Kyung-Hee University in Seoul accept changing of education environment to deal with World's information technology society so that school had preparing the Masterplan to grow up campus's vision since 2006th. Finally we finish up this plan. However, realization of the Masterplan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our school needs symbolized business in 2009 due to school of 60th anniversary. So we made a plan that to construct by design which is going to reshape campus's main road and westside afforest place for future. As a result, purpose of research is to improve an atmosphere conducive to academic pursuit, to show up greatness of school and to deal with changing school's environment rapidlly. That is why the Masterplan is trying to find school of superb scenic and developing of environment to congratulate of our school's 60th anniversary main approach and walking spaces.

Kyung-Hee University Global Campus accepted changing of education environment to adapt to the World's information technology society so that school has been preparing the Master plan to grow up campus's vision since 2007. However, realization of the Master plan need a lot of financial resources, much times and phases in improvement. Especially, our university needs symbolized business in 2009 due to the 60th anniversary of our university. Based on this we want to improve the main entrance road environment from school gate to the school of international management and reconstruct the spatial environment beside the main road. The purpose of this research is to construct a pedestrian space environment and reconstruct the campus environment which adapt to the new times' demands. That is why the Master plan is trying to find the landscape scenic which adapts to our school' s main entrance space and the improvement method about the pedestrian space of the Global campus to congratulate of our university's 60th anniversary.

Aims: Salvage liver transplantation (sLT) and repeated resection (RR) are effective treatment for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), comparison of the oncological outcomes between these two modalities were scarce. Methods: Consecutive patients admitted for either sLT or RR for recurrent HCC were recruited. All patients in the present series received either prior hepatectomy, ablative therapy or both before RR and sLT. Paedatric patients and patients treated by non-curative approach were excluded. Patient demographic, perioperative and outcome data were analyzed. Survival analysis was performed after propensity score matching. Results: There were 277 eligible patients recruited, 67 and 210 of them underwent sLT and RR respectively. Significant difference in preoperative haemoglobin, albumin, hepatitis B carrier status, MELD score, and tumor number were found (all P<0.001) between sLT and RR group. Multivariate analysis revealed that type of treatment (P=0.002, OR=2.13 95%CI 1.2-3.2), lapse time from last curative treatment (P=0.022, OR=0.994 95%CI 0.988-0.999), alpha fetal protein (AFP) (P=0.01 OR=1.00 95%CI 1.00-1.00) and tumor number (P<0.001, OR=1.23 95%CI 1.14-1.32) were independent factors associated with overall survival. After 1:3 PS matching, there were 36 sLT and 108 RS patients for comparison. The median age, MELD, AFP, tumor size and umber of the matched population were 57, 7.5, 16U/ml, 2.5cm and 1 respectively. There was no difference in the hospital mortality and complication rate (Clavien IIIa or above) between the groups, while the blood loss (P<0.001), operation time (P<0.001) and hospital stay (P=0.002) were significantly more in the sLT group. Patients in sLT group had significantly longer disease free (140 vs 49 months, P=0.031) and overall survival (176 vs 55.3 months, P=0.026). Conclusions: Salvage LT is superior to repeated resection for treatment of recurrent HCC and is associated with more than two fold increase in long term survival.

A bronchial artery embolization (BAE) is an important therapeutic method used to control acute and chronic hemoptysis. We report a case of multiple microinfarcts involving both the kidneys and spleen, following a BAE with 500-700 μm crossed-linked tris-acryl microspheres (Embospheres) in a patient with bronchial artery pulmonary vein shunts. The superior penetration characteristics of the microspheres may have resulted in the greater tendency to cross the bronchial artery pulmonary vein shunts, which subsequently caused the systemic infarcts in our patient. We propose the use of larger sized microspheres (700-900 μm), which may aid in avoiding this complication. High performance epoxy composites cured with ionic liquids

Two ionic liquids (ILs) with the same dicyanamide anion and various cation types: imidazolium andphosphonium as catalytic agents of epoxy resin have been compared. Neat epoxy materials cured withimidazolium IL exhibited above 45 days latency, high thermal performance, i.e. glass transitiontemperature (above 190 8C), low tan d (0.17), and stability (395 8C/5% weight loss), whereas withphosphonium IL – pot life above 70 days, similar tan d value and high transparency (85%). Carbonnanotubes modified epoxy composites cured with imidazolium dicyanamide IL showed bulk electricalresistivity in a range 107–103 V m for carbon filler content 0.0625–0.25 wt.%. These features designatedeveloped materials for various engineering applications.
