      • A Novel Preserving Client Privacy and Designate Verifier Auditing Scheme for Cloud Storage

        Cloud storage is now an important development trend in information technology. To ensure the integrity of data storage in cloud storing, researchers have present some proof of storage schemes. In some cases, the ability to check data possession is delegated by data owners. Hence, the delegable provable data possession and proxy provable data possession are proposed. However the schemes are not secure since the proxy or designated verifier stores some delegation information in cloud storage servers. In this paper, we propose PC-DV POS scheme, which can preserve clients’ privacy and designate a verifier by the client signed the data blocks. In particular, we utilize group signatures and key exchange to construct homomorphic authenticators, so that only the designated verifier is able to check the integrity of shared data for users without retrieving the entire data, and cannot reveal the identities of signers on all blocks in shared data.

        Adaptive local approximation neural network control based on extraordinariness particle swarm optimization for robotic manipulators

        In this paper, an adaptive radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) controller based on extraordinariness particle swarm optimization (EPSO) is proposed. To improve the trajectory tracking performance of robotic manipulators, the uncertainties of the manipulator dynamic equation are locally approximated using three RBFNNs with optimized hyperparameters. Besides, a robust control item is also considered in the controller to resist external disturbances. During hyperparameters optimization, the EPSO optimizer iteratively optimizes the hyperparameters of the RBFNN controller using the composite error of the system output. The stability of the control scheme is analyzed with the Lyapunov stability. Simulation results as well as the experimental verification prove the efficiency and applicability of the control scheme.

        INTRINSIC HARDNESS OF Ti(C,N) FILMS AND ITS DEPENDENCE ON MICROSTRUCTURE

        The intrinsic hardness of Ti(C, N) films with a series of carbon content is investigated using Joensson-Hogmark method, but the constrnat, C, in J-H model is modified in terms of the hardness ratio of the film to the substrate. A linear relation between hardness and carbon content is evident for both ion plated and plasma assisted chemical vapour deposited films, but the latter has higher hardness and greater variation with carbon content. This is considered to be a result of TiN and TiC mixutre phases, which probally gives rise to small grain size and less columnar structure.

        Mass transfer and reaction process of the wet desulfurization reactor with falling film by cross-flow scrubbing

        the present study, a series of wet flue gas desulfurization experiments have been carried out in com-parison with diferent slurry feeding ways, i.e., by series connection and by parallel connection, by means of cross-flow scrubbing with faling film. The experiment results show that there is optimal desulfurization performance forfer by cross-flow scrubbing model have been developed. The pH values of the outlet slurry inside the reactor and theion concentration distributions of H2SO3, HSO3 and SO32 along the axial direction of the tubes were obtained by an-alyzing and calculating the models. The calculation values agree well with the experimental values. It shows that themodels can predict well the ion concentration distributions along the axial direction of the tubes.

        Chattering-free Fast Fixed-time Sliding Mode Control for Uncertain Robotic Manipulators

        In this paper, we introduce a dynamic controller that dedicates fixed-time trajectory tracking for uncertain robotic manipulators. First, a new nonlinear function is designed and applied to the fixed-time sliding mode (FSM) surface. The derivative of the proposed nonlinear function is continuous, which can ensure the continuity and smoothness of the control torque, and it makes the sliding surface facilitate fast convergence rates of the system tracking error. Then, a FSM control scheme is designed using the proposed sliding mode surface. Combined the Lyapunov stability theory, we show that the proposed controller has fixed-time convergence independent of the initial state of the system. Moreover, the proposed control scheme is advantageous in that the control torque is continuous without transient change. This eliminates the chattering of uncertain robotic manipulators and makes the control torque smoother. Simulation results show that a faster error convergence rate can be obtained with a smaller control torque range. Finally, the above-mentioned effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme are validated using simulations and experimental results.

        Adaptive Nonsingular Fast Terminal Sliding Mode Impedance Control for Uncertainty Robotic Manipulators

        This paper describes an impedance controller that uses the fast terminal sliding mode and adaptive neural networks. The proposed controller improves the dynamic trajectory performance and force tracking accuracy of robotic manipulators in three-dimensional uncertain environments. The key idea of the controller is that the improved adaptive nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode (ANFTSMC) uses integral control to eliminates chattering without affecting the tracking performance. Also, adaptive neural networks are introduced into the sliding mode controller to provide a local approximation in the dynamic model of the robotic manipulator, and the stability is guaranteed through the Lyapunov theory. Finally, combined with impedance control, the operation of the robotic manipulator is simulated in environments containing various obstacle types, and experimental validation has demonstrated the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme.

        Enhancing the Photovoltaic Performance of Polymer Solar Cells by Manipulating Photoactive/Metal Interface

        <P>In this work, a hybrid system composed of inorganic zinc oxide nanocrystals (ZnO NCs) and the organic conjugated polymer (poly[(9,9-bis(3'-(N, N-dimethylamino) propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt-2,7-( 9,9-dioctylfluorene)]) (PFN) was utilized as an electron selective interlayer (ESIL) to improve the electro-optical characteristics of bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells (PSCs). To accomplish, water/alcohol-soluble cationic polyelectrolyte, PFN, was introduced into ZnO NCs (ZnO-PFN), aiming to enhance the electron extraction capability between the photoactive layer and the metal (Al) electrode in standard geometry BHJ PSCs. Importantly, the ZnO-PFN blend system achieved a higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) than pristine (ZnO NCs) ESILs. Moreover, an optimized photovoltaic (PV) performance was obtained with a low volume of PFN incorporated into the ZnO NCs ESIL. To validate the PV performance, PSCs were fabricated based on co-polymer of thienyl substituted BDT with TT:phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PBDTTT-C-T:PC71BM) and poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl): phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT:PC61BM) photoactive systems and observed superior PV characteristics for ZnO-PFN hybrid ESILs. The optical transparency, microstructure, and morphological characteristics were evaluated using appropriate characterization techniques to demonstrate the superiority of the hybrid ZnO-PFN blend system. PSCs based on this ZnO-PFN composite based ESIL suggested an alternative practical approach to enhance the efficiency of the fabricated devices.</P>

      • Using Non-Local Features to Improve Named Entity Recognition Recall

        Named Entity Recognition (NER) is always limited by its lower recall resulting from the asymmetric data distribution where the NONE class dominates the entity classes. This paper presents an approach that exploits non-local information to improve the NER recall. Several kinds of non-local features encoding entity token occurrence, entity boundary and entity class are explored under Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) framework. Experiments on SIGHAN 2006 MSRA (CityU) corpus indicate that non-local features can effectively enhance the recall of the state-of-the-art NER systems. Incorporating the non-local features into the NER systems using local features alone, our best system achieves a 23.56% (25.26%) relative error reduction on the recall and 17.10% (11.36%) relative error reduction on the F1 score; the improved F1 score 89.38% (90.09%) is significantly superior to the best NER system with F1 of 86.51% (89.03%) participated in the closed track.

        중국 개정 상표법의 의의와 그 시사점

The Chinese Trademark Act has been revised three times. The most recent revision of the Act took place on August 30, 2013. The revisions of the Act was inspired by the Chinese economic growth and international trend related to trademarks. This Article explains the revised Chinese Trademark Act of 2013 in detail. Major revisions of the Act of 2013 are related to protection against unauthorized prior use of trademarks, famous marks, good faith principle, punitive damages and increase of damages, time limits for review, trial and objection, multi-applications for one trademark, confusion requirement for determining trademark infringement, burden of proof of infringer, control and management of organization for representation, application for objection. Following the description of the major revisions, the authors will illustrate the implication of the revised Chinese Trademark Act of 2013.

        Optical temperature sensing properties of Yb3+/Tm3+ co-doped NaLuF4 crystals

        Yb3þ/Tm3þ and Yb3þ/Er3þ co-doped NaLuF4 crystals were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. The optical temperature sensing properties of Tm3þ based upon its two thermally coupled energy levels 3F2, 3 and 3H4 were systematically investigated by means of fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) technique. The 980 nm laser-induced thermal effect on Tm3þ doped NaLuF4 crystals was studied by using Er3þ doped sample as thermal probe. The temperature sensitivity of Tm3þ in NaLuF4: Yb3þ/Tm3þ crystals shows a nonlinear dependence on temperature, and the maximum value is about 0.00045 K『1 at 600 K. The accuracy and reliability of the optical thermometry based on Tm3þ in NaLuF4: Yb3þ/Tm3þ crystals has been checked by using Yb3þ/Er3þ co-doped sample as temperature sensing unit. The results demonstrate that NaLuF4: Yb3þ/Tm3þ crystals have good sensing stability and may have potential application for the optical thermometry.
