      • 능력중심교육에 의한 전문대학교육 혁신 방안

        This study aims to suggest few strategies for innovation of Korean junior college Education. The literature review was done to achieve the purpose of the research. The Korean junior college face the shortage of target students because of the number of high school graduates are declining every year. Therefore a lot of colleges will face serious financial problems. The researcher suggested a few strategies for improvement college situation as follows; 1) The college courses should be restructured according to needs assessment within the labor market. 2) The program also should be changed from the subject matter curriculum to competency based curriculum by job analysis results. 3) When the CBE programs are implemented, the number of students of laboratory work class must be limited at the appropriate level. 4) The program should be developed by expert using such as DACUM and SCID approaches. 5) The exiting subject matter curriculum credit system might be transfered according to the number of competencies. 6) The portfolios might be submit to the employment interviewer in order to show his/her own competencies. 7) The target students should be broaden from the high school graduates to the community citizens. 8) The academic schedule also should be fixed one to open one which recruitment and graduation ceremony might be happened every day.

        The objective of this study was to suggest some stategies which might solve the present curriculum issues at the technical high school. The discriptive study was carried by literature review mainly. As a result of the study, some findings and recommendations were suggested as follows ; 1. The type of technical high school curriculum should be changed from subjectes centered curriculum to competency based one. 2. The approaching method of curriculum development should be job analysis method such as DACUM, which is done by fully experienced worker. 3. The course objectives should be described more specifically. 4. The content of learning materials should be selected on the basis of target population's entry behavior.

        한국의 공업기술계열 교사 교육의 문제와 대안 탐색- 충남대학교 공과대학 공업교육계열을 중심으로 -

        The purposes of this study was to identify problems and directions of industrial technology teacher education in Korea.Industrial technology teacher education is different from teacher education of another fields, because they plays roles as follows : instructional planning, execution, management and evaluation ; grasping of industrial trends ; guidance and coordination of cooperative education and so on.Now is the time when another explanation and development plan of industrial technology teacher education is needed, in considering the change of the industrial world in competition of among countries, the teacher cultivation of professional ability, the policy trends of profession education, and the demand-supply trends of the teacher.The contents of this study were as follows:1) The transition period of industrial technology teacher education of Korea was studied focusing the Chungnam National University and the suggestion is made.2) The management states of industrial technology teacher education were examined and analyzed by interviewing the industrial technology student and analyzing of education curriculum of universities.3) The basic direction of an alternative plan searching was studied by system and special study.4) The practical plan of teacher education was studied and the basic principle and practical strategy are managed.

      • 效率的 職業敎育을 위한 能力中心敎育

        This study was done in order to find out the foundation of the competency -based education which might be a alternative strategy to improve the efficiency of the vocational education. The CBE has been developed during 1970s in the North America. The CBE is used with the performance-based education. These ideas were followed by the scientific approaches to analyze the human behavior. Therefore the CBE have many distinctive characteristics like mastery learning, learner paced learning, behavioral objective description and performance evaluation. The CBE would be a alternative educational strategy to produce the competent workforces. The industries will satisfied with the qualified workers, in the other hand the individuals will also build a stable career. In particular the CBE is very popular in the community colleges and industries. And recently the developing countries are trying to adapt it for their vocational education. Therefore the researcher suggests the sound consideration to research and implement the CBE as a alternative strategy for our vocational education.

        A Case Study on Learner-oriented CBE Program

        This research was a case study to examine the adaptiblity of learner-oriented CBE program for the traditional education oriented students. For the research "the successful employment and career development" career related subject was taught by researcher at the Chungnam National University during spring semester in 2006. The registered students were 60, but finally only 27 students have finished the course and responded to the questionnaire of 8 items. The dropout students data was not included to the study, but the successfully achievedstudents have only responded very positively on the CBE program. Most of respondents have understood the principle and recognized the effectiveness of CBE. More than one third students cancelled registration, because the program was looked very heavy to finish. They became used to be new concepts such as the learner-evaluator team, logbook writing, behavior objective, performance test, related knowledge and so on. In order to further implementation the CBE program should be introduced to whole faculty members institutionally and nation widely. The CBE program might become an alternative to the subjected matter education in future, In particular the CBE program is worth while for occupational educators to pay attention.         This study aims to find how to cope with the resettlement problem of the rental inhabitants who rent the houses within the redevelopment area in Taejon. For the study the reseacher reviewed literatures and papers and implemented questionaire suvey on the 572 rental merchants. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Most of respondents strongly wanted resettlement in the present location after the redevelopment. 2) They hope to participate in the decision making process with other sectors. 3) They asked the right to occupy the redeveloped building preferably.

      • 첨단과학산업단지의 개발 방향에 관한 연구 : 대전직할시 기성지구 개발을 중심으로

        This study aims to review the development issues of High-tech industrial parks(HTP). After defining the concept of HTP, the main features of HTP are described. For the case study the basic development ideas of the Kisung area in Taejon were reviewed to suggest the future development strategies of Taejon Hihg-tech Center based on Taedok Science Town. Three different alternatives of land use planning evaluated in terms of 5 factors. The R & D oriented development concept was selected, because it is most advantageous in terms of environmental aspect and development impact on the area. The selected concept has some benifits as follows in detail; 1) to utilize the existing development tendenay in the Pyongchon area. 2) to emphasize the R & D function to keep from the contamination in this area surrounding by the green belts. 3) to maintain the eastern mountain area as a urban nature park for the citizen's leisure activity space.

      • 中等學校 技術科目 實習 强化를 위한 共同實習場 運營

        This study was carried to suggest the strategy for innovation of industrial technology subject at the middle and high school by reinforcement on practice class. The method of the study was a questionaire survey on 35 industrial technology teachers participated at Chungnam Univ. Inservice training center. Among the samples 29 cases wee analysed by descriptive statistics. As a result of analysing the data, some findings were as follows; Firstly, the general status of practice class were poor because of lack of facilities and teacher's competency on practice. Secondly, most of students were highly motivated and had keen interests during practice class. Thirdly, one general laboratory was not enough for the industrial technology class to practice several different kinds of jobs. Finally, all of respondents fully agreed to suggestion on the establishment of community vocational center. Based on the above mentioned findings, the community vocational center scheme is strongly recommened. At the center the students are able to expierence some of modulized jobs which are not provided at there own school, and easily get vocational guidance informations.
