        Iso-propanol assisted preparation of individualized functional palygorskite fibers and its impact on improving dispersion abilities in polymer nanocomposites

        Palygorskite (PAL) as a natural one-dimensional nanomaterial has attracted tremendous attention as reinforcement agent in polymer nanocomposites. But its intrinsic existing form of aggregates or bundles and hydrophilic properties, highly requires an eco-efficient and environmentally benign approach for both of the disaggregation and organo-modification of PAL. We report a facile and effective process to achieve individualized organo-modified PAL fibers. It was carried out through surface modification reactions in the form of PAL iso-propanol gels with various alkyl and functional silanes. In contrast to the modifications in highly toxic solvent of toluene, reactions in iso-propanol make it possible to modify the surface of individual PAL fibers to obtain isolated organo-modified PAL fibers. With such a relatively green procedure, even higher amount of organic substituent has been grafted on to the surface of PAL fibers. Consequently, excellent dispersion of modified PAL nanofibers in acrylate polymer coatings was achieved, which exhibits outstanding corrosion protection properties.

        The Special Feminism in Chinese Film by the Fifth Generation

        Structural, photoluminescent, and dielectric properties of Eu3+-doped Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 thin films

        Eu3+-doped Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 thin films were prepared by a chemical solution deposition method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence and dielectric measurements. The thin films were well crystallized with a pure perovskite structure. A contraction of the unit cell was observed upon incorporation of Eu3+ ions below 2 mol%, while an expansion occurred as the Eu3+ concentration was further increased above 2 mol%, indicating that Eu3+ ions with different concentrations occupied different lattice sites. Photoluminescence spectra showed two prominent transitions of Eu3+ ions at 594 nm (5D0→7F1) and 618 nm (5D0→7F2) upon excitation at 395 nm (7F0→5L6). There existed two quenching concentrations at 2 mol% and 4 mol% due to different lattice sites of the Eu3+ ions. We also investigated the dielectric properties of the thin films. Our study suggests that Eu3+-doped Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 thin films have potential applications in multifunctional optoelectronic devices.

        Efficient green emission by up-conversion inYb3+/Er3+ co-doped monoclinic AgGdW2O8

        Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped monoclinic AgGdW2O8 phosphors with intense green emission via up-conversion process were prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method. The samples were structurally characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, after which their luminescent properties were characterized via up-conversion spectroscopy. Green and red emissions centered at 525, 550, and 656 nm were observed when the phosphors were excited at 980 nm, these emissions are ascribed to 2 H11/2, 4 S3/2 → 4 I15/2 (green emission) and 4 F9/2 → 4 I15/2 (red emission) transitions of Er3+, respectively. It was also found that the green and red emissions originated from the two-photon process. By increasing sintering temperature and doping of Mo6+, the structure of monoclinic AgGdW2O8 transformed to a tetragonal one, which resulted a dramatic increase in UC intensity.

      • Quasi-Periodic Nanoripples in Graphene Grown by Chemical Vapor Deposition and Its Impact on Charge Transport

        <P>The technical breakthrough in synthesizing graphene by chemical vapor deposition methods (CVD) has opened up enormous opportunities for large-scale device applications. To improve the electrical properties of CVD graphene grown on copper (Cu-CVD graphene), recent efforts have focused on increasing the grain size of such polycrystalline graphene films to 100 μm and larger. While an increase in grain size and, hence, a decrease of grain boundary density is expected to greatly enhance the device performance, here we show that the charge mobility and sheet resistance of Cu-CVD graphene is already limited within a single grain. We find that the current high-temperature growth and wet transfer methods of CVD graphene result in quasi-periodic nanoripple arrays (NRAs). Electron-flexural phonon scattering in such partially suspended graphene devices introduces anisotropic charge transport and sets limits to both the highest possible charge mobility and lowest possible sheet resistance values.         Cyanide-Bridged CrIIIMnII Binuclear Complexes Based on [Mn(phen)2]2+ and Dicyanidechromate(III) Building Blocks: Syntheses, Crystal Structures, and Magnetic Properties

        Three new cyanide-bridged CrIIIMnII binuclear complexes, [Mn(phen)2Cl][Cr(bpmb)(CN)2]·H2O (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-methyl-benzenate), [Mn(phen)2Cl][Cr(bpdmb)- (CN)2]·H2O (2) (bpdmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4,5-dimethyl-benzenate), and [Mn(phen)2Cl]- [Cr(bpClb)(CN)2]·CH3OH·H2O (3) (bpClb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-chloro-benzenate) were obtained based on Mn(phen)2Cl2 and a series of dicyanidechromate(III) building blocks. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows the structures of the three complexes are dimeric type with two different metal centers linked by a cyanide group from corresponding dicyanidechromate(III) building block. Magnetic investigations indicate the existence of relatively weak antiferromagnetic coupling between Cr(III) and Mn(II) ions with best-fit constants JCrMn = –2.78(5) cm–1 for 1, JCrMn = –3.02(2) cm–1 for 2 and JCrMn = –2.27(3) cm–1 for 3 based on the spin exchange Hamiltonian = –2JCrMn Cr Mn. The magneto-structural correlation of cyanide-bridged CrIIIMnII complexes has been discussed at last.

        Legal Protection Dilemma and Countermeasures of Chinese consumers Personal Biometric Information

        Currently, the promotion of e-commerce and e-government has led to the emergence of a wide range of applications for personal biometric data. Therefore, the system must make timely adjustments for using personal biometric information. The current legislation only provides a basic framework for using personal information. Scholars and practitioners still need to investigate whether this framework can meet the needs of society and how to fill in the specific content under this framework. It should be noted that personal biometric information is unique and highly sensitive due to its close association with consumers personal biological characteristics, and thus there is a high risk of misuse. The legal protection of consumer biometric information is not perfect, and there is a dilemma of insufficient protection in terms of substantive, procedure, and supervision framework. It is imperative that legislators continuously improve and perfect the law regarding personal biometric information to meet societys needs in terms of information security and the protection of individual rights. It includes three aspects: improving the substantive rules of the personal biometric data, improving the remedy ways of personal biometric information, and strengthening the supervision system of personal biometric information.

        Enhanced resistive switching performance of spinel MnCo2O4 resistive random access memory devices: Effects of annealing temperatures and annealing atmospheres

        The spinel MnCo2O4 (MCO) thin films were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates for resistive memories via sol-gel spin-coating deposition method under different annealing temperatures and annealing atmospheres. The 650oC-annealing Pt/MCO/Pt device shows better bipolar resistance switching parameters than the devices annealed at 600 ◦C and 700 ◦C. The nitrogen-annealing Pt/MCO/Pt device exhibits optimum resistance switching parameters due to increasing of the oxygen-vacancies proportion, formation of confined and stable conductive filaments, and suppressing of the randomness of oxygen vacancies. The carrier transportation mechanisms of the devices with numerous oxygen-vacancies content in low resistance state (LRS) and high resistance state (HRS) are dominated by Ohmic conduction and Schottky emission, respectively. For the devices with fewer oxygen-vacancies content, the conduction mechanisms at LRS and HRS can be described by nearest-neighboring hopping conduction and space-charge-limited current model, respectively. This work indicates that the spinel MCO films have good potential application in resistive random access memory.

        구성원의 창의력에 조직의 혁신적 문화가 미치는 영향: 중국 기업의 사례를 중심으로

        조직 내 팀과 구성원의 창의력은 많은 기업에서 중요한 핵심자원으로 간주되고 있으며, 그 중요성은 점차 증대되고 있다. 구성원이 창의성을 발휘하고, 창의성을 자극할 수 있는 조직의 문화 및 환경을 조성하는 것은 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 효과적인 수단으로 간주되고 있는 것이다. 구성원 및 팀의 창의력이 발휘되고 향상될 경우, 더욱 새롭고 향상된 아이디어를 창출할 수 있는 있으며, 이러한 아이디어를 기반으로 한 제품, 서비스를 창출할 수 있다. 이러한 일련의 상호작용은 기업이 획기적인 개발과 성공을 달성하는 근원적 방안이 될 수 있다. 기존 연구에 따르면 조직의 혁신적 환경과 문화가 직원 창의성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 검정 되고 있다. 본 연구 또한 기존 연구와 같이, 중국에 자리 잡은 조직의 혁신적 문화와 환경이 직원의 창의적인 작업에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 결과, 조직의 혁신적 환경과 문화가 직원의 목표설정에 기반한 직원 창의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정 되었다. 중국에 자리잡고 있는 기업 또한 기존 연구와 동일하게 기업의 혁신적 문화와 환경이 구성원의 창의성에 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 구성원의 창의성은 기업의 중요한 자원인 동시에, 경쟁력의 핵심이기 때문에, 본 연구의 결론은 중국의 기업에게 조직의 혁신적 문화의 중요성을 일깨워주는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 중국의 기업에게도 구성원의 창의력은 중요한 역할을 하며, 구성원의 창의력을 자극할 수 있는 혁신적 환경의 구축이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. Organizational form of creative work team is increasingly favored and regarded by many companies as an effective means to improve organizational creativity. Stimulating employee creativity can bring new and better ideas, products, services and production processes to the organization, which is the basic way for enterprises to achieve breakthrough development and success. Previous studies showed that organizational innovation climate can affect employee creativity. Therefore, this study is focusing on how organizational innovation climate to influence employees’ creative work in china. The results of this study showed that organizational innovation climate has an impact on employee creativity, which is based on employees' goal setting. Since the employee creativity is an important resource and the core of competitiveness, this study can be seen to play an important role in Chinese organizations. An innovative climate can stimulate the employee creativity in China organizations. In order to improve the employee creativity, which is the core competitiveness of the organization, Chinese organizations also are needed to build an innovative climate.
