        중국 콜드체인물류 운영서비스품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 : 고객만족도 매개효과를 중심으로

        고속발전 중인 중국 콜드체인물류는 한⋅중 물류업계뿐만 아니라 양국 학자의 주목을 받고 있다. 기존한 연구에는 주로 중국콜드체인 물류기업운영이나 산업발전 측면에서 분석을 많이 하는데 소비자를 중심으로 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 영향경로에 대한 연구가 아직 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 콜드체인물류의 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계 및 고객만족도의 매개효과에 대해서 확인해 보고 이에 따른 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 중국에 307명 콜드체인물류서비스 경험자를 대상으로 연구 가설을 설정하고 SPSS 24.0과 Process Macro를 통하여 통계분석과 가설검정을 실행하였다. 가설검정 결과에 따라 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 소비자 측면에서 보면 콜드체인 물류와 전통물류가 차이가 없어 운영물류 서비스품질의 개선은 고객 만족도를 높일 수 있는 좋은 수단이다. 따라서 콜드체인물류 기업은 고객 중심으로 좋은 품질의 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 둘째, 콜드체인 물류의 운영물류 서비스품질에 대한 소비자 좋은 체험이 늘어나면 고객 만족도뿐만 아니라 고객 충성도도 높아질 수 있다. 따라서 기업 경영자는 제품 배송, 제품 포장, 파손율 감소 및 적시 배송 등 다양한 차원에서 콜드체인물류의 운영물류 서비스품질을 제고해야 한다. 셋째, 물류서비스에 대한 기대를 충족시키면 소비자가 같은 물류 서비스를 재사용할 의도뿐만 아니라 친구와 주변 사람에게 이 물류 서비스를 긍정하게 평가하거나 추천할 의도도 보인다. 따라서 고객만족도를 향상시키는 것은 기업 이미지 개선과 홍보확대에 도움이 되는 좋은 방법이다. 넷째, 고객만족도가 운영 물류 서비스품질과 고객충성도 간에 유의한 매개역할을 함으로서 콜드체인 물류기업은 정기적인 전화 답방과 만족도 조사 등 방법을 통하여 고객의 만족도 수준을 파악해야 한다. 본 연구의 이론적인 기여점은 실증연구를 통하여 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 영향의 경로를 밝히고 중국 콜드체인물류 연구영역의 공백을 보완하는 것이다. 본 연구의 실무적인 기여점은 실증연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시함으로서 향후 한국 콜드체인물류기업이 중국 소비자 성격을 파악하고 중국 시장에 진출할 때 유용한 참고자료가 될 것이다. China’s fast-growing cold-chain logistics is attracting not only the Korean and Chinese logistics industries but also scholars from both countries. Existing research is mainly conducted in terms of the operation of Chinese cold-chain logistics companies or industrial development, but consumer-centered research on factors and pathways that affect customer loyalty is insufficient. Based on existing research, this study identifies the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty of cold chain logistics and the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and presented suggestions. To achieve this research purpose, this study established research hypotheses for 307 cold-chain logistics service experiencers in China and conducted statistical analysis and hypothesis tests through SPSS 24.0 and Process Macro. Based on the hypothesis test results, the following implications can be derived: first of all, from a consumer’s point of view, there is no difference between cold chain logistics and traditional logistics, so improving the quality of operational logistics services is a good means to increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, cold chain logistics companies should provide good quality services centered on customers. Second, if increasing consumer’s experience of cold chain logistics operating logistics service quality, customer satisfaction as well as customer loyalty can also be increased. Therefore, corporate managers should improve the quality of operating logistics services for cold chain logistics in various dimensions, such as product delivery, product packaging, reduction of damage rate, and timely delivery. Third, if expectations for logistics services are met, consumers not only intend to reuse the same logistics service, but also to positively evaluate or recommend this logistics service to friends and people around them. Therefore, improving customer satisfaction is a good way to improve corporate image and expand publicity. Fourth, since customer satisfaction plays a significant mediating role between operational logistics service quality and customer loyalty, cold chain logistics companies should grasp the level of customer satisfaction through regular phone visits and satisfaction surveys. The theoretical contribution of this study is to clarify the factors and paths of influence that affect customer loyalty through empirical research and to supplement the gap in China’s cold chain logistics research area. The practical contribution of this study is based on the results of empirical research, which will be a useful reference for Korean cold chain logistics companies to grasp the characteristics of Chinese consumers and enter the Chinese market in the future.

        A solar energy storage system based on metal hydrides was proposed in this paper. The numerical simulation of processes of energy storage and thermal release were carried out. The dynamic behavior of heat and mass transfer in the metal hydride energy system were reported. Some factors which influence the whole system performance were discussed. The paper also made an economic analysis of the system, the results proved that the large amounts of metal hydride materials and the configurations of metal hydrides energy storage system involve a critical situation from an economical point of view. Then further analysis, particularly regarding the performance optimization and new plant arrangement of the metal hydrides energy storage system, has to be developed in order to attain the economical feasibility of the proposal.

        Increased retinoic acid signaling decreases lung metastasis in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma by inhibiting the noncanonical Notch1 pathway

        MYB-NFIB fusion and NOTCH1 mutation are common hallmark genetic events in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). However, abnormal expression of MYB and NOTCH1 is also observed in patients without MYB-NFIB fusion and NOTCH1 mutation. Here, we explore in-depth the molecular mechanisms of lung metastasis through single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and exome target capture sequencing in two SACC patients without MYB-NFIB fusion and NOTCH1 mutation. Twenty-five types of cells in primary and metastatic tissues were identified via Seurat clustering and categorized into four main stages ranging from near-normal to cancer-based on the abundance of each cell cluster in normal tissue. In this context, we identified the Notch signaling pathway enrichment in almost all cancer cells; RNA velocity, trajectory, and sub-clustering analyses were performed to deeply investigate cancer progenitor-like cell clusters in primary tumor-associated lung metastases, and signature genes of progenitor-like cells were enriched in the “MYC_TARGETS_V2” gene set. In vitro, we detected the NICD1-MYB-MYC complex by co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and incidentally identified retinoic acid (RA) as an endogenous antagonist of genes in the “MYC_TARGETS_V2” gene set. Following this, we confirmed that all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) suppresses the lung metastasis of SACC by correcting erroneous cell differentiation mainly caused by aberrant NOTCH1 or MYB expression. Bioinformatic, RNA-seq, and immunohistochemical (IHC) analyses of primary tissues and metastatic lung tissues from patients with SACC suggested that RA system insufficiency partially promotes lung metastasis. These findings imply the value of the RA system in diagnosis and treatment.

      • Aberrant Expression of Markers of Cancer Stem Cells in Gastric Adenocarcinoma and their Relationship to Vasculogenic Mimicry

        Background: Gastric cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in Asia, and the majority type is gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). Most GAC patients die of recurrence and metastasis. Cancer stem cells (CSCs) have been thought to be responsible for the initiation, development, metastasis, and ultimately recurrence of cancer. In this study, we aimed to investigate expression and clinical significance of CSCs markers, CD133 and Lgr5, and vasculogenic mimicry (VM) in primary GAC. Materials and Methods: Specimens from 261 Chinese patients with follow-up were analyzed for CD133, Lgr5 protein expression and VM by immunohistochemical and histochemical staining. The Pearson Chi's square test was used to assess the associations among the positive staining of these markers and clinicopathological characteristics. Postoperative overall survival time was were studied by univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: In GAC tissues, positive rates of 49.0%, 38.7%, and 26.8% were obtained for CD133, Lgr5, and VM, respectively. The mean score of microvessel density (MVD) was $21.7{\pm}11.1$ in GAC tissues. There was a significantly difference between the positive and negative groups. There was a positive relationship between the VM, the expression of CD133 and Lgr5, and the score of MVD and the grades of tumor, lymph node metastasis, TNM stages (all p<0.05). The overall mean survival time of the patients with CD133, Lgr5, VM, and MVD (${\geq}22$) positive expression was lower than that of patients with negative expression. The score of MVD, positive expression of CD133 and VM were independent prognostic factors of GAC (p<0.05). Conclusions: VM, and expression of CD133, Lgr5, and the score of MVD are related to grades of tumor, lymph node metastasis, TNM stages, and overall mean survival time. It is suggested that CSCs and VM could play an important role in the evolution of GAC.

      • Overexpression of Tbx3 Predicts Poor Prognosis of Patients with Resectable Pancreatic Carcinoma

        Background: To determine the expressions of Tbx3, a member of subgroup belonging to T-box family, and its prognostic value in pancreatic carcinoma. Materials and Methods: We determined the expression levels of Tbx3 on both mRNA and protein levels in 30 pairs of fresh tumor tissues and paratumor tissues by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and Western blotting, respectively. In addition, protein level of Tbx3 were identified using immunochemistry in 80 pairs of paraffin-embedded specimen. The correlations between Tbx3 expression and various clinicopathological parameters as well as overall survival were evaluated. Results: Tbx3 mRNA and protein levels in tumor tissues were significantly higher than in the paratumor tissues by qRT-PCR ($0.05{\pm}0.007$ vs. $0.087{\pm}0.001$, p<0.001) and western blotting ($1.134{\pm}0.043$ vs. $0.287{\pm}0.017$, p<0.001). The statistical analysis based on immunohistochemical evaluation suggested that Tbx3 aberrant expression was significantly associated with several conventional clinicopathological variables, such as gender, age, tumor position, preoperative CA19-9 level, pathological T staging and N staging. Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed that Tbx3 expression was an independent prognostic factor for overall survival (<0.001). Conclusions: Our results suggest that overexpression of Tbx3 is associated with poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. However, additional clinical trials are needed to accurately validate this observation.

        Practical Calculation Method for the Short‑Circuit Current of Power Grids with High Temperature Superconducting Fault Current Limiters

        With the expansion of the power grid scale and the enhancement of network structure interconnection, the short-circuit current of power grids is increasingly close to the upper capacity limit of circuit breakers. The fault current limiter is efective in suppressing the short-circuit current of power grids, and with the mature development of superconducting technology, high-temperature superconducting fault current limiters (HTS-FCLs) have been widely used in power grids. Due to the nonlinear impedance–current characteristic of HTS-FCLs, the traditional short-circuit current calculation method is inapplicable to power grids with HTS-FCLs. First, based on the establishment of the electromechanical transient model and the short-circuit calculation model, the short-circuit current calculation procedure for power grids with HTS-FCLs is proposed. Second, the calculation methods for three-phase and single-phase short-circuit currents at the substation bus in power grids with HTS-FCLs are analyzed. Finally, three-phase and single-phase short-circuit currents at the 500 kV Xijiang substation bus in the Guangdong power grid are calculated as the study case. Simulation results show that compared with the situation where there is no HTS-FCL installed, the short-circuit current on the 500 kV bus decreases from 65.34 to 58.31 kA in terms of the three-phase short-circuit fault, and decreases from 54.56 to 46.62 kA in terms of the single-phase short-circuit fault, thus verifying the efectiveness and practicability of HTS-FCLs in suppressing the short-circuit current, which is signifcant for the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power grid.

        A novel M2e-multiple antigenic peptide providing heterologous protection in mice

        Swine influenza viruses (SwIVs) cause considerable morbidity and mortality in domestic pigs, resulting in a significant economic burden. Moreover, pigs have been considered to be a possible mixing vessel in which novel strains loom. Here, we developed and evaluated a novel M2e-multiple antigenic peptide (M2e-MAP) as a supplemental antigen for inactivated H3N2 vaccine to provide cross-protection against two main subtypes of SwIVs, H1N1 and H3N2. The novel tetra-branched MAP was constructed by fusing four copies of M2e to one copy of foreign T helper cell epitopes. A high-yield reassortant H3N2 virus was generated by plasmid based reverse genetics. The efficacy of the novel H3N2 inactivated vaccines with or without M2e-MAP supplementation was evaluated in a mouse model. M2e-MAP conjugated vaccine induced strong antibody responses in mice. Complete protection against the heterologous swine H1N1 virus was observed in mice vaccinated with M2e-MAP combined vaccine. Moreover, this novel peptide confers protection against lethal challenge of A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1). Taken together, our results suggest the combined immunization of reassortant inactivated H3N2 vaccine and the novel M2e-MAP provided cross-protection against swine and human viruses and may serve as a promising approach for influenza vaccine development.
