        Radio frequency coil which is capable of transmit and receive the signal has been used for image production in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Tuning and matching characteristic of radio frequency coil is major factor determining the image quality. In experiment the used coil was called a staircase type coil which is simplified the birdcage coil and referred to a simple LC resonant circuit. Because the inductance values of the coils are fixed coil performance was examined by changing of the capacitance values. In this study capacitance values were experimentally determined to increase of-tuning and matching effect in junction of the coil between coil endring and BNC cable to obtain the high quality of image.

        Toxic oxygen free radicals have been implicated as important pathologic mediators in many clinical disordesrs. Enhandng the intracellular content of antioxidant enzymes can provide means of limiting biological damage caused by oxygen free radicals. Many investigations have examined the potential of various oxyradical scavengers to modulate oxyradical injury. The oxygen free radicals play a role in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To investigate the pulmonary oxyradical injury and the protective role of antioxidant enzymes, author measured the amount of thiobarbituric acid reactants, the activiteies of antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and catalase) and the sulfhydryl groups in serum and red blood cells from the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease groups and the normal controls. The thiobarbituric acid reactant in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease groups was increased than the controls in both serum and red blood cells, and the superoxide dismutase activity in red blood cells was no statistically difference in both groups. But, the glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities were lowered in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease groups than the controls. The sulfhydryl groups in serum and red blood cells were no statistically difference in both groups. These results suggest that the increased thiobarbituric acid reactant in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease groups mean oxygen radical toxicity, and the decreased glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities may play a role in cellular injury.

      • 화상처리를 이용한 도형인식에 대한 기초연구

        The image processing technique has been utilized to extract the information of diagram pictured by CCD camera. In image processing we used the LUT method, filtering technique, connecting cord and signature technique. In order to acquire the information of diagram we have derived an equation for computing the center point, equation for computing the circumference length, equation for computing the area. Especially we have developed a signature differention method to get the summit of diagram. After having applied the image processing technique developed in this paper, we obtained a satisfactory result. We have driven the Rhino XR-Ⅲ robot and XY-plotter using the coordinate of summit of diagram, which respectively have shown the seventy and ninety nine percent accuracy approximately.

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interlaminar shear stress of laminated composite plates subjected transversely impact. For this purpose, a plate finite element model was based on the higher order shear deformation plate theory in conjunction with static contact laws. Test materials were CFRP with cross-ply laminate [O_4/O_4]s, [9O_4/θ_4]s stacking sequence and angle-ply lamianate [θ_4/- θ_4]s, [θ_4/-θ_4]s stacking seguence with 2^t×40^w×100^l(㎜) dimension. As a result, stacking sequence and fiber orientation were found to have a significant effect on the interlaminar stresses in composite lamintes.

        The seniority order system as the core of personnel management can be described as reflecting seniority factors-i.e., age, working year, school career, sex-to personnel system and has been formed by influences of traditional culture.       • 組織文化와 賃金體系 受容態度의 關聯性에 관한 硏究(Ⅱ)

        The purpose of this study is to devide the pattern of a wage system into the seniority system and the paying system according to ability, to investigate the pattern which is preferred by employees and to set up the relation of organization culture and preferred wage system. In advance, this article is to suggest literature's data about wage's concept and structure including organizational culture under the premises that wage structure will show choice's difference according to the type of organizational culture. The culture of an organization is composed of the level of achievements which is essential to the compensation system and the compensation contents which are related to them. This can be interpreted that the preferred wage system corresponds to the type of the organization's culture. When the types of cultures are classified into rational, developmental, consensual and hierachical, the result of the analysis shows that the groups which think themselves to belong to those of rational or developmental prefer the seniority system, and the groups which think themselves to belong to rational do not have any specially preferred wage system. Though, the groups which think themselves to belong to hierachical culture prefer the senority system to the paying system according to abilities.

      • 體操 吊環競技에 있어서 十字懸垂時主動筋肉에 對한 트레이닌의 效果에 관한 硏究 : Fmphasized on Muscular Strength, Electromyogram

        The purpose of the study was to find the effects of 12 weeks the straigth Body Cross on ring training program. The ten male subjects majored in gymnastics. The Criterion variable were muscular strength and electromyogram. The results are as following; 1. As for the stationary enduring time on ring, a growth was revealed from before training test M. 24.47+1.26 sec to 12 weeks training test M 3.63±1.09 sec. 2. During the stationary enduring time on ring, the mean values were 1.27±0.53 mv for the Teres, 1.14±0.34mv for the Triceps, 1.06±0.69mv for the Latissimuss, 1.02±0.43mv for the pectoralis, 0.02±0.58mv for the Biceps and 0.52±0.18 mv for the Trapezius. 3. The muscle of chiefly used in the straight Body Cross on ring were found out in the Teres, Triceps. 4. Stationary enduring time on ring was long according as it was increased of voltage for the muscle chiefly. 5. Arm strength flexion lefft right, Arm strength Extension left right, Grip strength left right and shoulder Arm strength were increased in training of 12 weeks. 6. The Correlation Coeffficient be tween stationary enduring time on ring and mucular strength per body weight were revealed as the certainly correlation.

      • 족부혈관평가의 3차원 MRA와 DSA의 유용성 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare the 3-dimensional MR angiography(MRA) with digital subtraction angiography(DSA) for the evaluation of pedal artery. MR angiography was performed using three-dimensional FISP acquisition before, and four sequential acquisitions after the injection of gadolinium(0.2mmol/㎏, 3m1/sec). MRA was compared with DSA for correct identification of the arterial segment. Out of 168 segments, 32 segmints were invisible in both MRA and DSA. At the level of ankle, 48 segments were visible in both examinations, and 18 segments were visible only in MRA. In the foot area, 34 segments were visible in MRA, but not in DSA. Three arterial segments were visible only in DSA. 3D MRA is comparable to DSA for the evaluation of pedal artery, thus it gives additional informations for planning of treatment in lower extremity artery.
