This paper presents the empirical research results conducted in a Swedish care organization for elderly and handicapped. The objective of the research was to empirically assess the implementation and practices of a quality system (ISO 9000) from an organizational change and development perspective. The empirical data were collected through multiple methods; interviews were carried out with key-persons and leadership in the organisation and surveys were conducted to all employees. Interactive methods have been applied to various groups in the organisations e.g., directors, supervisors, and the leadership of the quality project and the local politicians. The empirical findings indicate, among others, that the implementation processes were received and perceived differently in the different parts of the care organisation due to different leadership strategies and employee involvement policies. Other critical factors such as acceptance, resistance, motivation, commitment, the role of leadership, learning possibility, etc. have also been investigated, analysed and discussed. Finally some recommendations on how to approach organisational change as well as strategies for implementing a quality system in the care sector are presented.

In clinical practice, Psoriasis is commomly difficult to be completely cured that only repeats improvement and to be worsen. We experienced one case of Psoriasis patient who had had generalized expoliative Psoriasis for more than one year. After hospitalization treatment of ten days and outpatient treatment of three months, he's chief complain improved continuously and there was not worsen sign any more. So, He could return to his usual life, We still did't know the mechanism that Saengkankunbi-Tang brought his improvement by, but we think that more case studies are necessary focusing on damp-heat because of much drinking for long time and years of duration of skin disease.
Recent development in search for alternative low global warming potential refrigerants: A review
M. U. Siddiqui,Amro Owes,F. G. Alamri,Farooq Saeed 대한설비공학회 2020 International Journal Of Air-Conditioning and Refr Vol.28 No.3
Conventional CFC type refirigerants were used Montreal Protocol which stated that CFC refirigerants cause ozon depletion and should be replaced with alternative refrigerants. The alternative refrigerants are safe for ozone but they have comparatively high flammability, toxicity and glabal worming potential. Thus thet need careful handling. In Tokyo Protocol, it was stated that the currently used refigerants with high global warming potential. This paper conmprehensively reviews those recent studies that focused over the possible replacement of currently in-use refrigerant with a comparatively more environment-friendly alternative refrigerant. Initially the progression of refrigerants through different generations has been described and discussed. A list of currently in-use refrigerants has been presented. Then, the scientific development for the replacement of lised refrigerants are thoroughly reviewed and critically analyzed. From the comprehensive review, it was found that R1234yf has the most potential to be a suitable low-flammale replacement for R134a for domestic refrigeration and automotive air-conditioning systems. Also, R32 has the most potential to be a suitable alternative of R410A.
Integrating Storytelling and Visual Arts Therapy: Case Reflections with Young Adults with autism
Ashley L. Hartman,Paige E. Owings,Taylor Guttesman 대한무용/동작심리치료학회 2020 신체심리연구 Vol.6 No.1
This paper explores the integration of narrative therapy and art therapy practice in work with young adults on the autism spectrum. Group and individual cases will demonstrate how the narratives of these clients have the potential to be expressed in unique ways through the use of visual art media in connection with storytelling. It will outline group responses to diverse visual arts media, including collage, clay, and photography. This paper may inform future practices that integrate visual arts, narrative processes, storytelling, and other expressive therapies in work with this population.

Objective : In order to investigate anti-inflammatory effect of Alum objectively which is traditional remedy applicated by external preparation frequently, especially in Rhinologic field. Materials and Method : We studied the histopathologic and hematologic features, serum transaminase activities in the experimentally induced maxillary sinusitis in rabbits. 9 rabbits was divided into normal, control anti sample group(each 3 rabbits). We inoculated $10^{10}$ P. aeruginosa for experimental maxillary sinusitis to control group and sample group. Sample group was treated with aim solution(l0g/100cc) lcc via both nasal cavity (each 0.5cc) after 24hrs everyday for 14days. Results and Conclusion : 1. We confirmed that maxillary sinusitis was well induced by P. aeruginosa without occlusion of maxillary ostium. 2. There was no abnormal findings in serum transaminase(AST/ALT) activities even though application of Alum solution on nasal mucosa for 14days continuously. 3. Alum has evident anti-inflammatory effect of recovering mucosal surface injury, reduction of goblet cell, lymphocyte infiltration, edema and expansion of glandular tissue, dilatation and congestion of blood vessels and so on. 4. Alum has the effect that recover glandular tissue injury and decrease goblet cell increase by the result of dermal PAS staining increase and epidermal AB staining decrease in the qualitative analysis of epidermal and dermal mucopolysaccharide

Objective: In order to help clinical approach on OME patient in progress observation and decision on improvement by clinical research results using tympanometry. Methods: Data was collected from 163 ears of 96 patients who were treated in Dept. of Oriental Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology, Kyung-Hee Medical Center from 2001-2-12 to 2005-4-29 for Otitis Media with Effusion(OME). Tympanometry was applied to all patients and the test result was used to evaluate progress and improvement. F/U cases below 3 times were excluded. Results & conclusion: 1. Age and sex distribution was as follows: Mean Age 5.5years old(Standard deviation: 2.1), age distribution 2-61years old, below 10years old 151cases(92.6%) and above 10years old 12cases(7.4%). Male and female ratio was 1.81:1. 2. There were 67people(69.8%) with bilateral affected ear. Unilateral was 29people(30.2%). Affected ear distribution according to sex came out similarly. 3. Affected period distribution was as follows: over 12weeks 71cases(43.6%), under 12weeks 92cases(56.4%). Out of under 12weeks cases, 2-4weeks was 34cases(20.9%), 0-1weeks and 5-8weeks 20cases(12.3%), 9-12weeks 18cases(11.0%). There was evident difference about affected period between male and female. 4. All patients who served previous Tx in medical clinic(118 cases) took antibiotics. Only 6cases took tube insertion. The period of Taking antibiotics was as fellows: over 6weeks 42cases(35.6%), under 5weeks 37cases(31.4%). unknown 25cases(21.2%), jntermittent 14cases(11.9%). 5. In Period of Tx distribution, 5-6weeks showed 40cases(24.5%) which was highest number. In Improved cases(85cases), 3-4weeks and 5-6weeks each 22cases(25.9%) which was highest number. 1-2weeks 3cases(3.5%), 7-8weeks 12cases(14.1%), 9-10weeks 9cases(10.6%), 11-12weeks 10cases(11.8%), over 12weeks 7cases(8.2%). 6. The cases which have gastrointestinal Sx were 71cases(43.6%), the others 92cases(56.4%). Details of gastrointestinal Sx were as follows: Sx associated with appetite 47cases(47.5%), constipation 15cases(15.2%), abdominal pain and diarrhea 14cases(14.1%), frequent vomitting Teases(7.1%), etc 4cases(4.0%). 7.
