      • 大學에서 본 學·硏·産 協同 프로그램을 통한 大德硏究團地 活性化 方案 : 忠南大學校를 中心으로

        The Taeduck Science Town has been developed idealistically in terms of mutual cooperation among the universities, the research institutes and the industrial companies, because these institutional organizations are located within same area geographically. This study aims to suggest some of desirable cooperative strategies to enhance the efficiencies of the cooperative works among the above mentioned three sectors at the point of the Chungnam National University. For the study the researcher collected and analyzed the existing cooperative case data. Up to now the university has tried to cooperate with many research institutes by giving its own prestiges to the research personnel to attend the cooperative programme and by calling the competent researchers to teach college students. On the other hand the university has built the sistership with many industrial companies and received donations from them. In particular the College of Engineering of Chungnam National University constructed the local consortium for the common technical research and development with many local companies. As results of this study, the researcher suggest to strengthen the existing cooperative programmes and the following additional cooperative strategies, i.e., operating Business Incubator to stimulate pilot implementation of research result, utilizing the supporting agencies locating within Taeduck Science Town like the Basic Science Supporting Center equipped with expensive testing facilities and Taeduck Science Culture Center. The Chungnam National University has already planned a variety of cooperative programmes to give opportunies research personnel and industrial workers to participate in research projects and graduate courses.

      • 중합억제제의 반응성에 관한 연구

        중합억제반응 실험은 진공(~10^(-5) mmHg)하에서 조심스럽게 용액중의 기체를 제거한 후 dilatometer로써 반응속도를 측정하였다. 실험결과는 Fukui의 fornitier electron density 法으로 반응성과 반응기구를 고찰하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 억제제를 넣지않고 AIBN과 styrene만의 반응속도는 dl_(n)[M] - ------- = R_(0)=6.863[AIBN]^(½)percent per hour=16.178×10^(-5)[AIBN]^(½)mole^(-½)l^(½)sec^(-1) dt 로 표시할 수 있었다. 2. Heterosulfur 化學物인 phenothiazine, thioxanthene 및 thianthrene은 styrene 중합에서는 억제효과가 없었다. 3. acridine의 Kx값이 anthracene의 Kx 값의 약 절반이었다. acridine의 meso 탄소 위치가 다른 위치의 탄소보다 반응성이 크고 styryl radical의 첫 번 공격은 이 meso炭素에서 일어난다. 4. phenazine은 가장 좋은 억제제였다. phenazine의 side ring은 anthracene이나 acridine의 side ring보다 反應性이 크고 styryl radical은 meso 위치의 질소에게도 공격할 수 있을 것이다. 5. 억제제의 Sr(혹은 Sr^(9))값은 억제제의 반응성을 잘 나타내 주었다.

      • 산업기술발전에 부응하는 공업계 교원양성 교육과정 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for the technical teacher education for newly planned College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University to meet industrial technology progress in Korea. In order to achieve the purpose, the study investigated recent technological changes of industry and newly revised curriculum of technical high schools. The result of the study are summerized as follows: 1) For the general subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 48 credits in 9 areas according to Chungnam National University regulation for general subjects. 2) For the professional subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 20 credits in 10 subjects through slightly modification of governmental regulation for professional subjects. 3) For the technical subjects the suggested curriculum consisted of 80 credits, which ratio of required subjects to elective subjects is 50:50. And over 20 credits were alloted to practice, experiment and drafting are in order to strengthen practical competence. 4) The total credits of the curriculum consisted of 160 credits including 12 credits of general elective subjects. 5) The students taking minor course should complete over 21 credits (9 credits for required and 12 credits for elective) in minor course technical subjects within total 160 credits.

      • 능력중심 교육과정으로서의 공업고등학교 교육과정

        The objective of this study was to suggest some stategies which might solve the present curriculum issues at the technical high school. The discriptive study was carried by literature review mainly. As a result of the study, some findings and recommendations were suggested as follows ; 1. The type of technical high school curriculum should be changed from subjectes centered curriculum to competency based one. 2. The approaching method of curriculum development should be job analysis method such as DACUM, which is done by fully experienced worker. 3. The course objectives should be described more specifically. 4. The content of learning materials should be selected on the basis of target population's entry behavior.

      • 中等學校 技術科目 實習 强化를 위한 共同實習場 運營

        This study was carried to suggest the strategy for innovation of industrial technology subject at the middle and high school by reinforcement on practice class. The method of the study was a questionaire survey on 35 industrial technology teachers participated at Chungnam Univ. Inservice training center. Among the samples 29 cases wee analysed by descriptive statistics. As a result of analysing the data, some findings were as follows; Firstly, the general status of practice class were poor because of lack of facilities and teacher's competency on practice. Secondly, most of students were highly motivated and had keen interests during practice class. Thirdly, one general laboratory was not enough for the industrial technology class to practice several different kinds of jobs. Finally, all of respondents fully agreed to suggestion on the establishment of community vocational center. Based on the above mentioned findings, the community vocational center scheme is strongly recommened. At the center the students are able to expierence some of modulized jobs which are not provided at there own school, and easily get vocational guidance informations.

      • 地方建設 技能人力의 育成方案

        The construction industries had suffered from the shortage of skilled workers in terms of quality and quantity during the last dacade. At present the shortage of construction workers has been loosened because of decreasing of the construction projects. However the quality of construction manpowers is getting worse and worse. The our young people do not want to work in the so called 3D industry. Because the construction workers do not have any welfare benefit such as lay off payment and social welfare allowances. In particular the situation is worse in Tae-Jon. Most of local small companies do not have capabilities in training qualified workers by itself. The reseacher suggests some of strategies to acquire qualified construction workers as follows: 1) The collaborative training center which is able to be established under the fund sufforts of Ministry of Labor is highly recommendable. 2) The most efficient way of providing skilled workers is the on the job training(OJT) method. 3) In order to upgrade the existing skilled worker the further training center might be run in the university.

      • 증기상 Beckmann 전이 반응에 대한 Aluminophosphate 분자체의 촉매 특성

        Molecular sieves인 AIPO₄-5, SAPO-5 그리고 SAPO-11을 수열합성하여 제조한 다음 XRD, SEM, NH₃TPD와 IR을 통해 물리화확적 특성을 조사하였다. 증기상에서 cyclohexanone oxime의 Beckmann 전이 반응 결과는 oxime의 전화율과 Lactam의 수율에 있어서 SAPO-11가 반응성이 우수하였고, WHSV의 변화에 있어서는 AIPO₄-5와 SAPO-5 경우 WHSV가 증가할수록 전화율과 선택도는 감소하였지만 SAPO-11는 선택도가 증가함을 보였다. 본 대상 반응계인 Beckmann 전이 반응에서는 촉매의 기공 크기보다는 산성도에 더 큰 영향을 받음을 알수 있었다. AIPO₄-5, SAPO-5 AND SAPO-11 which are molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization. The crystallinity of the prepared catalysts was confirmed by XRD and SEM, and their acidic properties were examined by TPD of NH₃and IR. Catalytic characteristics of the catalysts were tested by vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to caprolactam. The conversion of lactam and yield of lactam increased with acidity of the catalyst. Among the tested catalysts, SAPO-11 was excellent in Beckmann rearrangement reaction. AIPO₄-5 and SAPO-5 showed that conversion of oxime and selectivity of lactam decreased with the increase of WHSV but SAPO-11 showed different tendency in selectivity of lactam, or selectivity of lactam increased with the increase of WHSV. Beckmann rearrangement reaction was affected by acidity than pore size.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the educated teachers' satisfaction of the in-service education programs of industrial technical and technology teachers in Chungnam National University. This study was carried out through survey to accomplish the purpose. The number of questionnaires collected was 86. This study used the SPSS program to conduct a descriptive analysis of the data. The results of this study were as follows: (1) The satisfaction about 'teachers' participation', 'utilization of audiovisual materials and instruments' and 'level of professor and lecture' was relatively high. (2) The satisfaction about 'environments of in-service education programs', 'evaluation of achievement', and 'efficacy of lectures' was relatively low.
