        Necrotizing pancreatitis develops in about 10-20% of patients with acute pancreatitis, and pancreatic abscesses develop in 3% of them. The mortality of pancreatic abscess has been reported up to 40% in one study. Recently, there are several reports that show good results with n on-surgical therapy, such as percutaneous drainage and endoscopic drainage, but if the non-surgical drainage fails, surgical therapy are recommended. However, there is no definite therapeutic method which is suggested yet so far after the failure of the surgical drainage. So we report the case in which we experienced successful treatment of pancreatic abscess by endoscopic removal of necrotic tissue through the gastrocystostomy, after the failure of the surgical debridement and internal drainage through gastrocystostomy.

        Effect of Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> Content on Densification and Microstructural Evolution of the Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-Polycrystalline and Its Correlation with Toughness

        The effects of $Cr_2O_3$ on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of $Al_2O_3$ polycrystalline were investigated. The microstructure of $Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3$ composites (ruby) was carefully controlled in order to obtain dense and fine-grained ceramics, thereby improving their properties and reliability with respect to numerous applications related to semiconductor bonding technology. Ruby composites were produced by Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) technology. Room temperature strength, hardness, Young's modulus and toughness were determined, as well as surface strengthening induced by thermal treatment and production of a fine-grained homogenous microstructure.

        기본과정과 방과후과정에 따른 만3세 유아의 대인문제해결능력과 친사회적 행동의 차이

        본 연구는 유치원 기본과정과 방과후과정에 따른 만3세 유아의 대인문제해결능력과 친사회적 행동에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 알아보는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 전북에 소재한 유치원에 재원 중인 만3세 유아 201명으로 유치원 운영시간에 따라 기본과정 유아 93명, 방과후과정 108명이다. 연구도구는 전정연(2002)이 수정보완하여 제작한 대인문제해결사고 검사도구와 김영옥(2003)의 친사회적행동 검사 도구를 간편형 척도로 재구성한 서소정(2006)의 검사도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21버전을 사용하여 연구대상의 일반적인 배경의 빈도와 백분율을 산출 후, t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인문제해결능력은 기본과정 유아들이 방과후과정 유아들보다 높은 것으로 나타났고, 하위영역의 결과예측 사고능력에서 기본과정 유아들이 방과후과정 유아들보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 친사회적 행동은 교육과정에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 기본과정 유아들이 방과후과정 유아들보다 친사회적 행동 중 감정이입과 조절하기를 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to indicate if there are any differences between interpersonal problem solving abilities and prosocial behavior of 3-year-old children based on basic education course and after-school course. The subjects of this study are 201 3-year-old kindergarten children from Jeonbuk, 93 children from basic education course and 108 after-school course based on operating hours. Interpersonal problem solving ability test method by Jeong-Yeon Jeon(2002) and the simplified reconstructed test method by So-Jeong Seo(2006) modified from prosocial behavior test method originally created by Young-Ok Kim(2003) were used. SPSS version 21 were used to analyze by calculating frequency on general background of the subjects and percentage, and then t-test was performed. The results are as follows. First, the basic education course infants have higher interpersonal problem-solving skills than the after-school course children, also the basic education course infants have indicated higher subregion predicted thinking level than the after-school course children. Second, prosocial behavior did not appear significant differences depending on the courses, however the basic education course children showed having a lot more inner-empathy and emotion control among prosocial behaviors than children of after-school course.

      • 남성화를 보이는 여성에서 발견된 난소의 Steroid Cell Tumor 1예

        Steroid cell tumor is a rare ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor which accounts for 0.1% of all ovarian tumors. Until now, only 4 cases have been reported in domestic literatures. Steroid cell tumor often secrets testosterone and presents virilization in adult women or precocious puberty in children. Treatment is often performed by surgical removal, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation, but completely accepted treatment was not existed. We experienced a case of steroid cell tumor, which was manifested by typical virilization in a 43-year old patient, who was previously performed hysterectomy and unilateral oophorectomy. So, we present with a brief review of the literatures.

      • 간접부착술식시 치면과 레진 베이스의 간격 및 접착제에 따른 결합강도

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of the combined use of paste resin with sealant as an adhesive of the indirect bonding. The resin bases made of lighcured resin were bonded to the bovine incisors at a distance of 0.0, 0.2 or 0.4mm using the sealant only or the mixture of sealant and paste resin. Bond strength of each group was measured using universal testing machine. The results were as follows: 1. The bond strength was reduced in both groups as the distance between enamel surface and resin base increased. 2. The bond strength showed no statistical difference between two groups in case the distance between enamel surface and resin base was 0.0mm. 3. In case the distance between enamel surface and resin base was 0.2 or 0.4mm, the sealant with paste resin group showed significantly higher bond strength than the sealant only group. The results of the present study indicate that the use of paste resin with sealant may be desirable as an adhesive in indirect bonding, particularly in case a gap is suspected between enamel surface and resin base.

        시설농업지에서의 해충과 천적의 발생상

        For the investigation of occurrence of insect pests and their natural enemies, total number of 353 controlled agricultural farms were visited and surveyed. In the 73% of total controlled agricultural farms, 52 species insect pests were occurred. Among these pests, the western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis), the two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae), the greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum), the cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) and the green peach aphid (Myzus persicae) were mainly occurred. On the other hand, small numbers of natural enemies were sustained in 40 controlled agricultural farms, which was 11% and 17% of visited farms and pest occurred farms, respectively. For the most part of collected natural enemies, there were included in Braconid, Coccinellid and Anthocorid, as 63, 20 and 8% of them, respectively.

        생물적 방제 인자로서의 무당벌레(Harmonia axyridis) : 하우스에서 계절에 따른 진딧물 방제효과 Control Effects of Aphid Populations in the Greenhouses at Different Seasons

        무당벌레(Harmonia axyridis)를 시설재배지대에 발생하는 진딧물류 방제에 적용하기 위해서 농가포장에서 무당벌레를 이용하여 진딧물 수종에 대한 방제효과를 관찰하였다. 겨울과 봄. 여름철에 무우테두리진딧물과 복숭아흑진딧물, 목화진딧물이 발생한 겨자, 신선초, 케일, 가지를 재배하고 있는 시설재배기에 무당벌레 성충과 유충을 방사하여 진딧물의 방제효과를 조사하였다. 실험에 사용된 무당벌레는 월동개체군을 채집하여 실내에서 유지 보관한 것과 이들 월동개체군으로부터 진딧물을 공급하여 증식시킨 성충과 유충을 사용하였다. 겨울철에 수막시설을 갖추고 있는 시설재배지에 발생하는 진딧물을 효과적으로 방제하기 위해서는 다른 계절에 비해서 많은 양의 무당벌레의 성충과 유충을 투입하여 진딧물 개체군밀도를 낮출 수 있었다. 봄철과 여름철에는 진딧물의 종류와 밀도에 다라서 무당벌레의 방사밀도를 달리하여 원하는 시기에 효과적으로 진딧물 개체군 수준을 낮출 수가 있었다. 무당벌레를 투입하는데는 시설재배지 내의 온도와 습도 조건이 중요한 환경요인으로 작용하며, 진딧물 개체군의 증가율과 진딧물 초기밀도, 투입하는 무당벌레의 발육단계 등의 요인들을 고려하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. Application of the Asian ladybird (Harmonia axyridis) to control several species of aphids in the plastic green houses in mind, control effects of aphid populations regulated by the Asian ladybird were observed. The green peach aphid, the turnip aphid. and the cotton aphid were present on mustard plants, Angelia uths, ornamental kales, and egg plants at greenhouses in spring, summer, and winter. Adults and larvae of the Asian ladybird used in experiments were collected from aggregated sites at Taejon in the autumn and reared on the cotton aphid in the laboratory. In winter. more number of adults and larvae of ladybirds than in other seasons were needed to control aphid population in successively double plastic greenhouses with supplied subterranean water for keeping warmth. In spring and summer. it was possible to keep the aphid populations low when necessary by manipulating ladybird populations according to the density of aphids. On the other hand, the innate increasing rate of aphid, the aphid population density at the time of applying ladybird. the predacious ability of ladybird at specific developmental stages, and needed periods should be taken into account to control aphids. In addition, the environmental factors, for example, optimum temperature and humidity should be considered to be biologically effective when ladybirds are released to greenhouses.

      • 편도체 기저외측핵의 AP5 투여가 상승된 경악반응의 습득에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고전적 공포조건화에 관여하는 장소로 알려진 편도체의 기저 외측핵에 장기상승작용(Long-Term Potentiation: LTP)의 생성을 차단하는 약물인 MNDA (N-methyl-D-aspartate)길항제 AP5를 미세주입함으로써 시각적 조건자극(CS)을 사용한 경우에, 상승된 경악 반응의 습득이 차단되는지를 보고자 하였다. 동물은 AP5-AP5, AP5-식염수, 식염수-AP5, 식염수-식염수 집단으로 나누어서 CS-US 배쌍직전에 AP5나 식염수를 주입한 후 훈련시켰다고 다시 검사직전에 AP5 혹은 식염수를 주입하였다. AP5-AP5집단과 AP5-식염수집단은 상승된 경악반응을 보이지 않았고, 식염수-AP5, 식염수-식염수 집단은 상승된 경악반응을 보였다. CS-US배쌍 직전에 주입한 AP5는 상승된 경악반응을 차단하였고, 검사직전에 주입한 AP5는 상승된 경악반응을 차단하지 않은 결과는 AP5가 습득을 차단했으되 그 표현에는 영향을 미치지 않았다고 해석된다. 그리고 AP5-AP5, AP5-식염수 집단이 상승률에서 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으므로, 상승된 경악반응의 차단이 상태의존적 인출 실패에 기인한 것이 아니고, AP5 자체의 약효때문임을 알 수 있다. It has been known that the amygadala is the neural substrate for conditioned fear as well as unconditioned fear. Among the substructures of amygdala, the basolateral nucleus where CS and US inputs converge and LTP occurs, contains high densities of NMDA receptors and so seems to have a critical role in synaptiplasticity. NMDA antagonist, AP5 prevent induction of Long-term potentiation, but not expression of LTP. LTP is an activity dependent enhancement of synaptic efficacy and is regarded the psysiological mechanisms that might underlie learning and memory. So this experiment was done to investigate what effect AP5 injection to the basolateral amygdala on the acquisition and expression of the fear conditioning, using the fear potentiated Startle paradigm. Animals were allocated to AP5-AP5, AP5-saline, saline-AP5, saline-saline groups. AP5 or saline was injected just before conditioning and testing. The re sult is that AP5-AP5, AP5-saline group didn't show the potentiated startle, comparative to the saline-AP5, saline-saline group, and AP5-AP5 group is not significantly different from AP5-saline. So we conclude that AP5 blocked the acquisition but not expression of conditio-ned fear-potentiated startle and convince that the blocking is not due to state-dependent retrieval failure.

      • 백금박막 RTD를 이용한 유속센서의 제조와 그 동작특성

        A flow sensor for detecting the flow rate of a air, composing a substrate, a heating element, and one or two fluid temperature sensing elements disposed symmetrically around the heating element. Wherein resistence changes by a fluid temperature change and heating element is maintained at fixed level by the control of voltage that is applied to the heating element. The function of the heating element(microheater) is based on the self-heating effect of the resistor when current is applied to it. A airflow sensor is capable of accuritely measuring a air flow irrespective of changes in ambient temperature. Pt thin films were deposited by a DC magnetron sputtering with Ar/O_(2) gas mixtures. Due to the oxygen incorporation into the Pt films, deposition rate and resistivity of as-deposited Pt thin films increased with oxygen fraction in the sputtering gas.
