Numerical study is conducted to confirm the effect of round flow path control and back panel open ratio on a performance of open refrigerating showcase in this study. The rounding control is applied to flow path of air discharger in various radii and the punched panel with various open ratios is applied to back panel of showcase. These structural changes have a significant impact on its aircurtain performance because both changes can affect flow pattern of showcase. To prove it, the two-dimensional steady simulation is performed using k k –ε ε turbulent model. The performance of showcase is assessed using entrainment factor which is a ratio between cooled air and ambient air at the suction of refrigerating part. As a result of simulation, the curved path at air discharger reduces the entrainment factor by a maximum 9% less than typical design. The curved flow path removes the dead zone at the honeycomb structure of discharger. In addition, it is found that there is an optimal back panel open ratio at the storage space of the showcase. When the back panel open ratio is 0%, the cooled air from the discharge is attached to the cold storage area because of the Cowanda effect. However, the Cowanda effect is eliminated when back panel open ratio increases. Results address that the entrainment factor remains almost the same at back panel open ratio 3.93% or more. Lastly, the simulation of showcase with product in cold storage area is conducted to confirm the structure changes effect on performance of real use showcase according to KS Standard.

This study was carried out to confirm the effect of passive flow control applying the radius to the discharge portion and the back panel open ratio. The simulation proceeded with a 2D-steady turbulent flow and numerical analysis was performed on the two cases. The evaluation index of the vertical open showcase can be represented by the entrainment factor. The entrainment factor is the ratio of cooling air to ambient air entering the suction. The first simulation was conducted for the case where the radius was applied to the discharge portion and the case where the radius was not applied to the discharge portion. It was confirmed that a dead zone occurs in the honeycomb region when the radius is not applied to the discharge portion. However, if the radius is applied to the discharge portion, the dead zone in the honeycomb region can be eliminated. As a result, it was confirmed that the entrainment factor decreased by 11% when the radius was applied to the discharge portion. The second simulation was to find the optimal conditions by changing the back panel open ratio. As a result, it was confirmed that the back panel open ratio remained at a similar level at 3.96% or more.

Numerical method was used to assess the energy consumption of vertical open showcase with flow control. Two studies were conducted by applying radius to vertical open showcase. The working fluid was air (Pr = 0.7) and the Reynolds number was 6000 ≤ Reω ≤ 8000. The energy consumption were used to evaluate the improvement of vertical open showcase. As a result it was confirmed that the energy consumption decreased by 10% at radius 40mm. Also, the radius 50mm decreased by 11% more than the Basic open showcase.
바닷물 살포가 토양 화학성과 마늘 무기성분 함량에 미치는 영향

친환경농업에 많이 사용되고 있는 바닷물을 살포하여 토양의 화학성과 마늘의 무기성분 흡수량의 변화를 조사하였다. 바닷물 원액을 토양에 살포한 직후에는 전기전도도, 치환성 나트륨, 염소이온, 나트륨 흡착비 등이 높아졌다. 그리고, 바닷물의 살포횟수가 증가할수록 토양의 전기전도도, 치환성 나트륨, 염소이온 그리고 나트륨 흡착비가 증가하였다. 바닷물로 투입된 성분들은 표토에 대부분 분포하였으며 수확기에는 심토로의 용탈이 일어나 작물이 생육하는 근권에서는 감소하였다. 그리고 바닷물 원액을 작물체에 살포했을 때 마늘 중의 무기성분인 질소, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨, 미량원소인 철, 망간, 아연 등의 함량은 줄어들었고 염소이온 함량은 처리횟수가 3회일 경우 유의성 있게 증가되었다 (p<0.05). This study was conducted at the organic farming fields which garlics were planted. The treatments were as follows; water of 3,850 L ha<SUP>-1</SUP> (Control), plots applied 1 time, 2 times and 3 times with sea water of 3,850 L ha<SUP>-1</SUP>. In 3 times sea water treatment plot, the level of EC, Exch. Na and Cl- were 1.1, 2.1, and 3.3 times higher than control plot, respectively. Due to seawater application, the contents of inorganic elements such as T-N, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, and Zn in garlic were generally lower than Control, but not significant.

이산화탄소 배출량을 저감시키고자 하는 사회적 관심이 점점 더 높아지고 있는 요즈음, 철도는 대표적인 친환경 운송시스템으로 인지되고 있어, 다양한 친환경적인 철도차량 연구개발이 수년 동안 진행되어오고 있다. 하지만 인프라분야에 있어서 환경 친화적인 연구개발은 여전히 제한적이다. 이러한 사회적환경적 변화에 대응하고자 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 주재료인 시멘트와 천연골재의 사용량을 획기적으로 감소시키고 또한 대표적인 산업부산물인 철강슬래그를 재활용한 친환경 철도 PC침목을 개발하였다. 개발된 친환경 PC침목의 배합설계시, 조강시멘트가 일부 고로슬래그로 대체되었으며, 전기로 산화 슬래그가 천연잔골재의 대체재료로 활용되었다. 본 연구의 결과로서 제작된 친환경 PC침목의 규격성능은 한국철도규격(KRS TR 0008 - 09(R))과 유럽품질규격(EN 13146-5)을 모두 만족하였으며, 철도 콘크리트 인프라분야의 이산화탄소 배출량 절감에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The important social impacts of reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emission are widely recognized. At this point, railway is recognized as one of the typical eco-friendly transportations, and various sponsored activities for the development of green vehicles have been recently doing throughout the several years. However, sponsored development activities and research on the eco-friendly infrastructure are still limited. In this study, eco-friendly PC sleeper was developed in which the usage of the cement and natural resources was reduced, and typical industrial byproducts (steel slag) was recycled as ingredients of the concrete. Mixing design was done for manufacturing the eco-friendly PC sleeper, in which high-early-strength portland cement was partially replaced by Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag, and Electric Arc Furnace oxidation slag was used as an alternative to fine aggregate. As a result of this study, it is found that the prototype of eco-friendly PC sleeper meets the required performances by the Korean railway standards (KRS) and European standard (EN), and it is hoped that the eco-friendly PC sleeper can contribute the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emission in railway concrete infrastructure.
