        수족냉증(手足冷症) 환자(患者)에 대(對)한 컴퓨터 적외선(赤外線) 체열촬영(體熱撮影)의 의의(意義)

        To make a objective diagnosis of the syndrome of cold-limbs, We investigated the 20 patients with cold limbs and GI trouble and 20 normal people as a control group. And we compared the thermal difference between Chon-jung(CV17) and Chung-wan(CV12 中脘), Chon-jung(CV17) and Ki-hae(氣海 CV6) and we compared the thermal differences of No-gung(PE8 勞宮) and Yong-chon(湧泉 KI1), too. The results were as follows. 1. All 20 patients had GI trouble and cold limbs. They had the symptom-Indigestion(16 cases-80%) with heart burn, tympanites, abdominal distention, hiccup, belching. Beside that symptom they also had constipation(6 cases-30%), diarrhea(3 cases-15%), headache & dizziness(6 cases-30%). And some had the menstrual syndrome, chronic fatigue, palpitation, insomnia, edema, arthralgia. 2. The thermal difference of the palms between the patients group and the control group were $25.70^{\circ}C,\;25.82^{\circ}C$, but they were not significant. 3. The thermal difference of the soles between the patients group and the control group were $23.58^{\circ}C,\;24.42^{\circ}C$ and the significancy was P=0.020 so it was significant(P<0.05). 4. The thermal difference of the palms and Chon-jung(CV17) between the patients group and the control group were $1.08^{\circ}C,\;0.76^{\circ}C$, but they were not significant. 5. The thermal difference of the sales and Chon-jung(CV17) between the patients group and the control group were $3.01^{\circ}C,\;1.90^{\circ}C$ and the significancy was P=0.003 so it was significant(P<0.05). 6. The thermal difference of Chon-jung(CV17) and Chung-wan(CV12 中脘) between the patients group and the control group was $0.30^{\circ}C,\;0.62^{\circ}C$ and the significancy was P=0.793 so it was significant(P<0.05). 7. The thermal difference of Chon-jung(CV17) and Ki-hae(CV6 氣海) between the patients group and the control group was $0.53^{\circ}C,\;0.68^{\circ}C$, but they were not significant. From the above, I could find the significance of D.I.T.I to diagnose the cold-feet not the cold-hands and the thermal difference between the trunk and limbs was more significant on cold-feet than on cold-hand, either.

      • Flangeless Esser PET Phantom 영상 자동 분석 프로그램의 유용성 평가

        Purpose: ACR (American College of Radiology) offers variable parameters to PET/CT quality control by using ACR Phantom. ACR Phantom was made to evaluate parameters which are uniformity, attenuation, scatter, contrast and resolution. Manual analysis method wasn't good for the use of QC because values of parameter were changed as it may user and it takes long time to analysis. Ki-Chun Lim, a nuclear scientist in AMC, developed program that automatically analysis values of parameter by using ACR Phantom to overcome above problems. In this study, we evaluated automatic analysis program's usability, through the comparing SUV of each method, reproducibility of SUV when repeated analysis and the time required. Materials and Methods: Using Flangeless Esser PET Phantom, the ideal ratio of 4 : 1 hot cylinder and BKG but it actually showed a ratio of 3.89 to 1 hot cylinder and BKG. SIEMENS Biograph True Point 40 was used in this study. We obtained images using ACR phantom at Fusion WB PET Scan condition (2 min/bed) and 120 kV, 100 mAs CT condition. Using True X method, 3 iterations, 14 subsets, Gaussian filter, FWHM 4 mm and Zoom Factor 1.0, $168{\times}168$ image size. We obtained Max. & Min. SUV and SUV Mean values at Cylinder (8, 12, 16, 25 mm, Air, Bone, Water, BKG) by automatic program and obtained SUV by manual method. After that, we compared manual and automatic method. we estimate the time required from opened the image data to final work sheet was completed. Results: Automatic program always showed same result and same the time required. At 8, 12, 16 and 25 m cylinder, manual method showed 6.69, 3.46, 2.59, 1.24 CV values. The larger cylinder size became, the smaller CV became. In manual method, bone, air, water's CV were over 9.9 except BKG (2.32). Obtained CV of Mean SUV showed BKG was low (0.85) and bone was high (7.52). The time required was 45 second, 882 second respectably. Conclusions: As a result of difference automatic method and manual method, automatic method showed always same result, manual method showed that the smaller hot cylinders became, the lager CV became. Hot cylinders mean region size, the smaller hot cylinder size becomes we had some trouble in doing ROI poison setting. And it means increase in variation of SUV. The Study showed the time required of automatic method was shorten then manual method.

      • 株當本數에 따른 油菜의 生育, 靑刈收量 및 組成分 變化

        ABSTRCT Four rape cultivars were grown at 1 to 5 plants per hill to investigate the effects of the number of plants per hill on major agronomic characters of forage rape in Cheju volcanic soil. Days to flowering of Sparta was 191 days, those of Ramon and Youngsanyuchae were 189 and 188 days, respectively. And that of Hallayuchae was 180.3 days. Days to flowering decreased as number of plants per hill was increased. Sparta was tallest (153.6cm), while Hallayuchae was shortest (131.8cm). Plant height with three plants per hill( 155.3cm) was longest, while with 5 plants per hill(131.8cm) was shortest. The number of branches, stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width gradually decreased as the number of plants per hill were increased. Sparta had the greatest fresh and dry matter, total digestible nutrient (TDN) and crude protein yields, while Hallayuchae had the least. Fresh yield were greatest (7,544 kg) at the three plants per hill. Dry matter TDN, and crude protein yields were also greatest (7,544 kg) at the three plants per hill. Ramon had the greatist SPAD reading (44.7) while Youngsanyuchae had the lowest (40.7). SPAD reading were highest (44,1) in the one plant per hill plot but decreased as the number of plants per plant was increased. Sparta had greater contents of crude fiber and crude ash, but Hallayuchae and Youngsanyuchae had lower contents. The content of crude protein, crude fat, nitrogen free extract(NFE) and TDN were increased as number of plant per hill were increased. But the contents of crude fiber and crude ash were decreased as the number of plants per hill was increased.

      • 灌水量差異가 靑刈피의 主要形質 및 營養變化에 미치는 影響

        本 硏究는 灌水量 差異가 (0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 2.4, 4.8kg/pot) 靑刈 피의 主要形質 및 營養含有量의 變化에 미치는 영향을 究明하기 위하여 0.14㎡의 Pot를 이용하여 濟州大學校 農科大學 溫室에서 遂行하였으며, 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 草長, 葉長, 葉數, 葉重, 葉直徑, 生草收量등의 地上部 生育形質과 根長, 根數, 根重 등의 地下部의 生育形質은 2.4kg의 觀水區에서 가장 우세하였으며, 4.8kg의 觀水區, 1.2, 0.6, 0.3kg의 觀水區 順位로 地上部의 生育形質 및 根 發育은 低調하였다. 그리고 出穗는 2.4kg의 觀水區에서 가장 빨랐(7월25일)으며, 0.3kg의 觀水區에서는 가장 늦게 出穗(8월6일)하였다. 2. 營養 含有量에 있어서는 蛋白質(13.71%), 室素(2.19%), 加里(2.90%) 成分은 0.3kg의 觀水區에서 가장 높은 편이었으며, 0.6, 1.2, 2.4, 4.8kg 觀水區 順位로 灌水量의 많아짐에 따라 漂白質, 室素, 加里 成分은 減少되었다. 그리고 燐酸, Mg 成分은 0.6kg 觀水區에서, Ca은 1.2kg의 觀水區에서 비교적 높은 편이었으나 4.8kg의 觀水區에 燐酸, Mg, Ca 成分은 낮은 편이었다. This study was carried out investigate the influence of irrigation water on agronomic characters and nutrition of soiling Japanese millet. Irrigation water was applied at the rate of 0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 2.4 and 4.8kg per pot. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The characters of shoot system (plant length, leaf length, number of leaves, leaf weight, stem diameter, fresh yield) and root system (root length, number of roots, root weight) was highest at 2.4kg irrigation water level per pot and then decreased at 4.8, 1.2, 0.6 and 0.3kg levels in that order. 2. Heading was earlier at 2.4kg irrigation water level in comparison with the other levels. 3. Nutrition value such as crude protein (13.71%), nitrogen (2.19%), potassium (2.90%) was highest at 0.3kg irrigation water per pot and than decreased 0.6, 1.2, 2.4, and 4.8kg levels in that order. 4. The content of phosphorus and magnesium was highest at 0.6kg irrigation water per pot. However, it tended to reduce at 4.8kg irrigation water per pot.

        상업스포츠 시설의 서비스 품질평가에 대한 소고

        국민들의 스포츠활동의 욕구를 수용하고 있는 상업스포츠 시설은 양적인 증가를 보이고 있음에도 불구하고 이용자들의 만족도는 낮게 나타나고 있다. 상업스포츠 시설에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 있는 현시점에서 체계적이고 설득력이 높은 상업스포츠 시설의 서비스 품질 평가 모형 개발을 통하여 서비스에 대한 실증적 평가를 할 수 있는 근거를 제시해 주는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 상업스포츠 시설의 특성을 파악해 보고 이를 토대로 하여 Parasuraman, Zelthaml, & Berry(1985)의 SERVQUAL(service quality) 모델에서 사용한 10가지 측정 항목, 즉, 신뢰성(reliability), 반응성(responsiveness), 능력(competence), 접근성(accessiveness), 예절(courtesy), 의사소통(communication), 신용성(credibility), 안정성(security), 이해성(understanding), 유형성(tanglbles)을 중심으로 상업스포츠 시설에서의 서비스 품질 평가문항을 제시하였다. 향후 상업스포츠 시설 이용 고객의 만족 방안을 모색하는데 기초 자료로 제공 되었으면 한다. This study consists of empirical investigations on the relationship of customer satisfaction & service quality in using commercial sport facilities. (1) commercial sport facilities as a service industry and customer satisfaction. (2) the relationship of customer satisfaction & service quality in using commercial sport facilities, and then browsing in the data on ten measurements used in Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Berry's Servqual models as service marketing studies. (3) theoretical survey on service quality evaluation in using commercial sport facilities. Afterwards, this study supplies basic data for prospective researchers on service quality evaluation in using commercial sport facilities. In the end, this kind of study will improve customer satisfaction scale, and revitalize 'sport for all' movements. The main subjects in commercial sport services are customers, and then paticipation in the service field in a necessity. Customer types are individualized, and then depend on personal characteristics. Commercial sport facilities are individual on certain group's properties. Their first aim is to make money, using their properties in the name of sport facility. Their service traits are intangibility, inseparability, variability, perishability, and subjectivity in addition. Service quality evaluation, or supply of high-quality services in an affective strategy for service goods positioning on the market. Reliability, responsiveness, ability, proximity, etiquette, communication, credibility, safety, understandability, and types are ten measurements to evaluate service quality. Utilizing these elements in developing service quality evaluation item, the evaluation item model according to each dimension & definition plays a key role in evaluating commercial sport quality.

      • 窒素 施用量이 Sudan grass 雜種의 主要 形質 및 飼料價에 미치는 影響

        本 硏究는 濟州道 火山灰土 土壤에서 窒素施肥量이 Suden grass 雜種의 주요 形質과 飼料價에 미치는 影響을 구명하기 위하여 10a當 窒素를 0, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35㎏을 施用하여 試驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 草長, 葉長, 葉幅, 葉數, 莖直徑, 節間長 等의 生育 形質은 窒素 施用量이 30kg까지 增施할수록 優勢하였으나, 35kg 施用區에서는 다소 減少하는 傾向이었다. 2. 10a當 生草 收量 (9628kg), 葉重 (101.8g), 莖重 (201.0g) 等은 窒素 30㎏/10a 施用區에서 많았으며, 其他 施用區에서는 施用量이 작아짐에 따라 減少되는 傾向이었다. 3. 出穗 日數는 窒素 30, 35㎏/10a 施用區에서 67日로 가장 빨랐고, 25㎏ 施用區, 15㎏, 10㎏, 無肥區 順位로 窒素 施用量이 작아짐에 따라 各 區마다 2∼3日 間隔으로 늦은 편이었다. 4. 粗指肪과 粗蛋白質은 窒素 施用量이 增加할수록 많아졌으며, 粗灰分, 可溶性無窒素物은 적어지는 傾向이었으나 粗纖維 는 뚜렷한 傾向이 없었다. 5. 10a當 生草 收量은 草長, 葉長, 葉重, 莖重, 穗重 粗蛋白質과 高度의 正의 相關을 나타내었으나 粗灰分과는 負의 相關을 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of nitrogen rate on major agronomic characters and feeding value of sorghum x sudangrass hybrid on volcanic ash soil of Cheju-do. Application rates of nitrogen were 0, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35㎏/10a. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Plant height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf number, stem diameter, internode length increased as nitrogen rate was increased from 0 to 30㎏/10 a, but slightly decreased at 35㎏ N/10a compared to control treatment (0㎏/10a). 2. Fresh forage yield per 10a and fresh weight of leaves and stem per plant were greatest at 30㎏ N/10a and decreased with decreasing nitrogen rate. 3. Heading of sudan grass hybrid was earliest at 30, 35㎏ N/10a and delayed at intervels of 2∼3 days with decreasing nitrogen every 5㎏/10a. 4. Crude fat and crude protein significantly increased but crude ash and nitrogen free extract decreased as nitrogen rate was increased from 0 to 35㎏/10a. Crude fiber response to nitrogen rate was variable. 5. The were highly positive correlations between fresh forage yield and plant height, leaf length, fresh weight of leaves, stem and panicle, crude protein, but negative correlation between fresh forage yield and crude ash.

      • 고등학교 과학Ⅰ하 (지구과학) 교과서의 정량적 분석 (1)

        We investigate the text analysis, sentences, figures and diagrams, questions and summaries at the end of each chapter, activities index of the textbook of high school Science I B (Earth Science) that was reorganized at March, 1988 from the five publishers, according to the quantitative analysis method by Romey(1968). Index of student involvement for sentence analysis from five textbooks is 0.11~0.48. This is no discovery-oriented course that cease to statement of fact, definitions and stated conclusions. It will be primarily authoritarian and will contain few challenges to student other than memorization of facts and definitions. Romey's indices are 0.33~1.4 for figure and diagram analysis and 1.13~1.71 for analysis of questions at chapter ends, respectively, student activity per page investigated being 0.6~1.5. This is requiring some student activities pertinently. But chapter summaries cease to repeats the conclusions of the chapter also it be rather formaly and inattentively written. The indices of each unit are much different within the same textbook. This is believed to be caused by composition of authors, considering the multi-science nature of Earth Science. Textbooks should be compose of learned and expert authors without preponderating of certain field over others and discussed by the committee constituted with the specialist in science education, scientists and science teachers.

      • 일측 하퇴 의족 착용자의 절단단 길이에 따른 보행특성

        This report studied 31 male patients who were in one hospital in Kwangju or came to a prosthesis clinic and are 15 normal control group to analyze the gait characteristics according to the stump length in the prosthesis users with the unilateral below-knee amputations. The patient group was divided into a short stump subgroup of 13 patients and a long stump subgroup of 18 patients according to the stump length, the control group was randomly sampled from 15 males who have similar age, height and weight to the experimental group. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. 1. There were no significant statistical differences of the general characteristics between patient and control groups and there was no difference of characteristics by patient groups except the mean gait distance a day. 2. Of 33 patients with amputation, 18 patients (57.8%) had phantom pain and 25 cases (80.6%) had neuroma. 3. Gait velocity, stride length of the affected side, step length of the sound side and base support among gait characteristics show a significant difference according to the stump length in the state excluding the effects of other factors (p<05) and the group with long stump showed closer gait characteristics to normal persons than those with short stumps. In conclusion, among the patients of unilateral below-knee amputations, the stump length affects the gait characteristics such as gait velocity, stride length, step and base of support and it is found that as the stump length gets longer, it shows the similar characteristics to gait characteristics of normal persons and long unilateral below-knee amputation can secure better gait characteristics.
