        Collagenase와 esterase가 상아질 접착강도와 nanoleakage에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 접착계면에서 collagenase와 esterase가 접착강도와 극미세누출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시행하였다. 발치된 치아의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2(SB)와 Clearfil SE bond(SE)를 사용하여 상아질-레진 접착시편을 제작하고,시편을 인산완충용액(PBS)에 24시간(I),또는 PBS(II),collagenase 용액(III),esterase 용액(IV)에 4주간 보관 한 후 질산은 용액으로 염색하였다. 시편의 미세인장접착강도(μTBS)와 질산은 침투 면적을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. SB군의 접착강도가 II∼IV군에서 SE군에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내었다(p<O.05). SB군은 II∼IV군의 접착강도가 I군에 비해 낮은 값을 보였으나(p<O.05),SE군의 접착강도는 I∼IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 2. SB군의 질산은 침투 면적이 SE군에 비해 높았으며(p<O.05),SB군과 SE군에서 질산은 침투 면적은 I ∼ IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 3. 접착강도와 질산은 침투 면적은 SE군의 I, II,III군에서 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<O.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagenase and esterase on dentin bond strength and nanoleakage. Resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin of premolars with Single Bond 2(SB) and Clearfil SE Bond(SE). After the microtensile specimens were prepared and stored in PBS for 24 hours(I) or, PBS(II), collagenase(III), esterase(IV) solution for 4 weeks, the specimens were stained with silver nitrate solution. Microtensile bond strength(μTBS) and silver penetration area were measured and, the results were as follows: 1. For group II, III, and IV, the bond strengths of SB were lower than those of SB(p<0.05). The bond strengths of SB II, III, and IV were lower than that of SB I(p<0.05). There was no difference among the bond strengths of SE I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 2. Silver penetration areas of SB were higher than those of SE for all storage groups(p<0.05). In SB and SE groups, there was no significant difference of silver penetration area among I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 3. SE I, II, and III showed inverse relationship between the bond strengths and the silver penetration areas(p<0.05).

        In this study, we fabricated the Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) thin-film solar cells by using a polyimide substrate. The CIGS thin-film was deposited on Mo coated polyimide substrate by a 3-stage co-evaporation technique. Because the polyimide shows thermal transformation at about 400?C, the substrate temperature of co-evaporation process was set to below 400?C. Corresponding solar cell showed a conversion efficiency of 7.08 % with V_{OC} of 0.58 V, J_{SC} of 24.99 mA/cm² and FF of 0.49.

        상아질 접착에서 collagenase와 esterase가 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        상아질-레진 접착강도에 대한 collagenase와 esterase의 영향을 살펴보기 위해, 소구치의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2와 Clearfil SE Bond로 접착을 시행하고 미세 시편을 제작하여 PBS, collagenase 용액, esterase 용액에 4주간 보관한 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 보관 용액에서 Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 Clearfil SE Bond보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 2. Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 collagenase군이 PBS군, esterase군보다 낮았다(p>0.05). 3. Clearfil SE Bond의 미세인장결합강도는 esterase군이 PBS군에 비해 낮았으나(p>0.05), collagenase군보다는 높았다(p>0.05). Collagenase군은 PBS군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of collagenase and esterase on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) in dentin bonding. After resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin, μTBS specimens were formed and stored in PBS, collagenase, or esterase solution. After 4-week storage, μTBS was determined and, the results were as follows: 1. μTBS values of Single Bond 2 were lower than those of Clearfil SE Bond for all storage medium (p<0.05). 2. In single Bond 2 group, collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS and esterase solution (p>0.05). 3. In Clearfil SE Bond group, esterase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS(p>0.05). Collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than esterase solution(p>0.05) and PBS(p<0.05).

        중소기업 전자상거래의 활성화전략에 관한 연구

        전자상거래에 관한 대부분의 선행연구들은 기업의 전자상거래 채택 및 확산 요인에 초점을 두었으며, 대기업 중심의 자료를 바탕으로 연구가 수행되었다. 그러나, 기업에서의 전자 상거래 활용은 선택이 아닌 기정 사실화되었고 이제는 어떻게 활용하는가에 초점을 두어야할 때이다. 한편, 대기업을 대상으로 한 연구결과가 중소기업에 지침으로 제공되고 있으나, 중소기업이 단순히 대기업의 축소판이 아니며 많은 점에서 고유의 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에 중소기업 자체의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 세 가지 측면에서 전자상거래에 환한 선행연구를 확장한다. 첫째는 많은 선행연구들이 주로 정보기술의 채택 및 확산이란 차원에서 전자상거래를 다루어 온 것에 비하여 본 연구에서는 전자상거래의 실행을 성과와 연관시켜 다룬다. 둘째는 국가경제에 커다란 비중을 차지하고 영향을 미치는 중소기업에 초점을 둔다. 끝으로, 중소기업에 적합한 전자상거래 활성화 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과 중소기업에 적합한 특유의 전자상거래 활용형태는 없으며, 기업상황에 적합한 활용형태를 찾는 것이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 한편, 정보시스템 성숙도 수준에 따라 IC실행형태가 성과에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 예를 들어, 비용우위 전략은 성숙도가 낮을수록 가치시스템형 IC는 성숙도가 높을수록 높은 성과를 나타냈다. Business firms are increasingly taking part in online business activities through internet as the size of the e-commerce market is rapidly growing in the recent years. Electronic commerce (EC) activities now become an essential part of the business strategy for survival as well as growth for both large enterprises and small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Previous studies on e-commerce mostly focused on the factors leading to adoption and diffusion of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. This paper extends the previous researches on EC in three aspects. Firstly, we study the e-commerce issues in the area of implementation in relation to EC performance, beyond the adoption and diffusion of IT technology which has been the research issues in many previous researches. Secondly, we focus on small and medium enterprises which comprise a large portion of national economy with significant influence. Finally, we propose desirable EC strategies for SMEs upon consideration of SMEs' characteristics.

      • 흰쥐 갑상선 소포세포의 분화에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        The thyroid gland is an endocrine organ which is mainly derived from endodermal cell of the primitive pharynx. It is well known that time of morphological and functional maturation of thyroid gland is so variable among the species of animal that functionl maturation of thyroid gland of the rat occurs only after birth of the animal, while the human fetal thyroid gland can secrete thyroid hormones at 10-14 weeks of gestation. In this study the author pursued the ultrastructural differentiation of thyroid follicular cells of rats in the late fetal and early postnatal lives. The fetal rats of 18th and the 20th day of gestation and rats of the 1st, the 7th, the 14th and the 21st day of postnatal life were sacrificed and thyroid glands were extracted. Rats of the 8th weeks of postnatal life were served as control group. All specimens prefixed in 2% glutaraldehyde-2.5% paraformaldehyde and postfixed in osmium tetraoxide, were dehydrated and embeded in Epon Araldite 502. Ultrathin section about 600-800 in thickness were made with LKB ultramicrotome and stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate and lead citrate All electron microscopic preparations were observed with JEM 100cx-II electron microscope The result obtained were as follows: 1. The nucleus of the follicular cell in the rat thyroid gland was composed of euchromatin at the 18th day of gestation, some unclei with euchromatin and heterochromatin were observed at the 20th day of gestation, and all nuclei of the follicular cells were composed of euchromatin and heterochromatin after the 1st day of postnatal life. 2. Rough endoplasmic reticulum of the follicular cell in the rat thyroid gland was consisted of column shaped scant cisternae at the 18th day of gestation, and rough endoplasmic reticulum with unmerous dilated cisterne was observed at the 7th day of gestation. 3. The Golgi complex of the follicular cell in the rat thyroid gland was composed of narrow cisternae and small sized vesicles at the 18th day of gestation. Folgi complex with wide cisternae and large sized vesicles and vacuoles was observed at the 14th day of posnatal life. 4. Mitochondria of the follicular cell in the rat thyroid gland were scanty at the 18th day of gestation and number of mitochondria increased during development of thyroid gland. 5. Lysosmes of the follicular cell in the rat thyroid gland were observed from the 1st day of postnatal life. 6. Collid lumen and microvilli of the thyroid follicle were observed from the 20th day of gestation and the matured colloid lumen was observed at the 1st day of postnated life. It is consequently suggested that the thyroid follicleis are formed from the 20th day of gestation to the 1st day of postnatal life, and cytoplasmic organelles of the folliculat cell are matured morphologically between the 7th and the 14th day of postnatal life in albino rats.

        The purpose of this paper is to suggest advanced distribution channel in respect of directivity for customer, expertise, and transparency. We find out the problems of distribution channel in Korea and benchmark cases of the US and the UK. The conclusion is summarized as follow. Firstly, Open architecture is needed and also regulation for protecting customers should be strengthened for customer directivity. Secondly, the examination of qualifications for selling insurance products enhanced in order to improve expertise of solicitors. Finally, disclosure and financial soundness are easily understandable to the policyholders. The information is easily informed to them for transparency.

        역사적 도심지구의 집주모델시안에 나타난 전통성과 지역성의 표현 : 건축설계경기의 제안작품을 통하여

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the tendency of collective habitat model in traditional urban area proposed by the architectural competition. The analysis and evaluation of these works is made by reference-frame such as community, locality, and economy. As results, the summaries of findings are as follows: 1. In the tentative plan of the collective habitat models, these have a tendency to encourage community life as the characteristic of traditionality and locality. That is, these concepts are represented by the consideration of environs, the positive use of site conditions, and so on. 2. In evaluation of these works, the critics are composed of these groups-specialist, developer, residents. The specialist groups make an emphasis on the community life and environs, the developer groups on the plan and structure system, and the residents on the present life-cycle and conditions. 3. The collective habitat models find their traditional and local expression in the alley, court, arrangement, exterior space, and traditional space.
