Nguyen,Nguyen Phong 한국유통과학회 2019 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2019 No.-
Service sector is a component and plays an important role in the country economy. The service sector is a bridge between input factors and output factors to the process of commodity production and product consumption. The appearance and development of the services have helped to overcome geographic obstacles, hasten the rate of commodity circulation, impulse needs of commodity transaction from one country to the other country and from one geographic region to another geographic region. This paper is researched some urban service sector development conditions. In order to develop service sector, the first principle is to recognize the importance the services as accelerator to the growth of the industrial and also agricultural sectors. In other hand, service sector itself is important component of the whole economy as its share in GDP has always increased. The average growth rate of the key services such as transport, communication, finance and insurance is often above the growth rate of the whole economy. To achieve fast grow of the service sectors, it is required to have the policy planning mechanisms so that all of the functional sectors and divisions in different ministries and the city municipals had coordinated synchronously and implemented the development strategies of the service sector. Related stakeholders have to contribute to the master plan of the city service sector development.

Genetic variability and correlation analysis are fundamental references for the innovative development of breeding programs to improve varieties and desirable traits. In the present study, the correlation and path analysis was conducted to understand the association among yield, micronutrients (iron and zinc), and protein content under aerobic conditions in local rice landraces from various agro ecological regions of Karnataka, India. The grain yield per plant showed a significant positive correlation with plant height, the tiller number, spikelet fertility, flag leaf length, and test weight. The zinc content was negatively correlated with grain yield per plant. The phenotypic path-coefficient analysis revealed that the total number of tillers, grain length, test weight, and harvest index exhibited a positive direct effect on grain yield per plant, while Grain protein content showed a low direct effect on this trait. This study also indicated that harvest index, flag leaf length, spikelet fertility, and test weight could be considered to make for a higher yield.

In this study, graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized by the improved Hummers’ method. The degree of oxidation from graphite (Gi) to GO was determined through interlayer spacing calculated from X–ray diffraction. Besides, the effect of KMnO4:Gi ratios (X1), H2SO4 volume (X2), oxidation temperature (X3), oxidation time of stage 1 (X4), and oxidation time of stage 2 (X5) was screened by the Plackett–Burman model. The simultaneous impact of three factors that influenced the degree of oxidation (X1, X2, and X3) was studied by the Box–Behnken experimental model of response surface methodology to achieve suitable conditions for the GO synthesis process. The characterization of GO product was investigated via the modern analytical methods: X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV–Vis spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy. In addition, the study was also carried out on a pilot scale for orientation in industrial application with the yield of 14 g/batch.

This research was conducted to experimentally screen the suitability of acrylamido-2- methylpropane sulfonic acid-acrylamide (AMPS-AM) copolymer-based nanogels for using as sealants to shut-off water channels in the high-temperature and high-salinity reservoir conditions of the White Tiger oil feld. Via in situ intercalative free-radical copolymerization, nanogels have been prepared from montmorillonite-alkyl ammonium clay, AMPS and AM. Two primary compositions of nanogel systems were chosen. A mixture of hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA)/phenyl acetate (PhAc) was used as a crosslinking system. The results obtained from screening the gel properties by using the bottle test method, the test under nitrogen pressure and core ooding under imitated reservoir conditions show that the NANOSEAL-1 and the NANOSEAL-2 nanogels can well satisfy the VietsovPetro (VSP) technical requirements for water isolation materials. The study aims to examine the impact of productivity in addition to the policy of increasing the foreign investors’ ownership rate on the performance of businesses which were listed on Vietnam's stock exchange market from 2010 to 2017. With the database of 3.961 observations, the study employs a statistical method – multiple regression to estimate the relationship between labor productivity, foreign ownership as well as other firm-level characteristics and firm performance. Research findings show that increasing labor productivity and increasing foreign ownership rates help increase firm performance. In addition, except for financial leverage, variables such as liquidity and firm size have positive effects on firm performance measured by Tobin’s Q. These findings have theoretical contributions and practical implications for managers, investors and government in Vietnam. Managers should pay attention to improving labor productivity through employing incentive mechanisms, building a good working environment, investing in technology, etc. in order to enhance the firm performance. Investors could utilize the labor productivity and foreign ownership indicators to select stocks of good companies for investment. For Vietnamese government, relaxing the limit of foreign ownership and accelerating the divesting of State capital in Stateowned enterprises could help increase the investment scale of foreign investors and resulting in positive effects on the firm performance.

This paper presents the applications of spatial interpolation and assimilation methods for satellite and ground meteorological data, including temperature, relative humidity, and precipitation in regions of Vietnam. In this work, Universal Kriging is used for spatially interpolating ground data and its interpolated results are assimilated with corresponding satellite data to anticipate better gridded data. The input meteorological data was collected from 98 ground weather stations located all over Vietnam; whereas, the satellite data consists of the MODIS Atmospheric Profiles product (MOD07), the ASTER Global Digital Elevation Map (ASTER DEM), and the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) in six years. The outputs are gridded fields of temperature, relative humidity, and precipitation. The empirical results were evaluated by using the Root mean square error (RMSE) and the mean percent error (MPE), which illustrate that Universal Kriging interpolation obtains higher accuracy than other forms of Kriging; whereas, the assimilation for precipitation gradually reduces RMSE and significantly MPE. It also reveals that the accuracy of temperature and humidity when employing assimilation that is not significantly improved because of low MODIS retrieval due to cloud contamination.

A Fe-Mo-Se nanopowder, synthesized by a solvothermal protocol, was utilized as a heterogeneouscatalyst for the synthesis of 2-arylquinazolines from DL-α-phenylglycine-based α-amino acids and2-nitrobenzyl alcohols via domino transformations. High yields and selectivity were achieved undersolvent-free conditions. The Fe-Mo-Se catalyst offered considerably higher activity than numeroushomogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts. To our best knowledge, this domino reaction is new, and theutilization of iron-molybdenum selenide catalyst in the synthesis of quinazolines was not previouslyreported.

The study aims to identify the factors affecting employee loyalty in the case of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh province, Viet Nam and to find out critical factors affecting the loyalty of employees in SMEs. This is implemented with the method of collecting primary data of 320 employees working at SMEs in 5 districts including: Cau Ngang, Tra Cu, Chau Thanh, Cang Long, Tieu Can) and Tra Vinh City, Viet Nam. Using the multivariate regression method, the researchers have found 6 factors affecting employee loyalty: colleagues, leaders, job characteristics, remuneration policies, organizational culture, and working environment. Particularly, learning opportunities may not be not statistically significant for employees' loyalty towards small and medium-sized enterprises in Tra Vinh province. From the above research results, the authors have proposed implicational piolicies such as: focusing on colleague relationships, improving leadership of business owners, attaching importance to appropriate work arrangement, having appropriate remuneration policies for laborers, building effective organizational culture and working environment to improve employee loyalty at SMEs. From the above policy implications, helping business owners realize the aspirations of workers in small and medium-sized enterprises more closely in the future, in order to sustainably develop the business system in Vietnam.
