에서나 발생하는 공통적인 현상이 될 것이다. 이러한 조망차폐, 획일성, 위압감의 조성, 지형의 훼손 및 잠식 등으로 대표되는 수영강의 경관문제는 현행법상 건축심의 시 받는 경관심의로 해결하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 수영강과 연접지역, 그리고 배경녹지축인 주변산을 공간적 범위로 하여 첫째, 수영강 연접지역의 범위를 설정하고 연접지역을 몇 개의 경관구역으로 나누어 각 경관구역별 경관의 문제점과 특성을 살펴본다. 둘째, 경관분석을 위하여 Computer를 이용한 수영강변 주요 조망점 에서 사람의 눈에 보이는 대로 주변 경관을 연출해 낼 수 있는 가상의 경관 Simulation을 실시한다. 셋째,이를 바탕으로 수영강 연접지역의 건축물 고도규제 를 위한 기준설정과 고도규제 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

        Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.

      • 방전관용 전극개발 및 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the development of sputtered tungsten electrode for discharge tube by making use of Sputtering method using plasma. The Xe discharge tube was designed and fabricated by using sputtered tungsten electrode, and the ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) and monochromator were used in order to observe the discharge image distribution and to measure the signal intensity. As a result, the emission light form the electrode was spreaded almost uniformly over a wide wavelength band, and the discharge image distribution and the signal intensity show quite a uniform distribution. The emission light from the Xe discharge tube was peaked at 488[nm] and 648[nm].

        선박용 폐 FRP 수지의 재활용 공정 개발

        A recycling process for the waste FRP from boats was developed. The recycling process is composed of decomposition of waste FRP with propylene glycol and synthesis of recycled unsaturated polyester resin from the decomposed liquid material. Prior to the decomposition, waste FRP was cut into 2cm × 5cm segments and mechanical impact was applied by press roller to give gaps between cumulated laminates. Propylene glycol effectively decomposed the waste FRP segments and glass fibers were easily separated from decomposed liquid material. Recycled unsaturated polyester resin could be made from the decomposed liquid material by reaction with maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride.

      • Antioxidative and Anticancer Activities of Korean Wild Edible Vegetables

        The purpose of this study was performed to evaluated cytotoxicity of the water extract of five wild edible vegetables on five kinds of human cancer cells lines to provide as a fundamental data to be utilized for cancer chemopreventive agents. The total phenolics content of Ailanthus altissima, Patrinia saniculaefolia, Tetragonia tetragonoides, Aster yomena and Valeriana fauriei extracts were 73, 57, 32, 66, and 47 ㎎ GAE/g, respectively. In the α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay, Ailanthus altissima and Aster yomena the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity which were 45.1 and 45.8% at 100 ug/ml, respectively. The growth inhibitory activity of human cancer cells on HeLa, MKN-45 and NCI-H460 were 59, 66 and 60% in Patrinia saniculaefolia extract at 100 ㎍/㎖, respectively. In human colon cancer cell (HT29), Aster yomena extract showed 43.5% inhibitory activity at 100 ug/ml. The growth of human breast cancer cell (MCF-7) was inhibited 85.1% at 100 ug/ml by Ailanthus altissima extract.

        The elementary idea of 'function-words' in Classical Chinese originates from Han dynasty. But because of the pictographic nature the methodology for 'content words' had been applied to the study on 'function words', ane the conditions had not changed until modern times. In grammar functions of the function-word syntactical, morphological in unit sentence were studied in this using the method of quantitative analysis for all the function-words appeared in ${\ll}$Hwang je nae gyung-Somun${\gg}$. In the previous studies about function word, many data were collected and analyzed diachronically. But those studies failed to examine function-words closed in connection with synchronic study. Besides, in the explain about relevant function-words also, the case which was made centering around exegetic explain was most. And in the case to explain the function-words have in unit sentence also, the explain only about some function-words is made, but the analysis about concrete function to have in syntactical system is being handled negligently. This study stands not only on the background df the traditional studies but also on the basis of the western grammar and linguistics, especially the descriptive grammar and linguistics, especially the descriptive grammar. ${\ll}$Hwang je nae gyung-Somun${\gg}$ is collect and recorded the mythology and special contents related to Daoism in the side of contents as what was written on the basis of the historical consciousness of individual in contents regardless of compilation system. The purpose of this study is to clarify how the role and function of fuction-words are being made in the composition of unit sentence which appeard in ${\ll}$Hwang je nae gyung-Somun${\gg}$ through synchronic grammar system.

      • Microstructural Characteristics of Multiphase Low Carbon Steel Welds with Different Ti and B Element Contents

        <P>In this work, a high strength, high toughness low carbon steel weld was developed by controlling the contents of B and Ti which are the minor but critical elements to the weld microstructure. The weld with the low B - Ti content exhibited the high strength close to 1 GPa and the excellent toughness over 70 J at 40 °C. The weld microstructure consisted of the multiphase which composed acicular ferrite, bainite, martensite, under welding condition. A weld with the high B - Ti content was fully martensite and exhibited the high strength over 1 GPa but the poor toughness below 15 J at 40 °C. The present results inform that, when the low carbon steel weld contains the substantial amount of various alloying elements to obtain the high strength, the B content should be low as possible so that a substantial amount of acicular ferrite is ensured by screening the hardenability improving effects from other elements. The Ti content was found to affect the size of the multi-component oxides such that the less the Ti content, the smaller the oxide size which is critical to the acicular ferrite nucleation.</P>

        포트폴리오 증거자료를 활용한 체육수업의 변화

        이 연구의 목적은 포트폴리오 증거자료를 활용한 체육 수업의 변화를 살펴보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 포트폴리오 증거자료를 체육 수업에 적용했을 경우 나타나는 독특한 수업 문화를 살펴보기 위해 용인시 수지구 S초등학교 6학년 1개 반을 선정하였다. 포트폴리오 증거자료의 타당성을 점검하기 위해서 3차례의 예비연구를 실시하였으며 예비 연구를 통해 완성된 포트폴리오 개인과제를 6차시 간이 배구 수업에 적용하였다. 자료 수집은 비디오 촬영, 참여 관찰, 심층 면담, 반성일지를 통해 이루어졌고 체육 수업에 대한 인식의 변화, 학습 활동, 교사 조언에 대한 반응을 분석하기 위해 귀납적 범주 분석을 하였다. 자료의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 삼각 검증 법, 심층적 기술, 참조 자료의 사용 등을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 학생들의 체육 수업에 대한 인식의 변화는 자신의 실력이 늘어가는 것을 보며 보람을 느끼는 뿌듯함, 체육 수업에 점점 흥미를 느껴가는 좋아지는 체육 수업, 포트폴리오 증거자료를 작성하는 시간이 운동 시간에 대한 침범이라고 느끼는 인식 등의 변화가 있었다. 둘째, 학생들의 학습 활동에 대한 변화는 자기반성의 도구로 쓰이는 나를 볼 수 있는 거울, 지나간 수업을 돌아 볼 수 있는 기억에 남는 수업, 미처 알지 못했던 자신의 소질을 발견하는 소질 계발, 정직하지 못한 눈속임인 친하면 좋은 평가 등이 있었다. 셋째, 학생들의 교사 조언에 대한 반응에는 교사의 조언을 통해 자신의 문제점이 개선되는 것을 보고 고마움을 느끼는 아동과 반면에 자신의 수준이 발전되지 않고 그대로 머물러 있거나 똑같은 소리의 반복으로 느끼는 경우 교사의 조언을 잔소리로 느끼는 아동들이 있었다. The purpose of this study was to look through the change of the P.E-instruction. using the portfolio evidence. The detailed research methods to proceed this study were as followings; How the students recognize the P.E. when the portfolio is applied to the students? What was the feature of the students in their academic activities? How' the students' sponse to the teachers' advice? I have selected a 6 grade class in Suji, Yong In to research the unique class culture when applying the portfolio to the class. To verify the feasibility of this study, I have done three times of pre-experiments. And the finished portfolio has applied to the volleyball class six times. The data has been gathered through video recording, observing the student, and the reflection on one's behavior. I have performed the inductive category analysis to analyze the conception change on the class, academic activities, and the responses to the teachers' advice. To gain the feasibility on the data, I have used the triangulation, deep description, and references. The conclusions I have achieved are as followings. First, when it comes to the students' conception change, they are satisfied with their improved ability. They also got more and more interest in P.E. And some students consider making their portfolio interrupting the P.E. Second, the students have shown the change in their activities. This change includes the self-reflection for themselves. It also affect students' memory on the class itself. And they can find their hidden ability through the class. Finally, they recognize the unfair evaluation among acquaintances. Finally, some students feel the appreciation on teachers' advice with viewing their improvement through teachers' help while the others still consider the teacher's advice a kind of small talks.
