        In contemporary society, people"s lifestyles are changing along with the sociocultural change, economic, technological, and medical advancement. The relationship between the physical body and the space has become more diversified and complicated in planning and creating the space amid the changing lifestyles. The change in the spatial design is not confined to the interpretation of physical activities, but is linked with the fundamental sociocultural backgrounds, and this relationship has changed continuously, depending on the era. Currently, the relationship between human and environment is changing all the time, not a one-way relationship. The borders, which were clear as human and nature influenced each other, have been blurred because of the fluidity of individual activities that have become diversified. At the moment, many experimental designs of clothes, furniture, and space are appearing which represent new interpretation of the relationship with physical body. The purpose of this study is to analyze aforesaid cases and explore the relationship between the physical activities of human body and spatial design from new perspective by explaining the new concept "bodyscape" based on three concepts - affordance that supports the behavior of body through the activities of human body, interaction in response to the reaction of physical body, and mobility of space responding to the motion of physical body - and research and understand the space required in the changing era.

        Formulation of Double-layer Tadalafil and Amlodipine Complex Tablets to Treat Erectile Dysfunction and Hypertension

        40세 이상의 많은 남성들은 여러 가지 이유로 발기부전(erectile dysfunction, ED)의 고통을 가지고 있다. 또한 ED 환자의 40% 이상이 고혈압 질환을 동시에 가진다. 타다라필(tadalafil, TD)은 선택적이고, 가역적인 cGMP- 특이적 PDE-5억제제이다. 이는 생물 약제 분류 시스템 클래스-II의 불용성 약물로, 가용화제로 습식 과립제로 제조되었다. 암로디핀 베실레이트(amlodipine besylate, AM)는 수축기 고혈압 및 뇌졸중 예방에 효과적인 칼슘 채널 길항제이며, 물리적 혼합 방법을 사용하여 제조하였다. TD와 AM을 2중층 복합정제로 제작하여 사용하였고, 이는 동시에 두 가지 질병을 예방하거나 치료가능하다. 주사 전자 현미경(SEM), 푸리에 변환 적외선 분광법(FTIR), 시차 주사열량계(DSC), X선 회절(XRD)은 화학적 및 물리적 특성평가를 위해 실시하였다. 또한 생체외 용출 테스트는 pH=1.2에서 정제의 용출률을 평가하기 위해 실시하였다. 결론적으로, 이중층 정제에서 두 가지 약물의 빠른 방출을 확인하였고, 따라서 이는 약학적 치료제로서 적용될 수 있다. Many men over the age of 40 suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) for a variety of reasons. In addition, more than 40% of ED patients have hypertensive disease at the same time. Tadalafil (TD) is a selective and reversible inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (cGMP-specific PDE-5). It is an insoluble drug with biopharmaceutics classification system class-II and was prepared by wet granulation with a solubilizing agent. Amlodipine besylate (AM) is a calcium channel antagonist that is effective in preventing systolic hypertension and stroke, and is manufactured using physical mix method. We used TD and AM to fabricate a double-layer complex tablet that can prevent or treat two diseases at the same time. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) were analyzed for confirming chemical and physical characterization. Also, in vitro dissolution test was conducted to evaluate the dissolution rate of tablet at pH=1.2. In conclusion, the rapid release of two drugs in the double layer tablet was confirmed and could be applied as a pharmaceutical therapeutic agent.

        Bloom의 신 교육목표분류학에 따른 슬기로운 생활 교과의 수업목표 분석

        The purpose of this study was to explore instructional objectives of ``Wise Life`` based on Bloom`s Revised Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. It was to extend understanding the 7th and the revised Wise Life 2007 as well. The written objectives of two curriculum of Wise Life were divided into two, the ``knowledge`` dimension and the ``cognitive process`` dimension based on Bloom`s Revised Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. Major activity subjects presented in the 7th and the revised Wise Life 2007 were dominantly the basic inquiry activity types. It was found from this research that the ``factual`` knowledge of the ``knowledge`` dimension and the ``understand`` of the ``cognitive process`` dimension took a large proportion of the revised Wise Life 2007 objectives. The ``meta-cognitive`` knowledge was increased. ``Remember`` of the ``cognitive process`` dimension was decreased and the high level objectives as ``analyze`` and ``create``, in the ``cognitive process`` dimension was increased from the 7th to the revised curriculum. The ``factual`` knowledge, ``conceptual`` knowledge and ``meta- cognitive`` knowledge were engaged with ``understand`` and the ``procedural`` knowledge were engaged with ``apply``. The ``meta- cognitive`` were engaged with ``create`` is the ``procedural`` knowledge in the revised Wise Life 2007. ``Remember`` was decreased. ``Create`` was increased in the basic inquiry activities. It was analysed in zero percent of ``Observing``, ``Investigating and Presenting``, and ``Making``.

        국내 중소 과학관 현황 분석: 과학관의 조직, 운영, 교육을 중심으로

        이 연구의 목적은 지방 과학관의 조직, 운영, 교육 등의 실태를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 과학관 분석을 위한 평가틀을 개발하고, 28개의 과학관을 선정하여 관계자와의 심층면담을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학관의 전문 인력이 부족하여 원활한 과학관 운영이 어려웠다. 둘째, 과학관의 재정상태가 매우 좋지 않았다. 셋째, 과학관의 시설이나 전시물 관리에서 부족한 측면이 다수 발견되었다. 넷째, 과학관의 관람객을 이끌 수 있는 다양한 홍보나 마케팅이 소극적으로 이루어지고 있었다. 다섯째, 과학관의 연구 및 교육프로그램에 미흡한 부분이 많이 발견되었다. 실태조사 결과를 바탕으로 지방 과학관의 발전 방안을 위한 방안을 논의하였다. This study aims to investigate the current status of science museum in terms of evaluating its organization, management, and education program. The analytical framework developed for examination are as follows: First, the lack of professional staff in most target museums is the biggest impediment for domestic science museums to function properly. Second, funding has been very poor. Third, most museums failed to properly sustain exhibits, equipment, and facilities. Fourth, various advertising and marketing efforts for attracting more visitors are hardly done. And lastly, the domestic museums made little effort in pursuing research focusing on improving exhibitions and education program. Based on these findings, the future directions for domestic science museums to step-up opportunities have been discussed in this study.

        세계 주요 자연사 박물관의 교육 프로그램의 유형 및 특징

        This paper described the types and characteristics of educational programs in major natural history museums of the world. Data were collected from the websites, annual reports, and written materials of the Natural History Museum at London, Australian Museum at Sydney, Field Museum of Natural History at Chicago, Smithsonian Museum at Washington D.C, Royal Tyrrell Museum at Canada and American Museum of Natural History at New York. As the result of this study, we presented ten types of educational programs, which were moveable museums, workshops, lecture/courses, festival/events, discovery activities, scientific exploration/research projects, field trips, youth curators/internship, loan materials and camp/tours. We also described the examples equivalent to each program type. The characteristics of educational programs provided by museums as informal learning settings were analyzed in terms of their themes, participation levels, connection with exhibition, relation to curriculum, and learning activity levels. Information in this paper will assist science teachers, museum educators and curators: (1) to design and implement various types and contents of educational programs; (2) to use characteristics of educational programs to assess and develop them; (3) to make important contributions to science education that involves the introduction of various scientific aspects and collections to the public, and the use of programs for science learning and teaching coherent to existing curricula.

        중등과학교사임용시험 문항에 나타난 과학교육학 이론의 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze what kinds of science education theories are targeted in the “Examination for Appointing Secondary School Science Teachers (EASST).” For the analyses, we extracted the contents related to the science education theories in the question items of the EASST of 2008 through 2012, and categorized those theories into science curriculum, history of science and philosophy of science, scientific inquily, theory of teaching and learning, model of teaching and learning, and assessment. The results of this study indicated that the theory of teaching and learning appeared most frequently and there were high proportions of question items related to the following topics: contents in science curriculum, scientific method, contemporary philosophy of science, process of inquily, Ausubel`s theory, learning cycle model by Lawson, cooperative learning, criteria of performance assessment, and etc. While we, as science educators, believed that the other categories such as ``history of science`` provides important topics for pie-service science teachers, questions items dealing with those were rarely found in the past EASSTs. As EASST has strong influences on the professional developments of pre-service science teachers, more research should be pursued on how much and what domains of science education theories would be appropriate for the test. 본 연구의 목적은 중등과학교사신규임용후보자선정경쟁시험(이하 중등과학교사임용시험)의 문항들에서 어떤 과학교육학 이론이 제시되었는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 최근 5년간 시행된 중등과학교사 임용시험의 과학교육학 관련 문항들은 과학과 교육과정, 과학사 및 과학철학, 과학 탐구, 과학 교수학습이론, 과학 교수학습모형, 고학 평가 등의 6가지 영역으로 분석하였다. 그 겨로가, 과학 교수학습이론이 다른 영역에 비해 가장 많이 출제되었고, 각 영역 내에서는 ``차시별 교육과정의 내용요소``, ``과학적 방법``과 ``현대과학철학``, ``탐구과정요소``, ``오수벨의 유의미학습``, ``로슨의 순환학습``과 ``협동학습``, ``수행평가 준거 개발`` 등에서 많은 내용이 출제되었다. 반면에 과학교육자들 사이에서 ``과학사``와 같이 예비 고학교사에게 중요한 주제로 여겨지지만 중등과학교사임용시험에서는 출제가 거의 이루어지지 않은 영역도 많이 있었다. 중등과학교사임용시험이 예비교사들의 전문성 함양을 위한 노력에 영향을 미치기 때문에 예비교사들이 익혀야 할 과학교육학 이론의 양과 수준에 대해 많은 연구가 요구된다.

        예비과학교사에게 필요한 과학교육학 이론에 대한 과학교육 연구자들의 의견과 중등과학교사임용시험의 연관성

        The purpose of this study is to examine science education researchers` views on what and how much science educational theories would be needed for pit-service science teachers, and to investigate the relationship between their views and the Examination for Appointing Secondary School Science Teachers(EASST). For this study, the views of science education professors on science education theories have been analyzed in terms of their priorities for contributing to the improvement of science teacher competency and literacy. Their views have been compared with proportions of questions related to science education theories of the EASST in terms of what kinds of science education theories have been used for solving each item. As results of this study show, they have perceived that more essential things are needed for the improvement of science teacher competency and literacy including science inquiry process, methods of experimental equipments and tools, laboratory safety, misconception of students, discussion, writing, evaluation of scientific knowledges. and evaluation of scientific inquiry ability other than science philosophy, changes of science curricula, science curricula of foreign countries, Bruner`s instructional theory, Karplus`s Learning Cycle model, generative learning model, discovery learning model, and Klopfer`s taxonomy of educational objectives. There is a higher proportion of questions related to science curriculum and Ausubel`s learning theory in the EASST. They are hardly correlated with science education professors` selections of science educational theories for EASST questions. This study advocates the needs of exploring a new method of narrowing down the gap between science educators` opinions and questions of ESSAT in terms of science education theories. 본 연구는 과학 교과교육학 이론이 예비과학교사에게 어느 정도 필요한지에 대한 과학교육 연구자들의 의견을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 과학교육 전공교수들의 설문을 통해 과학교사의 역량과 소양 측면에서 과학 교과교육학 이론들의 세부 내용들이 어느 정도 중요한지에 대한 의견을 분석하였다. 또한 중등과학교사신규임용후보자선정경쟁시험(중등과학교사임용시험)에 제시된 과학 교과교육학 이론 관련 문항을 분석하여 과학교육 연구자들의 의견과의 차이점을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 과학교육 전공교수들은 탐구 과정, 과학지식 평가, 탐구능력 평가 실험장치 및 도구 사용법, 실험실 안전, 학생의 오개념, 토론, 논술 등에 대해서 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 반면에, 과학교육 전공교수들은 과학 철학, 과학교육과정의 변천, 외국 교육과정, 브루너의 수업이론, 카플러스 순환학습모형, 발생학습모형, 발견학습모형, 클로퍼 교육목표 분류 등의 내용이 상대적으로 덜 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 중등과학교사임용시험 문항 분석 결과, 교육과정이나 오수벨 이론 등과 같이 중요도와 관계없이 편중된 영역에서 많은 문항들이 출제된 것으로 나타나 과학교육 연구자들이 중요하게 생각하는 이론의 중요성과 중등과학교사임용시험에서 출제된 문항 분포는 관련이 적었다. 본 연구는 과학교육 연구자들의 의견과 중등과학교사임용시험 출제 경향의 차이를 줄이는 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.
