      • 오이連作土壤의 微生物과 오이生育에 미치는 有機物의 影響

        Effects of the organic matter on the oucumber growth and micro-organsms in the continuously cucumber-cropping soils were investigated and the results were summarized as followings. 1. Of the chemical properties, the acidity of S1, soil(showed slight soil sickness) was acidic(pH 4.8) as that of 52(showed severe soil sickness) neutral(pH 7.1) and the specific-electroconductivity was quite higher in S1, soil(0.42m/mho) than in S2(0.21m/mho) while exchangable calcium was two times higher in S2 soil(14.68me/100g) than in S1(6.24me/100g). 2. Numbers of Fungi, Actinomrces an4 Bacteria were 104∼105, 106, 105∼106 at the phase of preplanting respectively. Although no tendency exhibited in numbers of microbes between the treatments, they increased gradually through cucumber growth period. 3. Numbers of Nitrite Oxidizer have increasing tendency but those of Ammonia Oxidizer increased gradually in S1 while decreased gradually in S2 soil during growth period. 4. B/F Value was at highest on the 25th day after planting and the value in S1 soil was higher than that in S2 goil 5. The cucumber plants in S1 soil came to death on the 30th--4Oth day after planting, but the plants in S2 survived to produce the cucumber. 6. At the dark culture the cucumber plants in S1 soil came to death on the 5th∼8th day while the plants In S2 soil survived up to the 14th day.

        Recently, GMAHN that provides interface between MANET and Wired Network has been focused in Mobile Communication. It is necessary that The technology provide reliable data transmission technology between mobile node and wired network in MANET environment that varing by the node movement. In this paper, using the TCP protocol(Tahoe, Reno, Vegas, SACK)that increases reliability between source and destination, we applied the TCP protocol mechanism to various environment, and compared result, and also proposed the efficient TCP mechanism by comparing each mechanism.

        비진료방문이 미취학 아동의 불안에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to measure preschool children' anxiety about educational dental visit. This study was undertaken in 511 preschool children, 241 with educational dental visit and 270 without educational dental visit,whose age ranged from 3 to 7 years old. Preschool children during educational dental visit observated dental enviornment, directly touched dental instrument, and were surveyed oral condition. After they had gone to their preschool, they drew dentist. Drawings were analyzded using Human Figure Drawing Scoring System developed By Sonnenberg and Venham. The results were as follows ; 1. The anxiety score of group with educational dental vfisit was higher than that of group without dental visit(P<0.01). 2. The anxiety score was 9.28 in 4 year old, 6.78 in 5 year old, 4.79 in 6 year old, and 3.57 in 7 year old. There were significant difference in each groups(P<0.01). 3. The anxiety score of boys was higher than that of girls(P<0.05). 4. The anxiety score of untreated preschool children was higher than that of treated preschool children(P<0.01). 5. There was not the effect of relation between age and educational dental visit, between gender and educational dental visit, between treatment experience and educational dental visit(P<0.05).

      • 평간개울지혈탕이(平肝開鬱止血湯) 사염화탄소에(四鹽化炭素) 의한 간기능장애에 대한 영향

        This study was undertaken to determine if Pyungangaeuljyhyul-tang (PG) has a protective effect against CCL-induced liver cell injury in rabbits. Rabbits were treated intraperitoneally with 0.5㎖/㎏ of CCL₄. In experiments for PG effect, rabbits were pretreated with 2.5 ㎖ of PG for 24 hr before and 24 hr after injection of CCL₄. When rabbits were treated with CCL₄, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities were increased compared with the control. Such an increase in enzyme activity was significantly inhibited by pretreatment of PG. CCL₄ treatment incrased lipid peroxidation, and its effect was prevented by PG. CCL₄ treatment resulted in a reduction of reduced glutathione (GSH) and an increase of oxidized glutathione (GSSG), which were attenuated by pretreatment of PG. These results suggest that PG could be used in prevention and treatment of drug-induced liver cell injury. However, the precise mechanisms of PG protection remain to be determined.

      • 대구지역 지하철 건설계획에 따른 전기시스템 연구

        The Taegu City Authority has set up their master plan to adopt a city subway system since middle 1989 and a feasibility study was already submitted by Institute of Traffic Development in March 1990 and a fundamental planning contract was placed to Samwoo Engineering Co., Ltd. In compliance with this proceedure, the autors have surveyed the existing subway systems, bearing in mind to figure out which kind of system could be suitable to city Taegu. Initially, the subway systems, operating in Korea, were analyzed and the conclusion was approached that the existing subway system in Seoul and Pusan is not suitable to adopt to Taegu but a Light Traffic Vehicle system is efficient to adopt to the city.

        Abstract - In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance victor routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end point is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average date reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility -stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.3% for 0 mobility-stop second case and 4.7% for 300 mobility-stop second case.

        내사절개 치은 절제술을 이용한 Dilantin성치은 증식증의 치료 증례

        The most successful method of preventing Dilantin gingival hyperplasia is that of establishing and maintaining sound, conservative periodontal therapy. Treatment in patients in whom discontinuance of Dilantin is not feasible, and in whom other conservative measures have failed, consists of removal of the hyperplasia by gingivectomy. Routine gingivectomy techniques with external bevel may have delayed healing, postoperative pain, esthetic problems due to incision of keratininzed epithelium. Gingivectomy with internal bevel instead of external bevel, has produced esthetic effect by preservation of attached gingiva width, postoperative pain relief, short healing period by decrease of wound areas.

      • 동일한 혈관 내에 발생한 이식형 약제 주입기 카테터의 위치이상

        저자들은 56세 여성 환자의 왼쪽 쇄골 하 정맥에 시행한 이식형 약제주입기 카테터의 삽입 후 발생한 비정상 위치에 대한 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 카테터의 끝은 환자의 늘 어진 가슴, 체위, 신체의 움직임, 카테터의 유동성 등의 영향으로 천자된 정맥 내에서 견인되고 뒤쪽으로 이동하였다. 환자는 어떠한 증상도 호소하지 않았지만 비정상 위치의 카테터는 심각한 합병증을 유발할 수 있기 때문에 제거되었다. 따라서 시술자는 약제주입기 삽입 전에 환자의 신체 상태와 단순 흉부 촬영상을 확인하고 카테터의 비정상 위치가 발생할 수 있는 위험 징후를 알아차려야 하겠다.

        각종 질소·인 제거공정에서 도출된 미생물 성장 동역학 계수 비교 분석

        In this study, some of bacterial growth kinetic parameters were delineated and evaluated for the biological nutrient removal processes such as the A²/O, 4stage-BNR, Intermittent Cycle Extended Aeration System(ICEAS) and Intermittently Aerated Cylindrical Oxidation Ditch(IACOD) processes. Y_H values for the ICEAS process ranged from 0.71 to 0.74, and were higher than those for the other processes. It seems to indicated that organic carbons uptaked by microorganism were more used up for cell synthesis rather than for energy components in the ICEAS process. b_H for the ICEAS and IACOD processes were lower than those for A²/O and 4stage-BNR processes. The μ_(max·A) for the ICEAS was higher than those for the other processes, which indicated that desirable operating conditions for nitrifying bacteria's growth were established.

        Mobile nodes in ad hoc mobile networks typically communicate over wireless channels and are capable of movement. These are networks that support multihop communication and can be formed on a temporary basis. This paper proposes a solution that allows mobile nodes to access the wired Internet and to roam from base station to base station. And we also develop the efficient method that adapts in Global MANET which can be changed over time. It is observed that we can reduce not only error detection time but also network load, thus increasing the data reception rate in Global MANET Environment.
