        健康是儿童发展的保障,幼儿体育是实现儿童健康的重要途经。随着“健康中国”战略将幼儿作为健康关注的重点人群之一,幼儿体育迎来的新的发展机遇。但由于轻视幼儿体育活动、体育发展目标与评价单一以及教师的过渡主导与幼儿的主体性不足,当前我国幼儿体育存在系统性不足、低质、低效等问题。优化幼儿体育教学应寓学于身,重新审视幼儿体育教学的外延价值;完善的幼儿体育发展目标,构建促进幼儿全面发展的测评体系;联手学前专业与体育教育专业,共建幼儿体育专业人才联合培养机制。 Health is the guarantee of children s development, and infant sports is an important way to realize children s health. As the healthy China strategy takes children as one of the key groups of health concern, children s sports usher in a new development opportunity. However, due to the neglect of children s sports activities, the single goal and evaluation of sports development and the lack of teachers transition leading and children s subjectivity, there are systematic deficiencies, low quality, low efficiency and other problems in China s children s sports. To optimize children s physical education teaching, we should combine learning in the body and re-examine the extension value of children s physical education teaching. Perfect the goal of children s sports development, and build an evaluation system to promote children s all-round development; Cooperate with preschool major and physical education major to build a joint training mechanism for sports professionals in early childhood.

        Effects of light quality, light intensity, and photoperiod on growth and yield of cherry radish grown under red plus blue LEDs

        For more plant species to be suitable for plant factory production, their optimal light regimes need to be optimized. We evaluatedthe efects of light quality, light intensity, and photoperiod on the growth and yield of cherry radish grown under redplus blue LEDs in a controlled environment. Radish plants were cultivated under two light qualities with diferent red:blueratios (1R:1B, 2R:1B) at three light intensities (180, 240, 300 μmol m−2 s−1) or two photoperiods (12 h/12 h, 16 h/8 h),respectively. The light quality 2R:1B increased root diameter, root volume, and the biomass of shoot and root comparedto light quality 1R:1B under a light intensity of 240 and 300 μmol m−2 s−1, but the growth diferences between 1R:1B and2R:1B were signifcant when the light intensity was 240 μmol m−2 s−1. New leaf chlorophyll content, root growth indicesand the root-shoot ratio increased with light intensity. Cherry radish only formed storage roots with commercial value whenlight intensity was equal to or over 240 μmol m−2 s−1. The root diameter, root volume, root-shoot ratio, and the biomass ofshoot and root of plants grown in the 2R:1B treatment was signifcantly higher than those in the 1R:1B treatment under the16 h/8 h photoperiod. However, no signifcant diference was observed in the 12 h/12 h photoperiod. These results indicatedthat light regime in combination with a light intensity between 240 and 300 μmol m−2 s−1, the light quality 2R:1B, and a16 h/8 h photoperiod produced appropriate growth of cherry radish in plant factory settings using an LED light source. Inconclusion, the production of commercial storage roots in cherry radish is primarily dependent on light intensity, followed bylight quality and photoperiod. Furthermore, the efectiveness of light quality regulation of storage roots was highly dependedon light intensity and photoperiod.

        A Numerical Method to Reduce the Stray Magnetic Field Around the Asymmetrical Wireless Power Transfer Coils for Electric Vehicle Charging

        Wireless power transfer (WPT) is becoming increasingly popular in stationary electric vehicle charging. Unfortunately, the adverse health eff ects due to the stray magnetic fi eld created by the WPT coils have increasingly caused concern. However, the traditional stray magnetic fi eld optimization design method based on fi nite element simulation is time-consuming and resource intensive. In this paper, a numerical method to reduce the stray magnetic fi eld around the asymmetrical wireless power transfer coils is proposed while maintaining the transmission power constant. The formulas of the stray magnetic fi eld around the WPT coils are derived, and the distribution characteristics of the stray magnetic fi eld are analyzed in detail. The stray magnetic fi eld around the asymmetrical wireless power transfer coils is optimized by the numerical method, and the number of the turns for the WPT coils corresponding to the minimum stray magnetic fi eld intensity is obtained. The eff ectiveness of the numerical method is verifi ed via the fi nite element analysis tool JMAG, and it is proved that the numerical method require less computational time than the fi nite element simulation. The experiments have also been carried out to evaluate the validity of the theoretical analysis.

        Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of 3-(1H-indol-3-yl)pyrazole- 5-carboxylic Acid Derivatives

        A series of novel compounds bearing a 3-(1H-indol-3-yl)pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid nucleus were synthesized. Analytical and spectral data confirmed the structures of the new compounds. The structures of the regioisomers in this series were determined by 1H-NMR spectra. The title compounds were evaluated for their endothelin-1 antagonist activities. In the in vitro functional assay, compounds 23, 24, 28 and 29 exhibited significant efficacy at the concentration of 1 μg/mL, and compounds 5b, 5c, 26 and 28 were as potent as the positive control bosentan at high concentration. In the experiment to assess prevention of endothelin-1-induced sudden death in mice, compound 5b showed comparable activity to bosentan, and 30 was more potent than bosentan. The final compounds were also screened for antibacterial activity against four Gram-positive and -negative bacteria. Some of the tested compounds showed weak antibacterial activity.

        A multilevel analysis of the effects of disciplinary climate strength on student reading performance

        Climate strength was first conceptualised in the organisational psychology literature as the within-group agreement on the perceptions of climate. In contrast to the deep study of climate level, climate strength has not been clarified by school climate research. The purpose of this cross-cultural study is to identify the main effect of disciplinary climate strength on student reading performance, and its moderating effect on the relationship between disciplinary climate level and student reading performance. A multilevel analysis was conducted on 2009 data from the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) from Shanghai-China, Japan, and the United States (US). The result showed a significantly positive relationship between climate strength and student reading performance in Shanghai-China and the US. Moreover, a moderating effect of climate strength was found in Shanghai-China and the US. The effects of climate strength were further examined in strong and weak conditions. School-level predictors of climate strength were also examined. The differences in disciplinary climate strengths and their effects on student reading performance suggested some culture differences in these countries/areas.

        Effects of constant versus fl uctuating red–blue LED radiation on yield and quality of hydroponic purple-leaf lettuce

        This study investigated the eff ects of constant light and alternating relatively high-intensity (500 μmol m −2 s −1 ) and lowintensity(150 μmol m −2 s −1 ) red–blue LEDs (4R:1B) on the biomass production and quality of hydroponic purple-leaf lettuce( Lactuca sativa L. cv. ‘Zishan’) in an environmentally controlled plant factory. Four treatments were set up to separate1 h of high light into four diff erent alternating frequencies in a 24-h light−dark cycle (16/8 h): one time (A1), three times(A3), six times (A6), and twelve times (A12). In addition, one constant light treatment with the same daily light integral(DLI, 9.8 mol m −2 per day) as other treatments was set as the control (CK, 170 μmol m −2 s −1 ). The results indicated thatA6 signifi cantly reduced shoot fresh weight and increased the root–shoot ratio of lettuce compared with CK, but there wasno signifi cant diff erence among other treatments. Alternating light treatments did not promote the accumulation of solublesugar, soluble protein, and phenolic substances compared with CK. Meanwhile, A12 signifi cantly promoted the accumulationof total ascorbate (TA) in lettuce leaves compared with other treatments but decreased ascorbate/TA ratio. Above all, underthe same DLI condition, alternating high and low light did not have obvious positive eff ects on biomass production and theaccumulation of nutrient substance in lettuce under constant light was better than that under alternating light. Therefore,compared with the fl uctuating radiation with the same DLI, constant radiation is a better choice for lettuce production.

        Upregulation of adiponectin by Ginsenoside Rb1 contributes to amelioration of hepatic steatosis induced by high fat diet

        Background: Ginsenoside Rb1 (GRb1) is capable of regulating lipid and glucose metabolism through itsaction on adipocytes. However, the beneficial role of GRb1-induced up-regulation of adiponectin in liversteatosis remains unelucidated. Thus, we tested whether GRb1 ameliorates liver steatosis and insulinresistance by promoting the expression of adiponectin. Methods: 3T3-L1 adipocytes and hepatocytes were used to investigate GRb1's action on adiponectinexpression and triglyceride (TG) accumulation. Wild type (WT) mice and adiponectin knockout (KO)mice fed high fat diet were treated with GRb1 for 2 weeks. Hepatic fat accumulation and function as wellas insulin sensitivity was measured. The activation of AMPK was also detected in the liver andhepatocytes. Results: GRb1 reversed the reduction of adiponectin secretion in adipocytes. The conditioned medium(CM) from adipocytes treated with GRb1 reduced TG accumulation in hepatocytes, which was partlyattenuated by the adiponectin antibody. In the KO mice, the GRb1-induced significant decrease of TGcontent, ALT and AST was blocked by the deletion of adiponectin. The elevations of GRb1-induced insulinsensitivity indicated by OGTT, ITT and HOMA-IR were also weakened in the KO mice. The CM treatmentsignificantly enhanced the phosphorylation of AMPK in hepatocytes, but not GRb1 treatment. Likewise,the phosphorylation of AMPK in liver of the WT mice was increased by GRb1, but not in the KO mice. Conclusions: The up-regulation of adiponectin by GRb1 contributes to the amelioration of liver steatosisand insulin resistance, which further elucidates a new mechanism underlying the beneficial effects ofGRb1 on obesity

        Wideband Lamb wave analysis based on continuous wavelet transform

        In Lamb wave detection of damages in smart structures, the excitation pulse is usually designed as a narrow band burst wave for the convenience of analysis and recognition. However, the wideband excitation can excite more modes in plate/shell structure and thus provides extra information for changes of the structure. This paper presents a method that can extract information in wideband Lamb wave signals. By transforming the detected signals into various sub-frequency band, the measured signal can be converted to its equivalences of narrow band excitations, therefore, the information in different frequency bands can be acquired from a single test and in the same time the complicity of wideband signal can be simplified. Some test results are provided to verify this method.

        The buried Daxing Uplift connects the Beijing Sag and Dachang Sag, which is the critical tectonic unit for understanding the structural evolution of the Beijing Sub-plain and its linkages to regional tectonics. This study combines paleomagnetic, 26Al-10Be isochron dates and sedimentary analyses from a new borehole (Yx02) in the northeastern Beijing Sub-plain to shed fresh light on regional tectonic processes and the sedimentary history since the Pliocene. The main findings are as follows: (1) the Daxing Uplift had formed three depositional episodes: alluvial-fan, lacustrine-delta, and alluvial-fan sedimentation since the Cenozoic; (2) The borehole records the Brunhes, Gauss normal chron, and the Matuyama, Gilbert reversed chron in the Daxing Uplift, the corresponding depths are 0–148.9 m, 148.9–315.0 m, 315.0–520.5 m and 520.5–650 m; (3) An important tectonic event started in ~4.3 Ma, disintegrated NE-trending basin and range terrain, reactivated the NW-trending Nankou-Sunhe fault, and formed Shunyi fault in Beijing Sub-plain. Sedimentation occurs exclusively in the Beijing Sag and the northeastern Daxing Uplift during ~4.3–1.77 Ma; (4) During ~1.77–1.07 Ma, a transition from an extension to a strike-slip occurred, and is described not only in a progressively higher increase of the overall deposition rate, but also in a decrease of the relative deposition disparity between sags and uplifts. Since then, the Beijing Sub-plain has been shaped, associated with an overall subsidence depression in the Bohai Bay Basin. This work enhances our understanding of the formation and evolution of the Beijing Sub-plain, the division of tectonic episodes, and the initiation time of the latest tectonic movement in the break-up region, North China Craton, since the Neogene.
