        비팽윤성 운모의 표면코팅 및 특성평가

        본 연구에서는 합성운모에 대한 코팅기술을 확립한 뒤, 비수성을 나타내는 합성운모를 제조하였다. 합성운모의 표면코팅은 고속교반기를 사용하여 행하였으며, 스테아린산으로 코팅된 합성운모의 특성은 침적실험, XRD 및 SEM을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 교반기의 내부온도는 $70^{\circ}C$를 유지하고, 10분 동안 1600 rpm/min을 행함으로써 운모 표면에 스테아린산의 코팅이 가능하였다. 또한 SEM 관찰결과로부터, 스테아린산과 운모의 혼합비율, 교반기 내부온도, 회전속도에 의해 특성이 변화하는 반면 코팅처리시간과는 무관함을 알 수 있었다. This study is to establish the coating technique for synthetic mica and to prepare synthetic mica with the non-aqueous property. The surface coating of synthetic mica is prepared with stearic acid using the high speed stirrer. The characterizations for mica powders coated the stearic acid are carried out by the deposition test, XRD and SEM. The results of research could be coated the stearic acid on the mica by 1600 rpm/min at $70^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. From the observation of SEM was found that the non-aqueous property mica could obtained by mixture ratios for stearic acid and mica, the inner temperature and rotation speed of the stirrer but treated time be unrelated.

        The purpose of this study is to identify what kind of leadership styles on travel agency empirically. Also described are the relationship between these leadership styles and the job satisfaction, the organizational commitment of employee. Leadership is divided into two categories(transactional leadership and transformational leadership). Transformational leadership was more deeply analyzed and the empirical analysis was conducted to apply into the service industry. But we have some other results. In conclusion, there is no leadership style which could be applied in every condition and all kind of leadership should be applied case by case.

      • Tacrolimus의 LC/MS 분석과 지원자에 대한 약물동태 연구

        The purpose of this study was to confirm the analysis method and also to estimate the pharmacokinetic parameters of tacrolimus in human volunteers. The pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus tablet was examined on 24 healthy volunteers who received a single oral dose(4mg) of each preparation in the fasting state. After an oral dosing, blood samples were collected for a period of 72 hours. Blood concentrations of tacrolimus were determined using a liquid chromatographic electrospray mass spectrometric (LC-MS) method. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with non-compartmental(AUC, C_(max), T_(max), Cl_(t), V/F) and compartmental(K_(el), K_(a), K_(12), K_(21), t_(1/2)) pharmacokinetic analysis using WinNonlin program. The estimated means of AUC_(0-72hours), C_(max) and T_(max) were 425.54 ± 197.49 ng·hr/ml, 76.14 ± 29.18 ng/ml and 1.40 ± 0.44 hr, respectively. The means of other pharmacokinetic parameters(V/F, CL_(t), K_(el), K_(a), K_(23), K_(32) and t_(1/2)) were 35.12 ± 34.28 L, 10.45 ± 5.32 L/hr, 0.39 ± 0.21 hr^(-1), 1.91 ± 4.17 hr^(-1), 0.32 ± 0.33 hr^(-1), 0.07 ± 0.09 hr^(-1), 26.94 ± 10.19 hr^(-1), respectively.

        A double parallel manipulator has only two or three links in each parallel mechanism so that we expect larger workspace than that of a Stewart platform. To prove this property, this paper finds the workspace of a double parallel manipulator and compare it with that of a Stewart platform. The workspace of the double parallel manipulator is decoupled by a positional and an orientational parts. The posititional workspace is constructed by the first parallel mechanism while the orientational workspace is generated by the second parallel mechanism. These spaces are obtained from maximum to minimum lengths of linear actuators. We compute an unreachable workspace due to link interferences and limited ranges of passive joints and exclude it from the above workspace. The results show volume of workspace in a cartesian space and angular ranges of end effector in yaw and pitch motions.

        최근 전자상거래의 상업성이 부각되면서 많은 기업들과 개인사업자들이 독자적인 웹서버를 구축하고 자사의 상품 또는 기업에 대한 광고 내용을 인터넷을 통해 서비스를 하고 있다. 그러나 소비자들에게 인지도가 낮은 기업이나 전국의 각 지방의 특산품과 토산품 관련 웹사이트들은 소비자에게 홍보가 부족하고, 상품의 종류와 정보의 부족으로 외면을 당하고 있는 것을 많이 본다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업들의 카탈로그를 수집하여 재구성한 후, 한 사이트에서 여러 기업의 상품을 검색할 수 있도록 하여 소비자의 접근과, 각 기업의 상거래 사이트를 활성화 할 수 있는 메타 전자 쇼핑몰 개발에 관해 기술한다. 본 시스템의 특징은 로봇이 자동으로 데이터 베이스를 구축하여 소비자가 쉽게 검색 할 수 있도록 주제어 검색과 디렉토리 검색 및 폴더형맵 검색 인터페이스 구성을 가지고 있다는 점이다.

        The present study is a basic experiment on the estimation of the compressive strength of high strength concrete, aiming at estimating the compression strength of mass test pieces of high strength concrete by giving the temperature hysteresis of the mass test pieces to managerial test pieces. Different from ordinary concrete, high strength concrete generally shows the high rise of temperature caused by hydration heat inside the concrete. It is known that, in mass concrete, thermal stress occurs due to the difference in temperature between the inside and the outside, which causes a significant difference in compression strength between structure beams and managerial test pieces. It is also reported that there is a large difference between the compression strength of cylindrical managerial test pieces of standard underwater curing and the strength of structure beam concrete. Thus, this study made concrete test pieces in an optimal mix ratio for each strength level, and also created adiabatic curing tank and managerial test pieces. Then it carried out comparative analysis in relation to core strength and suggested equipment and a technique that can control the strength of high strength concrete mass more conveniently and accurately.

        Identification and quantification of oleanane triterpenoid saponins and potential analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities from the roots and rhizomes of Panax stipuleanatus

        Background: Panax stipuleanatus represents a folk medicine for treatment of inflammation. However, lack of experimental data does not confirm its function. This article aims to investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of triterpenoid saponins isolated from P. stipuleanatus. Methods: The chemical characterization of P. stipuleanatus allowed the identification and quantitation of two major compounds. Analgesic effects of triterpenoid saponins were evaluated in two models of thermal- and chemical-stimulated acute pain. Anti-inflammatory effects of triterpenoid saponins were also evaluated using four models of acetic acid-induced vascular permeability, xylene-induced ear edema, carrageenan-induced paw edema, and cotton pellet-induced granuloma in mice. Results: Two triterpenoid saponins of stipuleanosides R₁ (SP-R₁) and R₂ (SP-R₂) were isolated and identified from P. stipuleanatus. The results showed that SP-R₁ and SP-R₂ significantly increased the latency time to thermal pain in the hot plate test and reduced the writhing response in the acetic acid-induced writhing test. SP-R₁ and SP-R₂ caused a significant decrease in vascular permeability, ear edema, paw edema, and granuloma formation in inflammatory models. Further studies showed that the levels of inflammatory mediators, nitric oxide, malondialdehyde, tumor necrosis factor-α, and interleukin 6 in paw tissues were downregulated by SP-R₁ and SP-R₂. In addition, the rational harvest of three- to five-year-old P. stipuleanatus was preferable to obtain a higher level of triterpenoid saponins. SP-R₂ showed the highest content in P. stipuleanatus, which had potential as a chemical marker for quality control of P. stipuleanatus. Conclusion: This study provides important basic information about utilization of P. stipuleanatus resources for production of active triterpenoid saponins.

        Inhibition of TNF-α, IL-1α, and IL-1β by Pretreatment of Human Monocyte-Derived Macrophages with Menaquinone-7 and Cell Activation with TLR Agonists In Vitro

        Circulatory markers of low-grade inflammation such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1α), and interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) positively correlate with endothelial damage, atheroma formation, cardiovascular disease, and aging. The natural vitamin K2-menaquinone-7 (MK-7) added to the cell culture of human monocyte-derived macrophages (hMDMs) at the same time as toll-like receptor (TLR) agonists did not influence the production of TNF-α. When the cells were pretreated up to 6 h with MK-7 before treatment with TLR agonists, MK-7 did not inhibit significantly the production of TNF-α after the TLR activation. However, 30 h pretreatment of hMDMs with at least 10 μM of MK-7 effectively and dose dependently inhibited the proinflammatory function of hMDMs. Pretreatment of hMDMs with 10 μM of MK-7 for 30 h resulted in 20% inhibition of TNF-α production after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) activation (P < .05) and 43% inhibition after macrophage-activating lipopeptide (MALP) activation (P < .001). Pathogen-associated molecular pattern (PMPP) activation was inhibited by 20% with MK-7 pretreatment; however, this inhibition was not statistically significant. The 30 h pretreatment of a THP-1-differentiated monocyte cell line with MK-7 resulted in a dose-dependent downregulation of TNFα, IL-1α, and IL-1β gene expression as evaluated by RNA semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). MK-7 is able to modulate immune and inflammatory reactions in the dose–response inhibition of TNF-α, IL-1α, and IL-1β gene expression and protein production by the healthy hMDMs in vitro.

        Viscoplastic analysis of thin-walled tubes under cyclic bending

        In this paper, different curvature-rates are controlled to highlight the characteristic of viscoplastic response in cyclic bending tests. The curvature-ovalization apparatus, which was designed by Pan et al. (1998), is used for conducting the curvature-controlled experiments on thin-walled tubular specimens for AISI 304 stainless steel under cyclic bending. The results reveals that the faster the curvature-rate implies, the fast degree of hardening of the metal tube. However, the ovalization of the tube cross-section increases when the curvature-rate increases.

      • Stock option pricing and executive stock option incentive compensation

        In this paper, we develop an executive stock option pricing model with a volatility estimated by SV-GED model, involving both the features of the stock return volatility and the abnormal fluctuation of the stock price at the expiration date. The estimates of the parameters in SV-GED model are given using Markov Chain Monte Carlo method with Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index as samples. And the comparison analysis on the option values between classical B-S models and the models with a volatiligy under SV-GED model are offered. The results show that SV-GED model has greater veracity in describing the volatility of stock market return. And great disecrepancy exists between the option values under SV-GED model and B-S model, wihich varies along with the discrepancy between the underlying stock price at the expiration date and the strike price in the option.
