신경망 확산망을 이용한 항만물류 연속 음성인식시스템에 관한 연구

항만 물류 시스템의 인간공학적인 설계가 요구되고 있다. 특히 물류(컨테이너)의 선, 하적시 컨트롤 문제는 인간에게 과부하를 주고 있어 시스템의 음성화가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 연속음에서 음성구간을 추출하여 각 음성을 확산필터뱅크를 통해 특징을 추출하고 신경망 인식기에서 인식하여 인식결과를 항만물류 음성인식시스템에 사원번호 인식에 사용하였으며 사원번호 입력화면에서 숫자로 디스플레이 되도록 설계하였다. 인식결과는 각 숫자음과 "확인", "삭제" 등으로 나타내었다. 전체적으로 인식률은 96%을 보이고 있으며 100% 인식결과를 나타내는 음도 있었지만 숫자 "사"의 경우 인식률 80%로 약간 낮은 결과을 나타내었다. 추후에는 패턴의 다양화와 전 처리에서의 개선 등으로 문제점을 보완 하여야 할 것이다.

A Clinical assessment of the 25 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, Keimyung University Dong San Hospital from January, 1982 to June, 1993 was performed. The result were as follows: 1) Among 25 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. 8(32%) were younger than 1 year of age at the time of admission. 2) Adriamycin toxicity was the only encountered etiologic factor in 1 patient. 3) On admission, hepatomegaly and tachycardia were noted in almost all patients. 4) The Chest X-rays showed cardiomegalies in all 25 patients, pulmonary vein congestions in 15(60%) and pleural effusion in 2(8%). 5) The electrocardiography showed left ventricular hypertrophy in 72% and supraventricular tachycardia in 32%. 6) The echocardiographic examination showed left ventricular dilatations in all patients and left atrial dilatations in 20(80%). 7) Of 18 patients who had followed mean period of 2.9 years, 10 patients died within 9 months after the diagnosis.

This study focuses on changes in the kinds of flowers, colors, shapes of bridal bouquet in Korea for 50 years from 1950's to 1990's. The results show that two to three kinds of flowers were used in 1960's and 1970's, but various materials were used in 1980's and 1990's. White chrysanthemums rank first in 1950's and 1960's, carnations in 1970's, but roses and cymbidiums in 1980's, and use of cymbidiums, roses, and denphalae increased in 1990's. When it comes to foliage, camellia leaf used most frequently until 1960's and Asparagus in 1970's, but use of various tropical foliage such as scindapsu, ivy, Rumora fern increased in 1980's. In colors, white was most preferred in 1950's and 1960'sl pink was added in 1970's, but both white and pink were used in bouquet and boutonniere in 1990's. In shape, large arm bouquet was most preferred in 1950's. Round bridal bouquet with long asparagus stem was most favorite style in 1960's and 1970's, cascade shape and empire bouquet in 1980's, and various bridal bouquet such as cascade, round, triangular and free style in 1990's. In boutonniere they used triangular most frequently.

This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>For the highly productive nanocatalyst synthesis, ensuring the formation and stabilization of active nanoparticles with enlarged surface areas by increasing their metal loading and dispersion have been major issues. Herein, we report a facile method based on a simple melt-infiltration process for creating extremely productive Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles (∼14 nm) incorporated into graphene flakes (Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB>/G) with a stable and high Fe load (∼35 wt%). They showed extremely high C<SUB>5+</SUB> hydrocarbon productivity (4.41 g<SUB>C5+HC</SUB> g<SUB>cat</SUB> <SUP>−1</SUP> h<SUP>−1</SUP>), CO conversion (91.8%), and Fe time yield (6.5 × 10<SUP>−4</SUP> mol<SUB>CO</SUB> g<SUB>Fe</SUB> <SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP>) as well as good thermal stability in CO hydrogenation reactions under harsh conditions.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB>/G nanocatalyst (Fe load ∼35 wt%) was made for harsh CO hydrogenation reactions. </LI> <LI> Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles were dispersed on graphene flakes using melt-infiltration. </LI> <LI> Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB>/G showed very high FT activity and CO conversion at high space velocity. </LI> <LI> This highly productive nanocatalyst is a new option for commercial CO hydrogenation reaction. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Highly active and productive Fe<SUB>5</SUB>C<SUB>2</SUB>/G nanoparticles on graphene flakes, prepared via a melt- infiltration of Fe salts and thermal reduction under CO flow, show excellent catalytic performance with extremely high productivity for valuable hydrocarbons as well as good thermal stability in the harsh CO hydrogenation reactions.</P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic, fatal, fibrotic, interstitial lung disease of unknown cause. Despite extensive studies, the underlying mechanisms of IPF development remain unknown. Here, we found that p300 was upregulated in multiple epithelial cells in lung samples from patients with IPF and mouse models of lung fibrosis. Lung fibrosis was significantly diminished by the alveolar type II (ATII) cell–specific deletion of the p300 gene. Moreover, we found that ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L3 (UCHL3)-mediated deubiquitination of p300 led to the transcriptional activation of the chemokines Ccl2, Ccl7, and Ccl12 through the cooperative action of p300 and C/EBPβ, which consequently promoted M2 macrophage polarization. Selective blockade of p300 activity in ATII cells resulted in the reprogramming of M2 macrophages into antifibrotic macrophages. These findings demonstrate a pivotal role for p300 in the development of lung fibrosis and suggest that p300 could serve as a promising target for IPF treatment.

<P>Flavonoids and related compounds exhibit a wide range of useful pharmacological properties but present challenges related to their stability and solubility in commonly available solvents. In this study, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microcapsules were prepared using a novel polyol-in-oil-in-polyol (P/O/P) emulsion solvent evaporation method as a means of stabilizing the flavonoids, using quercetin as a model flavonoid drug. The morphology of the microcapsules was evaluated using a scanning electron microscope, revealing a spherical shape with a smooth surface. The cross-section image of the PMMA microcapsules prepared with an amphiphilic polymer in the inner polyol phase showed that the microcapsule was filled with several submicron microspheres. The mean diameter varied from 1.03+/-0.12 microm to 2.39+/-0.42 microm, and the encapsulation efficiency ranged from 12.7% to 26.9%. When free quercetin was stored at 42 degrees C, the residual quercetin content gradually decreased to 18% over 28 days as a result of oxidation. However, when encapsulated in PMMA microcapsules with an amphiphilic polymer in the inner polyol phase, the residual quercetin content decreased to just 82%. In-vitro release studies indicated a sustained release pattern throughout the 36-h study. The release kinetics of the microcapsules with an amphiphilic polymer followed a diffusion-controlled mechanism and the microcapsule without amphiphilic polymer followed an anomalous diffusion behaviour. This study suggests that the novel P/O/P emulsion solvent evaporation method can be applied to the encapsulation of flavonoids.</P>
