배경 : 국내에서 개발된 방사선 동위원소 Holmium-166 (166Ho)은 주로 베타선을 방출하며, 166Ho을 부착한 풍선도자를 이용하여 돼지 관상동맥 재협착 모형에서 풍선확장술 후 신생내막 증식을 전신적 부작용 없이 안전하고 효과적으로 억제하였음을 보고한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 돼지 관상동맥 스텐트 재협착 모형에서 스텐트 시술 후 신생내막 증식에 의한 재협착 병변을 166Ho 부착 풍선도자를 이용하여 치료하여 그 효과를 관찰하고자 하였다. 방법

<P>Heme oxygenase-1-derived carbon monoxide prevents inflammatory vascular disorders. To date, there is no clear evidence that HO-1/CO prevents endothelial dysfunction associated with the downregulation of endothelial NO synthesis in human endothelial cells stimulated with TNF-α. Here, we found that the CO-releasing compound CORM-2 prevented TNF-α-mediated decreases in eNOS expression and NO/cGMP production, without affecting eNOS promoter activity, by maintaining the functional activity of the <I>eNOS</I> mRNA 3′-untranslated region. By contrast, CORM-2 inhibited MIR155HG expression and miR-155-5p biogenesis in TNF-α-stimulated endothelial cells, resulting in recovery of the 3′-UTR activity of <I>eNOS</I> mRNA, a target of miR-155-5p. The beneficial effect of CORM-2 was blocked by an NF-κB inhibitor, a miR-155-5p mimic, a HO-1 inhibitor and siRNA against HO-1, indicating that CO rescues TNF-α-induced eNOS downregulation through NF-κB-responsive miR-155-5p expression via HO-1 induction; similar protective effects of ectopic HO-1 expression and bilirubin were observed in endothelial cells treated with TNF-α. Moreover, heme degradation products, except iron and <I>N</I>-acetylcysteine prevented H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-mediated miR-155-5p biogenesis and eNOS downregulation. These data demonstrate that CO prevents TNF-α-mediated eNOS downregulation by inhibiting redox-sensitive miR-155-5p biogenesis through a positive forward circuit between CO and HO-1 induction. This circuit may play an important preventive role in inflammatory endothelial dysfunction associated with human vascular diseases.</P>

We can improve encryption speed at the home networking which transmit high density information. In this paper, We applicate DES encryption algorithm in the proposed encryption chip which dose operation that encrypts with block of 64 bits. And we improved key problems about transmitting external key by the conditional contact algorithm which solves the problem about periodical refresh in the symmetric algorithm with public key structure.
용액 중합에 의한 전도성 Poly(amide)/Polypyrrole 복합체의 제조와 그 전기적 성질

Poly(amide)/Polypyrrole composite films were prepared by solution ploymerization method. The films obtained by this method exhibited high conductivities. After polymerization of pyrrole for 1 hr, composite films showed the conductivity as high as 10^-3∼10^-2 S/cm and it increased with increasing the concentration of oxidizing agent. The stability of conductivity to ambient air exposure was excellent. As the result of the thermal characterization of composite films by TGA, we found that the composite film was thermally stable.

There are two approach methods in reduction of mandibular fracture, one is external approach and the other is intraoral approach. Most surgeon have been used external approach but intraoral approach gives many benefits. The authors performed interosseous fixation of various sites of 10 cases of mandibular fracture through intraoral approach and concluded that advantages of this method are; 1. no external scar 2. complete reduction (alignment) 3. decreased rate of malunion, maloclusion 4. fewer possibility of facial nerve injury 5. shorter operation time.

The Location-Informing service is based on the GPS data from the satellite. Until now, the service has been free. However, it may become charged. Therefore, we research the methods that can find the location-information using the antennas in future mobile communication systems and investigate the signal arrival direction estimation methods with considering practical environments.
스마트 안테나에서 블라인드 기법을 이용한 Two Dimensional RAKE 수신기

Smart antennas technique is the scheme that focuses the signal on the desired user using array antennas. Therefore, the scheme can dramatically improve performances in conventional mobile communication systems. The scheme is the newest technique for beamforming. Its specific function combines antenna arrays with digital signal processing techniques that can control signal direction. Now, the scheme is known as the future generation core technique in communication provider communities. In this paper, we propose two dimensional rake receiver based on blind schemes in smart antennas and then compare the performance of the proposed scheme with that of the conventional scheme. Computer simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme.
예비 및 현직 초등교사의 경력과 성별에 따른 STS 상호작용에 대한 인식조사

The purpose of this study is to consider pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers' perceptions about STS (Science-Technology-Society) STS interactions by gender and career. To consider their perceptions and develop the proper teaming methods/materials to it, the next matters were established ; 1. What difference is there between their perceptions about the nature of science and technology and those about STS interactions by genders? 2. What difference is there between their perceptions about the nature of science and technology and those about STS interactions by careers? 222 of the seniors in Jinju National University of Education, namely pre-service elementary school teachers, and 185 of the active teachers in Kyung- Nam Province were selected as the objects for researching these matters. The results were analyzed with a percentage as an examining tool of TBA-STS (Teachers' Beliefs about Science-Technology-Society). The results were as follows ; First, the difference of opinions by genders was not clear in contents. In some of the questions which asked the interactions among science, technology, and society, actual and simple views were a little bit different. Second, in active teachers' recognition of STS interactions by careers, there was a meaningful difference. In other words, most teachers thought of the influence of science on technology as 'technology is an application of science', but the teachers wish 6 to 15 years careers told mostly consider the influence of technology on society as actual opinions. It showed that the teachers with more than 25 years careers had simple thoughts that technology makes our lives more convenient. Moreover, on the STS interactions, those with more than 25 years careers recognized with simplicity that one thing has influence on only another thing. From these above results, the following suggestions are made for the succeeding studies. First, the basic principles of STS should be introduced in the curriculums for pre -service teachers, and also the instruction of it to in-service teachers should be intensified in order that they can have firm views of it. Second, studies should be made to investigate what factors have influence on teachers' recognition of STS. I hope that the succeeding studies on it will be made actively and they will be helpful to settle the education of STS in elementary science education.
유압 비례 위치제어시스템의 적응 마찰력 보상기 설계에 관한 연구

This paper deals with a position control problem of a hydraulic proportional position control system using a nonlinear friction compensation control. As nonlinear friction, stiction and coulomb friction form are considered and modeled as deadzone and external disturbance respectively. In order to compensate this nonlinearities, we designed the controller which is the adaptive friction compplnsatr using discrete time Model Reference Adaptive control method in this paper. Digital Signal Processing board is employed for data acquisition and manipulation. The experimental results show that response is slow and steady-state error cannot be compensated properly without friction compensation but this compensator is effective to obtain fast response and good steady-state response.
