We confirmed the influence of ZnO nanoparticle size and residual water on performance of all inorganic perovskite solar cells. By decreasing the size of the ZnO nanoparticles, the short-circuit current density (Jsc) and open circuit photovoltage (Voc) values are increased and the conversion efficiency is improved. Although the Voc value is not affected by the influence of residual water in the solution for preparing the ZnO layer, the Jsc value drops greatly. As a result, it was found that it is important to use the oxide nanoparticles with a small particle diameter and to reduce the water content in the oxide forming material in order to manufacture a highly efficient all inorganic perovskite solar cells.
Quantitative Analysis of ″Polymer-Balls″ in Aqueous Solutions by Small-Angle Neutron Scattering

The quantitative analysis of polymer micelles consisting of amphiphilic block copolymers was carried out by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). The block copolymers, made of poly(2-ethoxyethyl vinyl ether-b-2-hydroxyethyl vinyl ether)(poly(EOVE-b-HOVE)), exhibited a sharp morphological transition from a homogeneous solution to a micelle structure with increasing temperature. This transition is accompanied by a formation of spherical domains of poly(EOVE) with a radius around 200 $\AA$. The variations of the size and its distribution of the domains were investigated as a function of polymer concentration and temperature. The validity of SANS analysis, including the wavelength- and incident-beam-smearing effects of the SANS instrument, was examined with a pre-calibrated polystyrene latex.
EFFECT OF MONO-SPECTRAM RADIANT ON AUTONOMIC NERVOUSSYSTEM

This study investigated the effects of certain specific wavelengths of lighting on the autonomic nervous system (ANS) using the heart rate variability (HRV) as an index. Six subjects with normal color vision participated n this study between 15:00 and 17:00 hr to neutralize any visual differences arising from circadian rhythm. The environmental conditions of the laboratory were maintained in complete darkness and the temperature was equilibrated at 24$\Box$ with a relative humidity of 60%. Subjects were only subjected to light stimulation when the pupil of dyes attained a minimum size of 2 mm by projecting illumination equalized with the same spectral radiance of 500-700 nm with 50-nm internal radiance. HRV was calculated from electrocardiogram (ECG) with systematic respiratory control at 0.35 Hz. The results suggest that illumination with certain wavelengths may induce ANS activation.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) iscaused by the SARS coronavirus (CoV). The spike proteinof SARS-CoV consists of S1 and S2 domains, which areresponsible for virus binding and fusion, respectively. Thereceptor-binding domain (RBD) positioned in S1 can specificallybind to angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2)on target cells, and ACE2 regulates the balance betweenvasoconstrictors and vasodilators within the heart andkidneys. Here, a recombinant fusion protein containing193-amino acid RBD (residues 318–510) and glutathioneS-transferase were prepared for binding to target cells. Additionally, monoclonal RBD antibodies were preparedto confirm RBD binding to target cells through ACE2. Wefirst confirmed that ACE2 was expressed in various mousecells such as heart, lungs, spleen, liver, intestine, andkidneys using a commercial ACE2 polyclonal antibody. We also confirmed that the mouse fibroblast (NIH3T3) andhuman embryonic kidney cell lines (HEK293) expressedACE2. We finally demonstrated that recombinant RBDbound to ACE2 on these cells using a cellular enzymelinkedimmunosorbent assay and immunoassay. Theseresults can be applied for future research to treat ACE2-related diseases and SARS.
