Qingdao, China city s urban industrial development in rapidly and changing international environment and tourism development through urban development and to set the direction of the two sides of the axis. Through which my be inferred and swot way through the exterior environmental factors analysis of urban development strategies with the result and conclusions following hints. First, aggressive strategies (SO) and saving opportunities (O) with unique strengths (S). This is an urban development project, Qingdao innovative industries to foster the development and collective measures are necessary, and Qingdao throughout the history of tourism hub strategy is required. Secondly, diversification strategy to minimize or avoid with unique strengths (S) (T) threat (ST) ministers. (Republic of Korea) having a sister city Qingdao to diversification strategy, New Blue Qingdao Ocean caused by industrial development, the Silicon Valley was looking and industrial development, maintenance and conservation in the development context. The development of new variety of tourist, stressing the importance that we need are right now. Third, development save opportunities (O) complement the (W) and diversion strategies (WO) weaknesses were identified. These include land and maritime transport networks by deploying the weakness of industrial development and tourist development opportunities complementary strategy in a way that was derived. Fourth, weaknesses(W) and threats(T) presented (WT) defensive strategy as a strategy to utilize the analysis. This is jointly holding about key events such as industrial development strategies between major cities appeared as necessary.

일가족에 발생한 Microsporum canis 감염증

Microsporum (M.)canis 감염은 애완용으로 기르는 고양이나 개가 주된 감염원이며 두부 백선, 안면백선 및 체부 백선 등의 피부질환을 일으킨다. 특히 M. canis 가족감염예는 M. canis 감염증중 비교적 드물다. 저자들은 전형적인 임상 및 균학적 양상을 보인 고양이로부터 감염된 M. canis 가족예를 경험하고 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. Microsporum canis Infections Occurring in a Family Departments of Dermatology & Clinical Pathology, College of Medicine, Dongguk University Moo Kyu Suh M.D., Yeol Oh Sung M.D., Ki Seong Yoon M.D., Gyoung Yim Ha M.D." We report a case of Microsporum (M.) canis infections occurring in a family. The mother, a son and a daughter had multiple, wen defined, round, scaly erythematous patches on the scalp & face, face & trunk, and face & chest respectively. Culture from skin lesion of patients and an infected kitten on Sabouraud dextrose agar showed M. canis. After 15 days to one month administration of itraconazole, the lesins healed leaving a slight hypopigmentation.

피지선 모반에서 발생한 유두상 한선종 1예

Syringoadenoma papilliferum occurs as a solitary lesion appearing usually on the scalp. It's origin is not definitely known, and about one-third of cases are associted with nevus sebaseous. We describe a case of syringoadenoma papillferum associated with nevus sebaseous in a 29 year-old female who had developed bean sized verrucotic nodules on the Rt. temporal area of the scalp since 6 years after removal of nevus sebaceous. Histopathologic findings showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and villi that projected into a cystic lumen. And the villi were surrounded by two cell layers.

소양호의 어류군집 동태

2001년 4월부터 2002년 9월까지 소양호의 어류군집 동태를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사된 어류는 총 11과 38종이었다. 한국 고유종은 P. tenuicorpus, C. splendidus, S. gracilis majimae, S. japonicus coreanus, H. mylodon, G. brevibarba, M. yaluensis, M. longidorsalis, C. koreensis, C. rotundieaudata, S. microdorsalis, P. koreanus, L. andersoni, C. herzi, O. patycephala 등 15종(40.54%)이었다. 우점종은 Z. platypus(39.60%), H. olidus(39.47%), S. gracilis majimae(12.24%), S. japonics coreanus(2.11%), P. fulvidraco(1.48%), L. macrochirus(1.40%) 등이었다. 채집된 어종들의 생체량을 보면 Z. platypus가 19.48㎏, H. olidus로 8.75㎏, C.cuvieri 7.42㎏, L. maeroehirus 7.39㎏, H. labeo 6.85㎏의 순으로 나타났다. 소양호에서 확인된 도입종은 A. japonica, H. eigenmanni, H. olidus, P. altivelis, C. urotaenius, R. giurinus, T. brevispinis, C. carpio(Israeli type), c. euvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, L. macrochirus, M. salmoides, I. puntatus 등 13종이었다. 이 중 C. carpio(Israeli type), C. cuvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, L macrochirus, M. salmoides, I. puntatus는 국외종이며, A. japonica, H. eigenmanni, H. olidus, P. altivelis, C. urotaenius, R. giurinus, T. brevispinis 등은 국내 다른 하천ㅇ로부터 유입된 종이다. The dynamics of the fish community in Lake Soyang, Korea, was investigated from April 2001 to September 2002. During the surveyed period 38 species belonging 11 families were collected. There were 15 Korean endemic species 39.47%, including Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Squalidus gracilis majimae, S. japonicus coreanus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio yaluensis, Microphysogobio longidorsalis, Iksookimia koreensis, Iksookimia rotundicaudata, Silurus microdorsalis, Pseudobagrus koreanus, Liobagrus andersoni, Coreoperca herzi, and Odontobutis platycephala. Dominant species were Zacco platypus (39.60%), Hypomesus olidus (31.70%), Squalidus gracilis majimae (12.24%), Squalidus japonicus coreanus (2.11%), Pseudobagrus fulvidraco (1.48%) and Lepomis macrochirus (1.40%). The biomass of collected fishes were Zacco platypus (19.48 ㎏), Hypomes olidus (8.75 ㎏), Carassilus cuvieri (7.42 ㎏), Lepomis macrochirus (7.39 ㎏) and Hemibarbus labeo (6.85 ㎏). Of the 13 introduced fishes in Lake Soyang Cyprinus carpio (israeli type), Carassius cuvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, Lepomis macrochirus, Micropterus salmoides and Ictalurus puntatus were originated from foreign countries but Anguilla japonica, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Hypomesus olidus, Plecoglossus altivelis, Chaenogobius urotaenius, Rhinogobius giurinus. Thridentiger brevispinis were introduced from other native river systems.

탄력섬유성 위황색종과 동반된 혈관무늬망막병증 1례

혈관무늬망막병증은 시신경 유두주위에서 불규칙하게 방사상으로 뻗어나가는 무늬를 나타내는 비교적 드문 질환으로서 보통 양안성이며 후극부에서 잘 관찰할 수 있다. 혈관무늬망막병증은 흔히 전신질환을 잘 동반하는데 가장 흔히 동반되는 질환으로는 탄력섬유성 위황색종, Paget씨 병, 겸상적혈구빈혈이 있다. 탄력섬유성 위황색종은 피부, 눈, 위장관, 심혈관계 등의 탄력섬유를 침범하는 전신질환이다. 저자들은 탄력섬유성 위황색종으로 진단된 환자에게 동반된 혈관무늬망막병증 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Angioid streaks are rare funus lesions that are irregular, spokelike, curvilinear streaks. Angioid streaks radiate outward from the peripapillary area in all directions. These lesions are usually bilateral, and are characteristically found in the posterior pole. Angioid streaks are often associated with a systemic condition, most frequently pseudoxanthoma elasticum, Paget's disease, and the sickle hemoglobinopathies. Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is a form of systemic elastorrhexis that affects mainly the skin, eyes, gastrointestinal system, and cardiovascular system. This report describes a 26-year-old woman who presented with angioid streaks associated with pseudoxanthoma elasticum.

Acetylsalicylic Acid, Dipyridamolel, Nifedipine의 병용치료로 호전된 청피반성 혈관염 1례

청피반성 혈관염은 만성 재발성 피부혈관병증으로 난치성으로 알려져 있다. 최근 혈전치료제인 acetylsalicylic acid 및 dipyridamole과 혈관확장제인 nifedipine의 병용요법으로 만족할만한 치료효과를 보였다는 보고가 있다. 이에 저자들은 19세 여자에서 임상증상, 병리조직학적 및 직접면역형광검사 소견으로 청피반성 혈관염으로 진단하고 상기 3가지 약제를 병용투여하여 병변의 호전을 보인 1예를 경험하고 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. We report a case of livedo vasculitis in a 19-year-old female, who showed multiple, recurrent, O.2-2.Ocm sized, erythematous punched-out ulcers on both ankles and dorsa of feet for 3 years. Histopathologic findings showed granulation tissue, hemorrhage, perivascular inflammatory cell infilteration in upper dermis. Direct immunofluorescent studies showed C3 deposit in dermal vessel wall. Therapy was undertaken with acetylsalicylic acid, dipyridamole, and nifedipine daily, resulting in almost complete resolution of the skin lesion for about 1 month after treatment.

절삭유와 유기용매에 혼합 폭로된 근로자의 피부질환에 관한조사

Cutting oils denature keratin, defat the skin and remove water from it, causing dryness, fissures and frank eczematization. Solvents remove the surface lipid film. Therefore the skin barrier is weakened and the absorption of irritant substances are increased. Saturated hydrocarbons from the solvent and paraffin series are stronger irritant than those from the aromatic series. To evaluate the health effects on skin among cutting oil and solvent exposed workers, self-administrative questionnaire survey was performed on 72 exposed workers and 91 non-exposed workers. The dermatologic examination and patch test were performed on the workers with suspected skin diseases. The results are summarized as follows ; The prevalences of some dermatologic disorders, such as primary irritant dermatitis, dyshidrotic eczema, allergic contact dermatitis and folliculitis were significantly higher among exposed group than non-exposed group(P<0.05). The positive rate of patch test among 16 workers were 6.3% for cutting oil, 18.8% for old solvent, 18.8% for new solventⅠ and 6.3% for new solvent Ⅱ. These results suggest that cutting oil and solvent may be a cause of occupational dermatoses among exposed workers.

Analysis of MOSFET Failure Modes in Bi-directional Phase-Shift Full-Bridge Converters

This paper presents an analysis of the mechanism of failure modes in bi-directional phase-shift full-bridge converters, composed of MOSFET, based on the circuit operation and parasitic parameters of MOSFET. In addition, the relation between circuit operation and parameters is suggested through an experimental comparison. From this relation, the suitable ranges of parameters for stable performance are analyzed. The design criteria of the bi-directional phase-shift full-bridge converter are presented and evaluated from the experimental verification.

A Comparative Study for Red Tide Detection Methods Using GOCI and MODIS

This study detected red tide areas using the existing Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) and Geostationary Ocean Color Imager(GOCI), and then compared the results between results of two sensors. The coasts of Jeollanam-do in the South Sea of Korea were set as the study area based on the red tide data which occurred on Aug. 26th, 2012. This study compared the results of sensors to detect red tides by using a satellite. In the results of analyzing MODIS by limiting it as chlorophyll concentration and the sea surface temperature which is considered to have red tides by the existing researches, it was possible to delete considerable amount of errors compared to the case of detecting red tides by using only chlorophyll while still there were differences from the range of red tides actually observed. In the results of GOCI by using empirical algorithm for detecting red tides, currently used by Korea Institute of Ocean Science & Technology(KIOST), it was possible to obtain more detailed results than MODIS. However, there was an area misjudged as red tides due to the influence of clouds. Also both MODIS and GOCI extracted red tides were not actually occurring, which might be because they were not able to perfectly distinguish red tides from turbid water in coastal areas with high turbidity.

FACTORIZATION IN THE RING h(ℤ, ℚ) OF COMPOSITE HURWITZ POLYNOMIALS

Let ℤ and ℚ be the ring of integers and the field of rational numbers, respectively. Let h(ℤ, ℚ) be the ring of composite Hurwitz polynomials. In this paper, we study the factorization of composite Hurwitz polynomials in h(ℤ, ℚ). We show that every nonzero nonunit element of h(ℤ, ℚ) is a finite *-product of quasi-primary elements and irreducible elements of h(ℤ, ℚ). By using a relation between usual polynomials in ℚ[x] and composite Hurwitz polynomials in h(ℤ, ℚ), we also give a necessary and sufficient condition for composite Hurwitz polynomials of degree ≤ 3 in h(ℤ, ℚ) to be irreducible.
