        광주천의 하천유지유량의 유입수질농도 결정에 관한 연구

        N/A This study is to decide water concentration of instream flow to upgrade water quality of Gwangju cheon improving one of instream flow in the upper Gwangju cheon. Present water quality of Gwangju cheon (Based on BOO) maintains 3rd-4th level but this study intends to decide water concentration of instream flow assuming that target water quality is 1st and 2nd level to improve water quality. For QUAL2E applies to estimation form of water quality that is using widely in rivers. And, HEC-RAS form is used to estimate mathematical input value that is using in QUAL2E. In the result of estimation of water quality, it is difficult to upgrade to 1st level because Gwangju cheon is lack of self-purification ability. However, it is possible to improve water quality to 2nd level. According to analyzing of the result of QUAL2E form by 0.5,0.8,1.0 of instream flow, it is decided 0.5㎝s to 2.15㎎/ℓ, 0.8㎝s to 2.70㎎/ℓ, 1.0cms to 2.88㎎/ℓl based on BOO.

      • 결장직장암 환자의 임상적 고찰 : 조선대학교 부속병원의 10년 간의 결과

        Background and Objectives: The colorectal cancer rates 4th in the total cancer prevalence in Korea. The clinical patient demographics were considered with the incidence rate of the colon and rectal cancer. The clinicopathological factors were analyzed for the 5 year survival rate. Materials Methods: Of the 282 patients who were operated from Jan. 1, 1992 to Dec. 31, 2001 and diagnosed by pathological biopsy as colo-rectal cancer, 234 patients were followed up. The age, sex, location of the cancer, TNM stage, operation method, histopathological classification, metastatic region, complications after operation and the survival rate were investigated. Results: Of the 234 patients, male and female consisted of 120 cases (51.3%) and 114 cases (46.7%), with an average age of 61.6 years. The average follow up period was 52.3 months and the peri operative mortality was 5.6%. The site of the cancer was most frequent at the rectum with 127 cases (54.3%). The patients were classified according to the TNM stages with 38 cases of stage 1 (16.2%), 98 cases of II (41.9%), 72 cases of III (30.8%) and 26 cases of IV (11.1%). The 5 year survival rate in the age group older than 50 was 63.3 % and 73.5% in the group younger than 50. In regard to the operation type, the 5 year survival rate was 65.4% for elective operation and 65.8% for emergency operation. The 5 year survival rate for well differentiated, moderately differentiated, poorly differentiated cancer, and mucinous adenocarcinoma was 73.7%, 60.2%, 58.3%, and 92.6%, respectively. The 5 year survival rate of each of the TNM stage is 81.1%, 74.8%, 57.0%, and 11.5% for Classes I, II, III, and IV, respectively. Conclusion: The clinical factors were analyzed for the 5 year survival rate with no statistical significance for the age, sex, and location of the cancer. The TNM stage and histopathological differentiation were statistically significant. The colon cancer showed better prognosis compared to the rectal cancer.

      • 메탈라스와 와이어메쉬로 횡구속된 철근 콘크리트 기둥의 내력 및 연성에 관한 연구

        Generally, transverse steel in reinforced concrete column serves the three-fold function of confining the compressed concrete, preventing lateral buckling of the longitudinal reinforcing steel, and acting as shear reinforcement. However, the amount of confining steel required in the form of rectangular hoops is still argument. This paper summarizes the results of an experimental program where 10 short columns with compressive strength 21MPa are designed with variable lateral confinements such as Metal Lath and Wire Mesh were tested under monotonic axial compression to failure. The columns were 300mm square and 750mm high. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ductility and strength of columns with variable lateral confinement. Test results indicate that specimen confined by metal lath and hoop, and wire mesh and hoop show 1.89 times ductility than NO.I specimen using hoop only. However, effect of lateral confinement by metal lath and wire mesh is how or same than NO.I specimen in maximum strength.

        Latest, requirements of service of high speed traffics have increased, because these traffics are difficult to predict owing to its bursty occurrence. ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) serves ABR(Available Bit Rate) service for these traffics. When concentrated high speed traffics are arrived, cell loss and cell transfer delay are occurred because statistical multiplexing of ATM raise states of congestion on network. To minimize these influence of congestion, reactive control scheme which takes advantage of feedback information should be used, in this case using preventive control scheme is insufficient. In this paper, we applied variable threshold to determine the congestion in switch node, controled transmission rate dynamically. We simulated our model and analyzed to compare our schemes to the previous ones. The results show that the average transmission rate increased up respectively. The ramp-up time that is the amount of time from the idle state to the balance state is shorter, the maximum number of cells which is much related to cell loss is less, and the control cycle of transmission rate is shorter compared to the previous methods.

        The level of SO₂was over mean of year standard (0.03 ppm) and the level PM-10 was 68㎛/m³ in spring 1996. The level of NO₂and CO were high in winter and low in summer. But the level O₃was high in summer. The ratios between winter and summer were that SO₂was 3.34, PM-10 was 1.20, NO₂was 1.58, CO was 1.90 and O₃was 0.54.

      • 내시경으로 진단된 소화성 궤양의 임상적 고찰

        A clinical analysis was performed of 3055 pateints with peptic ulcer who were diagnosed with gastroduodenoscopy, in Hospital of Chungnam National University College of Medicine from July 1988 to May 1993. 1) During the period 1988-1993, The proportion of gastric ulcer among peptic ulcer decreased from 47.8% to 42.8%, but that of duodenal ulcer increased from 36.8% to 39.6%. 2) Of the 3055 cases, the number of patients with esophageal ulcer was 98(3.2%), with gastric ulcer 1407(41.6%), with. duodenal ulcer 1104(36.1%), with channel ulcer 149(4.9%), and with combind ulcer 297(9.7%). 3) We observed a peak incidence of peptic ulcer in the 50-69age group, gastric ulcer in the 5069age, duodenal ulcer in the 40-59age group. The ratio of male to female was 3.6 : 1 in peptic ulcer, 4.4 : 1 in gastric ulcer, 3.0 : 1 in duodenal ulcer. 4) The common site was angle in gastric ulcer, and bulb in duodenal ulcer. 5) The active stage was 39.4% of gastric ulcer, and 37.4% of duodenal ulcer, the healing stage was 34.2% of gastric ulcer, and 17.9% of duodenal ulcer, and the scar stage of gastric ulcer was 26.4%, and duodenal ulcer was 44.7%. 6) The size of ulcer was less than 1Cm in 66.7% of gastric ulcer, and in 75.5% of duodenal ulcer, the size of ulcer was greater than 2Cm in 13.2% of gastric ulcer, and in 6.5% of duodenal ulcer. 7) The frequency of multiple ulcer was 29.9% in gastric ulcer, and 16.5% in duodenal ulcer.

        The 21 snow samples were collected from 9 different sites in Korea. Then we analysed chemical compositions, deposition fluxes and velocities of dustfall, and metallic elements in snow in Korea. The results were as follows; The concentration difference of upper and lower layer of snow showed wide range. As for dry deposition, K was highest in Suwon, Ca and Zn were highest in Kwangju. As for wet deposition, Zn, and Ca were highest in Sunchang and Namwon. The range of pH in snow was 4.95-5.85 in the upper layer and 5.00-5.58 in the lower layer. The correlation coefficient of pH and conductivity was r^(2)=0.55 in the upper layer and r^(2)=0.86 in the lower layer. The correlation coefficient of total dissolved solid and conductivity was r^(2)=0.85 in the upper layer and r^(2)=0.86 in the lower layer. Deposited dustfall in snow was 470.0 ton/km^(2)/yr in Seoul, 387.7 ton/km^(2)/yr in Suwon, and 115.4 ton/km^(2)/yr in Kwangju. Zn flux was highest in Ansung; on the other hand, Cd and Cr fluxes were highest in Seoul. Dry deposition velocity of upper layer in January were Zn 0.13 ㎝/s, Pb 0.01 ㎝/s, Ca 0.21 ㎝/s, Fe 0. 02 ㎝/s, Mn 2.13 ㎝/s, Cu 0.19 ㎝/s, and in Feburary Ca was 0.055 ㎝/s.

      • 군산산단 주변의 주요 악취물질 규명 및 저감을 위한 기초조사

        We examined odor concentration during two seasons(fall and winter). The results were as follows : We confirmed the concentration of H₂S, MM, DMS were high. And especially DMA, TMA and i-PA were detected highly in fall and odor indices of those were more than 1, so we confirmed those materials were odor origin materials, but did not detected those materials in winter. The concentrations of n-butylicacid and MEK in VOCs in winter were higher than fall. Therefore we think that examination odor materials with temperature are very important. The concentrations of DEA, i-BA and methanol, methyl ethyl ketone(MEK), methyl cyclo hexane, toluene, and stylene were not exceed minimum sensitive concentration, but those are presumed odor potential material. The odor origin materials in Kunsan industrial complex in fall were H₂S, DMA, TMA, i-PA, n-butylicacid, and the odor potential material were MMA, sec-BA, methyl ethyl ketone(MEK). The odor origin materials in Kunsan industrial complex in winter were H₂S, MM, DMS, n-butylicacid, and the odor potential material were DEA, i-BA, methyl ethyl ketone(MEK), methyl cyclohexane. The dilute magnification in Kunsan industrial complex in fall were examined DMA 10, TMA 3 and total of those was 13, and that in winter were examined H₂S 3, MM 2, DMS 2 and total of those was 8. But the regulation of boundary of factory in industrial complex is <20. The number of odor intensity(1.0 - 2.0) were that H₂S was one in fall and four in winter and therefore that of total five. And the number of odor intensity(1.0 - 2.0) of TMA was four in fall. Generally a civil appeal occur that odor intensity is more than 2.0.

      • 내시경으로 확인된 상부소화관 용종의 임상적 고찰

        From January 1987 to October 1991, we performed 14,333 cases of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and diagnosed 527 cases with U.G.I polyp. We assesed these 527 cases and obtained following results: 1) The overall incidence of U.G.I. polyps was 3.6%, and there was no sexual difference. The peak incidence was in 6th decades(32.4%). 2) The U.G.I. polyps were located chiefly at stomach(415 cases, 78.7%), among which antrum occupied antrum 43.5%, body 24.0% and funds 5.1%. And the others were esophagus(6.5%) and duodenum(12.3%). 3) The size of U.G.I. polyp was below 1cm in 72.3%, from 1cm to 1.9cm in 20.7% and above 2cm in 7.0%. According to Yamada' classification, type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was 31.9%, 51.3%, 13.7% and 3.0%. 4) Histological nature of U.I.G. polyp were hyperplastic polyp(85.8%), adenomatous polyps(9.3%), carcinomatous polyps(3.3%) and etc. The size of neoplastic polyp such as adenomatous polyps(mean 1.0±0.7cm) and carcinomatous polyps(niean 2.0±1.8) were larger man hyperplastic polyp(mean 0.6±0.4) (p<0.05) 5) The gastric polyps were associated with peptic ulcer(7.5%), gastric cancer(3.2%), other malignancy(3.5%), hepatobiliary disease(5.5%), post subtotal gastrectomy(5.5%). And others(75%) werenot associated with specific disease.

        장기 이식 환자에서 Voriconazole 과 Cyclosporine 또는 Tacrolimus의 상호작용

        Abstract: In organ transplant patients, the opportunity of fungi infections such as invasive aspergillosis increase by use of immunosuppresant drugs and voriconazole is recommended as primary treatment drug. When voriconazole is administered with cyclosporine(CsA) or tacrolimus(FK506), caution about increment of blood CsA or FK506 concentrations that caused by the change of CYP3A4 activity is required but few domestic cases of interaction were reported yet, The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of voriconazole on the blood CsA or FK506 concentrations in transplant recipients and the factors of recipients that have an effect on the results. 25 transplant recipients who were administered voriconazole with CsA or FK506 from January 1 of 2006 to August 17 of 2008 in Asan Medical Center were objects (12 patients on CsA coadministration arm - 9 males, 3 females; 41~62years;2 liver, 2 kidney, 3 bone marrow, 5 heart transplant recipients, and 13 on FK506 coadministration arm - 7 males, 6 females;26~65years; 10 liver, 2 kidney, 1 heart transplant recipients). Blood CsA or FK506 concentrations before and after coadministration of voriconazole, and maximum concentration in one month from the first day of coadministration were monitored retrospectively. In most cases CsA or FK506 were administered as recommended doses regardless of coadministration of voriconazole, and blood concentration increased from 239.42±126. 77ng/ml to maximum 411.92±225. 76ng/ml in CsA coadministration arm(p=0.003), and from 7.72±2.79ng/ml to maximum 19.16±9.35ng/ml in FK506 coadministration arm(p=0.003). Gender, age, and the kind of transplant organ did not affect to the change of blood concentration in both two arms. In consequences, administration of voriconazole could affect on the blood CsA or FK506 concentration, and in cases of administra tion of voriconazole in transplant recipients treated with CsA or FK506, close monitoring and dose adjustment is needed.
