For both homo- and co-polyacrylonitriles(homo- and co-PAH) prepared in dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) solution by radical polymerization induced by auto-bis-isobutyronitrile(AIBN), the reaction kinetics was studied. It has been found that the polymerization rate increases with increasing concentrations of moilomer and initiator, and the polymerization temperature. while molecular weight, polydispcrsity. and high molecular-weight-fraction(over 3 $\times$105 in Mw) decrease.

During the polymerization of AN in dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) solution by radical polymerization induced by azo-bis-isobutyronitriae (AIBN), the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution change was closely monitored. It has been found that molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and high molecular-weight-fraction (over 3 x 10 exp(5) in Mw) decrease with increasing concentrations of monomer and initiator, and the polymerization temperature.

For both polyacrylonitrile homopolymer and copolymers(homo- and co-PANs) prepared in dimethylsulfoxide(DHSO) solution by radical polymerization induced by azo-bis-isobutyronitrile(AIBH) , the thermal behavior studied via DSC technique was discussed in relation to the characteristics of polymers. It has been found that, for the non-isothermal stabilization of homo-PAHs under nitrogen and air atmospheres. the initiation and the maximum temperatures for the stabilization are not influenced by molecular weight and molecular weight distribution characteristics of polymers. However, under isothermal stabilization under air, longer time is required by the polymers with higher content of high molecular weight fraction. i.e. Mw>3$\times$105. It has also been confirmed that the addition of comonomer and air atmosphere favor the stabilization of polymers by lowering the initiation temperature, slowing down the reaction rate, and extending the temperature range within which the stabilization may be completed. From the isothermal stabilization of co-PANs. it was believed that the temperature of 24$0^{\circ}C$ might have practical significance.

향상된 성능의 전술형 모노펄스 MIMO 레이더

본 논문에서는 지상의 추적 장비들이 무선망으로 연결되어 협력하는 전술형 모노펄스(Monopulse) MIMO 레이더의 성능 향상 기법을 연구하였다. 우선, 기존의 모노펄스 MIMO 레이더에 αβ 필터를 적용하여 각도 다이버시티(Angular Diversity)를 충분히 얻지 못하는 환경에서의 위치추적 성능을 크게 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 필터링 기법과 연계하여 무선망을 이용하는 지상 추적 장비간 피드백(Feedback)을 줄일 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. In this paper, we proposed an enhanced monopulse MIMO radar system for the tactical scenario where the ground receivers are connected wireless backhaul and closely spaced. By applying the αβ filter to the conventional monopulse MIMO radar, we show that the localization performance can be improved significantly. We also propose an efficient localization algorithm for a system with lower rate feedback. Using numerical simulations, we demonstrate that the proposed scheme can improve the localization performance while reducing the feedback over conventional scheme.

스포츠센터 지도자의 유니폼 구성요소, 서비스품질 지각, 고객 신뢰 및 재등록의도 간의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 스포츠센터 지도자의 유니폼 구성요소, 서비스품질 지각, 고객 신뢰 및 재등록의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 종사자가 유니폼을 착용하는 스포츠센터의 회원을 연구의 모집단으로 선정 후 비확률 표본추출방법 중 편의표본추출법을 통해 표본을 추출하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 5곳의 스포츠센터에서 회원들에게 온라인을 통해 설문을 수집하였으며 회수한 설문지 243부 중 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 237부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리 방법으로는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 유니폼 구성요소인 상징성, 기능성, 심미성과 서비스품질 지각은 정(+)의 관계를 보여주었다. 둘째, 유니폼 구성요소인 상징성, 기능성, 심미성과 고객 신뢰의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유니폼 구성요소인 심미성, 상징성, 기능성과 재등록의도와의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질 지각과 고객 신뢰는 정(+)의 관계를 보여주었다. 다섯째, 고객신뢰와 재등록의도는 정(+)의 관계를 보여주었다. 이와 함께 연구 결과에 따른 논의 및 현장적용 방안이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among sports club instructor's uniform attributes, service quality, trust, and repurchase intention. Toward this end, a total of 243 respondents from 5 sport clubs was selected using a convenient sampling method and responded to the survey questionnaire. 237 usable data were utilized in data analyses procedure. For data analyses, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were performed using SPSS 23,0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, symbolic, functional, and aesthetic had positive influences on the overall service quality. Secondly, symbolic, functional, and aesthetics did not affect trust. Thirdly, symbolic, functional, and aesthetics did not have significant effects on repurchase intention. Fourthly, overall service quality had a positive influence on the trust. Lastly, trust had a positive impact on the repurchase intention. Discussions and additional implications were also suggested.

본 연구는 프로스포츠 구단의 모바일 사용에 대한 프라이버시 염려가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향력에 대한 금전적 보상 및 서비스 혜택의 조절효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 2017년 2월 25일부터 26일까지 경기도 용인시 내 사회인 야구장을 방문하여 프로야구 구단 앱 회원으로 가입한 사회인 야구 참여자 및 두산베어스, 롯데자이언츠, 삼성라이언즈, 한화 이글스, KT위즈, LG트윈스, SK와이번스의 팬 카페를 통해 구단 앱 회원을 포함하여 총 268명에게 온/오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 253부의 유효 표본에 대해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 및 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 프로야구 구단의 CRM활동에 따른 개인정보 수집에 대한 프라이버시 염려는 지속사용의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비자의 개인정보 수집에 대한 프라이버시 염려가 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향은 금전적 보상의 수준에 따라 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소비자의 프라이버시 염려가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 서비스 혜택의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of privacy concern about using professional sports team's mobile application on continuance intention to use and moderating effects of monetary incentive and service benefits in the relation between privacy concern and continuance intention to use. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the visitors at the a baseball field in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do on Feb, 2017 and user of Professional Sports Team's Internet fan community(Doosan bears, Lotte giants, Samsung lions, KT wiz, LG twins, SK wyverns) were selected as the population. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 268 persons by using a convenient sampling method. A total of 253 usable data were utilized in data analysis including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study were as follow. Firstly, privacy concern about using professional sports team’s mobile application had a negative effect on continuance intention to use. Secondly, there was a moderating effect of monetary incentive in the relation between privacy concern and continuance intention to use. Thirdly, the result did not suggest any moderating effect of service benefits in the relation between privacy concern and continuance intention to use. Discussions and additional implications were also suggested.

생활스포츠지도사 연수 참가자의 연수만족도가 구직효능감 및 기대직업만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of satisfaction for sports instructor training programs on job searching efficacy and expected occupational satisfaction. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, a total of 267 trainees participating in a sports instructor training program at a university in Seoul was selected using convenient sampling method. All data were utilized in data analysis procedure. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis. The result of this study were as follows. Firstly, curriculum content had an influence on the job searching efficacy, while administrative support and learning environment did not. Secondly, curriculum content had a significant impact on the expected occupational satisfaction, however, administrative support and learning environment did not. Thirdly, job searching efficacy significantly affected he expected occupational satisfaction. Discussions and additional implications were also suggested.
