In this study The auther set casting mold degree on 500℃ 700℃ 900℃ and carried out centrifugal casting about Ticonium premium 100 which is Ni-Cr alloy and widely used as dental non-precions alloy. The outhor measured tensile strength and abserved fine structure by microscope and obtained following conclasions: 1. The tensile strength was 457.9±21.7 /kg/mm2 in 500℃ casting mold degree. 412.3+19.6kg/㎟ in 700℃ casting mold degree and 398.3±26.5kg/x-㎟ in 900℃casting mold degree. The tensile strength was reduced when the casting mold degree increased. 2. In all casting mold degree resinous structure-the typical casting structure-was formed and fine air bubble casting defect was appeared. 3. When casting mold temperature increased resinous crstal was appeard coarsely and largely.

Among the exotoxins produced by V. vulnificus, hemolysin (HS) has been reported to be the most potent one. To investigate the factors up- or down-regulating HS production in the context of pathogenesis, we observed the effects of salinity or/and temperature shifting, glucose, and acidic pH on the production of HS by V. vulnificus C7184 strain in vitro. Significantly more HS was produced when V. vulnificus was cultured in 0.9% salinity and $37^{\circ}C$ than in 2.5% and $25^{\circ}C$. When the culture condition reflecting natural habitat of V. vulnificus (2.5% salinity and $25^{\circ}C$) was changed into that reflecting human body (0.9% salinity and $37^{\circ}C$), 2.5 fold or more HS was produced than in the V. vulnificus being cultured continuously in 0.9% NaCl at $37^{\circ}C$. This result suggests that V. vulnificus somehow recognizes the shifting in salinity and temperature and stimulate HS production. Glucose addition in the culture medium resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in the HS production. Glucose itself and acidic pH resulting from its metabolism both appeared to inhibit the HS production. Glucose in itself had more dominant role in suppressing the HS production than the lowered pH accompanying the metabolism of glucose. This result suggests that HS production is down-regulated in the presence of glucose and under environmental acidic pH.

Somato-cardiac and somato-vagal reflex responses were studied by recording simultaneously the change of the arterial blood pressure and impulse discharge of the cardiac vagal afferents following electrical excitation of radial nerve in nembutal and alpha-chloralose anesthetized cats. The stimulation of the radial nerve has been done in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ fibers and the results are summarized as follows; 1. The stimulation of group Ⅱ radial afferents lowered arterial blood pressure and diminished the impulse discharge of the cardiac vagal afferents. 2. Simultaneous activation of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ of radial nerve resulted lowering blood piessure and diminishing impulse discharge of cardiac vagal afferents followed by immediate increase. 3. The electrical stimulation of group Ⅳ radial afferents increased arterial blood pressure and the impulse discharge of cardiac vagal afferents. To summarize above results, it was presumed that radial nerve, same as the other somatic nerve, has the effects on the cardiac function and especially group Ⅱ muscle afferents are related to lowering the arterial blood pressure. Also, ir was noticed that the change of impulse discharge of cardiac vagal afferents after electrical stimulation of radial nerve was the secondary effects of reflex reaction between the radial nerve and the heart.

Objectives: This study examined the mediated moderation effect of father‘s and mother’s playfulness, and the child’s playfulness, on the childs emotion regulation level, through father’s and mother’s empathic emotional reaction. Methods: Participants included 300 mothers and 288 fathers of children aged 5–6 years. They completed questionnaires that included scales to assess their child’s emotional regulation and playfulness, and their own empathic emotional reaction and playfulness. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: The relationship of father’s and mother’s playfulness with the child’s emotional regulation level was mediated by the child’s playfulness. Additionally, father’s empathic emotional reaction level moderated the relationship between father’s and the child’s playfulness. Further, father’s empathic emotional reaction level had a mediated moderation effect from father’s playfulness to the child’s emotional regulation, through the child’s playfulness. Conclusions: These results indicate the importance of father’s empathic emotional reaction and the child’s playfulness. Implications of these findings for parent counseling and parent education are discussed.

Vol.9 No.1
Objectives : Mctadoxine is known to have accelerated the metabolism of alcohol in previous studies with Caucasian subjects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of metadoxine on alcohol pharmacokinetis and pharmacodynamics in normal Korean adults according to the low-Km aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH2) genotypes. Methods : Twenty healthy male volunteers(half with active ALDH2*1/*1 : active group, the other with inactive ALDH2*1/*1 : inactive group) were selected by genotyping. In a double-blind, counterbalanced design, can subject ingested 0.5g of alcohol per ㎏ of body weight with pretreatment of metadoxine or placebo on 2 acparate occasions. Blood alcohol concentration by breathanalyzer(BrAC), vital signs, negative physiological response and performance function using a battery of tests(critical flicker fusion threshold : CFFT, choice reaction time : CRT, compensatory tracking task : CTT and digit-symbol substitution : DSS) were measured at baseline and repeatedly over 3-hour period after intake of alcohol. Results : Among the pharmacokinetic parameters, Vmax and Km were significantly increased with pretreatment of metadoxine in both the active and inactive ALDH2 groups, but the ratio of Vmax/Km was decreased. In terms of pharmacodynamics, the pretreatment of metadoxine produced a significant improvement of performance such as CFFT and DSS in the active ALDH2 group, but did not in the inactive ALDH2 group. Conclusions : It may be concluded that metadoxine has little effect on alcohol metabolism in both groups with respect to phamacokinetics on the basis of BrAC. The pharmacodynamic results, however, indicated that metadoxine might be partially effective in counteracting the impairing effects of alcohol on the performance in the active ALDH2 group.
