Objective : The purpose of this report is to examine the effects of direct moxibustion in the Low back pain patient. Methods : Clinical studies were done 30 patients who were treated with low back pain to Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, of Oriental Medical Sang-Ji University from September 1, 2003 to August 31, 2004. We treated them by Oriental medical therapy(including direct moxibustion)for 10 days. The evaluation was performed five times(admission day, before and after each twice). Results : 1. VAS was decreased after direct moxibustion for 10 days significantly(p<0.01). 2. After direct moxibustion, S.L.R. T angle of patients were increased. ConclUsions : We brought to the conclusion that direct moxibustion has possibility to the efficient to cure the Low back pain. So we suggest the possibility to use this treatment for Low back pain.
On Simultaneous Considerations of Variable Selection and Detection of Influential Cases

The value of statistics used for variable selection criteria can be reduced remarkably by excluding only a few influential cases. Furthermore, different subsets of regressors change leverage and influence patterns for the same response variable. Based on these motivations, this paper suggests a procedure which considers variable selection and detection of influential cases simultaneously.
Analyzing Customer Feedback Differences between VOCs and External Channels

VOCs have been used as the most definitive resource to reflect customer feedback when developing products and services. However, due to the development of the Internet and the emergence of SNS, VOC is no longer the only channel that represents customer opinions. There are also a number of studies showing that many customers express complaints through channels other than VOCs. In this paper, we analyze the difference between the official VOC data and the data collected through the external channel, and suggest ways to reflect the various opinions of customers. To do this, this study uses keyword analysis that can identify differences according to frequency through social network, modular analysis to distinguish topics according to centrality and similarity, and emotional analysis to confirm word polarity (positive and negative). The results of this study show that the opinions of the customers were different depending on channels such as VOCs and external channels. Therefore, the collected data through VOC as well as external channels should be used in order to reflect the opinions of customers. In particular, this paper confirms that the results of one channel may vary depending on the channel characteristics even for the same channel. This confirms that collecting voc only on certain channels may differ from what real customers require. Therefore, data collected through VOCs as well as external channels must be used to reflect various customer feedback.
A case of basal cell carcinoma with ductal differentiation

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common skin cancer, which mainly occurs on sun exposed areas of the head and neck. There are many clinical, histological subtypes of BCC although these subtypes share some common characteristics. BCCs can be clinically divided into nodular, pigmented, sclerosing, superficial and fibroepithelioma form. From histologic point of view, it can be classified as two groups: undifferentiated and differentiated. Neoplastic cells of BCC mainly differentiate toward follicular germinative cells, although there are other types such as BCCs which differentiate toward sebaceous, follicular, eccrine and appocrine apparatus. A 59-year-old woman presented with asymptomatic bluish black colored waxy plaque on her left parietal scalp area. She had no significant medical history. The lesion first appeared 16 months ago, increasing size without any symptom, and it was diagnosed as BCC with skin biopsy. The histopathology showed nodules and micronodules of basaloid cells, and unusually, had certain basaloid cells in deeper dermis showing ductal differentiation with mildly vacuolated cytoplasm developing duct-like structures. This suggests that BCC differentiated onto ductal apparatus. Herein, we report a rare case of BCC with ductal differentiation.

Background: Emergence of drug-resistant hepatitis B virus (HBV) against the nucleos(t)ide analogues (NA) is a major problem for antiviral treatment in chronic hepatitis B patients. In this study, we analyzed the evolution of drug-resistant mutations and characterized the effects of rtA181T and rtI233V mutations on viral replication and drug-resistance. Methods: We performed a clonal analysis of the HBV polymerase gene from serum samples during viral breakthrough treated with lamivudine (LMV) and adefovir (ADV). Representative mutants were analyzed for in vitro drug susceptibility by southern blot. We constructed a series of mutant clones and determined the ability of replication and drug resistance. Results: Conserved mutations in rt204, rt181, rt236, and rt233 were identified during the viral breakthrough. In vitro study revealed that the effect of rtA181T mutation on viral replication and drug resistance is dependent on the mutations in overlapping surface gene. The rtA181T mutant harboring surface stop (rtA181T/sW172*) showed a decrease in viral replication and increase in drug resistance compared to the rtA181T mutant harboring surface mutation (rtA181T/sW172S). Moreover, the rtA181T/sW172* mutant exhibited a secretion defect of viral particles. The rtI233V mutation which emerged during ADV therapy reduced the viral replication and conferred resistance to ADV. However, the rtI233V mutation did not affect the viral replication and drug resistance of rtA181T/sW172* mutant. Conclusions: Our data suggest that the impact of rtA181T mutation on drug resistance is different according to the mutation status in corresponding surface gene. The rtI233V mutation affects the replication ability and drug resistance. Our observation suggests the need of genotypic analysis of overlapping surface gene to manage the antiviral drug resistance if clinical isolates harbor rtA181T mutation.

The NMR chemical shift arising from 4d electron orbital angular momentum and 4d electron spin dipolar-nuclear Spin angular momentum interactions for a $4d^2$ system in a strong crystal field environment of octahedral symmetry has been investigated when the four fold axis is taken as the quantization axis. The NMR results are comparted with the multipolar shift at various R-values and we find that the exact results are in agreement with the multipolar shift when $R{\geqslant}0.20 nm.$ We also separate the NMR shift into the contribution of the $1/R^5$ and $1/R^7$ terms. It is found that the contribution of the $1/R^5$term to the NMR shift is dominant than the contribution of the $1/R^7$ term. Temperature dependence analysis shows that the $1/T^2$ term is the dominant contribution to the NMR shift for a $4d^2$ system but the contribution of the 1/T term may not negligible. The similar results are obtained for a $4d^1$ system from the temperature dependence analysis.
