        이동 동사 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘상(上)’의 대조 연구

        본 연구에서는 인지언어학 관점에서 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘上’의 의미에 대해 대조해 보았다. 이동 동사는 일상생활에서 자주 사용할 뿐만 아니라 의미가 다양하다. 본 연구는 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어‘上’의 의미를 원형의미와 확장의미로 대조한 것이다. 그것은 환유, 은유, 도식 등 방법을 통해서 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘上’의 확장의미를 ‘위치 변화’와 ‘상태 변화’라는 두 가지 측면으로 분석하고, ‘위치 변화’는 다시 ‘향상 이동’, ‘수평 이동’, ‘확산 이동’으로 나누었으며, ‘상태 변화’는 다시 ‘지위나 등수가 높아짐’, ‘출현의 경우’, ‘비정상과 정상 간의 변화’, ‘증가의 경우’ 등으로 구분하였다. 대조를 통하여 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘上’은 원형의미가 같다는 것을 알게 되고 확장의미에도 공통점과 차이점을 밝히고 차이점을 나타내는 이유도 설명하였는데, 한국어 ‘오르다’와 중국어 ‘上’은 이동영역을 다른 영역으로 사상할 때 강조하는 중심이 다르기 때문에 차이점이 나타난다고 여긴다. 본 연구는 중국인 학습자가 한국어를 배우고, 한국인 학습자가 중국어를 배우는데 도움이 될 것이며, 한ㆍ중 번역에서도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper Compares and analyses the lexical meaning of the Korean and Chinese directional verbs ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. ‘Oreuda’ in Korean and ‘shang’ in Chinese can be translated as ‘to go up’ in English. The meaning of the directional verbs ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ can be divided into two types:the original meaning and the extension meaning. The diversity of lexical meanings causes difficulties for foreign language acquisition. This paper uses the knowledge of metonymy, metaphor, schema and other cognitive linguistics analysis and compares the lexical meaning and usage of ‘oreuda’ and ‘shang’ from two aspects:‘location change’ and ‘condition change. then We looked at the ‘location change’ by dividing it into ‘improvement movement’, ‘horizontal movement’ and ‘diffusion movement’. ‘condition change’ was looked at in terms of ‘promotion’, ‘getting higher rank’, ‘appearance’, ‘change between abnormal and normal’ and ‘increase’ again. Furthermore, this paper investigates the similarities and differences of meaning by comparison and analysis. The reason for these differences is that the emphasis on mapping from the mobile domain to other domains is different. The This paper could be helpful in foreign language education and provide help for Korean to Chinese translation and Chinese to Korean translation.

        韩国图书书名汉译方法研究

        The title of a book is a sophisticated element. A book titles’ translation determines whether the book will be noticed by the readers of the target language or not.There are a lot of Korean books have been published in Chinese. If a Korean book wants to be noticed by Chinese readers, it should have a good translated title. This paper provides Skopos theory, a new guiding theory to the study of book title translation. For the purpose of analysis, the translation methods are categorized into five groups: maintenance, paraphrasing, adding, deleting and shifting. How to use the five methods is very important. When it comes to translating a title, we need to choose the best methods from these five. First, we can think about maintenance; if that does not work, we can think about paraphrasing, then adding or deleting. If we can not find a good translation, then we have to think about shifting the book"s title. Second, Translators are expected to choose the best translation method to reflect the meaning of the Korean books and attract Chinese readers. Third, The role of the publisher of the translated text is very important too. If we want to make a good translation of a book"s title, the publisher needs to collaborate with the translator. This paper aims to provide a valuable case study for the Korean book"s titles into Chinese translation studies and to serve as a stepping stone for Korean into Chinese translating practices. It seeks to enhance the cultural communication bettwen Korean and Chinese people.

      • A Hybrid Feature Gene Selection Method based on Fuzzy Neighborhood Rough Set with Information Entropy

        DNA microarray technique can detect tens of thousands of genes activity in cells and has been widely used in clinical diagnosis. However, microarray data has the characteristics of high dimension and small samples, moreover many irrelevant and redundant genes also decrease performance of classification algorithm. Feature gene selection is an effective method to solve this problem. This paper proposes a hybrid feature gene selection method. Firstly, a lot of irrelevant genes from original data were eliminated by using reliefF algorithm, and the candidate feature genes subset is obtained; Secondly, Fuzzy neighborhood rough set with information entropy which deals directly with continuous data is proposed to reduce redundant genes among genes subset above. Here, differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize radius before reduction by using fuzzy neighborhood rough set, because radius of neighborhood greatly affects reduction performance. The simulation results on six microarray datasets indicate that our method can obtain higher classification accuracy by using as few genes as possible, especially feature genes selected are important for understanding microarray data and identifying the pathogenic genes. The results demonstrated that this method is effective and efficient for feature genes selection.

        Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-Coated Conductive Polyester Non-woven Fabric Prepared by Enzymatic Polymerization

        Conductive polyester non-woven fabric was prepared using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) catalytic agent, 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene monomer and poly(p-styrenesulfonic acid) dopant. The electrical resistance of the preparedconductive polyester non-woven fabric was reduced to 1.3×104 Ω from 1014 Ω of the raw polyester non-woven fabric becauseof the addition of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) the conductivity of conductive polyester non-woven fabric decreased byabout 60 % after 300 bending cycles. Notably, the temperature of the conductive polyester non-woven fabric increased by73.1 °C after 150 s of light irradiation from a lamp source, while that of the raw polyester non-woven fabric increased by only19.4 °C under the same conditions.

        Feasibility of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) for Classification of Sea Salts

        <P>We have investigated the feasibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) as a fast, reliable classification tool for sea salts. For 11 kinds of sea salts, potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), and aluminum (Al), concentrations were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), and the LIBS spectra were recorded in the narrow wavelength region between 760 and 800 nm where K (I), Mg (I), Ca (II), Al (I), and cyanide (CN) band emissions are observed. The ICP-AES measurements revealed that the K, Mg, Ca, and Al concentrations varied significantly with the provenance of each salt. The relative intensities of the K (I), Mg (I), Ca (II), and Al (I) peaks observed in the LIBS spectra are consistent with the results using ICP-AES. The principal component analysis of the LIBS spectra provided the score plot with quite a high degree of clustering. This indicates that classification of sea salts by chemometric analysis of LIBS spectra is very promising. Classification models were developed by partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and evaluated. In addition, the Al (I) peaks enabled us to discriminate between different production methods of the salts.</P>

      • 단백질 종류 및 첨가수준이 In Vitro 발효특성과 반추위 미생물 성장에 미치는 효과

        본 실험은 서로 다른 단백질 원의 첨가 수준이 반추위액의 발효성상 및 미생물 체단백질 합성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 연속배양 장치에서 일련의 in vitro 실험을 수행하였는 바, 가용성 단백질 중 peptone 또는 casein을 각각 0.5%와 1%씩 첨가할 경우 반추위 미생물에 의 한 발효와 미생물 생산량에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. pH는 배양기간 동안 단백질원과 그 수준에 관계없이 낮아지는 경향이었고 대조구에 비하여 단백질원 첨가구에서 높았다(P<0.01). Ammonia-N의 농도는 단백질원을 첨가한 처리구들이 대조구에 비하여 유의적으로 높았으며 같은 단백질원 첨가구 중 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 높았다(P<0.0001). 배양액중 total VFA 함량은 단백질원을 첨가한 처리구들의 경우 대조구에 비하여 높았으며, 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 높게 나타났다(P<0.0001). Acetate의 농도는 배양시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었으나(P<0.05), propionate의 농도는 일정한 수준을 유지하였다(P>0.05). 따라서 C2/C3의 비율도 감소하였는데 peptone 1% 첨가구(2.68)에서 가장 낮았다(P>0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 단백질 분해로 생성된 암모니아에 비해 반추위 미생물 성장에 필요한 에너지 공급이 충분하지 못함으로서 단백질과 에너지의 동조화를 이루지 못하여 미생물 합성에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 사료된다. In vitro continuous culture study was conducted to investigate the effect of protein source(peptone or casein) and it"s addition level(0.5% and 1%) to the culture solution on fermentation characteristics and rumen microbial growth. Ruminal pH was decreased with protein source. the control was lowest in pH among the treatments(P<0.0006). Ammonia concentration was higher in protein added treatments than in control, and its concentration was higher(P<.0001) for 1% added treatment than 0.5% added treatment. Control was lowest in total volatile fatty acid concentration in the culture solution rumen among treatments, and 1% addition was higher than 0.5% addition(P<.0001). Acetate(C2) proportion was decreased in all treatments as incubation time passed, and peptone addition at 1% level was lowest(P<0.05) among treatments. The C2/propionate ratio was decreased in all treatments as incubation time passed. There were no significant differences in ruminal microbial protein synthesis among protein sources and among addition levels. Results from this experiment indicate that protein source and its addition level did not significantly improve ruminal fermentation and microbial protein synthesis.

        The purpose of this paper is to explore the application and research of Marine elements in game art design, and put forward related research directions. First of all, through the review of existing relevant literature and case analysis, it summarizes the common application of Marine elements in game art design, including the creation of Marine scenes, the depiction of Marine creatures, and the integration of Marine culture. Secondly, this paper discusses the influence and significance of Marine elements in game art design, including enhancing game experience, expanding creative and creative space, exploring cultural exchange and inheritance, emphasizing environmental awareness and education. Finally, based on the previous research and analysis, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and prospects, hoping to provide certain references for practitioners and researchers in the field of game art design. 본 논문은 게임 미술 디자인에서의 해양의 시각적 요소의 적용과 연구에 대해 탐구하고 관련 연구 방향을 제안한다. 먼저, 기존의 관련 문헌과 사례 분석을 통해 게임 미술 디자인에서 해양의 시각적 요소의 일반적인 적용 방법을 종합하여 다룬다. 이에는 해양 장면의 창조, 해양 생물의 묘사, 해양 문화의 통합 등이 포함된다. 다음으로 이 논문은 게임 미술 디자인에서 해양의 시각적 요소의 영향과 의의를 탐구하며, 게임 체험 향상, 창의성 및 작품 공간 확장, 문화 교류 및 전승 탐구, 환경 보호 의식 강화 및 교육 강화와 같은 측면을 다룬다. 마지막으로 이전 연구와 분석을 기반으로 관련 제안과 전망을 제시하여 게임 미술 디자인 분야의 실무자와 연구자에게 참고 자료 및 영감을 제공하고자 한다.
